A mistake: Hanza in Metro 2033 universe is just a trading union. They don't have their own army, like the Reich, the Red Line and the Order. They are like the Venice, which has only some raider gangs. Hanza just hires some mercenary stalkers, but nothing serious.

P.S. After Last Light events (in Metro 2035 book, the final one in the trilogy), they united with the Order. But, as i said, it's more like a mercenary service, cuz they don't serve in Hanza all the time. They just come if something happens.
