Kind? I, uh, think you may need to look into their behaviour a bit more. Even in when raised in confinement by trainers they can be aggressive and violent. Out in the wild, even more so. There have been recorded unprovoked attacks on humans. Also theres all the infanticide. Their own and other species. Research indicates that they enjoy it.
And then of course theres the dolphin rape thing.
They're wild animals, dude. I know they're cute, and that vending machines kill more people per year than both dolphins and sharks combined, but they're more complex than just being your smiling ocean going buddy (that might rape and/or kill you)
