For this adventure, Crash Bandicoot, Pinkie Pie, Mikey, Sonata Dusk, Rainbow Dash, Raph and Casey will need to use mind over matter.
It's been some time since Mikey, Pinkie and Sonata helped Crash Bandicoot save his world and Dingodile find his own right path. During a vacation, Crash's world was placed in jeopardy once again, thanks to Docter Cortex being up to his old tricks. But now they're fighting new enemies and... their friends and families?! In the New York City sewers, Mikey and his brothers were gathering vacation supplies.
"You dudes ready?" Mikey asked.
"Ready." Donnie and Raph answered.
"Guys, I'm not sure if we should be doing this." Leo hesitantly said.
"Come on, Leo! We're just going on vacation to Wumpa Island. What could possibly go wrong?" Mikey asked.
"Famous last words." Leo dreaded in his head.
"Leo, the city will be fine. Slash and the Mutanimals can handle things here." Donnie assured his oldest brother.
"And Karai made arrangements for the Foot Clan to get some time off while we're gone." Raph added.
"Besides, I think we could use some time off." April said as she and Casey showed up.
"Glad you guy are coming." Mikey sighed in relief.
"Yo, I snagged us some cash so we can eat at Dingo's Diner." Casey said.
"Heh. I'll admit, the grub at Dingo's is pretty awesome." Raph admitted.
"Well, come on! The sooner we get to the farmhouse, the sooner we get to Wumpa Island." Mikey said in absolute excitement.
"Calm down, Mikey. I know we're all excited, but we can't be gone for too long." Donnie warned.
Later, the turtles, April and Casey arrived at the Farm and found the Rainbooms, Karai, Shinigami and the dazzlings waiting.
"Looks like everyone's here." Sunset noticed.
"Yep." Twilight agreed.
"So, everyone got what they needed?" Adagio asked.
"All ready for a Wumpa Island vacation." Mikey answered.
"Can't wait to see Crash and the others again." Sonata agreed.
"I'm just so excited that I might explode!" Pinkie squealed in excitement.
"Well, let's get moving before Pinkie does blow up." Rainbow Dash joked, making everyone laugh at that.
"Hehehehe! Please Dashie, leave the jokes to me." Pinkie giggled.
"Ha! Never! You won't be the only one who's funny even though your pony self's the Element of Laughter." Rainbow Dash countered as Donnie fired the Portal Projector and everyone climbed aboard the Roadroller as it plowed into the portal.
At Wumpa Island, on Crash's Earth, the portal opened, with the turtles, rainbooms, ninjas, dazzlings and titans coming through.
"Thanks fer helpin' us, Arma." Applejack said in gratitude as Armalion unrolled herself.
"Not a problem, AJ. Least I could do with helpin' y'all and yer family for lettin' me stay with ya." Armalion modestly responded.
"You may have comfort, but my sisters and I get to scare off anyone looking to sneak into Karai's base." Zaptrap said.
"You should've seen the looks on their faces as they wetted themselves, they were hilarious!" Vixot added with laughter.
"Calm down, little sis. Besides, I'm sure me, my sisters and all of the titans are glad to visit home every once in a while." Batlado said.
"Especially Solava and Scorgomid." Grihoga added.
"What? What do you mean by that?" Scorgomid asked, feeling a bit lightheaded from what's coming next.
"Heh, we can tell Solava just wanna hang out with Dingo, and you wanna hang out with Crabusk." Skunture answered, making Solava and Scorgomid blush in embarrassment.
"N-No! That's not it!" Solava argued with a blush as Scorgomid squeaked, feeling embarrassed.
It didn't take long for the ninjas to arrive at Crash's house.
"~We're here!~" Mikey called out in a sing-song tone as he, Pinkie, and Sonata ran up to Crash's house. "Crash, you home buddy?"
"Oh, hey, everybody." A familiar voice noticed, making the three goofballs turn to their right, seeing Crunch.
"Crunch, great to see you." Mikey said.
"Love the new look!" Pinkie cheered.
"Where's everyone else?" Sonata asked.
"Last I heard, Coco's training with Crash." Crunch answered.
"And Aku Aku?" Mikey asked.
"Dunno. Probably still catchin' up with Meadowbrook and the other pillars." Crunch asnwered before a portal opened up and Aku Aku floated through. "Never mind."
"Oh, I didn't know you guys were here. How's it going?" Aku Aku asked after noticing the three party ninjas.
"Pretty good, Double A. How's everything with Meadowbrook?" Mikey replied.
"Everything has been going well, and I've met the counterparts of the rainbooms, except Sunset who's from Equestria. And I'm not surprised Fluttershy is the Element of Kindness, succeeded from Meadowbrook who has the Element of Healing. I also met Zecora, who happened to be a zebra and she can make herbal medicines, potions and remedies." Aku Aku answered, before the rest of the ninjas from Mikey's Earth showed up and readied their weapons when they saw Aku Aku.
"Everyone, calm down! He's a friend of ours. This is Aku Aku, and he's friends with Meadowbrook. But he does have an evil brother who is Uka Uka." Sonata explained as Adagio looked closely at Aku Aku.
"You don't look like Uka Uka." Adagio said.
"Hehe. Not the first time I've heard that. Besides, it looks like you and your sister really have changed for the better." Aku Aku responded.
"You sure this isn't the mask you met, Adagio?" Aria skeptically asked.
"I don't see any flames or bones on him. Do you?" Adagio answered with her own question as everyone lowered their weapons.
"Come on, guys. I want to find Crash." Mikey urged.
"Don't worry, I saw where they went." Crunch assured as he pointed to the direction he saw them go off to.
Meanwhile, Crash had his Bokken Sword and Ninja Boxing Gloves prepared.
"Ready, Crash?" Coco asked.
"Ready to go, sis." Crash confirmed as Coco pressed the stopwatch before Crash rushed forward. Like last time, he whacked the dummies down with his skills while Mikey and everyone else saw Crash going a lot faster than last time.
"Look at Crash go!" Mikey awed.
"That looks fast! And that's a lot coming from me." Rainbow Dash admitted.
"He's so fast now. Whoo-hoo!" Fluttershy cheered softly.
"Someone has been training." Leo smirked as Crash rushed towards to the Cortex dummy and punched it into the air, before launching himself up and whacked his Bokken Sword onto it the ground.
"What's the new time, Coco?" Crash asked as he landed on the ground.
"3.10 minutes." Coco answered, much to Crash's joy.
"New record!" Crash cheered.
"Heh. Hey Crash! Maybe you and I could have a race sometime." Rainbow Dash offered, making Crash and Coco notice the Rainbooms, Turtles, Ninjas and Dazzlings.
"Guys? You're here?" Coco asked.
"I think I'll consider it, since me, my siblings and friends did some racing before." Crash answered Rainbow's question as everyone slid down towards the two siblings.
"You've been practicing?" Leo asked.
"Everyday for a solid hour since you guys came. Wanted to keep my skills sharp, and this was my best time yet." Crash answered.
"You know, I've been considering about being a kunoichi like the girls." Coco admitted, catching the Rainbooms, Dazzlings, April and Karai's attention.
"Really?" Karai asked with interest.
"That's right, mates. Even though Coco helps me on my adventures, she wants to get stronger." Crash confirmed.
"Well, we'd be happy to help train you." Sunset accepted the female bandicoot's offer.
"Thanks, girls. I really appreciate that." Coco said in gratitude.
"After we set up our relaxation spot." Rarity added.
"You don't mind that we came for a vacation?" April asked.
"Don't mind at all." Crash answered.
"Yeah, things have been quiet since the Doominator incident." Coco agreed.
"Wait a minute, weren't you tinkering with Doominator remains yesterday?" Crash noticed.
"Yeah, I was. Hey Donnie, Twilight wanna give me a hand with it?" Coco asked.
"Of course!" Twilight answered in excitement.
"Ooh! I'm so excited!" Donnie said as Mikey, Pinkie, and Sonata climbed aboard the Roadroller.
"We're heading to Dingo's Diner to say hi. Everyone place your orders if ya want grub." Mikey informed.
