A story following Sunset Shimmer's life in Gaia, starting with an aftermath of the Fall Formal that doesn't go quite as smoothly, leaving Sunset to try and start a brand new life once again, with problems new and old as she tries make her life her own. She will have to navigate work, friends, enemies, and trying to decide where she really belongs, and who she really wants to be, as her actions at the Fall Formal are noticed by forces potentially more malevolent than her old self, forcing her to once again return to the halls of Canterlot High.

After the Storm King's army was disbanded Tempest decides to stay in Ponyville for a few weeks to prove she can be a valued citizen of Equestria.

She expects to be bored. She expects civilian life to be hard to adjust to.

She doesn't expect Rainbow Dash to approach her, asking for combat training. And she certainly doesn't expect to start to like the cocky Pegasus.

But opening your heart to friendship means opening it to some other things as well.

It has been said that no mission plan survives first contact with the enemy. During a mission to investigate a Cobra stronghold, a small team of GI Joes finds themselves under attack, and are catapulted into a completely different dimension along with their mortal enemies. Can this outnumbered, outgunned group of heroes save this new world from the evil that is Cobra? Possibly, just a soon as these Technicolor equines get out of the way.

Set not long after the events of Equestria Girls, and will develop as an Alternate Universe Season 4.

Taris was once a massive, urban city-planet under the care of the Galactic Republic. Three-hundred years ago, an attack by the Sith Empire changed that, transforming the world's sprawling city into a sprawling wasteland of dirt, destruction and disease. With the recent truce between the Republic and the Empire, the Republic has returned to Taris to rebuild and restore the planet to its former glory. They soon realize that task is more challenging than they could ever have anticipated.

Applejack is no stranger to hard work, even if she may be a stranger to Taris. Nevertheless, her expertise, as well as that of her friends, is called upon to help restore life to the faraway world. Together, they believe they can give this world a brighter future. Unfortunately, others see a very different future for Taris.

This story is a sequel to Phoenix-born rising - the ascension of Sunset Shimmer [1st ed.]

The rite of the phoenix is one of the most celebrated moments among the sun-gazers of Solaria. For with the hatching of a new phoenix, comes the ascension of a new phoenix-born: a mortal chosen by the phoenix to be its new life partner and guardian.
