After a mirror portal field trip being conducted by Luna goes terribly wrong, Ocellus finds herself trapped in a strange palace far from home. That palace, once abandoned, is now infested with a hive of love-starved changelings intent on using her only way home as a means to invade her world.

Otherwise, Ocellus appears to be alone.

The story is inspired by, and a homage to, my favorite game of the last decade. However, this story is neither a crossover nor AU. This story is set after "The End of the End" (but before "The Last Problem"), and is purely a My Little Pony story. Mistwake, a young hippogriff student, begins attending the School of Friendship. Her roommate is annoying, she can't stop thinking of home, and there's something off about her pink-haired professor. Horrors hidden in the dark are beginning to reveal themselves.

When her roommate starts coming back to their dorm in the middle of the night, she knows something is definitely wrong. Or is it? Students overworking isn't exactly breaking news. Then again, what exactly could she be working on in the middle of the night?

(Written for "A Change of Pace" Contest. This is my first piece conceived and written for a contest. I'm not exactly sure if I made it on time for the deadline because of timezone differences. If I did, neat. If not, I still like the story. Also, it's written for the Halloween season. Boom, two birds with one story.)

After almost a month on the road from a long and difficult friendship problem, Twilight can't wait to get home, relax, and spend some time with her friends. She is surprised to find that while away Ponyville seems to have become happier, and everypony seems kinder than ever! But an investigation into that can wait, first, she's got a party with her friends.

This story is a sequel to When the Stars Sleep

Due to the part they played in removing it, Twilight and Fluttershy have been tasked by Princess Luna to help her investigate the origin of the Nukelavee's appearance. During their exploration of an entirely empty School for Gifted Unicorns, they find a journal belonging to a student carefully hidden away. Though dirty and beat up, the simple journal answers many of their burning questions, but raises just as many new ones.

A normal evening in Ponyville steadily falls into a mystery. The sun has set just like any other day, but the moon never rose to take its place. Even the stars refuse to shine in the sky. With no word from the princesses and most of her friends too busy working to help keep Ponyville functioning, Twilight Sparkle takes it upon herself to get to the bottom of the mystery with a reluctant Fluttershy in tow.

What is causing this phenomenon? And why can't she shake the feeling of being watched?

This is my first time writing anything so please don't be too harsh.

Tonight, in Twilight's crystal castle, Fluttershy and Rarity sleepover to hear about a very odd, obscure, and cryptic story written on a single piece of parchment that follows a bird who serves as the main character.

No pony knows where the eerie story originated from as all names and locations or any references are either mysteriously scratched out or simply vacant from the page, but one thing is for sure: Whatever had happened to the bird is alien and frightening.

Rainbow Dash hates losing. Yet no matter how hard she tries, Pinkie Pie always manages to somehow one-up her when it comes to pranks...

...until one day, when she finally manages to prank more ponies than Pinkie. Her latest prank, however, does not turn out the way she expected...
