A classic tale. Twilight tries magic. Magic doesn't work. Magic ends up reaching across the dimensional boundaries of time and space to bring forth the League of Legends's most dreaded incarnation of fear on four hooves to peaceful little Ponyville. Simple stuff, really.

A delightful little story in which the Shadow of War learns that friendship is the most powerful magic of all.
... Or was it suffering? Maybe it was suffering.

Why does it require so many keys to open the chest? Why is the chest hidden so well in the tree? And why is it's main feature a map room complete with a round the clock monitoring system of Equestria. And why does it keep marking things on a map? All will be answered.

Warning! Some knowledge of Fallout 4 required. But don't worry, it's not a Fo:E story. I Pinkie Swear.

Under the domination of Ares, the God of War, he committed horrid atrocities, including the slaughter of his own wife and daughter...

Visions of what he had done would haunt him all his days...until it brought his days - and his world - to an end...

At least, that's what the fates have decreed await him and Olympus.

But Fate changes sometimes. Some things can't be predicted, even by gods. And this time around, one of those things has found her way to Kratos at the very beginning of his Nightmares.

While at the Chicago Comic-con, I was cosplaying as Braum when I found an item that would complete my look. This item transported me to the world of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and all I want to do now is help as much as a can to people in this world and make sure that all works out.

The others will not help him on this, the skilled assassin decided this was a job he can only do himself. No other shall get involved, her life was his to save... No one else's.

The BLUs were after the one that pulled him out of the gutter, out of the darkness within his mind. They showed him quite a time, and always had that smile on her face. She made him feel good about things, made him want to keep seeing the next day. To keep fighting on, so that she could keep smiling.

That's a promise, and a professional keeps his promises.

You would never expect many things in the League of Legends, especially in a special match known as All Random All Mid. Specifically used as a quicker way to settle disputes between random champions, and a way for summoners to simply blow off steam after failing to get a higher pedestal in the Institute of War. In this, anything goes. A champion could be set up with the most unlikely of allies to destroy a special gem of a magical device called the Nexus, or set up with the most hated of foes to fight alongside. A summoner mishap after such a match had ended sent both teams hurtling through space and time to a world unfamiliar to most of them instead of their respective homelands.

Let me give this to you straight. I'm a doctor. My title says 'Nurse', but I'm a doctor. I deal with sick and injured ponies daily, and give both treatment and advice to them with trust and confidence. That includes a certain six friends and their own medical needs.

If the rest of Equestria actually knew that disaster was one missed pill away, I don't think 'riots in the streets' would be sufficient to cover it. But I'm bound by Doctor/Patient Confidentiality, so I guess I'm the thin red line between civilization, and eternal enslavement by some horror from beyond.

That eternal enslavement thing sounds better every day, mind you.

The royal court of Canterlot welcomes its newest member with open forelegs: the human philosopher Voltaire, from Earth.

On Earth, Voltaire is known as the greatest enemy of tyranny in the history of literature, and a legend in his own mind.

On Equestria, the court betting pool is giving him a week before the Princess banishes him to the Moon.

Note: This story doesn't have sequels per se, but there are a couple of short follow-ups set in the present day ("Parade Coverage" and "Secret Histories"), and a prequel of sorts in "At the Inn of the Prancing Pony".
