It was 76 weeks ago. I did not know what I was getting into at the time, I did not realize how horrifying some of the things the fandom produced could be.
And now you made me realize that it actually updated/concluded... And my damn curiosity got the best of me.
So: innocent human gets kidnapped and brainwashed/mindraped and is forced to serve as a replacement for the recently deceased Fluttershy. Most of her friends don't even realize that this has happened, that the Fluttershy they knew and loved is dead and the individual that they believe to be her is an impostor mentally modified to act as her. His memories were removed, his personality altered, as you put it he suffered personality death. Fluttershy (and apparently RD) are still dead, but their friends will never know and never know to mourn them. They'll go on treating these impostors/victims as if they were their actual friends and they'll never know differently. Luna and/or Celestia are complete monsters and deserve to die, but nobody who can do anything about it knows of the atrocities they have committed.
Then it turns out that Fluttershy isn't really completely gone and offers support and words of comfort, and apparently seems perfectly okay with the horrific things that have been done to the protagonist. I suppose that makes her almost as big of a monster as Celestia and Luna, which is quite depressing. If this is what the ponies are willing to resort to, if this is something that they don't even bat an eye at... Are they really worth saving after all? Answer: Hell no.
Dammit, why couldn't you have just let me forget this every existed like I originally wanted to?
