Pinkie Pie was known for disappearing and reappearing all over Ponyville, heck even all of Equestria. But what happens when the pink mare reappears and there's a hitchhiker along for the ride that only she can hear?

"Well, it's not a party, I can tell you that much."

Two years after Fluttershy was lost in the Everfree forest and was rescued by the human mage Grendel Emeric, and after Twilight Sparkle discovered that Equestria had been saved from the wrath the Dark God of Magic, J’skaar, by another human mage called Turil Tailclaw, something begins to stir in the old ruins of the Mountain Kingdom.

Whispers of an old enemy…

One who was feared by all…

An enemy…who was assisted by a Dark God…

When a patrol on the border of Equestria in the north where the Crystal Empire’s capital once stood disappears in a sudden snowstorm without a trace, Princess Celestia becomes concerned that a Dark Evil that was vanquished long ago might be returning. After a second squad disappears, she and Luna come to the conclusion that the spell Varlos, the God of Magic, placed over their world a thousand years ago to protect them, has been broken. And immediately rush to inform Twilight and the other Element wielders.

For the Capital of the Empire has returned…and with it…so have King Sombra and Malaskaar…

Princess Celestia and Luna must summon two allies to help them defeat this evil once and for all; it’s time for Grendel Emeric and Turil Tailclaw to return to Equestria…

…And finish what began over a thousand years ago.

Princess Celestia always knew that Twilight Sparkle was destined for great things, but she never revealed the source of that knowledge, not even to those closest to her. When the day of Twilight's true destiny finally arrives, can Celestia fulfill an ancient promise to save Equestia's past, present, and future, even it means saying goodbye to Twilight forever? Twilight had several analogies she liked to use to describe the difficulty of saying no to rarity, her favorite of which was "Imagine trying to flag down a train in the middle of the night while painted black...by jumping in front of it"

One peaceful spa trip with your friends isn't too much to ask, right?
Not when you're Twilight Sparkle......and definitely not when you're the Doctor's newest companion.
So when Zecora finds what appears to be a parisprite in the Everfree forest, but is actually something much, much worse, they have to race to make sure these parasitic creatures don't destroy Ponyville, or Equestria......or the world.
But of course nothing is that simple...... Twilight desperately wants to keep her friends out of the line of danger, but with Rarity playing matchmaker, Rainbow Dash playing spy, and Pinkie Pie being, well....Pinkie Pie, it's going to be a harder task than she thought.

The left wall of Sugarcube corner had been nearly completely demolished by the box, and it was a testament to the skill of the earth-ponies who had constructed the building that it was still standing at all. She shook her head and went to examine the words at the top of the thing that had caused all the havoc.
"Police public call box" she murmured softly, eyes almost glowing with curiosity

Twilight Sparkle is planning on having a relaxing day, but that all changes when a blue police box crashes into Sugarcube corner. Now Twilight, Pinkie, and a strange stallion named the Doctor have to try to save Equestria from a threat disguised as their own beloved ruler.

As Twilight Sparkle prepares for her coronation, she can't help but worry about what the future holds. Normally, this would be the time for a good book, perhaps a biography, to shed some light on how she should react to this sudden change in her life, but it seems no pony has have ever been where she is now.

With Celestia busy with coronation preparations, Twilight has no idea where to turn for advice, but this time, advice seems to have found her.

Once upon a time in a town called Coeur De Cheval, there lived a colt named Knead who learned that he could touch dead things and bring them back to life, but only for one minute. Any longer, and something else has to die. Young Knead grew into the Pie-maker Pony, and along with griffon private investigator Featherson Cod, continued to wake the dead in the name of justice.

Their travels brought them to a small town known as Ponyville, where lived one Pinkamena Diane Pie, who was also a baker, but had no idea waking the dead was even possible. When murder comes to her sleepy town however – as well as a mysterious pony and griffon – she takes it upon herself to do some investigating of her own.
