When Button Mash was just mashing away on his JoyBoy at school. But class started with the introduction of a new student. Her name was Screwball. She looked a bit strange in buttons eyes. On screwballs first day there she was immidiatly made fun of for looking diffrent. On buttons way home, he sees her crying and tries to confort her. In the end Button made a new friend but on Screwballs side, she met her future husband.

A emergency trip to Zecora's leads Fluttershy to find a strange pony with a straw hat. Unfortunately, he scares Fluttershy off with his talk of eating other animals. The strange pony's arrival in Equestria sets off a chain of events that threaten plunge the peaceful kingdom into an all out war. Twilight and her friends, along with the new pony may be the only ones who can unravel the mysteries that surround Equestria and save it from falling apart.

Morsidus Grim-Record gets transported to Equestria after one of the music equipment went haywire. He freaks about his new form and is worried he might never get home. Thankfully, a certain zebra knows who he is and is asked to help him. Can he overcome the trials ahead of him? Can he stop the danger that was in the making long ago? Why do the Royal Sisters seem to take interest in him?

I was known as Frank DeFontaine. I was going to a Halloween party. I was a pretty intelligent kid, starting my first college term, and decided a little dress-up couldn't hurt.
My buddy Richard got involved, though. And like everything, he took it a bit too far. This time, I didn't say no, though. I really should have.
Next thing I know, we're going all-out on making my Dullahan costume. Because he's my favorite optional boss, and all.
Really shoulda known something was up when that guy behind the counter just so happened to have a sword that fit our specifications perfectly.
Next thing I know, I'm in Equestria. And I'm missing a head.

A Metroid Crossover

A meteor, resistant to magical manipulation, crashes in Equestria, Planet Equis, and soon spreads an unknown poison throughout the land. Containment is all but failing and the Princesses have little power to stop the spread of the Great Poison. The Elements of Harmony are of little use as no knowledge exists of this threat that consumes all life. Help comes from a certain Hunter, clad in metal.

Samus Aran will not only fight for her life as always, but her own sanity as well as these ponies that she begrudgingly starts seeing as allies. New horrors and abilities await her as a reason to fight slowly festers within her, possibly unlocking something she had been denied for so long: Friendship.

Notes and Resources:

This takes place after Echoes. The events of Corruption will have not happened yet. In terms of MLP, consider everything up to and including the Crystal Empire. Princess Twilight does not exist here, etc. The official Metroid Timeline can be found here.

As well, this story references the manga in many places. Reading of it is not required and I try my best to explain the context, but if you're interested, both volumes can be found here.

EDIT: This story was written over two and a half years, beginning in 2013. You'll probably notice the difference in writing as the chapters progress.

Twilight is looking for a special ingredient to regrow Applejack's crops after an incident prevents them from growing again. But to do that, she, Ben, Spike, Nyx and their group must go to the end of Equestria to get them.
