For years, you have trained as a royal guard. Now, thanks to the fortuitous return of Shining Armour, your old-time friend and Captain, you are promoted to guarding Celestia personally. The Sangheili are a saurian species of fierce, proud, strong, agile, intelligent warriors and skilled combat tacticians. They are named after their home planet, Sanghelios, and are known to Humans as Elites, due to their adeptness and skill in combat. The Sangheili formed the military backbone of the Covenant for almost the entirety of its existence, they fear very little, and take great pride in an ancient, honor-laden code.

However, this group of Spec Ops Elites, Grunt, and Kig-Yar have crashed landed in Equestria by way of a slipspace drive being detonated in the middle of the ship they were heading to, the 'Glory Upon Salvation'.

Now they have to find a way off the planet and back into space so they can continue their journey to the Blessed Path... by dropping hot plasma on human worlds.
But will they want to, when something they revere tells them otherwise?

Life pretty much sucked. I had little to no friends, failing pretty much all classes in school. My parents abuse me and to make it worse they are my only family. That means I'm kinda stuck with them. The only good things in my life are my Video Games and my remaining dignity. After being humiliated in front of the entire school one day. I decided to end my life and make the pain stop. Right as I am about to end it all. There is a knock on the door and I go to see who it is. No one was there and strange scroll laid on the door mat. I unfurl it to read "It is time to come home, brother".

A chance meeting with a cute young dragoness puts Spike on top of the world. However, it quickly becomes clear he may be forced to chose between his pony friends or the girl who captured his heart.
