At the time I am writing this, I haven't actually any of this story (YET). I am going to read it, I am just really busy lately, I am just looking for stories with Luna and/or Chrysalis as major characters. I just want to know how much of Chrysalis and Luna will I be seeing in this story. (I'm going to read this regardless of the answer, it looks too good to pass up.)

@Prince Novus: Nothing to apologize for, Novus. And don't worry. You'll be seeing plenty of Luna during this story. Also, Chrysalis, while not getting as much attention as Luna, will be playing a critical role in the story.

What the heck?!?! Your story is almost 200,000 words long with updates at about once a week and it has only 16 comments and 25 votes?! That is really messed up.
I haven't read it yet but if a story longer than 100,000 it should have gotten more recognition.
This story is off to a good, if not a tad cliched, start.

We finally see the Guardians or, to be more accurate, Guardian, we learn of another prophecy [you must really like your prophecies(not there is anything wrong with that)], Celestia and Luna search for Starswirls journal in his tomb, and Lodestar is trying to use the bickering Griffin Kingdom in his plan. There are a lot of things going on but it hasn't gotten confusing yet, nice job.
Sombra goes to war with Equestria! One issue though, how do the ponies know that King Prodigal has a new name and that it's Sombra? Other than that it's a good chapter
