Lyra Heartstrings is a up-and-coming musician living in the quiet town of Ponyville. Her marefriend Bon Bon owns and operates Canter Candies, the town's specialty sweets shop. They've been together for years, and everypony around knows what a happy couple they are. But any relationship has its ups and downs, and it's hard to ignore every awkward moment.

Like when Lyra's ex arrives in town.

However, there is one that she can never quite get used to and that is the teleportation spell. Teleporting has a strange effect on unicorns and for some reason, discussing it taboo.

Who is Twilight Sparkle?

It's the month of October, and ponies are mysteriously disappearing across Equestria, leading to considerable fear among it's populace. On the first night of the week preceding Nightmare Night, as a week-long stretch of heavy rainfall begins to fall across Equestria, a life-threatening series of events involving Twilight Sparkle and some of her friends convinces the princess's protege to take up her own personal investigation into the disappearances. Joined by the irrepressible Rainbow Dash, Twilight's investigation will lead her and her pegasus friend outside the town of Ponyville across the rain-soaked land to the wet, cobble-stoned streets of Canterlot. However, Twilight has no idea just how much danger her investigation is about to put herself, her pegasus partner, and eventually the rest of her friends in, as the dark forces responsible for the kidnappings conspire to stop them by any means necessary. And to make matters worse, the events of the week will gradually serve to awaken long-thought dormant emotions in Twilight, dark, bloodthirsty emotions that she's done her best to suppress since that day over a year ago when she nearly lost control of herself in front of her friends. Now she struggles to contain her growing dark side, before it consumes her completely...

A dark adventure mystery delving into matters concerning the supernatural, dark magic, and the occult.

A group of terrorists has declared war on the Crystal Empire: attacking civilians, planting bombs, and taking hostages. Soarin and Spitfire, visiting the Empire on vacation, are the only ones who can stop them. Edited by Skeeter The Lurker.

Twilight knows the princesses have seen more than their fair share of unpleasantness. She and her friends have, too. But after a terrifying experience during a trip to the Griffon Kingdom, Twilight fears what else she may see in the line of duty and begins to wonder what it really means to be a princess of Equestria.

Celestia had a problem. Somepony wrote a novel about Nightmare Moon's rebellion. This made Luna quite unhappy, and unfortunately for her sister, Luna has not yet gotten the hang of modern traditions like freedom of speech, the abolition of the death penalty, and not bothering Princess Celestia when she's trying to sleep.

Fortunately, Celestia also had a faithful student, one who is now a Princess with an ill-defined portfolio and perfectly capable of dispensing justice by the laws of both today and one thousand years ago.

Now Twilight Sparkle has a problem.
