The 5th Great Ninja/Pony War has begun! Equestria will never be the same, but it could change for the better. Celestia, Luna, and Twilight have gathered their forces to face off against the Akatsuki. Who will stand victorious, and who will fade into history?

*Author's Note* As the short description says, DO NOT read this story if you haven't read "The 5th Great Ninja/Pony War". It won't make any sense to you. I had a list of spoilers up here from the first book giving you a summary of what happened, but took it down due to many hateful messages. If you don't want to read the prequel and would prefer to just jump right in to this tale, send me a message and I will update you on the current situation in Equestria.

How did Deadpool get to Equestria? How is Discord involved? How come Pinkepie wants his mask? WHY DOES ZAP APPLES MAKE DEADPOOL SANE? How come Luna is back on the moon AND Why am I asking all this?

The Akatsuki have made it to Equestria! The ponies feel it is their duty to stop them at all costs. The Akatsuki, feeling provoked, start an all-out war against them. Can the ponies defend their homeland against these new invaders? (There are many more Akatsuki than those mentioned in the manga and the anime. I will address a select few of them here.)

*Author's Note* The Akatsuki are in the Part 1 time period of Naruto, also known as Naruto's Boyhood Part. This means several Akatsuki are alive, that were never shown, that died during this period. We are about 3/4 of the way through Part 1 at this point, so some characters, like Zabuza and Haku, are already dead.

There were rumors about foals going missing.

There were rumors of adults being taken from their homes.

There were tales of a stallion with no face, wearing a black suit and red tie, who was involved in these disappearances.

Being a gossip, Rarity was well-aware of these rumors, though she never believed them.

But we all know he's real.

We also know he's not the only one.

An ancient evil awakens in the darkness of the Everfree forest. It is a being that exists only to consume, to devour. it is a creature that even Celestia fears. And Fluttershy is the only one who can stand up to it.

The criminal organization known as akatsuki have completed their long acomplished goal of capturing the nine tailed beasts, already sealing the first seven. When attemping to seal the final two, however, something goes wrong, and the group is sent off their planet.

Waking up, they discover they have been transformed into colorful horses, yet they still posess there ninja abilities. Now travelling through the land, they begin a quest to find a way to return to their world. They are determined to get back, no matter who or what stands in their way.

This story depicts an alternate universe where the members of the akatsuki were not killed. Continuity and other factors from the origional timeline will be altered

Discord, the spirit of Chaos was given redemption by Princess Celestia when discovering the magic of friendship. However, his true nature gets the better of him, and once again he uses his power for his own will. The elements of Harmony are protected from him, but there was nothing saying that the element bearers couldn't be eliminated.

Realizing that Discord has no intention of stopping and has rendered the elements useless, Celestia and Luna must face Discord in a final showdown. His powers are too great for them to fight when they are in their current form, but perhaps two alicorns are not needed. Maybe only one.
