This was... Nice. If you could somehow turn this into a full story it would be great. Seemed a bit simple but the concept is there. See if you can mold this into 12 more chapters only... Rarity personally kills her victims brutally. Or you know, go the vore way for some interesting side to this.
Rarity is best Ghoul.
It's an interesting premise, but a little too weak to stand on it's own. It needs to be the prologue to a longer fic.
Now I feel like there should be a fic where rarity is living as a ghoul, and is found out and the happenings afterward
Very well thought through and well written. The pacing is very good, only the part of her reminiscing about her family is a bit off in length, it would fit better if it was a little longer or shorter. You could add some thoughts about Sweetie Belle.

I dunno... at least Bieber is straight up unholy. Nickleback on the other hand is a perversion of something good and beautiful, namely rock and roll. There is no part of a Justin Bieber song where I think "eh, this might have good if they just went in a slightly different direction," so that makes them just kind of annoying. Nickleback cause spiritual pain because, goddamit, I love rock and its not like they are untalented on a technical level, they just choose to put out utter shit.
