You said you wanted to make people question their morals when you gave this to me. In order to do so, you need people to be in a situation where they can decide whether the situation is against their morals on their own. Nosh is, however, believing he made a mistake when he beded Scoots. Yes, he sexed a filly, but he he's having doubts, especially now he jokingly offered to do the same for the other Crusaders. It's not really a moral dilemma when he believes he did something wrong. That would be if he never even pondered the morality of his actions; it leaves the situation open-ended for each individual reader. Another dilemma, although with less emphasis on moral, would be if he didn't know what to do with Scoots if she keeps pestering him for sex.

Things like that are normal in changeling culture. The "questioning your morals" part is whether the reader thinks he was justified in sleeping with a thirteen year old.
Also, Nosh is British slang? And for food, too? That fits so well, considering the the fact that the chapters are named after food.

As Nosh said, in changeling culture, sex happens between two (or more ;P) people who want it. Scoots wanted something that would make her feel better, Nosh is clean of any STIs and can't get her pregnant. My morals say, no harm no foul.

But there in lies the catch, the other catch, Scoots was sad, Nosh didn't have to have sex with her, he could have made her feel good another way, by... say... shifting into a mother pony, giving her a massage, shifting into Dash and doing awesome things with her, shifting into Fluttershy and singing her to sleep as he coddled and kissed her forehead, shifting into a puppy or something and doing the things that puppies do, or perhaps he could just stay the same and hugged her and cared for her until she fell asleep. Sex isn't the only way to make someone feel good... it just happens to be the funnest way for both parties.
Nevertheless, I find nothing wrong with this story.
