When Sam opened his eyes, ready to start his first morning as a college student, the last thing he expected was to find himself in an unfamiliar bedroom, in the equally unfamiliar form of Princess Celestia.

Now trapped in a body teeming with an enormous amount of power and an equally enormous set of responsibilities and worries, Sam needs to get to the bottom of things before Equestria's enemies realize Celestia is not herself and take the advantage.

This stort is an alternate version of events for the episode "The Fault in Our Cutie Marks."

Young Gabby wants to try getting herself a cutie mark and tries to seek out the Cutie Mark Crusaders. However, things take a strange turn for her as she crashes into the Everfree Forest and finds Zecora. She then convinces the zebra to craft her a magic potion to temporarily turn herself into a pegasus filly until she can find her cutie mark and learn her purpose in her life! But along her journey, she has to lie to the Cutie Mark Crusaders about who she really is. Also, there is a side effect to the potion she was unaware of, which makes it much harder to find her purpose. Gabby will, however, have to navigate through these obstacles and see how much she's willing to do to achieve her cutie mark.

Stink Beatle, or drone 007, was a changeling of the Badlands Hive! Well, was, you see, his Queen is an idiot and a bit of a psycho. So instead of partaking in a stupid idea, like invading the capital of the strongest nation that Equus has ever seen, he left the Hive to live amongst ponies in peace… Yeah no, that didn’t happen either. He somehow winds up in Canterlot shortly after the invasion… In the castle, under a Princess’s wing.

Waking up as a strange alien bug was certainly not something Thornton ever expected to happen. And yet, that was just the circumstance he found himself in when he and his family awoke one morning with strange new bodies in a strange new world.

Now they're hoping to find their way home, but is home a place they can get back to? And if so, is home a place they want to return to?

All this, and they find themselves at the very START in S1 ep1, the very first scene. Sometimes knowing EXACTLY what's going to happen doesn't make things any easier... particularly when your entire reference for knowledge is a smart alec kid who you're not sure even wants to get home....

In other words... HELP!!

Marianne Evergold is a kind-hearted girl with strange tastes, for she's the only person she knows whose favorite character is... Diamond Tiara. Snotty, bratty, childish, and vain? Perhaps. But she adored her all the same. The confidence with which Tiara carried herself was something she never had. In her eyes, Tiara was truly graceful and picturesque. And while she understood that drama needed a conspirator and Tiara was just the natural calling card for the show's writers, she never liked the idea that she was truly evil. So when the show ended its last season with her being turned to stone for her years of villainy and almost bringing Equestria to ruin... Mary could not accept it.

The only thing she could never understand was... why did they never give her a proper redemption? It always felt like they would. Yet they never did. And if by some miracle they ever did, she would never get to see it.

For she finds she awakes one day in the lands of the colorful Equestria. Far from home. So very far from friends. And so, so very far from family.

And in the horseshoes of Diamond Tiara herself, no less.

But at least she has a goal now. To save Tiara from that fate. Already with a history of bad blood halfway into the show, it would be no easy feat to redeem her as no one would allow her the opportunity after many years of treachery. But Mary vowed to never give up on Diamond Tiara and would keep to her promise come what may.

All while Tiara herself sat back silently in her mind, sealed from being able to take control of her own body again and watching it all unfold.