As everyone wrote down their order, a Spybot was watching them, revealing the culprit to be a figure was outlined in the darkness as it watched the mutants and humans.
"Yes. Yes. Soon, they will all fall under the control of the device, of which I invented! Mwahahahahahahahahaha!!!" The figure maniacally laughed. Who is this, and what is it up to?
In Crash's world, everyone was relaxing comfortably by his house.
"So how has it been for you guys so far, mates?" Crash asked.
"Great. Any sign of Cortex since you and the others beat him?" Leo responded.
"Not a tuff of hair." Crash answered.
"The peace and quiet must be nice." Raph admitted.
"What?! Raph? Enjoying peace and quiet?! It’s the end of the world!" Mikey yelled in fake panic as everyone turned around, seeing him and the others with their orders.
"Hey, even tough guys like us to relax every once in a while." Crunch replied as everyone came to grab their food except the geniuses.
"Come on you stupid thing. Work!" Coco growled before Crunch walked up to her, Donnie and Twilight.
"Wow, we should clean this place up, childrens. It’s been like a metric year!" Crunch said as Coco peeked out from the Doominator Eye.
"Who's going to make us, you? I don't think so." Coco mocked, making Donnie and Twilight snicker as they kept working.
"Okay, guess I'll just say some catchphrases. Drink lemonade, vitamin C." Crunch said as Twilight pulled on a wire inside the Doominator, electrifying herself, and catching on fire.
"Gah! Ow! Hot!" Twilight yelped as Pinkie appeared with a fire extinguisher in hand.
"Hold still!" Pinkie suggested as Twilight screamed before she sprayed the science girl with the fire extinguisher, covering Twilight in the substance.
"Thanks, Pinks. I owe one." Twilight said in gratitude as her head popped out of the pile-up.
"My fault. Sorry." Coco apologized.
"No problem." Twilight responded, forgiving Coco as Crunch chuckled a bit about what just happened.
"Quiet you!" Coco growled.
"So, what are we doing with this broken bot?" Donnie asked as Coco sighed.
"If we get this Doominator eye working, we'll have the best entertainment system of all time! It'll play games, watch movies, and dispense butter! It'll be the mother of all TiVos!" Coco answered, making everyone else cheer at that.
"That does sound good." Crunch admitted.
"Crash, Mikey, Pinkie, Sonata, to get this thing working we'll need a bunch of parts. Here's a list. First up is the capacitron by my house." Coco said as she gave them the list, which had six items on it.
"We'll get right on it. Come on, guys." Crash replied before Pinkie started shuddering.
"You okay, Pinkie?" Sonata asked while eating a taco.
"D-D-D-D-D-Doozy!" Pinkie shuddered as she shook right off the Roadroller.
"If it's anything like last time, it's gotta be bad." Leo dreaded.
"Me and Aria will go with them." Adagio delcared.
"Actually, me, Rainbow Dash, Casey, and Shinigami will go with them as well. Just as insurance in case those three, especially Mikey, start goofing off." Raph replied as Aria went back to eating her nachos.
"Fine, just don't get yourself in trouble. Got that?" Adagio asked.
"Adagio, I'll be fine." Sonata shrugged off.
"Not with that doozy in the future, you won't." Adagio argued.
"She always been like this?" Crash asked Aria, who sighed at the question.
"You have no idea." Aria answered.
"Alright, Adagio. I'll stay here if you want me to.... NOT! SMOKE BOMB!" Sonata yelled as she threw a smoke bomb, covering her escape alongside Mikey, Pinkie, Crash, Aku Aku, Raph, Rainbow Dash, Casey, and Shinigami.
"GRR!!!" Adagio growled furiously as Batlado put a claw on the siren ninja's shoulder.
"I understand perfectly how you feel, Adagio." Batlado said in empathy.
As everyone rushed away and got the capacitron, they spotted Ratnicians stealing the other five parts. But the Ratnicians looked a bit raggier.
"Ratnicians!" The goofball trio gasped.
"Wait, those are Ratnicians?" Raph asked.
"That's right, mates." Crash answered, making Raph, Rainbow Dash and Casey start howling in laughter.
"These losers are the lackeys you fought?!" Raph laughed.
"Even Spike could beat them!" Rainbow Dash mocked in laughter.
"No, wait! They couldn't beat a fly!" Casey added, making the three of them laugh harder, before a Ratnician brought out a beaker of sulfuric acid.
"Oh no, you don't!" Pinkie said as she threw a shuriken, shattering the beaker.
"GAH! Revengocide me!" A Ratnician yelled.
"Retreat!" A second Ratnician ordered.
"No! We must revengocide our fallen brethren!" A third Ratnician argued.
"I'm not dead." The first Ratnician said.
"Oh, okay then. RETREAT!!!" The third Ratnician ordered as the Ratnicians bolted off with the stolen parts.
"After them!" Crash said.
"Heh! We'll beat 'em in ten seconds flat!" Rainbow Dash boasted as she, Raph and Casey ran after them.
"These guys fight smarter, not harder?" Shinigami assumed.
"Big time." Mikey answered.
"Ambush realization in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1." Crash counted down before they heard Raph, Rainbow Dash and Casey scream. "Called it."
"They need help." The Goofball Trio deadpanned.
"You guys fought them. What's the best plan of attack?" Shinigami asked.
"Simple, really. Up close and personal, but fight smarter." Crash answered.
"It's a signature attack strategy with us. Follow our lead." Crash informed.
"If you say so." Shini shrugged as they went to the three hotheads, who were being overwhelmed.
"This is humiliating." Raph growled.
"Why are they called Ratnicians anyway?" Casey asked.
"It's Mikey. He named them that." Rainbow Dash answered.
"No, they're actually known as Ratnicians." Aku Aku corrected.
"Ya know, Casey, they’re mutant rats, and I’m surprised that you didn’t scream at the sight of them." Mikey said, impressed by what happened.
"Mikey?" Casey asked in surprise, before Mikey shushed him.
"We have a plan." Mikey said.
"A plan?" Raph skeptically asked as Crash preformed his Swordnarang move and knocked out a few Ratnicians.
"I'm only say this once. Let my friends go and you can all leave here with all your teeth." Crash threatened as he caught his Booken Sword.
"Oh yeah? You and what titan army?" The Ratnician mocked.
"Don't need one. I can beat you guys up with tap of my foot." Crash quipped, making the Ratnicians burst out laughing, before he tapped his foot, making pink smoke appear around 5 of them and a beating was heard. When the smoke cleared, the 5 Ratnicians were unconscious.
"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THIS IS THE THIRD TIME!!!" The Ratnician whined as Crash tapped his foot again, causing a chain wrapped around 5 more and pulled them in the bushes, before Mikey beat the heck out of them. "If she's next, I'm-" The Ratnician was cut off when Crash tapped his foot again and a blue blur came and knocked out 5 more, leaving 5 left. "That's it! I'm outta here!" The Ratnician declared as he and the other 4 started to run away before Crash tapped his foot again and Shini appeared in front of the fleeing Ratnicians.
"Keep your eyes on me." Shinigami said as she swung her Hypnoball like a pendulum, making the last of the Ratnicians then fell asleep.
"Not bad on the first try." Crash admitted as he gently kicked one of the sleeping Ratnicians, unknowingly stirring him up a bit.
"What was that about them being Harmless Dorks?" Sonata asked, feeling agitated as she started untying Raph, Casey, and Rainbow Dash.
"I didn't even know they were rats!" Casey said.
"Guys, one of them got away!" Mikey called out.
"Huh, that wasn't the doozy, but I didn't expect that to happen." Pinkie admitted before Sonata noticed something.
"Hey Crash, you sure you told us all of Cortex's Lieutenants?" Sonata asked as she staring at foot prints.
"Why do you ask?" Crash wondered as Sonata pointed to strange foot prints.
"Huh, strange kangaroo prints." Mikey noticed.
"Kangaroo?! That's gotta be Rilla Roo!" Crash realized.
"Who?" The others except Aku Aku asked in confusion.
