Results of the voting!: Coco casting, Terry's troubles, Caramel's concept and Suri's subversion: · 6:42pm Jan 9th, 2014
Okay to be honest the blog post name makes no actual sense, but I figured alliteration is awesome.
In regards to Coco Pommel's superhero identity, it seems that everybody loves the idea of her being Stephanie Brown/Batgirl, so that's what she shall be. Also, a good number of people wanted her to be a Green Lantern, so I figured I'd combine the two in having her start out as Spoiler/Batgirl, before earning a Green Lantern ring, and therefore becoming my universe's second Green Lantern.
Rejoice for compromise!
As for Terry's connection to Bruce Mane in my universe, I, after a discussion with my collaborators, have decided to restore him to the way he was in the show. Now, the key difference is that he will NOT be a clone of Bruce Mane that my Amada Waller created, because that was totally asinine and retarded. Instead, he'll simply be a lower middle class kid, who's dad dies, and he finds the Batsuit, takes, uses it and becomes the new Batman.
However, I'm still keeping the BatBlade shipping going, so therefore Bruce Mane will be paired with Berry Punch. In fact, cute little Ruby Pinch (Berry Punch's daughter), will be adopted by Bruce and eventually become my universe's Huntress.
BATHE IN THE AWESOME!
Caramel's super-alter ego shall be Supercolt. mostly because it rolls off the tongue very easily, then something like Superstallion or Supermustang, and still sounds more fun to read then Superpony.
If anything, I'll lampshade it, since colt is the word for a baby male horse.
And now for Suri Polomare.
She's my universe's Justin Hammer, but with elements of Madame Hydra/Viper from The Wolverine (I liked the movie...sue me). Idea being that she uses her position as a weapon's manufacture to get access to high tech weaponry, and then uses it against her enemies through various backdoor accounts and methods.
Make sense?
Awesome.
That's it really, since those have all been the main topics of discussion in my universe as of late.
REJOICE!
We are in disagreement there. I found it to be added on, but within Wallers character enough to be very believable.
It also added a little bit of heart warming to the whole thing.
Also, he wasn't really a clone. Cadmus just modded Terry's dad's genes to be like Bruce's.
1698847 what he said.
Technically speaking, Terry's dad got Spliced with Bruce's dnA at one point, altering his..reproductive Material...
So, Technically, Terry is Bruce's son, genetically speaking.
And alot more interesting then Damien Wayne.
Emo Robin is Emo.
1698860 I didn't think he was emo, I think he was a little shit
1698862 Little Shit, Emo, i am seeing no difference here.
I just said the same thing twice.
1698872 I'm actually really curious about why he went to the conclusion of Coco also being a GL
1698877 Hey, i didn't have much to say on the matter, so he turned to his other collaborators, mostly because i was indifferent, and my only suggestion was "We need to cast Plasticman because reasons".
1698885
*"We need to cast Plasticman because he's more fun to read about than Mr. Fantastic".
Fixed it for you
1698890 thank you Muchly.
Do you happen to have any Suggestions? I keep getting a Mental Block..
1698890 you seem Pleasent, Please enjoy this shameless Plug of my Fanfic.

This universe just got 20% more awesome!
1698937 She's jean grey.
...Also i did that same pose today when i slipped on ice...
All the pain, all of it.
Works for me
By the way, would you be interested in editing another story I'm working on?
1698953 ooh hoo!
Sucks, bro!
Although...
We COULD make Mr. Fantastic an amalgam of him and Plastic Man, make him crazy awesome and fun to read about, but to much of a good guy to be a mad scientist.
Kind of like the Tenth Doctor Who
Cool! Any particular reason why Ruby Pinch is Bruce's adopted daughter, instead of being biological? There's nothing wrong with the idea; I'm just curious. And since we're talking about Helena Wayne, are there any plans to include Helena Bertinelli?
1699025 If you don't mind me saying so, I would not recommend combining Mr. Fantastic and Plastic Man; while you could combine them into a goofy genius à la David Tennant or Robert Downey Jr., they tend to be more unique when separated into the underestimated, truly bizarre ex-thief and the workaholic, world changing family man.
1699107 She's unable to be Bruce's biological daughter because she's too old for it.
She already exists in my universe, I just haven't shown her yet. She's around Sweetie Belle's age.
Trust me I have a timeline.
And no, we're not having Helena Bertinelli. Too much backstory.
1699025 That ain't happening.
Mostly because, personality wise, Mr. Fantastic is COMPLETELY different from Plastic Man.
I'm thinking of giving my Mr. Fantastic Asperger's Syndrome (which my brother has), in order to explain his weirdness better.
And yeah, Blossomforth is Jean Grey.
1698955 Yeah sure, you're work is easy to edit (but seriously that'd be cool)
1698952 HUZZAH
1699251 so why the combo of Steph and Jon in a single package?
1699257 The idea was kinda awesome.
And if anything, she's more like Kyle Rayner (artist and stuff)...just without her boyfriend getting stuffed into a fridge.
I always pictured whomever it was I chose as Green Lantern (i'll get back to you on that), to start like Hal, and then, over time, turn into Jon.
1699263 Oh, alright. So she's more like Kyle and Steph in a single package. I can dig that.
ALL HAIL SPACE JESUS!!!
static2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130124182254/greenlantern/images/3/37/White_Lantern_Kyle_Rayner.jpg
1699270 Exactly!
BTW I found the Green Lantern info and I'm sending it to you.
(BTW I also sent you the AVI of Gravity via Google Docs, so you can watch it now)
1699251 Fantastic. I'll PM you some of the details as soon as I can
1699294 Awesome!
1699263 So what about Guy Gardner?
1699251 Cool! Looking forward to Terry and Helena!
1699927 Something about Guy just rubs me the wrong way for some reason
1699983 To be fair, that's essentially the entire point of the character. He's an obnoxious, loudmouthed jerk, but he gets the job done so people tolerate him. geek-news.mtv.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/int_jli_punch.jpg
Eh...most of the time.
1700152 Then why haven't they killed him yet.
1700167 DC or the Justice League?
1700462 DC.
1700474 Couple of reasons. First off, he's not without appeal. His loyalty, willingness to take on any challenge and always speak his mind has earned him his fair share of fans. His willingness to backtalk Batman is, in particular, something of an anomaly among DC heroes. Secondly, he has great comedic potential. Thirdly, he's one of the fan favorite characters of the early Justice League International lineup. And finally, I think people like a character who represents "that guy" at your workplace. The guy who can't be fired, because he hasn't done anything wrong, but you still don't like because he's just so obnoxious. If we normal people have to deal with "that guy," why shouldn't the Justice League? 4thletter.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/bb25p08.jpg
1702187 wow...so the douche bag you can't fire guy?
I HATE THOSE GUYS
1702265 True, but I find Gardner easier to deal with because he's not a real person. A lot of popular characters, like Joker, Wolverine, Deadpool, and Batman, would be really hard to live with in real life, but in story form, everyone loves them. It also helps that, unlike real people, where you might never get to see the "tender moments," or the "heart" of the people around us, in story telling, we can see everything. ic.pics.livejournal.com/starwolf_oakley/11581300/22997/22997_1000.jpg
1698860 Even if you dont like how Terry got to be related to batman, he's better than Daimon.
1699025
David Tennat would be ideal to play a fusion Mr. Fantastic and Plastic Man.
1699251
1703848
oh. never mind.
...I'm still mentally casting David Tennat as Mr. Fantastic.
I recently found out that there was a cannon Super-pony in DC.
...words cannot describe the creepy weirdness that was Comet the Super Horse.
Needless to say, your idea is much better.
