Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle have been together since the end of High School. Of course, that was a hundred years ago! Having found themselves still appearing in their mid-twenties because of Equestrian magic Sunset and Twilight have gone to the ends of the Earth and back trying to experience all that life has to offer. But now with their anniversary approaching Sunset wants to do something extra special for the love of her life. Travel to the one place they have not been, outer space! With the help of their eldest daughter, Sunset and Twilight find themselves on the still under construction L2 space station, but not just for sightseeing. There is trouble afoot and the two ageless women have to find out what is going on before the station falls from the heavens ruining their family's fortune, reputation, and many innocent lives.

In a ploy to convince her parents that she’s straight, Twilight asks Microchips to become her pretend boyfriend. Without telling her real girlfriend, Sunset.

Sunset Shimmer hates the magicless world of mutant apes she's been trapped in for the last four moons, but at least she's making some progress on improving her situation. Now if only the short-sighted fools surrounding her would stop getting in her way, she could show them. She'd show them all!

Note that this particular Sunset has yet to encounter the concept of the "mad scientist." Not until later today, anyway.

Sunset adores her marefriend Twilight. Though it's been only one year since they began their relationship, it's felt like a lifetime.

With Hearts and Hooves Day fast approaching, she wants to do something special for her beloved. Twilight has done so much for her after all. The least she can do is repay some of that kindness, and show her how much she loves her in the process.

This was written for my partner for Valentine's Day, albeit published a bit late.

Sunset Shimmer is invited to a house party! Only there's a big problem: it's happening on the weekend – time she planned to spend with her best friend and totally not secret crush, Twilight Sparkle – and that simply won't do. So, why don't they go together? Well, there are a few good reasons, actually. But none are enough to convince Sunset Shimmer not to bring her along.

The night may be doomed from the start, but that doesn't mean Sunset can't salvage it. And maybe, just maybe, she can find an opportunity to finally tell Twilight how she really feels.

A few years after graduating college, Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle became married and start a new life together. A couple of years into their marriage, they talk about their future together and how their new development will change their lives.

This story is inspired by EileenSaysHi's Her Warmth.

The summer after their first year of college, Sunset and Twilight are living a happy life together. Twilight has moved in to Sunset's surprisingly spacious apartment, and, for the first time in her life, is sharing a bed with another human being (well, unicorn-turned-human, but close enough). And despite some initial misgivings, life with her longtime friend-turned-girlfriend has proven to be a rather easy adjustment.

But both Sunset and Twilight, with quite a few stressful memories apiece, are prone to some bad nights of sleep. And when Twilight finds herself suddenly awake in the wee hours of the morning, her bedmate clearly distressed and in the grip of a nightmare, she knows what she has to do, what she and Sunset have so often done for each other:

Cuddle.

And it’s all thanks to Sunset, Twilight, and Starlight. Now back home and in college, Sunset has decided it’s finally time to ask Twilight the most important question she’s been wanting to ask her for so long. Will she marry her?

Twilight Sparkle has been attending Canterlot High long enough to learn some things. The first is that despite the school's more limited resources, the fact that the other students are more welcoming and accommodating means her studies are actually less hindered than they once were. The second is that other students being accommodating to her studies makes it easy for her to get close to others. Third is that she really likes being close to other people, certain people especially. Fourth, she might like girls. Fifth, Sunset Shimmer is really hot and Twilight just might be in love with her.

Not knowing how to handle this situation, Twilight falls back on what she knows best: studying and research. Can her new friends help her with her latest research project, or will she have to improvise? The horror.

The end of the year holiday encroaches ever further into our spooky good time. So I wanted to show more Halloween love this year. I believe this is my first time writing for the human Twilight, so I'm personally looking forward to the experience.
