I absolutely love that you're writing a sequel to the previous story. The one thing that is sticking out like a sore thumb to me is the already apparent evidence that Jesse is having another psychotic episode (i.e: him vomiting the medicine to PREVENT those episodes). Nonetheless, I will continue to read on because I loved the prequel to this, your writing style, and the chance to see which of the many possible roads this story can take. I eagerly await you quick response.

More is coming, be patient. Unfortunately, I'm writing this thing near the end of the school semester and I'm a bit behind in some of my classes, so one chapter a week is as much as I can manage. On a related note, I'm gonna have to learn the basics of two new programming languages for my computer science class (Lua and Python), and would appreciate a private message from anyone who would be willing to share any tips for getting started.

Actually, modafinil is used to prevent drowsiness and boost concentration. It's not an anti-psychotic drug, and in fact is used to treat narcolepsy, though some use it simply to stay awake and alert for days on end. But yes, it does seem that way, doesn't it?
