And remember how I said I would also include the Sentry in my universe?
Well...I had an explosion of inspiration at 3 AM or something and I figured out a way to combine ALL THREE
Now before you all go screaming bloody murder, lets follow the logic of it all shall we?:
In his proposal, Cliff Robotnik suggested that Milano Mash (Buttons Mom) would, due to her Kryptonian heritage, maintain the abilities of flight, super strength, super speed and nigh invulnerability, along with her unique ability to control and wield sunlight in order to fuel her vast magical abilities, along with the possibility for the heat, microscopic and x-ray vision and super breath (I just really like those powers...sue me)
Now I was just randomly thinking about all this when I realized something amazing: the power set he proposed, along with her mission goal are a near perfect fit for...THE SENTRY!
Think about it:
Both can fly, have super strength, invulnerability and control light.
Both got most of their powers from an outside source (the sun and the magical tome for Milano; the Super Serum for Sentry)
Both are capable of VAST power, but consciously choose to keep it under control lest they cause unwanted harm. (Milano due to her magic; Sentry due to the Void)
Both fight against a power of equal or greater strength that is threatening the very fabric of the universe (Nightmare Moon and her minions for Milano; The Void for Sentry)
Both spend most of their time off world, fighting against said evil powers. (Milano because of her job as Sorcerer Supreme; Sentry in order to properly defeat the Void)
Therefore, with that logic in mind, I'm just going to make Milano a super powerful combination of The Sentry, Doctor Strange and Supergirl/Power Girl. She'd have all of their powers (since Sentry and Power Girl have a very similar power set anyways) but none of the bad type of baggage (Power Girl's massive breasts, Sentry's mental illness and Dr. Strange's demonic connections).
And here's what her outfit would look like:
And with all that, Miss Mash would therefore probably be the single most stupidly powerful superhero in the Harmony's Warriors Universe. Of course, she wouldn't reach ultra-supid-powerful until some time has passed. When I told him this, Cliff thought it was awesome and also, my other major idea guy, thevampman24, who is considerably more level headed then Cliff, also thought it was totally stupidly awesome.

Shouldn't Twilight Sparkle be Sorcerer Supreme? I mean, I know they're your stories and ain't poop I can do about it if you go that route, and while the idea of making Button Mash's mom supremely powerful is an entertaining one, it seems to me that you should consider characters that might fit that role better... at least in this context, as I can't think of any Marvel Superhero that better fits for Twilight (who, for me, is a tie between Sorcerer Supreme and Iron Mare)

Yeah, I get the Iron Mare thing - of course, fascinating is Twilight Starkle is, it kinda seems to ignore that Twilight is a mage. You'll almost always have Rarity's fashionista PoV focused on in any incarnation she takes, but Twilight's wizardly ways? Only if it doesn't interfere with ANOTHER idea. xD Which'd be cool if you were going to ignore using particularly powerful characters like Doctor Strange (Who could, apparently, destroy the Hulk with a twitch of his finger) but when you have such characters being played by ponies with no history in such fields and characters like Twilight who we know are powerful taking roles of characters who have no powers and are, at best, peak human performance, it seems bass ackwords.

Solar Flare is part of a malevolent race of conquering monsters that love nothing more than to raze a world in fire and then move on to the next one, much in the same way Nightmare Moon is doing with the Chitauri, but whereas Nightmare Moon is trapped with out the Infinity Gauntlet Solar Flare is trapped until her warden, The Ancient One, finally dies and she can finally take over our world. Now in the comics Dormammu was a manipulative SOB able to play his opponents to his advantage before they even knew what hit'em. And as luck would have it Dormammu himself also happens to have a sister, a twin sister mind you, named Umar. Now that wouldn't raise most eyebrows but consider this. NMM And SF are basically evil versions of the two royal sisters correct? So there for this would fit in like this. When Nightmare Moon was born she was an outcast among the Faltineians, the race that both she and Solar Flare belong to, and was cast out into space and was found on the planet Titan, where in she became the mad power hungry NMM we know now. Where as Solar Flare was actually enraged by this act, seeing as it was a disgrace to her family's name, and eventually destroyed her entire race leaving only her and Nightmare left. And so begins a long tirade of conquest with each world she conquers she gains more followers that become more devout with each victory. This all comes to a halt when she reaches Equestria. She sends out the usual scouts: Shadow Hounds and what have you all of which only return with little more than news of a creature who's powers, *le gasp*, may surpass her own. Needless to say the ones that said this don't have a long life after that report. She decides to head out to Equestria herself but finds that she is weakened while she stays and that her full powers can't be used unlike the other worlds she conquered. This leads to her defeat by the ancient one and her long wait to get back at him and Equestria never knowing Nightmare Moon has her eyes set on it as well.
