The only thing I'm worried about is Soundwave betraying Megatron. Given how he's still a transformer instead a pony, we may have a change in loyalty and a "Soundwave superior, Megatron inferior" situation.
4726275 hoof smack to face. Soundwave is one of Megatron's most devoutly loyal solders. He is so loyal that even when metroplex crushes him to death in fall of cybertron he goes in to seclusion to resurrect him while shock wave continues his last orders from him and ignores star scream. Shockwave and Soundwave are so devout that Megatron could tern in to a fucking bunny and they would still fallow him in to a black whole if he so ordered.
4726348 Here's something you should consider that I didn't mention: What if Soundwave doesn't recognize Megatron, or just doesn't believe he's who he says he is?

So often a Transformers crossover ends up being a crap story, never read more than a few chapters. This one... however, you've captured my attention with this, keep it up, thoroughly enjoying this.
Though you could use the services of an editor, your prose needs some work, but the basic concept is going quite well.

Glad to see this fic still lives. Looks like an interesting plot twist.
Now this is what I always wanted to see in a Pony/Transformers fic, one of the princesses actually doing something for once and fights a Decepticon the only way they understand. Hard, fast, and right where it hurts! Most importantly, not afraid to kill a con, something that always bothered me in most of these fics. Thank you for giving Celestia bearings of chromed steel!
Now with Optimus and the Autobots gone, I can't wait to see what destruction Megatron and his new Decepticon army will bring.
