Originally written in December of 2012, He-Man in Equestria has touched the hearts of fans of both series. The FIMFiction edition has been digitally remastered, with some edits to make it more true to the writer's original vision (For instance, Discord now shoots first).

Luna had always commanded Celestia to never, ever go in her room. Ever. Even on the moon, Luna managed to keep Celestia out.
But today, Celestia managed to find her way in.

This is a story about a young man named Matthew. Matthew is a slacker in school, barely helps out around his house, and just sits around watching his favorite show, My Little Pony. However, there is one thing that Matthew is good at, and that is playing detective. Of course, I use the word playing quite literally, as he is not, in fact, a detective. At least, not yet. As of now, he is your average 16 year old brony, just wanting to escape the world and go to Equestria, and that, is exactly what he is going to get. Hopefully.

When a conjunction of the two brings the power they represent to bear and the walls between worlds is breached as a result, one young man's life is changed. Having fallen from his own world, he lands in a realm of magic and populated by creatures he once considered fictional.

Now fate has left him with the expectations of adapting to this new world and the trials and complications that come with it. Amid it all, his passage stirs up old memories that some would rather have left lost and forgotten, while the world itself is left with the scar of his arrival.

While it is true that coincidences are common and not every event is an omen, the line between the two can be paper thin.
