The Cutie Mark Crusaders are framed for a terrible accident, leading to them getting chased out of Ponyville and subsequently exiled. Only Fluttershy believes that the Cutie Mark Crusaders are innocent and travels with them to keep them safe. While out of Ponyville, the Cutie Mark Crusaders hear of a chance to acquire special kinds of cutie marks known as 'legendary marks' and set out to Applewood to start their new lives. Their debut film, Mares in Black, becomes a box office smash success, and that's when their older sisters and Rainbow Dash find out what happened to the Cutie Mark Crusaders, who refuse to return to Ponyville. This was quite... Interesting, there were points where I wanted to bang my fists onto the desk I am sitting at and then there were points that I wanted nothing more to do than bury my face in my arms and cry, but there were moments I thought to be funny, not many but they were there.
That was a great story. Why would the CMC still be afraid weren't their names cleared?

1. For starters, if you think "Sister Dash" is that bad, go read this story (all five current chapters) and then get back to Black Kyurem on harshness.
2. In the episode "Ponyville Confidential", Apple Bloom was as good as disowned when Applejack and Big Mac found out about Gabby Gums. Big Mac even told all three of them to 'go away'. In a nutshell, they were 'banished'.
You should choose your words more carefully before calling out Black Kyurem.

this is a bittersweet ending but im alright with this. Sure Discord is defeated and CMC are back in Ponyville but at what Price. Anyways this story reminded me of this Fic where the CMC are ran out of town.

Black Kyurem, once again you never disappoint. IMO this is your second best story yet (1st being A Canterlot Wedding: Aftermath).
I'll admit, it was off to a quick start, but the rest of the story flowed pretty well. The sequence at Applewood was an enjoyable read, the CMC refusing their sisters' and calling them out was a very pleasing turn of events and the reveal of Discord's true nature and Fluttershy's reaction was truly a tear jerker. For a breif time, I actually did believe it was Discord all along, the twist with Angel at the end was very surprising (that guy holds one heck of grudge), and the subsequent aftermath to that is both saddening and satisfying:
- Saddening because of the crusaders' dilema being perfectly realistic; suffering through two traumatic experiences in quite a short time has that effect, especially when you're a child.
- Satisfying because the Mane 6 FINALLY get their just desserts. From what I've gathered, Applejack (and probably Big Mac as well) holds pride above all else, even family; and seeing them both getting hated for it after such a long time is the icing on the cake for me.
The cliffhanger ending was also well used, and even if you don't make a sequel, leaving the events at such a sad moment lets the readers decide for themselves what will happen next.
Though there were one or two moments where I was a bit confused:
- Why did the CMC return to Ponyville when they were happy in Applewood? Were they convinced? Did they want to call out the town for their actions?
- How much time passed before the crusaders were confronted by their sisters in Applewood? As it's impossible to cast, shoot and complete a mega blockbuster in a matter of days.
Just a few nitpicks, but still a fantastic read and I'm looking forward to seeing more from you in the future.

- The CMC returned to Ponyville because Director Q was no longer directing any films and because the whole 'legendary mark' thing was just a prank, the CMC pretty much had no more of a reason to stay at Applewood.
- It is also impossible to do even a short film last minutes in a single day, but apparently it's possible in Pokemon Black 2 and White 2. Deriving from this concept, it was within a couple of days that "Mares In Black" was completed. So the next time that doesn't make sense, just remember. It's only fan fiction!

In spite of the dark tone of the story, I still have trouble keeping a straight face when seeing the CMC dressed as the Men in Black. I'm guessing it's because I do not find them very imposing and am thus unable to take them that seriously (Much like how I would respond to a puppies or kittens that are attempting to act like a vicious predators by attacking their toys).

Well im going to just say it now this and other Fics inspired me on a Fic idea as alternate ending to Ponyville Confidential where the CMC trick diamond into signing a confession letter to admit she was the mastermind behind Gabby gums and Blackmailing the crusader's to invade Ponyvilles privacy. when its published all of ponyville realizes that there were Fools and tries to apologize for there actions but the CMC call them out for being hypocrites and decided to leave town to find there special talents elsewhere . I would say more but I should start writing than saying.

Also most of my time is spent Trying to catch up on the show and Playing Pokémon X ( yea I still play that franchise )
