Here is a constantly updated list of all the Marvel Character's I've cast in my ongoing super project Harmony's Warriors.
This serves mainly to answer all those questions I get about who's who in my universe. I made it a blog post so that, whenever I make another post discussing a new casting delemma, I can link back to this one so that everyone is on the same page and therefore we don't have to constantly be confused as who's already cast and who isn't.

Ultron, due to his nature as Evil Robot, is almost 100% certain to be an OC, since there are no robot characters in MLP

One ultra-super-mega-powerful being is enough for one universe.
Especally if you argue that, since Thor has access to magic, he's actually more powerful then Superman, since one of Supes' weakness' is that he can't combat magic effectivly due to its 'random and chaotic nature'.
Also take note that LastKnownSin HATES Superman, so obviously his POV is rather skiewed.

Well, in my defence, most of Jason's resume involves him being an ass to the bat family. He's only recently gotten his own comic, so I'll just say that the fight would probably go on for a while, like the Batman/Cap. America fight until they realize that they have enough in common to form a partnership of sorts...
And then get a body count so big that the Avengers or JLA have to step in and kick both their asses
