During their battle on board the Ravager over Telos IV, a tear in space opens up and pulls Darth Nihilus along with Meetra Surik and her companions into Equestria. Having ended up in separate locations Darth Nihilus gets found, and, unable to feed on the deaths of Equus' inhabitants as they lack connection to the Force for him to sever, is forcefully recruited by the Changelings who are the only ones that can keep him from starving to death. Meanwhile Meetra Surik and her companions are rescued by the Ponies after narrowly escaping the Everfree forest. The biggest threat Equestria has ever faced is on the horizon as Queen Chrysalis plans to unleash the Lord of Hunger upon it.

Can the Exile and her companions save Equestria from the coming darkness? Will the Sith Lord of Hunger learn to consume the lives of this world's inhabitants? Will Visas Marr learn to value her own life? How is Mandalore going to cope with these naive, childish, multi-colored, peace-loving ponies, or more importantly how will he get rid of the infuriating pink one that seems hellbent on being his friend? Will the leader of the Mandalorians be forced to accept and embrace the magic of friendship?

Our Story Continues!! Mistilie Flare's plan to wipe out life on Equestria has been brought to a halt by Twilight Sparkle and her allies. Once the battle was over with, Twilight Sparkle used the powers of the Queen Gene to order the attacking Xenomorphs to take refuge in the ruins of Canterlot City. This command would cause the alien attackers to no longer spread death but instead, make a permanent hive. Rough Draft is nerdy guy who had no friends before he moved from Appleloosa to Canterlot. His life started to improve greatly when he started to become great friends with Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Soarin, Caramel, Rarity, Fluttershy, Big Mac, and Starlight Glimmer. But deep down he wishes he could somehow win the heart of a beautiful cellist named Octavia Melody who is dating the pompous and filthy rich Blueblood.

Will he be able to gain Octavia's affections? And what will he do when the manipulative Adagio is chasing him for her own cruel means and even Starlight Glimmer might be feeling something for him as well?

It's the middle of the night. Maybe. Since Sunset Shimmer uses light-blocking curtains and has no bedside clock, it could be noon for all she cares. Still, the buzzing of her transdimensional diary wakes her up. It's Twilight Sparkle, panicking about venturing outside her comfort zone. Sunset does her best to calm her friend down.

Onboard Wey-U Station and left alone after being pounced on by a Facehugger, Fluttershy will have to fight to get off the Station. The new stress of a Chestburster growing inside Fluttershy's chest will eventually cause her to do anything to survive.

EDIT - This is no longer a One shot. >:) Something that i took notice of when Twilight commented that not even her magic could initially stop Starlight, and Twily is an Alicorn. Where exactly did she get all that magic, and was it something Starlight learned, or Inherited.

Starlight Glimmer was a powerful unicorn, and now the protege of Princess Twilight. But even she would find out that there was more to her past then just Sunburst' trip to magic school, and the aftermath of being alone all the time before creating Our Town out in the sticks. She would discover, as would Twilight, that Starswirl was more then just a hero figure to them, He was also closely linked in a surprising way to Starlight Glimmer.
The past is not set in stone
There is no fate but what we make for ourselves
And Starlight was about to learn it.

Edit: Will include parts from the Season 6 Finale. People have commented and asked why I'm doing this. Did it ever dawn on you that Starswirl the Bearded was known to be a Time Traveler?
That we know next to nothing on the history of the Changelings or Chrysalis?
Ive seen a few fics that painted the picture that the Changelings were or are somehow related to the FlutterPonies.
But i had another idea. One that came from The Episodes Hearts and Hooves day, and The Crystal Empire.
Remember when Sweetie Belle read about the Love Poison, specifically Chaos Reigning? A kingdom Falling???
ANd in the Crystal Empire episode, how Twilight had stated that the Crystal Fair was," Created by the Empire's first QUEEN to renew the love and light in the Empire???? >:)

Friendship hasn't always been an easy thing for Sunset Shimmer. Even with what she's done in the past, she's still found those who care and cherish her. There are still times where she doesn't feel worthy of such friends, though... and it's at those times Sunset visits a particular grave at the cemetery.

When it comes to the world of MLP: EQ, there are some questions that we don't have the full answer too, such as why the magic is effecting things in the world like it is, or just what Sunset is when it comes to being with the Elements of Harmony. This story is one such question that I've yet seen answered.
