A good story. One interpretation of Trixie is that she makes up for her lack of power (at least compared to Twilight) by being a clever and quick thinker, and this illustrated it well.
I liked it.
A perfect opponent for Trixie. Something that insidious helps put into focus that there are many types of creatures to be dealt with in this world.
I'm eager to see just where all these interconnected stories are going. It's looking to be one heck of an arc.
And Luna should really know better to say that nothing will come of all this in the near future.

Why thank you. I figure Trixie has a head for razzel dazzel, and that came be just as effective as magic at times--as Twilight showed her during Magic Duel. I like to think that she's now focusing on her actual talent now, which is wowing other creatures with a little magic and a lot of special effects. Luna is teaching her how to use that talent in other ways besides just shows.

Of course Luna knows better, but she doesn't want to worry Trixie. That, and it's my way of cheating to keep the mystery up.
I hope it will be one heck of an arc. The problem is that I'm slightly worried that it won't live up to everypony's expectations, but I will do my very best.
I hope This is the last time we have one of these kind of antagonists. I'm sorry, but sad Trixie isn't very interesting. Two of your stories have sad Trixie can't we have happy adventures. I mean this is my problem with teen titans (the comic) because there is no happy. Nobody is interested in a character who is always sad. Hell not even batman is sad all the time.

Thanks. I had fun writing this one because it was back when Trixie was still kind of M.I.A. in the show, so I liked giving her chances to shine in her own way. I plan on getting back to her and Luna's training soon, once I wrap up another story.
