Start of dialog needs to be capitalized, "Dialog that goes doesn't end there," needs that comma. Other than that it's a good chapter. Can't wait to see how the CMC plays into that building, whose Hope's father unless Scoots is a single parent, and why Dash didn't know.

I know I mentioned this before. But I will say it again, "The start of dialog gets capped," I say from my keyboard, "And don't forget the comma where it goes from dialog to text, also don't forget that when a sentence ends it needs punctuation."
See there? That's really the biggest problem of your fics. You'll have some / most dialog capped, but some will be lowercased. You also forget to put a comma where a dialog shifts to text. Other than that it's a good chapter. It's sad to see that Scoots is one of the hoofful of Adult blank flanks. There are 15 in canon, shown so far.
