When Sunset woke up to find herself in some part of Equestria she's never been before, she had originally planned to drive all the ponies apart in this place and gain more power to show Celestia that she's strong enough to be an Alicorn. But she didn't need to; all the ponies were already fighting with one another.

Sunset Shimmer has always been influenced by both Daydream Shimmer and Demon Sunset ever since the Friendship Games. But because of a magic mishap, Sunset's brain gets jumbled leaving Daydream and Demon both in complete charge of Sunset, while the two have to make it seem like everything is normal!

...While also trying to find a way to get Sunset back.
This is going to be difficult.

It was another average day in Equestria until a morally ambiguous, but otherwise surprisingly nice, unicorn stallion fell into some quicksand while high out of his mind. But what he didn't expect was to suddenly turn into a very pretty human lady.

When Sunset Shimmer decided to return to Equestria to right past wrongs, neither she nor her friend Princess Twilight Sparkle could possibly imagine the series of events resulting from that decision.

Sunset Shimmer--still new to friendship--now faces enormous challenges as she struggles to solve the seemingly impossible: how to send the human Twilight back while also bringing Princess Twilight back, when the only portal between worlds has been destroyed...and how to heal her former mentor and teacher, Princess Celestia, who has been stricken by a debilitating illness.

With the prickly and standoffish Twilight refusing to help--and, more often than not, injuring feelings and infuriating tempers--the fate of both worlds rests squarely on her shoulders.
