Just out of curiosity, why would you click to read a story like this?
I admire your effective characterization of Twilight Sparkle. Her decision to have breakfast at Sugar Cube Corner sets her apart from other, lesser non-Sparkles, who in the middle of a murderous rampage would not stop to calmly and rationally consider the benefits of proper nutrition. How's she going to kill that many ponies without staying properly fueled?
The implied rape of the head-in-anus killing is also remarkably compelling, setting up a meta-theme, with strong parallels between the scene on page and the author-reader-text relationship. The victims are cleverly left undescribed beyond the simple "earth pony couple", which both turns them into audience stand-ins (an Everymare, if you will) and offers subtle social critique of the typical authorial tendency to internalize their readers as members of the proletariat standing against the bourgeoisie of the editing class, whereas Twilight is a representation of the author, empowered to cut through criticism, the one character in the story with outside agency.
