Long before the reign of Celestia and Luna, a beautiful young mare, by the name of "Fluttershy," was on her way to her new job as a teacher at a veterinarian school in Trotsylvania. She soon finds herself in the care of the Countess de Shimmer and persued by the brother of the Countess, who has been locked away in his own home.

Not long after, a gentlecolt, Dr. Van Helstallion, comes into town, hearing of strange deaths. It is then that Van Helstallion meets Fluttershy, immediately befriending her. Now, Dr. Van Helstallion must do whatever it takes to protect the young maiden, as well as the rest of Trotsylvania, from a demon that has been causing all the recent deaths... especially due to the fact that all the victims have been young mares...

Sunset Shimmer, the former pupil of Princess Celestia, entered the mirror hoping to find a place where she could plot her revenge and prepare to enact it.
Instead she finds herself face down in a swamp, cold and alone, lost to the machinations of the dark, that is until she comes face to face with a being almost as ancient as her old mentor, and maybe just as wise.

Rarity (male) and Spike (male) one-shot scene, based on a forum dialogue, I had a short while ago.

I honestly didn't think there'd be much to this medical trial. I'd just have to be the guinea pig for a potential cure to a big bad disease. I figured the worst problem I'd have to deal with is sheer boredom of being in a lab for several weeks. But I soon realized that boredom was going to be the least of my worries...

Ashlyn Is kind of girl who is always trying find ways to spice up her boring life. Searching the web one day, she comes across an advertisement claiming to turn those, who are willing, into ponies that look as if they were pulled from tv! So, she sets up an appointment, and to her surprise, it was real. This is also most likely going to be the last story I will write for a very long time. My dad is gonna cancel my phone

Twilight promises Rarity that a new, experimental spell will make her stronger, smarter, and faster. It works! Yet Rarity wakes up the next morning only to discover a strange side effect. She looks in the mirror and sees a... he. Twilight sheepishly suggests that Rarity enjoy this "vacation from herself" and wait until the spell undoes itself, a full week later.

He calls this new male self 'Purity', and he pretends to be Rarity's cousin, helping out after Rarity left for a sudden business trip. Purity tries to keep things quiet, and he goes about life as normally as possible. However, a new body means new... urges. Purity struggles to keep himself off of his old friends. He also must deal with a new customer named Blackberry, just coming in from Hoofington, that falls head-over-hooves in love with him. Blackberry feels rather weirded out, since he's only been into mares before, but Purity seems just so elegant as well as so incredibly beautiful. Purity can't seem to help himself from falling into the same trap.

Can Purity keep his relationship with his friends from turning into something pervy? Can Purity tell Blackberry the truth? What will happen when the seven days run up?

An unlucky man is stuck in Equestria. He needs some new clothes, and what better place to go than Rarity's boutique? She wants a favor in return, though...

A troubled colt with poor boundaries, bad language, and what seems to be a very troubled past is sent to reside with Rarity, a mare unprepared for true motherhood as well as being unknowing of how to raise a foal of a different gender. A long road ahead awaits them both.

Rated Teen for adult language and strong sexual references and situations. No sex occurs in this book.

As appropriate, this is a societal gender reversal role story; so expect some differences than what you may be expecting as far as gender authority is balanced.

This story is inspired by many other stories, most of which are incomplete and stopped years ago; never to be updated again(?).

Also, this story takes place before Alicorn Twilight.

Fluttershy has never been good at talking. which is unfortunate, because she has some very complicated things to say. Things about her feelings, and her relationships with other ponies and her... gender identity. It's not exactly easy to talk about no matter who you are. But she can do it, because she has to. Maybe it'll get easier to do the more she does it, right?

This is technically a prequel to Lies We Tell Ourselves, but can be read without reading it. It's recommended you do, though.

After Rainbow Dash gets in trouble, Fluttershy and Sunset go to find out why. They discover that there are some people worth fighting for. Literally.
