The world was literally falling apart around them. Mountains drifted off into the sky, rivers tied themselves into knots, and hideous monsters ravaged the scattered remains of ponykind. At least the unicorn named Twilight Sparkle had her friends, right? Well, no. You see, they all were separated while they were sleeping when the ground split, carrying each them thousands of miles apart in a single night.
A week after losing her friends, Twilight Sparkle woke up with a strange affliction: she was hearing voices in her head. At first, they were merely having idle conversation; they didn't talk to her and didn't acknowledge her, and thus were easy to ignore. But then, as Twilight searched for her friends, she realized that if enough of the voices agreed upon something, they could alter reality itself to get what they wanted.
Then YOU came along and spoke to Twilight. YOU are the collective voices that have recognized her and decided to aid Twilight Sparkle in her journey to rescue her friends and save the world. But beware, the powerful THEM seeks to destroy the world and see Twilight suffer for all eternity.

First thing you need to do, without a doubt, is find food, water, and shelter. The cabin might be good for the latter, so go check it out. Next, find a way to set up communication. If you can find other ponies, they will be invaluable. If you can set up a means of communication, DO NOT leave this island, unless it's a complete emergancy.

Alright, Twi. Here's what I want you to do. I realize you're very tense right now due to losing your magic. First, you must relax. I heard the best way to do that is to pause a few times in rapid succession. About nine times should do the trick.
After that's done, I recommend exploring the cabin. If it's abandoned, use it as your base of operations. If it isn't, perhaps whoever dwells within can help you on your quest. Oh, and be sure to look out for ledges. Trust me, they will be the bane of your existence if you're not careful.

My my, this sounds like quite the bit of work set dear author. I'm excited for this, but also worried the work might become too much at some point. At which moment, this story is banished to the eternal pits of incompletion and abandonment.
Really, I've found once a task has become to feel like a needless chore, it's only downhill.
But maybe some way to get others to do the more menial tasks may be an option once the story were to reach a certain point? Ah well, that's far in the future for now. Onwards to glorious madness!

Guys, you can't blindly give in options. Think ahead. It mentioned how there could be monsters patrolling the sky due to Discord. Trying to leave would be risky. Exploring the island could be helpful, but you must acknowledge the possibility of someone else being there to search the cabin and/or airship. Considering finding food and water would be useful on the surface, once again, think. That could lead to unknown threats. If I were you, Twilight, I'd stay back to search the cabin, but keep a careful eye around you. Not the airship, for something could happen and next thing you know it falls apart and crashes off the island.
Also, in the cabin, she finds an easy-to-learn spell book which teaches her the Kamehameha!

All the while have a holographic boom box that appears and disappears after the song. Explain to twilight, it helps set the mood and have it play this song. Plus she gets to hear some good music along the way. So enjoy it.
