Twilight has suffered for so long. I've seen her lose friends, her family, her innocence, and more from the war we had with humanity. Ever since the surrender, she has spent every waking moment trying to earn both her redemption as well as Equestria's for our sins against the humans. Now that she has finally done so, she is ready to rest at last.

I just wish it wasn't her final rest.

After some time of planning, Spike, Twilight Sparkle, and Starlight Glimmer decide to take some time to hang out at the Chrystal Empire for a few weeks. While Starlight and Twilight have their moments of peace, Spike decides to dedicate his time to his best friend Thorax. Little do these two know that their friendship is going to be blossoming into something a bit more than friendship.

Tempest Startreader lives in a small remote town located on the farthest borders of Equestria. He lives with his grandfather, SwirlingStar, who has trained him in countless spells and enchantments that he has learned over the many years he has lived. As skilled as he is and as many powerful spells he knows, Tempest is a pacifist who hates fighting or violence and will find any alternative way to solve any problem without resorting to violence.
After his grandfather's death and saving his hometown, Tempest sets out on a journey across Equestria to seek help for his town and to help out anyone else he runs into that is troubled. He makes new friends, meets royalty, and even learns about his grandfather's past; a past that had remained hidden from him for years.

It finally happened. Scootaloo's idol Rainbow Dash has joined the Wonderbolts. But a random question enters Scootaloo's mind: why did it happen like that?

A few months have passed since Crystal Prep Academy's formal defeat in the Friendship Games, the schedule has gone back to normal, including the traditional school trip for seniors. The destination? Eternal City.

However, not everything has really gone back to normal, because the Shadowbolts' direct exposure to magic has brought dangerous attention upon them, which will force them to stand united against a foe out to tear apart the city... and possibly the nation.
