Change happens, no matter what any creature wishes. Actions have consequences, no matter how badly you want to ignore them. And now, magic is starting to grow in the human world in a very big way, a way that can't be hidden in a single high school.

With the inevitable coming, inhabitants of two worlds have to scramble to get a grip on what's going on before it flows out of control. Hopefully they can figure out this new magic in time to ensure a peaceful relationship between the two worlds.

This story is a sequel to The Last Vacation

Following the Battle of the Bands and their spectacular failure, Sonata and her sisters have isolated themselves in the mansion they 'acquired' long ago. Aria and Adagio, constantly fighting over who to blame for the failure, inevitably drag Sonata into their bickering. They ignore that which made her happiest: music.

Sonata, always the pawn in their power games, always the lesser sister, always too weak to assert her own will, leaves her sisters to their own devices for a day, trying to find some solace that might lessen the burden that's driving her slowly insane.

What she finds is one of the students they victimized: Flash Sentry, playing guitar in the park—alone.

This is a side-story to The Last Vacation, and reading it is not required to follow this story.

It's been several months since the last time Flash had seen Twilight after he successfully apologized to her for his behavior during The Battle of the Bands! They made a promise to meet again the next time she visits.

Now it was time for the Friendship Games and he was pumped to join in to compete against their longtime rivals, The Shadowbolts from Crystal Prep! By chance, he met with Twilight again at the hallway. But Twilight acted like she never met him before in her life. Something seems off about Twilight.

And Flash was determined to find out!

After the defeat of the Dazzlings, Flash Sentry felt guilty for the cruel things he said to Twilight during the Battle of the Bands competition. He wanted to apologize to Twilight, but his guilt and not knowing how make an apology approach is what holding him back. When he heard that Twilight is once again leaving from Canterlot High, Flash knew that he must speak to Twilight before it is too late!

Evil creatures raising from the underworld, a national sports event, an entire other dimension—what will cause the newly-married Twilight Sparkle and Flash Sentry to be apart next? Well, now that they are reunited after Princess Twilight received her new castle and role, hopefully nothing.

This story is the sequel to A Guard and a Princess. It is written in third-person, and occasionally includes the footnote style of The Celestia Code, a story that I would highly recommend if you like Twilight Sparkle. It also takes place after season 4 and Rainbow Rocks, with a little bit of a timeline mix up that you all will surely ignore because you are awesome people. It does contain minor Rainbow Rocks spoilers.

Twilight Sparkle went missing, and ever since then, a certain stallion has been scrounging Equestria for her. But when Flash Sentry finds Twilight, she seems different, as though she isn't even herself. When he raises these concerns, they are brushed off. So he is left with one option: he has to figure out why she is acting so strange. With the help of a pony named Silver and a griffon named Storm, he is going to have to figure it out. Only problem is, he has to hurry because Princess Twilight has agreed to a marriage with a stallion she barely knows, and he knows that the real Twilight would never do that. Something is up, and he is going to find her.

Twilight Sparkle, a new ruler in Equestria, has only been a princess for a few weeks. She just returned from an adventure in a new world that she never knew of, but she still doesn't feel ready for life as a leader. On the other hoof, Flash Sentry is just a new member of the Canterlot Royal Guard. As a member of the guard, his job is to protect the three princesses in Canterlot, as well as tour with them wherever they go. This turns into a romantic relationship, and they live happily ever after.

Actually, no they don't. That only happens in fairy tales.

Rated Teen for suggestive scenes and innuendo jokes, but if you know me you know that my stories are always the PG rated version, where the acts aren't described after kissing or touching. This story takes place after Equestria Girls but before Season 4, not including any new developments in the series or comics after the movie.

Princess Twilight goes on a trip to the Crystal Empire to see her family, but comes back with something else. Flash Sentry is a member of the royal guard, and is excited for his biggest crush ever to arrive at the Crystal Empire. At the end of the trip, the two find love. Although, with monsters, wars, and other responsibilities of a princess and a guard, and not to mention Twilight' s over protective brother, it's becoming hard to see each other. Will their true love pass? Or will it fail?