"Another mutant hybrid like Dingodile. And like his namesake, he’s half gorilla, half kangaroo." Crash answered, making everyone laughed at the explanation. "Guys, this ain’t a laughin’ matter."
"Crash is right." Aku Aku agreed.
"Sorry, Crash. But seriously... A Kangaroo?" Mikey laughed.
"That means all five of his limbs, includin' that tail o' his, are strong enough to crush boulders!" Crash explained, frightening the others, even Rainbow Dash, Raph and Casey.
"Okay, now I'm afraid." Sonata yelped.
"Why didn't we fight him last time?" Pinkie asked.
"That's because he wasn't workin' for Cortex anymore, and neither were some mutants, and a human." Crash answered.
"So something is wrong." Mikey assumed, before Raph decided to get everyone back on track.
"Let's just get the parts!" Raph yelled, snapping everyone out of it.
"Yeah! I can't wait to play those games on the new TV!" Rainbow Dash agreed as everyone rushed for the Ratnician and found at a strange building.
"What’s this place?" Crash wondered.
"Maybe an Observatory? It's got a telescope." Mikey guessed.
"But what’s inside?" Sonata added.
"Guys, Ratnicians with parts at ten-thirty!" Raph reminded as the Ratnician ran for it, only for his shape to be made from Shuriken and Kunai knives that the ninjas threw at him.
"Wow! Nice drawing we did with our shuriken and kunai." Pinkie noticed with a smile.
"Alright Poindexter, give us the parts!" Raph ordered
"Alright... GO FETCH!!!" The Ratnician yelled as he threw the last two parts away onto another piece of land.
Rainbow Dash sped off to grab the part. "Almost there!" Rainbow Dash said before the wind blew in. "WHOA!" Rainbow Dash screamed before she grabbed a ledge. "Phew... Grr... I got cocky again."
"It's pretty windy up there." Crash said.
"Looks like I'll need to move when no wind's around." Rainbow Dash as she rushed and grabbed the parts when the wind died down. "YEAH!!! TAKE THAT WIND!!!"
"You do know you kinda insulted Leo, right?" Mikey teased.
"Watch it, Mikey!" Rainbow Dash growled.
"So, what do we do with him?" Crash asked.
"Maybe he'll tell us why this 'Rilla Roo' came by." Sonata suggested.
"Don't know anything. I swear!" The Ratnician whimper as Raph was about to threaten him, but was stopped by Mikey.
"I'll take care of it." Mikey reassured as he turned to the Ratnician. "Listen up, you weasel. Tell us, or Raph will play some knuckle music on ya." Mikey threatened as Raph cracked his knuckles in anticipation with a smile as Sonata, Pinkie and Rainbow Dash fist-bumped each other.
"All I know is the boss nabbed him a few weeks ago." The Ratnician answered before he grabbed a smoke vial. "Later, nimrods!" He taunted as the Ratnician broke the vial on the ground, blinding the heroes while he fled completely from their view.
“Somebody grab him!” Casey said.
“I got him!” Mikey called out.
“MIKEY!!! That's my arm!” Raph yelled with a whack on Mikey’s head.
“I think I got him!” Pinkie said.
“Pinkie, that's my leg!” Crash responded.
“Did I get him?” Sonata wondered.
“Sonata! Watch where you're grabbing!” Rainbow Dash said with a… blush?
“Sorry.” The goofball trio apologized as when the smoke cleared, they stood at attention with their hands behind them.
“Let's get moving.” Casey said as they left back for the house, while a familiar and unstable loser was watching them.
It was N. Gin, and it turned out that the building from earlier is his hideout. “They're back! Even those two monsters! But who are those three?” N. Gin wondered as electricity surged through a device.
“RAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!” A creature screamed in pain.
“Now now, my precious, you'll be in a new home. One where you will be controlled and used. Heheh...” N. Gin laughed as the next thing the creature knew, he felt electricity surge through him. “Now, which weapon of destruction should I give you.” N. Gin wondered as he looked through his weapon arsenal. “Hmm... Maybe the doom hammer will drop on those goody-do-gooder-shoes this time.” N. Gin declared as he grabbed the spring sledgehammer, before noticing that his axe was missing. “That's weird. Eh. Doesn’t matter anyway.”
Later, Crash, Aku Aku, the goofball trio, Rainbow Dash, Raph and Casey went into a cave and down a stream, taking them back towards Coco's house.
“Guys, that stream was a shortcut to get back to her.” Aku Aku informed.
“That was handy.” Sonata noted.
“SONATA!!!!!” Adagio roared in anger.
“Uh-oh! If you need me, I'll be at Dingo's Diner!” Sonata yelped as she ran off to Dingo's Diner to hide from Adagio.
“Hey Coco, we got your parts.” Mikey said as he and the others got back to the Doominator Eye.
“Thanks! You guys did a great job, but what happened to you? And where's Sonata?” Coco asked.
“Fought a bunch of Ratnicians and Sonata’s hiding at Dingo's Diner from Adagio because she used a smoke bomb to get away from her.” Pinkie answered with a *Squee!*
“She was mad when you guys left.” Coco remembered.
“Mostly at Sonata.” Raph added.
“Big time.” Donnie agreed.
"Anyway, this Doominator Eye's gonna be the best invention yet!" Twilight said in excitement as she, Donnie and Coco began to continue working on the Doominator Eye.
In Crash's world, Coco, Donnie and Twilight were still working on the Doominator Eye.
“So Coco, you got an idea on what weapon you want to use?” Donnie asked.
"I've been thinking about traditional ninja weapons and found two to my liking." Coco said as Aria showed up.
“Then tell us.” Aria insisted.
“I'll show you. Hey, you two mind finishing this?” Coco asked.
“Sure.” Twilight answered as Coco rushed to her house and came back with a Ninja Shield and Chain Whip.
“Interesting choices.” Leo noticed.
“I've made some modifications to these weapons for them to be more effective. I'm not breaking any traditions, am I?” Coco asked in concern.
“Well, let's see how you use them.” Sunset said.
“I could use a work out.” Karai admitted as she drew her sword and charged towards Coco. Coco swung her whip at Karai, but Karai dodged them perfectly. When Karai got closer, Coco pressed a button on her whip and the chain magnetically linked together into a solid blade, catching the kunoichi off guard. “Huh?” Karai gasped as Coco clashed her blade with hers.
“Gotcha there, didn't I?” Coco asked with a smirk.
“How...?” Karai uttered.
“I modified the chain blades with heavy-duty magnets to allow them to form a sturdy and strong blade.” Coco answered
“Not bad.” Karai said, impressed by what happened as she jumped back and got ready.
“Wanna see what my shield can do?” Coco asked with a smile, challenging the kunoichi.
“Bring it!” Karai answered, accepting the challenge as she rushed forward while Coco got her shield ready. Coco pressed the button on the handle and the logo slid open. "Now what?" Karai wondered before a Bolo was fired out and wrapped around Karai's legs and made her fell.
"Bolo launcher, great for incapacitating enemies." Coco explained.
"You should know that I'm not that easy to beat." Karai reminded as she turned into her mutant snake form and got out of the bola.
"Impressive." Coco said as she pressed another button on her shield's handle and small blades popped out of the edges, making Karai dodge Coco's strikes and morph back.
"Okay, that was unexpected." Karai admitted.
"And the shield doubles as a sheath for my whip." Coco added as she put her whip in her shield to demonstrate.
"Not bad." Karai said.
"But I bet you didn’t see this coming!" Coco yelled as she threw her shield, which acted like a boomerang.
"Got that move from you?" Mikey asked.
"My Swornadorang move was really handy." Crash answered.
"True dat." Mikey agreed as Karai dodged the flying weapon.
"Wow, Coco. You’re just full of tricks, aren’t you?" Karai admitted.
"Thanks. But I'm worried these modifications will be disrespectful to Ninjitsu Traditions." Coco said in concern.
"Coco, Master Splinter told me that Ninjas have been improving their arsenal for centuries. All of our weapons were once new additions." Donnie responded while he was still wiring the Doominator Eye.
