There are very few conversion bureau stories that I like. And this story made it to the top of my list of those stoeies that I have read. Very good job.

Oh... him>.< A crippled sack of skin and bones who sits in an ivory tower and does nothing as the subjects he already has are ravaged by Eldar, Necrons, Orks, and more then any alien, their own beloved space marines. A fool who thinks himself God surrounded by bigger fools who praise him as such.

He never thought himself a God and outright banned worship and religion, all worship and religion regardless of who or what the focus was, while he was in power. But his power was Usurped by the Lords of Terra who corrupted his vision for their own selfish ends.
I wonder if this false Celestia ever realizes that she's a fake. It's actually really sad when the fake doesn't know that they're a fake.
Is she from a different universe or was she created by someone else to take the real Celestia's place after he/she/it banished the real one to the moon?

Sounds like a good theory. Perhaps there's some other God at work in the background. Other writers could explore this if they want in their own version.
3800728 Implying he ever thought himself a god. He resented the very idea, even if humanity and the space marines regard him as one. And I don't think holding off the four gods of Chaos from Terra with his mind while being in a very crippled state is considered "nothing".
And the difference: he's on humanity's side; not to mention he's not evil. Orks, Necrons, and Tyranids (arguably save Tau and maybe Eldar) are usually huge pricks, so I think he's allowed to wage war for his race's survival.
Think of it as this: ...in the grim darkness of the far future humanity are dicks. It can be summed up with this quote, actually.

But others do, and he made no claims to refute it. But... whatever problems I have with that, it truly speaks to humanities character as a species on one thing: they have survived.
In the same situation, Eldar, Tau, even Necrons, would have commited seppuku, blown apart their worlds, stamped their little feet and ruined everything they had in a last "fuck you" to the universe, but humans... whether by Creation or Evolution, whatever our beliefs, there is one constant: hope.
The end was powerful and gave a glimmer of hope.

Problem: False Celestia wiped out Humanity.
Solution: Nuke the B***H from orbit with a Fleet of Star Destroyers.
Uh, if you hate the idea of the potion removing who the person was before, why not simply not include that? It wasn't included in the ORIGINAL Conversion story, so why are you adhering to it? And the point of the potion was ponies trying to save humans since the magical radiation on Equus was deadly to humans, and pony DNA was just what they had the most readily available. They could just go through the world mirror and try to find new lives on the Equestria Girls Earth afterwards.

Why not write version of the story you DON'T hate, instead of spending time and energy tearing down it down? (I speak from my own actions.)
Interesting chapter. Would like to see a sequel where Celestia and Luna escape from the magic spheres or Twilight escapes from the dungeon or both to happen and restore true harmony.
