I don't blame you people that dislike the story, I did so myself as well.
I think I'm mainly confused.
From what I can gather, Not-Fluttershy is an immortal changeling who can kill with impunity... and that's basically it.
so its in the noctis universe

Blueblood a pony who hates filth,randomly mutilates a bat to sniff it, then randomly molests a demon fluttershy look-a-alike who kills him. A rainbow dash who I assume is the real rainbow dash is her slave and yes mare thus not calling the guard on her.

3371464 you should read my other fic, Luna est core Noctis, it should enlighten you somewhat, though I haven't gotten to the part where you'd be fully in the know as to what is going on and why it's happening.
Suffice to say Blueblood is worse in this world than in cannon, his baser desires have taken a turn for the depraved, and Celestia's Counceling does nothing to halt it, I'm basing this blueblood off the one from 150 days of blueblood. whereas Fluttershy is a changeling and has been for some time. As for Rainbow Dash, think of her more as a mercenary that fell in love with a changeling. 
Though I do like you're avatar pic, Blueblood and Applejack look like a good couple, I'd write that into my story... buuut the characters have already decided his fate.