"Please, do not worry, Darling. Donnie’s Bo-Staff has a hidden blade in one of the ends of the weapon." Rarity reassured.
"Thanks." Coco said in gratitude.
"Okay, I think we got this thing working." Twilight replied before Pinkie, Sonata and Aku Aku showed with the two girls holding some boxes.
"Mail call!" Aku Aku yelled, making everyone else come right over and look what was inside.
"Sweet! NVs!" Coco cheered.
"Ooh!" Crunch awed as everyone got their NVs on and started trying them out. But when Crash and a few others grabbed theirs, they didn't see the exposed damaged wires on them and got electrocuted.
"GAH! OW!" Crash, the Goofball Trio, Rainbow Dash, Raph, Casey, Sligeon, Vixot, Skunture and Grihoga cried out in pain.
"I... guess they don’t like you guys?" Aku Aku guessed as the aforementioned heroes and titans tried putting them on again, but got shocked again before comically turning into ash piles with hair and eyes still intact, while Aku Aku tried to put his on, but it didn't fit. "I'll be honest, guys. I don't see what the big deal is."
Then out of nowhere, N. Gin appeared.
"N. Gin!" The goofball trio weakly gasped as N. Gin barked like a dog with Ratnicians appearing behind him while the heroes got up, but weakened from the shock.
"I... I forgot what I was going to say. Wait! I got it! Kill the bandicoots, titans, mutants and humans with violence! And new holes! A-hah." N. Gin laughed before disappearing as the Ratnicians cackled, advancing on the heroes and titans.
"Come on, everyone! We've got company." Aku Aku warned everyone else, only for that warning to be in vain.
"Can't talk, watching monkeys! Look at the monkey! Oh, right in his own mouth." Crunch said as he and everyone else were too busy with their NVs to pay attention.
Aku Aku sighed as he turned to Crash, the Goofball Trio, Rainbow Dash, Raph, Casey, Sligeon, Vixot, Skunture and Grihoga. "Looks like it's just you and me, guys." Aku Aku noticed as everyone that don't have NVs on their heads started fighting the Ratnicians.
"So who's this loser, anyway?" Raph asked.
"That was N. Gin, Dr. Cortex's cyborg henchmen, and calling that half-robot insane is an understatement. The only half of his brain is complete mush like scrambled eggs." Sonata answered.
"Dude looks harmless enough." Casey said as he whacked a Ratnician.
"Let's go after him!" Rainbow Dash declared.
"Easy, now. I know N. Gin. He always has a scheme." Crash warned.
"After our last encounter with him, I don't doubt it." Pinkie agreed.
"So let's get moving!" Mikey added.
"Wait! Remember that strange building we saw?" Sonata asked.
"That must be where N. Gin is." Crash realized.
"But something's telling me that we'll need to take a different path to get there." Aku Aku pointed out.
"I saw a path to the building by Dingo's Diner." Sonata remembered.
"Huh, looks like we're doing a little pickup on the way." Raph joked.
"I did tell Dingodile I'd pick up those cookies he made." Sonata added.
"Ally and snack pickup?! AWESOME!!!" Mikey and Pinkie cheered in unison.
Meanwhile at Dingo's Diner, Dingodile was talking to someone. "Okay, your resume says you have excellent people skills. How are your cooking skills, Ms. Tawna?" Dingodile asked as that someone was revealed as Tawna Bandicoot.
"You kiddin'? My cooking will bring in tons of people and mutants here. But I'm not just a pretty face." Tawna answered.
"Well, you're hired." Dingodile replied with a smile, just before Crash rushed in.
"Dingo! We need your-" Crash was about to ask for Dingodile's help as well as Sonata's cookies, but saw Tawna, making him blush. "T-T-T-T-T-Tawna?! What're you doin' here?"
"Uh, applying for Dingodile's Help Wanted." Tawna nervously answered with a blush.
"Oh, that makes sense." Crash noticed before Sonata rushed in after him.
"Crash? Is something wrong?" Sonata asked in concern before noticing Tawna and the glances Crash and her gave each other. "Am I interrupting something, Crash?" Sonata added with a smug smirk.
"Back outside." Crash ordered, feeling agitated from that embarrassing moment.
"Can do. Just after I get my cookies that Dingodile baked." Sonata replied before Dingodile grabbed the bag, his vac-bazooka and pistols.
"Come on, you!" Dingodile said as he grabbed Sonata and brought her outside.
"Tawna, I want to catch up with you. But my friends and I are in the middle of something important." Crash told Tawna.
"Is it Cortex again?" Tawna assumed.
"I don't know. Look just... My secret training ground near by. Head over there and hide." Crash suggested.
"No. Not this time. I'm comin' with ya." Tawna argued.
"Tawna..." Crash tried to refuse, but was cut off.
"I know about your new friends. I'll stay close to them. Either let me come willingly or your friends are going to hear some embarrassing stuff." Tawna teased, making Crash’s head turn Wumpa red. "Besides, Coco gave me this and I want to try it out." Tawna said as she held out a Bo Staff and shifted it into a Tribaton. "It’s also a grappling hook."
"Just stay close to my friends." Crash responded.
"You got it! But I might fly solo at times like my counterpart you told me about." Tawna replied.
"Yo Crash, what's the hold up?" Mikey asked as Crash walked out with Tawna following behind him.
"Ooh! Who’s she?" Pinkie said with a smile.
"Heehee…! Maybe his girlfriend?" Rainbow Dash teased.
"Good one!" Skunture said with her and Rainbow Dash giving each other fist-bump as Crash blushed.
"Everyone, this is Tawna. My..." Crash tried to introduce Tawna, but was cut off by Mikey.
"Dude, is she really your girlfriend?" Mikey asked as the duo's blushing faces gave them their answers. "Great job, buddy!"
"Tawna, why am I not surprised you’re here?" Aku Aku said with a smile.
"I heard Dingodile was hiring and I came looking for a job. You going to introduce me to your friends, Crash?" Tawna asked Crash.
"Yeah. These three are my best friends: Michelangelo, Sonata Dusk, and Pinkie Pie." Crash introduced the three goofballs
"Hi." Pinkie said with a smile.
"Nice to meet you." Sonata greeted.
"Call me Mikey." Mikey said.
"And the others?" Tawna added.
"That's Raph, Casey, Rainbow, and Shini." Crash answered.
"And the strange Mutants?" Tawna added.
"Sligeon, Skunture, Grihoga and Vixot." Crash answered.
"But you can call me Foxer." Vixot pointed out.
"Nice to meet you all." Tawna said with a smile.
"Same to you." Rainbow Dash replied.
"Dang, Crash. You got good taste." Casey said with a smile.
"I'm going to pretend that I didn't hear that." Crash responded with a blush.
"Seriously though, kinda reminds me of... Mona." Raph remembered.
"As nice as this is, we have to get moving." Shinigami pointed out.
"Shini's right, let's move out!" Mikey agreed as everyone rushed down the path and found more Rilla Roo tracks.
"Okay, seriously. Why are there tracks from Rilla Roo around here?" Crash asked.
"Beats me, mate." Dingodile shrugged.
"Let's focus on N. Gin." Mikey said, unintentionally making Sonata, Pinkie, Skunture, Grihoga and Vixot growl a bit at the mention of the name, before they got to a river, finding a Ratcicle on the other side.
“A Ratcicle?” Crash wondered as the Ratcicle unintentionally sneezed on the sparkling part on the river, freezing it. The Ratcicle then ran across the ice, before slamming the ground, turning dark purple, emitting a purple haze and its eyes glowing red. The Ratcicle looked at himself before thrashing around, then eyed the heroes and titans, targeting them.
“We got trouble!” Pinkie panicked.
“Yeah! Titan-sized!” Mikey agreed.
“Let’s try not to hurt it too much.” Sonata suggested, as the Ratcicle charged at them.
“Incoming!” Casey yelled as he dodged a claw swipe.
But then Rainbow Dash thought of something. “Hey, Raph! Got an idea!” Rainbow Dash said.
