This story is a sequel to Princess Celestia The Changeling Queen: Stories Behind the Mask

At the Royal Wedding, Chrysalis and the Changelings were revealed to all of Equestria.

But another mask was torn away that day. A mask born for a thousand years. A mask created on one promise. A mask, that has become synonymous, fused, to its bearer.

A mask that when ripped off, causes Twilight, her friends and Luna to question everything they ever knew about the one pony, one very important pony.

At the Royal Wedding, the meaning of the phrase 'Princess Celestia' changes forever.

NOTE: Chrysalis is NOT Celestia!!! That'd be impossible to pull off.

The Halloween after her actions at the Fall Formal, Sunset Shimmer isn't a popular student. In an attempt to show she's changed, Sunset volunteers to check over the list of costumes for Canterlot High's Halloween Party. Making sure they're all appropriate, Sunset goes a little over the top. Also, Trixie doesn't help.

Rainbow Dash, after suffering a severe accident involving a high powered fan, refuses to return to the hospital to heal her broken wing. Instead, Twilight takes her in and makes her a potion to heal her wing. In an unfortunate accident, the potion swaps Rainbow's wings for a horn! As Twilight searches for a cure, she tells Rainbow that she may have to live with the horn for a while.

Twilight Sparkle, a magnificent alicorn and now a joint ruler of Equestria, watches quietly as her closest friends all die around her, one by one. However, the more she watches each death occur, one fact nags at the back of her mind: what if her friends deaths aren't just accidents? More occur, then the letters come. They all bear one repeating request. Give up the throne, or watch more ponies close to her die. That is, if Twilight can find the murderer first.

With Daring Do as his prisoner, Ahuizotl discovers the temple where Scorpan sealed away the Rainbow of Darkness. The Mane Six, joined by Celestia and Luna, quickly go to prevent such an evil force from being unleashed. However, it turns out their attempts to reseal the Rainbow of Darkness cause some unforeseen consequences. Only the Rainbow of Light can set things right, but where could it be? It turns out that its closer than they think.
(Takes place after Season 4. Elements of G1 are used. NOT a character turns evil story.)

After a run-in with Poison Joke, the CMC learn the reason that Zecora always rhymes when she talks. It... wasn't what they were expecting.

A spell gone wrong, Twilight, Celestia and Luna have no answer how to get back home to the Equestria that they know.
Instead, they're stuck in a place where things are similar, yet so different.
They're stuck in what Equestria could have been.
And all they have is a book and their memories to help them.

When Daring Do's adventures come to a close in Equestria, and A.K Yearling stops the story she is confronted by Twilight and Rainbow Dash. They ask her to continue the story even if Yearling cannot continue them herself.

Under cover of night, Inkie and Blinkie confront a trespasser. He sways their hearts and minds with promises of adventure and discovery, and with his help, they break open a sealed passage into the heart of the rock farm. Tracing the glowing ore veins deeper into the darkness, they plummet through a false sun into a pocket dimension whose architect is an abomination older than Equestria and a personal friend of the trespasser's companion.
