To be certain, there are downsides to Dude's approach, and it could be argued to be overly purple. But it's certainly evocative, and it creates a feel for the scene. This story feels almost like a script, waiting for actors to bring it to life.
(This is way more detail than I intended to analyze a pure clopfic in.)
It's not a bad story, but there are definitely a few things that ruined it for me, though it might just be I'm particularly anal about these things.
Firstly, I know Fluttershy is a colorful cartoon pony [or anthro/human in this case] that converses with animals and possesses the Stare, but one does not simply stare a wolf in the eyes. To stare a such predator in the eyes is actually a challenge, and if you're some non-canid thing challenging it for dominance, you better bet it's going to feel threatened and defend itself. This wolf is objectively from the Everfree Forest, given the proximity to her home, meaning unlike Equestrian wildlife, it would be completely feral. I'm not saying you couldn't have intended for her to use the Stare, but without stating or directly implying it, it basically comes off as her winning a vie for dominance with an injured feral beast.
Next, I'd like to point out the udder randomness of the werewolf suckling milk from her breast. With the way you wrote that one sentence, it's not just him suckling on her nipple like a baby starved for milk; 'starting to' implies success. In most women, the milk fountain isn't always on. Ideally, he might at most get a milky discharge, but not enough to really suckle, even if Fluttershy did have the right mix of hormones in her system.
Lastly, I want to talk about her cervix. Having her cervix penetrated by a large penis is not going to be a pleasurable experience. Even someone who is 'used to' that kind of sensation isn't going to be comfortable in the least. Rather, it's going to be quite painful for the recipient. Just having in bumped during sex is painful. In fact, I've heard it described as being not unlike being punched in the stomach. We all know how pleasurable that is now, don't we? After all, it's a painful sensation for a woman when her cervix begins dilating to give birth, and that's natural dilation. Forcibly, it's going to be worse. On a related track, if her cervix has just forcibly been opened, it's going to be strained, irritated, and likely stretched. What this basically means is that in addition to not being able to close properly, instead gaping a bit, she's likely going to have some irritation or worse, infection. Really, just by being with a canine, she'd risk Brucellosis.
The first one is more of an issue story-wise for me than anything else, but the latter two are examples of what I like to call hentai logic. These things both show up fairly regularly in hentai manga or doujinshi, but let's face it. Even if the artists/writers of those have been with a woman, they still haven't bothered to do a lick of research, and it shows through unrealistic presentation of the human body. Then again, pretty sure it was hentai artists who never display cum inflation and then vomiting as a painful thing either. Can only imagine how much stretching or perforation could actually occur with contents under pressure. The long and short of it is while it appears nice in a comic, it kills the immersion for me in written literature.