“You, having a plan? Now I gotta hear this!” Raph responded.
“Why don’t you punch the Ratcicle in the face, and then I’ll jump onto its head!” Rainbow Dash said.
“You want a knuckle sandwich? You got it!” Raph agreed as he punch the Ratcicle hard, stunning the titan and causing the sound of something being destroyed.
“Thanks, Raph!” Rainbow Dash said in gratitude as she latched onto the Ratcicle’s head, making its eyes glow sky-blue.
“Wow! You’re doing what me, Crash, Mikey and Sonata did to free the titans! Jacking and controlling them!” Pinkie said in excitement.
“Heh! Thought that would work since you three goofballs told us about it.” Rainbow-Ratcicle replied before feeling something tickle her nose. “Gotta aim my nose at the sparkling water in the river!” She thought before she sneezed on the river, freezing it again, allowing herself and the rest of the heroes and titans to cross the river. After that, Rainbow disconnected from the Ratcicle, freeing the titan.
“Later, dude!” Mikey said as the Ratcicle waved goodbye before heading off.
Later, after the heroes got across many obstacles and freeing more Ratcicles after the rat titans helped them, they arrived back at the building and found it deserted.
"Calm down girls." Mikey said, calming down the girls who were still angry with the fact that someone's mind-controlling the titans again, except Tawna, Rainbow Dash and Shini.
"Did something happen?" Shini asked.
"Something not right." Pinkie answered with flat hair.
"We don't talk about it. Besides, he deserved it." Sonata added.
"Oh, right." Mikey, Dingodile, and Crash remembered, sending a bit of a shiver up Tawna, Casey, Raph, Shini and Rainbow Dash's spines, before Crash kicked the door open.
"Let's kick some N. Gin butt and face!" Crash declared as everyone agreed and went inside.
A minute later, they got up to the second floor, where N. Gin was.
"N. Gin!" Crash called out, making N. Gin turn towards the heroes.
"What are you all doing here? Get out of my special place! I haven't cleaned... or shaved! You guys weren't supposed to see it like this." N. Gin said as everyone could see that the room was indeed a mess.
"N. Gin, what are you even doing here?" Aku Aku asked.
"When Dr. Cortex escaped, he left me here." N. Gin answered.
"Bummer." Mikey said, feeling a bit sympathetic.
"But I have brains! And desires! I will not be ignored! I have been watching you, your friends and your delicious sister." N. Gin said, disturbing the heroes a bit.
"Delicious?" Aku Aku asked.
"Cannibal, dude." Casey dreaded.
"We know!" The goofball trio and titans agreed as N. Gin suddenly had a bib around his neck, holding a fork and a knife in his hands.
"Precious! I meant precious! I'm gonna eat her. Watch! Watch bandicoots, and collect information!" N. Gin blurted out, making the heroes gasp.
"Oh, you've gotta be kidding me." Aku Aku deadpanned.
"And when Cortex is triumphant, I will be rewarded!" N. Gin said in excitement as Crash silently told his friends that the cyborg's crazy with his hand spinning in circles at the side of his head. "With glories and showers of presents, like a million Kwanzaas! A-haah! And I, N. Gin, will be made king of Wumpa Island. I'mma be like Serpentor."
"You guys weren't kidding. He's nuts." Raph said.
"Ugh... Totally nuts. Punch him in the throat." Aku Aku told his friends.
"Gladly." Crash, Rainbow Dash, Raph, Sonata, Pinkie and the titans agreed in unison as they started stepping towards N. Gin.
"Not my throat! I need that for swallowing!" N. Gin sobbed before coughing out a hairball.
"Guess he's part cat." Mikey noticed.
"Good thing is I have a surprise for you all. But if I told you, the surprise would be ruined!" N. Gin said.
"At least he understands that." Pinkie admitted as N. Gin flipped a switch, launching everyone outside.
"WHOA!" The heroes yelped.
“Everyone okay?” Crash asked as everyone landed on the ground, before the bandicoot hero caught Tawna.
“I think so, thanks to you.” Tawna answered as she kissed Crash, causing him to blush. Everyone laughed as their friend's turned bright red.
“Get a room, you two!” N. Gin said on the intercom.
“Jerk.” The heroes uttered.
“ATTACK, MY RATS!” N. Gin ordered on the intercom as Ratnicians showed up, coming out of the building.
“It's like Rat King all over again.” Raph said.
“Come, guys. We've fought worst than rats.” Casey reminded.
“True.” Mikey agreed as the Ratnicians ran towards the heroes.
But then...
“YOW!!!” The Ratnicians yelped as they started hopping on one of their feet holding the other feet in pain.
“Gotcha! Dropped some caltrops on the ground while we were flying back.” Sonata explained as Casey sent explosive pucks at them.
“These guys are too easy.” Casey said as the pucks blew up.
“Nice job on the distraction, Sonata.” Vixot complimented as she started throwing many feather darts like a machine gun.
Dingodile brought out his elemental pistols. “This is why I like fighting with you guys. You all know how to make a fight fun.” Dingodile said.
"Hehe! I'm sure Solava would've loved to hear that!" Skunture teased, making Dingodile blush.
"What's that? Dingodile has a crush?" Tawna asked in interest.
"How about joining the fight?" Dingodile retorted, making Tawna giggle.
"How about some sprinkles!" Pinkie said as she threw her spinkles that were infused with magic from her geode, making them explode and disorient the Ratnicians, giving Grihoga the chance to knock 'em into the air.
"Dust Storm Rocket!" Crash called out as he launched himself into the air and whacked a few Ratnicians to the ground with his Bokken Sword.
"My! Those some sweet moves you got there!" Tawna noticed as Sligeon erupted from the ground and grabbed some Ratnicians.
"Here's some for you." Sligeon said as he threw some Ratnicians to Tawna.
"Why, thank you!" Tawna said in gratitude as she whacked a two Ratnicians with her Bo-Staff, before shifting it into a Tribaton and wrapped it around the third one. "Here's one for you, Crash!" Tawna shouted as she threw the Ratnician with her weapon as Crash sheathed his sword and swung his fist at the Ratnician, knocking him out.
"Thanks again for the gloves, guys." Crash said in gratitude.
"No problem, buddy." Sonata responded as she kicked a Ratnician before...
"RRRRRAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!" A beastly primal roar erupted, making everyone cover their ears.
"That ain't good." Raph dreaded as everyone looked up and saw a Gorrila/Kangaroo hybrid holding a hammer.
"Rilla Roo!" Crash realized, while Dingodile saw something on Rilla Roo’s head.
"Somethin on Rilla’s head and it’s controllin’ him!" Dingodile noticed.
"Wait a minute! That looks like a NV!" Pinkie thought as Aku Aku sensed a dark presence.
"Something's wrong." Aku Aku noticed as Rilla Roo jumped down and charged towards him, but fortunately, Aku Aku dodged the attack. "I don’t know what it is, but something’s powering that metal headband."
"Doesn't matter to us..." Mikey started as he started to charge forward with Pinkie and Sonata.
"You attack our friend..." Pinkie continued as the trio jumped above Rilla Roo
"We'll hurt you!" Sonata finished as the three attack Rilla Roo's head at once, instantly shattering the mind-control device.
“Ow, my head.” Rilla Roo groaned.
“Rilla, you okay pal?” Dingodile asked in concern.
“Ooh-ooh! Yeah, I think so.” Rilla Roo answered.
“Glad to hear that.” Dingodile said in relief.
“Everyone, stand down. No need to hurt him.” Crash assured as everyone else lowered their weapons.
“Anyway, let's head back up there.” Rainbow Dash said as everyone rushed, but Dingodile doubled back.
“Rilla, stay here till we get back!” Dingodile suggested.
“Ooh-ooh! Good idea, I was gonna sit down anyway.” Rilla Roo agreed as he sat down on the grass.
Later, while Rilla was waiting, the heroes got back to N. Gin.
“We gotta stop meeting like this, N. Gin.” Aku Aku said.
