Woah, all chapters at once...41k words of Octy x Rarity... Excuse me, I must mop up this drool, then read this story.

After reading this, I have a real need for two plane tickets to Bora Bora, or some other secluded, tropical destination! You really know how to paint a picture for the mind.

I also give a huge THIS to the earlier comment on the music scenes. I'm an avid EDM fan, so the club scene felt like having BPM playing in my head as I read. I've never been a fan of 'classical' per se, but as usual, your description of Octavia's performances really make the music come to life in an awesome way.

As much as I enjoyed Intimate Details, I have to admit I am relieved that this was over. It actually seemed perfect for it to conclude. Please don't take it the wrong way, but I was a little disappointed with part of the epilogue for the previous one. It just seemed too fast for my taste--almost like after the wedding and the "I Do" from two beautiful ladies, everything just went lightspeed, from Sweetie graduating Celestia's academy, to describing how Rarity is Octavia's exclusive seamstress, and everything is all right with the world.

This is why I was absolutely ecstatic when I found out by accident that you made a sequel (or spinoff) about their honeymoon, and for the most part, you did not skip or skim when it came to all that they happened during that resort stay. (Personally, I kinda wanted more from the "fun bag" scene that is basically implied, but what can I say, I'm a guy, can't help myself for being perverted. )

That last couple of paragraphs in Rarity's thoughts was cute. It was the end, sure, but most importantly, it was a new beginning. To think that just a few months ago, she was loveless, literally a foot out the door for her business and home--only for her to be saved and rescued by her savior and now her wife, forever. It shows how much has changed from that first dress commission.

Again, thank you for such a wonderful story. I do hope there is more from Octavia and Rarity, but if this is the ultimate end, thank you for such an emotional and heart-warming ride.

Finally got around to finishing this, and I loved every second of it.

On another note, I always found it baffling how this ship wasn't done very much. I mean, Rarity the Canterlot socialite, and Octavia the Canterlot cellist: they just seem to fit to me. This and a single anthro R34 picture I have saved on my computer are the only two things that come to mind in regards to this ship.

My only gripe with this story? It ended. But, after this point I understand it would be rather hard to come up with more drama—at least on the realistic side—so this is the perfect drawing of the curtains for this tale.

Wow, I only just finished this now, half because of an over-active social life, half because of dead computer, and I fucking loved it all. It was brilliant, and it was very, very hot, and I'm startled by just how depressingly underrated it is. I cannot wait to get round to your next fic, but I'm not sure if you've started another yet and I'm really bloody tired, so I'm gonna go and grab some sleep.
