Okay, so the wonderfully insane CliffRobotnik has come up with several awesome origins as of late, and I shall now present them to you, with his original text:
Bullseye's Origin:
You already have a character Semi-Cast thats fully capable of also being Bullseye...

Hawkeye and Bullseye are Very similar in Skillsets, but with very different Morals.Heres my Idea, after the... Glowstick of Death fiasco, Pinkie has a Renewed fear in her other side, and actively seeks to Cure herself....
Enter Cupcake.
After a Long series of Begs and Pleads, Cupcake finally agree's to put a Psychic Block on The Other Pinkie....
At first, this seems to work, but the truth is far more sinister.... Other Pinkie is Incredibly Devious, and actually flee's into Cupcakes mind through the Connection, and Hides in her subconscious, causing minor Nightmares when cupcakes sleeps... until a point where Cupcakes mental faculties weaken, and Pinkie2 hijacks a Brainwave, and ends up attaching to some Random Mare nearby, and slowly begins to Overwrite her, until she fully takes over, and takes the name "Bullseye" as a Mock at Pinkie's codename, "Hawkeye".This can lead to a One-shot called "Eye for an Eye" where they Fight, and Ultimately, Pinkie2 is put back where she belongs, freeing this poor, random Mare....

Partially because her daughter, Nursery Rhyme, was born Hard of Hearing.

However, one of the Chairs in charge of this Subsidiary threatens to cut her funding if she does not get results in a Weak, so she starts... cutting corners........Enter Banner Wings biggest freaking Fuckup ever.
She, through means I am leaving Vague, acquires a sample of some version of the Super Soldier Serum, thats seems to just keep being spread, and diluted, and Made worse... And uses it as a base for her own Serum, and lacking time to acquire a test subject, does the surprisingly Common acts of Self-Testing.
At first it doesn't seem o work.. but then she starts blacking out and waking up in odd places with her labcoat torn, and the news Reports ponies being attacked, and bitten, by a seemingly Vampyric creature...
Asides from Batcolt, then also gets Berry Punch's attention.... I am combining aspects of Man-Bat with a little of Michael Morbius, if you didn't notice.
Anyway, eventually, she is fought, and cured, because batman is really Good by now at creating Anti-Mutagens for this kind of thing.
Anyway, Bruce Mane takes direct control of the subsidiary, and to help the Self-victimized Coldheart get back on her feat, he begins funding her Research... as it was to a good cause, before poor, greedy management cause dher to Act in Desperation...
First off she stops using Vampire bat subjects, as seeing how BADLY her experiment could backfire, she switches to herbivorous Bat species, specifically nocturnal Fruit bats.
However, eventually she finds a alternate route that does not use the Defunct SS-Serum, and goes to carefulyl dispose of her experiments in the company Incinerator properly in a calm, organized manner, as per Policy.
Then her Daughter rams into her in the hall(it's bring your Daughter to work day, and she was playing Tag with the other scientists kids, as they aren't allowed in the labs....yeah.), causing the Second batch of the Formula to fall on the ground and shatter... being ever the Sweetheart, Rhyme does to help her clean up, and cuts her hoof on the glass.A few months Later, Mare-Bat appears again, attacking fruit shipments and making huge messes.
Immediately, Coldheart believes she is becoming the Mare-Bat again, and tries to cure herself, unable to even stop and CONSIDER that it could be her Daughter....In the End, Batcolt plays detective and figures out who it is, in part by the Mare-Bats smaller size(which makes it 3 times as Fast as the Previous Mare-Bat), and its Change it Diet, he Determines to locate and sure Nursery Rhyme...
..However, unlike her Mother, she's been Aflicted for a few Months, and it was a slow, steady Infection, and has saturated her young Body to thoroughly to fully cure, but Batman is able to... Stabilize the filly, and give her the chance to try and control her... condition.
Currently, i am thinking she Learns from Iron Fist how to control her Mind, Body and Spirit, in order to Control the Transformation, as Unlike others(like Flutterhulk) her other side is Purely Instinct, and can be "Tamed"....
Yeah i just now realized how Coldhearts research mirrored Cheerilee's, that two completely unconnected scientists found the same Path, could mean there actually IS something there that can be used Medically...
ANyway, I am thinking, after she Masters her ability to Shift from Filly to Giant Bat, she joins up with the..Youngest seeming of the Superkids groups, the Power Pack, and adds another Ultra-Cute Filly to there Team, much to the bratty boys disgust.

I do not know JACK about the Falcon outside of his appearances in Avengers:Earths Mightiest Heroes, so i am going to be making her origin idea from Scratch.
She is a Adult Mare who Never Got her Cutie-Mark, because her Destiny, her special Talent, and indeed, the thing that Captivated her more then anything else, was Impossible for her, as She was a Earth Pony...
Flight.
SO, The closest she can get, is Flying Airships, Blimps, and Zeppelin's, which she does well enough...
And then she hears about Iron Mare, And Rarity's reveal That she is Iron Mare, and begins saving up her Money, and eventually makes her way to Rarity's home, and Begs her, Saying that she will Pay her if she has to, that Rarity has to make her Wings, so she can Fly...
Rarity looks into her Eyes, the sincerity in them, Like a Child who is told they'll never be able to Walk again...
Rarity Agree's, and builds her the Suit, not very armored, but built for Speed and Agility.... While testing them out, she saves some Kids falling off of a Airship, nearly getting ehrself wrecked in the process....Basically, she and Rarity become pretty close Buds, and eventually Rarity gives her Flight Suit combat upgrades, allowing her to Join Rarity's Entourage of Suit'd Crime Fighters, Until she departs to help other Ponies...
During the Rescue of the Kids, she actually Earns her cutie Mark, Which is a Red Bird flying over a Sun with speed lines behind it.
Basically, a "Earn your cutie-Mark" Story, with a Full grown Mare, Who's Special Talent was that of a Winged Hero.
Thats right, a Superhero Cutie-Mark.

A Cadet at the Wonderbolts Academy... Which you can pretty Easily make a Elite Air core of the Equestrian Military!
Why she isn't the Bravest of the Cadets, per se, alot can be said by the fact she does not Back out....
And unlike 90% of the other characters, she does not have any tragic Backstory or a awful family relationship, she's just a young mare who is Eager to help Ponies, even if it Scares her, a Pure and Noble Soul by default, Able to Endure things that terrify her so that she may become strong enough to Help the Innocent...
Willing to do whatever it takes to defend the Ponies of Equestria, and a determined heart.... This is why The Ring chooses her as it's previous user Parishes.
She has been, out of nowhere, granted one of the most Powerful Powers in both the Marvel and DC universes, a Power easily Abused....
Plus you get to have a character who is terrified of being a Superhero, and of the Power She wields, but refuses to give it up, as she was chosen to become the protector of the entire Planet, and she would never be able to look at herself in the mirror if she passed on this responsibility.