“Wait, stop! Leave me alone! I am too pretty to be beated down by those girls again!” N. Gin whimpered.
“Again?” Rainbow Dash, Casey, Raph and Tawna asked in confusion.
“I have studying and watching you for a lonely year now. With only these idiot rats as company!” N. Gin yelled.
“That’s not very nice, boss.” A Ratnician said.
“Quiet, Tina! Or I shall give you the back of my missile!” N. Gin ordered.
“Was he always this stupid?” Casey asked.
“Yes.” Crash, Dingodile and Tawna answered nonchalantly.
“I’m only gonna say this once, N. Gin. Get off our island.” Aku Aku ordered.
“I’m sorry. I’m not here to take your message right now. Please leave a message after the beep. Beep!” N. Gin responded as the heroes and titans growled at him. “I’m going! I’m going! It was worth a shot.” N. Gin said as Dingodile fired his flamethrower pistol, burning N. Gin's butt. “Ow!”
“Let’s see what Coco, Crunch and the others are up to. Probably still stuck in their idiotic headsets.” Aku Aku assumed as he looked into the telescope.
Everyone at Crash’s house were still in their NVs, completely oblivious of anything around them.
“And I’m attending a symposium on the effect of Hungry Hungry Hippos on children.” Coco added before everyone noticed the NVs starting to shake.
“Are they suppost to be doing that?” Crunch asked.
“Ugh, probably just a feature.” Coco shrugged off.
“Relax.” Donnie agreed before the NVs started sparking.
“I feel funny. But not ‘ha-ha’ funny neither. Fooold your laundry!” Crunch yelled while the others roared in pain as those wearing the NVs started to change shape. The two bandicoots were transformed into slavering beasts. Karai was forced into her snake form. April turned into a Bat/Kraang mutant. The other titans and the other two turtle mutants were shifted into bigger and more ferocious versions of themselves. But what was most frightening, was that Sunset turned into her demon form, Twilight into Midnight Sparkle, the other two Dazzlings into their siren forms, Applejack into Timberjack, Fluttershy into Flutterbat, and Rarity into Nightmare Rarity.
It looks like the others at Crash’s house turned into mind-controlled mutants. What will happen next?!
In N. gin’s hideout, when Aku Aku finished explaining what he saw, everyone was stunned by what they heard.
“N-No way…” Mikey uttered
“This isn't good.” Raph dreaded.
“This has Cortex's fingerprints all over it.” Crash realized.
“When I get my hands on him, he'll wish he stayed hidden.” Sonata growled.
“Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! Sonata, calm down!” Pinkie warned as Sonata heard her and took deep breaths, calming herself down.
“Relax, Pinkie. I'm fixed.” Sonata replied with a calm smile.
“Good. Now let's get moving back.” Dingodile said.
“I'm coming, too!” Rilla Roo added.
“Rilla Roo, it's okay if you don't want to.” Crash kindly responded.
“Ooh-ooh! You helped me, so I’ll have to help you!” Rilla Roo replied.
“We didn't do it for a debt, Rilla Roo. We did it because it was right.” Crash explained as everyone agreed with him, but Rilla Roo remained firm.
“Aah! Still, I gotta help!” Rilla Roo insisted.
“Alright. Let's get moving, people!” Crash declared with everyone agreeing with him as they took the shortcut through the stream in the cave.
Meanwhile, at Crash’s house…
“How much longer do we have to wait?” A Ratnician asked impatiently.
“Zero seconds!” A tomboyish voice answered as the next thing the Ratnicians knew was being attacked by Foxata, before getting stink bombed by a humanoid stench that had pegasus wings on her back, Rainbow Dash’s hairstyle, equipment, clothes and had a symbol on her right cheek. It was Rainbow Vulture!
“This feels great!” Rainbow Vulture yelled as everyone was so busy fighting the Ratnicians, Tawna was the only one seeing NV Coco climbing up onto the Doominator.
“Casey, Rilla Roo, you two are with me.” Tawna said.
“Ooh-ooh-okay!” Rilla Roo responded.
“You got it!” Casey said.
“We'll handle these guys! Just get my sister back!” Crash requested.
“Sure thing, Crash!” Tawna accepted the request as Rilla Roo grabbed her and Casey, and jumped onto the Doominator.
“Hey Coco, me and these boys are going to get my friend back.” Tawna assured as she grabbed her Bo Staff.
“Wait, Crunch?!” Casey noticed as the three heroes saw NV Crunch, before the vigilante tried to take off his NV, but poked his eyes instead.
“Ooooh! Don’t touch my gizmo! It’s fantaculous!” NV Crunch said before he ran off.
“Dude, hold on!” Casey urged as he tried to go after NV Crunch, but was stopped by NV Coco.
“LOOK OUT!” Tawna shouted as NV Coco lunged at Casey, but then the vigilante brought out his taser and shocked the mind-controlled bandicoot, who leapt back away from Casey.
“My trusty old taser. Never leave home without it.” Casey said in relief.
“Maybe next time shock her helmet.” Tawna suggested.
“Sorry, didn’t have enough time.” Casey apologized as NV Coco climbed up onto a platform, before starting up an engine, activating a machine.
“Uh-ooh!” Rilla Roo dreaded as NV Coco shot a basketball out of the machine at the three heroes.
“Incoming!” Tawna shouted as Rilla Roo used his arms to shield everyone.
“Thanks, big guy.” Casey said in gratitude.
“Ooh-ooh! You’re welcome!” Rilla Roo responded as NV Coco fired another basketball, before Casey gasped in realization.
“Why didn’t I think of it before?!” Casey asked himself in disbelief as he brought out his wooden bat. “Batter up!” Casey shouted as he nailed the basketball and sent it right back, hitting NV Coco.
“You manic!” NV Coco shouted before she fired a flaming basketball.
“My turn!” Rilla Roo declared as he swung his hammer, sending that basketball right back and setting NV Coco on fire.
“I’m boiling!” NV Coco yelled as she jumped down to a shallow pool of water to douse the flames on her.
“Sorry, Coco.” Tawna apologized as she hit Coco hard, sending her across the ground.
“No more going easy.” NV Coco growled as she unsheathed her claws and charged for Tawna, who switched to Tri-Staff.
“I hope this gets that whacko NV off your head.” Tawna said as she wrapped her Tribaton around Coco, and threw her off the platform onto the ground with the others, making the NV fly off, broken.
As the Ratnicians retreated the others who were pulverizing them, Coco started reverting back to normal.
“Something tells me you'll get along nicely in this group, Tawna.” Casey unintentionally flirted.
“Rarrrgghh… Rrr… Hello?” Coco wondered as Aku Aku went to her.
“Coco! You’re back to normal! The NV loaded you up with some sort of dark mojo. I could feel my brother’s influence pervading you.” Aku Aku informed.
“Aw... But it was so cool. You guys sure it was nefarious?” Coco asked.
“Oh, it was. You practically grew horns.” Aku Aku answered as everyone else agreed.
“Oh, fudge! Well, now I'm mad. The best gizmo in ages is evil.” Coco said in disappointment and anger.
“Crunch, Stalag and the others are still under the NV’s control. We need to find where they’re going.” Aku Aku said.
“Relax, everyone. I'll use the eye to hack into the villains network.” Coco replied as she wiring the Doominator Eye, while Foxata and Rainbow Vulture turned back into Sonata, Vixot, Rainbow Dash and Skunture.
“That’s awesome!” Rainbow Dash cheered.
“Just gimme a sec.” Coco said as it took a minute for Coco to find something useful. “I think I got something. There's a video post in Cortex's blog.”
“I knew he had a hand in this.” Tawna deadpanned.
“Cortex has a blog?” Aku Aku asked in confusion.
“Oh, yeah. All the cool kids do it now.” Coco answered.
“Seriously, Coco?” Raph skeptically asked.
“Well, they did two years ago anyway.” Coco responded.
“Really? I never heard of it.” Aku Aku said.
“Yeah. Big shock… Watch this.” Coco agreed as everyone’s attention was now on the Doominator Eye.
