This is wonderful <3 I couldn't believe that it was absolutely necessary to destroy the library, even if they did bring it back ='[ :fluttercry:

RIP Golden Oaks.:applecry::fluttercry::fluttershbad::fluttershyouch::fluttershysad::pinkiesad2::raritycry::raritydespair:

Stories from a dead person/pony/tree's POV are interesting. I once had a dream where I died. This is better than my dream.

Remember Reach
Golden Oaks

4369722 Well, from a storytelling perspective, Twilight needed something big to flip her dominant reflex over from flight to fight. They needed to hit her emotionally. With her friends already caged up, there were few options left. Their choice worked very well, actually. The emotion generated in the viewers by the library's destruction was exactly what a writer would want. Then the fandom took it off in another direction, as fandoms are prone to do.
...Or maybe you didn't want an analysis. I too, shall miss the tree. It was important on many levels, both in-show and meta. Wait, that still sounds like an analysis. I'm horrible at this emotion stuff. :facehoof:

4369929 I would think most things would be better than a dream where you died. Unless you mean from an execution perspective (no, not that execution, the other one). In which case, thank you, I think. :twilightsheepish:

What is death other than a small part of the life cycle?
...
Not bad, for a one-day effort.