“And I thought my 'Dish of the Week' blog was popular.” Dingodile noted.
“You... Keep doing that.” Coco responded as a video came on.
In the video, Dr. Cortex came out of the bathroom. “Ugh! There was a piece of lettuce in the urinal! Who eats a sandwich while going to the bathroom? Anywho, minions! I stand before you reborn! Renewed! Recommitted to evil!” Dr. Cortex declared as he threw a water balloon at a nearby Ratnician. “And I made up with an old colleague. Join me in welcoming... Nitrous Brio!” Dr. Cortex introduced as a strange man rose from the metal floor, it was Dr. Nitrous Brio!
“Yes, it is I, N. Brio! My name sounds like fetus. Hm. No doubt you all remember me as the inventor of the Evolvo-Ray!” N. Brio said while Sonata glared at Uka Uka, who was there at the time in the video.
“That was him? I thought Cortex did that.” Uka Uka replied.
“Of course it was me. I invented the Evolvo-Ray, and mutagenic techniques still being used by that traitorous Cortex today! I. Was in. The bandicoot’s! Creation!” N. Brio yelled as he got bigger and greener, before drinking a green substance, shrinking him back to normal size. “Mm. Lovely Kraang mutagen. So good. And I’m very happy to be back.” N. Brio said, making Raph, Mikey, Casey, Shini, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie and Sonata gasp at that.
“Kraang... I know I’ve heard that name somewhere.” Dr. Cortex thought.
“Yes. It’s been forever since we’ve done some old-school evil.” Uka Uka said.
“Oh, and I've got some old school evil in mind. Allow me to present... The NV!” Dr. Cortex announced as a table rose, and the covers were removed to reveal a chubby sludge wearing an NV.
“That looks totally awesome! I designed it and I want four of them!” N. Brio said before he drank a bit of mutagen.
“And best of all; with it, I can create the most powerful mutants ever. And ones totally under my control. Watch.” Dr. Cortex added as he pressed a button, activating the NV and awakening the sludge. “Totally cool, n’est-ce pas? “I used to run this operation... And it's time I did again.” Dr. Cortex responded.
“Yes, go for it, Dr. Cortex. Eye of the tiger. Hadōken! Paper covers rocks. But paper can’t stop rocks. It makes no sense!” N. Brio yelled, before he took another drink of the mutagen.
“I will destroy you for this, Cortex. Your life is forfeit!” Uka Uka growled.
“Oh my. Talk about a two-dimensional bad guy.” Dr. Cortex quipped.
“Yes. I wrote that line earlier.” N. Brio agreed as the two evil scientists high-fived each other.
“Look, it's nothing personal. I just need a source of bad mojo to fuel the NVs... And since I have no idea where those Siren Girls are... You'll have to do. N. Brio, I need you to keep the Bandicoot and his friends busy. Use our... Secret plan.” Dr. Cortex informed.
“Yes. So secret it hasn’t been invented yet.” N. Brio agreed as he finished his flask and tossed it away, before bringing out another mutagen flask. “But wait, Cortex. How will we get these devices onto mutants’ heads?”
“Oh, that's the easy part... We'll give it to them.” Dr. Cortex answered as he started laughed maniacally as green smoke blocked off the video.
“That's Cortex?” Raph asked.
“Yes.” The heroes and titans answered.
“Those NVs could be sent all over the island by now.” Coco informed.
“This ain't good.” Mikey dreaded.
“We need to find a way to take them out at the source.” Coco said.
“How we do that?” Aku Aku asked.
“We can't wander aimlessly over the island for it.” Shini added.
“Well, I think I know someone we could ask. Ugh, can’t believe I’m gonna say this but… let’s go talk to Nina.” Coco answered making the Wumpa Islanders, titans and goofball trio balk at that.
“Nina?” Raph, Rainbow Dash, Casey and Shini asked in confusion.
“Nina?!” Everyone else gasped in dread.
“Coco! I think that NV gave you brain damage.” Aku Aku said.
“Look, she'll be on the outs with Cortex after all of her shenanigans. Face it, she's our only lead.” Coco responded as the others hesitated, but agreed.
“Okay!” Crash replied with a thumbs up, when all of a sudden, an unusually large Spike landed in front of them.
“Stalag!” The goofball trio gasped as their friend, was unfortunately under the NV’s control.
“Stay back Coco, that NV might’ve drained you a bit.” Crash suggested in worry.
“I'm fine!” Coco insisted.
“If you say so.” Tawna said.
“Try to buy me some time while I get my weapons.” Coco informed.
“Understood!” Sonata responded as everyone charged at NV Stalag, but he countered Crash and the Goofballs perfectly and swatted them away.
“It's like fighting Wolfatizer all over again!” Mikey remembered as Casey tried to disorient him with his puck, only for NV Stalag used his spikes to protect himself.
“That's actually cool.” Casey admitted as Raph jumped behind NV Stalag and grabbed onto the spikes on his back.
“Not so tough now, are ya!” Raph taunted as he was about to stab the NV, when NV Stalag grabbed him and threw him at Casey. “Drat! Thought that would work!” Raph admitted as Rilla Roo tried to match strength with NV Stalag to give Dingodile a clear shot, but the Spike titan threw him into the reformed hybrid.
“Sorry, pal.” Rilla Roo apologized.
“No worries, mate.” Dingodile responded as Rainbow Dash started running circles around NV Stalag.
“This'll make him dizzy!” Rainbow Dash said before NV Stalag created a spike circle around him, which the the daredevil slammed into. “Ouch.” Rainbow Dash uttered before Shini stood on to of a spike pillar, waving the ball like a pendulum.
“Let's see how you like this.” Shini taunted as NV Stalag started to feel dizzy, but snapped himself out of it before swiping his claw at her as Shini dodged. “Anyone else thinking this guy is anticipating our moves a little too well?” Shini pointed out.
“Well, he and I did get along really well.” Coco answered, making everyone look behind them to see Coco with her whip and shield.
“Wanna tag team him?” Tawna asked.
“Like I wouldn't pass this chance up!” Coco answered as the two female bandicoots then split up and attacked from both of NV Stalag's sides, before he attacked Coco, but she blocked with her shield. “I'm really glad I reinforced the material on this.” Coco said in relief as Tawna fired the grappling hook from her staff and pulled NV Stalag's arm. “Now, Tawna!” Coco shouted as Tawna pushed the button from before, shifting it into its Tribaton form before wrapping it around NVStalag's right arm.
“Coco, go for it!” Tawna shouted.
“Sorry about this, Stalag!” Coco apologized as she wrapped her whip around NV Stalag's left arm before jumping onto his head, pulling off the NV and destroying it with her shield, making Stalag collapse from exhaustion.
“We did it!” Grihoga cheered as Stalag started to shrink back to his normal form.
“My head…” Stalag groaned.
“You okay?” Coco asked in concern.
“I think so.” Stalag answered.
“Phew... I'm glad you’re alright.” Coco said in relief, before noticing the looks she was getting from the other girls, making her blush. “It's... not what it looks like.” Coco tried to explain before seeing something on the NV and started examining it. “Hmm... Maybe I can use these spar parts to make something that can reverse the effects and free the mutants wearing the NVs, but that means I'll have to temporarily take control of them.”
“Stalag, do you remember anything?” Crash asked.
“Ugh... I-I don't know.” Stalag answered.
“You better stay here. The rest of us will find Nina.” Mikey suggested.
“No, I've already did enough damage and sitting on the sidelines. I'm coming with you guys.” Stalag declared before turned into an orange Spike mask with yellow markings.
“Guys, I've got good news, bad news, and worst news.” Coco informed, making Pinkie gulp at that.
“What are they?” Pinkie asked.
“Bad news is these NVs are transmitting thought patterns between wearers, including Leo and the others.” Coco answered.
“So that's how Stalag was able to counter all our moves with no problem at all.” Raph realized.
“But the good news?” Mikey asked.
“The good news I think I can tune a tracker to find Nina by using Cortex’s DNA on the NV.” Coco answered.
“And the worst news?” Sonata presumed.
“I have no way to track the others. They could be anywhere on the island.” Coco answered.
“Or they could pop up anywhere at anytime like Stalag did.” Pinkie added with a smile and a *Squee!*, leaving everyone concerned.
“Guys, I'm not crazy about fighting somebody we care about. But right now they need our help. So if anyone has hesitations, I understand if you want to stay here.” Crash informed, but no one wanted to stay behind. “Then, let's get moving.”
“Right!” Sonata agreed.
“So where’s Nina?” Mikey asked as Coco finished her device.
“I can't say for sure, but it seems close to Icetopia.” Coco answered, with the Wumpa Islanders knowing where.
“Ratcicle territory.” Crash noticed.
“And last I checked this Island Map I had, it's just past the grasslands.” Pinkie added while looking at a map of the island she pulled out of her hair.
“That means we can get there easily on foot. Let's go!” Rainbow Dash declared.
“This is gonna be awesome!” Skunture added in excitement.
Meanwhile, Dr. Cortex was spying on them on his monitor.
“Hmm... Well, I thought those three would be here. But I didn't think they would bring friends.” Dr. Cortex admitted.
“Those are the Bandicoot's pals you told me about?” N. Brio asked.
“Yes. And we have control over some of their friends.” Dr. Cortex answered as Adagio and Aria in their siren forms came on his screen. “And we hit the Bad Mojo jackpot!”
“Are they that siren girl’s sisters?” N. Brio asked.
“I believe so. This is just too good!” Dr. Cortex answered in pure ecstasy.
“Maybe I’ll add some of my potions into the mix.” N. Brio said.
“Not yet. I want to see if that memory device works.” Dr. Cortex replied.
“Huh? Why are you making those?” N. Brio asked.
“Fool, they're hooked into the NVs. They'll transmit combat skills and strategies to one another.” Dr. Cortex answered.
“Now that will make them unstoppable!” N. Brio declared as he took a drink of his mutagen.
“Could you not drink that stuff around me.” Dr. Cortex requested.
“I cannot help myself. Ever since I met those strange aliens, my mutagen has been tasting more good than ever before.” N. Brio responded.
“If you knew where that stuff came from, you wouldn't drink it.” Dr. Cortex uttered under his breath.
“Besides, thanks to this new brew of mutagen, I'm feeling stronger than before!” N. Brio added.
"Just... Be careful with that stuff!" Dr. Cortex warned as N. Brio took another drink of his mutagen.
At Crash’s house, everyone was gathering supplies for the adventure.
“So... Who's Nina?” Raph asked.
“Raph, Nina is Cortex’s niece.” Mikey answered.
“Seriously? You mean she’s a kid?” Rainbow Dash snickered.
“Dashie, Nina may be as old as us or younger, but there’s a reason why she’s tough to beat other than those metallic hands of hers.” Pinkie responded.
“What?” Casey asked in confusion.
“Nina’s actually smarter and more evil than Cortex.” Sonata answered, surprising Shini, Raph, Rainbow Dash and Casey.
“No kidding? A six-year is better than her uncle?” Shini asked in surprise.
“Yes.” The Wumpa islanders answered.
“That's just sad.” Raph deadpanned.
“Uh… Whaddya mean by that?” Skunture asked.
“A six-year old being better than her uncle.” Raph clarified.
“Oh. Jinx! Double Jinx!” Rainbow Dash and Skunture said a once, before the leading guitarist of the Rainbooms beat the titan.
“Triple jinx! Gotcha!” Rainbow Dash called with a smug smile, before as if on cue, a foul odor was in the air, making everyone start coughing.
“Dude! What was that?” Casey asked while plugging his nose.
“Sorry, it happens if I lose when I get REALLY competitive. And I think that was one of those times.” Skunture explained as the air cleared.
“Let's get moving.” Crash said.
“Yeah, like pronto!” Mikey agreed.
“WAIT! How are we gonna move the Roadroller?” Pinkie asked, causing a dead silence.
“I can do it. Ooh-ooh!” Rilla Roo said.
“You sure about that?” Sonata asked in concern.
“Ooh-Oh yeah! I am half gorilla after all.” Rilla Roo answered.
“Alright, Sonata and Rainbow Dash... You two ride along side on Foxer and Skunture.” Crash ordered.
“Got it.” Sonata replied.
“This is gonna be sweet!” Rainbow Dash cheered in excitement as she and Sonata got onto the backs of their titan counterparts.
“One last thing.” Mikey said before he rushed over and back with their flag.
“Good call.” Crash agreed as he grabbed the flag and secured it to the Roadroller.
“Heheheheh… You four really are good friends.” Aku Aku chuckled.
“No different from you and Meadowbrook.” Crash countered.
“Heheh, true enough.” Aku Aku agreed.
“So... Three Bandicoots, Two Mutant Turtles, Some teenagers, Some Titans, Two hybrids, and a mask are going to fight an entire army of NV controlled mutants including their friends and families... AND WIN!” Crash listed.
“Yep. That’s about it.” Pinkie agreed with everyone cheering at that as they headed out, not knowing they were being watched.
Later as it didn't take long for them to arrive at the Grasslands, but Crash felt ready for a fight.
“Crash, try to relax.” Mikey said.
“Actually Mikey, have you ever had that feeling you were being watched?” Pinkie asked before out of nowhere, a black diamond pierced the ground in front of them.
“Guess that answers that.” Raph deadpanned.
“But what was it that flew by?” Casey asked.
“Not one of Sombra’s crystals, that’s for sure.” Sonata answered.
“Why hello, Darlings.” A familiar, yet dark voice greeted as the heroes looked to where the diamond came from, seeing a giant woman with black skin, Rarity’s clothing, weapons, hair color and style, accompanied by a giant Whalephant.
“Oh no! It’s Orciamond and Nightmare Rarity!” Mikey gasped.
“Help...” Orciamond uttered before the NV electrocuted her, making Orciamond let out a loud orca bellow.
“Guys, divide and conquer!” Crash ordered.
“Right!” Everyone else agreed as the ninjas, Crash, Coco, Tawna and Aku Aku went up against Nightmare Rarity, while the others took on NV Orciamond.
“Anyone has any idea what Rarity is watching on that thing?” Mikey wondered as in Rarity’s eyes, she was watching a fashion show displaying professional level clothing. But Rarity was so interested in it, she didn't know she was attacking her friends.
“Agreed.” Sonata said with a nod as Nightmare Rarity launched Black Diamond Projectiles at everyone.
“Coco, Tawna... You two restrain her. Everyone else keep her attention on you.” Crash ordered with the others nodding their heads in response to that as Coco and Tawna started to hide and seek up on the mind-controlled fashionista.
“Sorry, Rarity.” Pinkie apologized as she threw her magic infused sprinkles at Rarity, disorienting her, before Mikey and Sonata landed double kicks at her.
“Gah! You ingrates will pay for this!” Nightmare Rarity growled as she threw more Black Diamonds, but Aku Aku shielded them.
“Anytime now, girls.” Crash said as he performed his swornadorang attack.
“Almost there.” Coco responded as Nightmare Rarity was about to send out more Diamonds, before Coco wrapped her whip around her left arm.
“What?! When did you-?!” Nightmare Rarity gasped before Tawna fired the grappling hook and got Rarity’s other arm. “Ugh! Don't think this is over yet!” Rarity said when all of a sudden, a black diamond appeared and was thrown at Coco, who blocked it, but her gripped weakened from the attack.
“That wasn’t what I planned. I don’t know how much longer I can hold on.” Coco said before Crash launched himself towards Nightmare Rarity and pulled her NV off her head, turning her back to normal.
“Huh? What’s happening? I was seeing some lovely fashion!” Rarity whined before Crash stomped on the NV, destroying it, much to her dismay. “Crash! Why would you do that?”
“That thing was messing with your head.” Crash explained.
“I beg your pardon?” Rarity asked in confusion.
“Guys, a little help.” Dingodile said, catching the others’ attention.
“Hmm?” Rarity wondered as she looked at Dingodile, who seemed to be fighting against NV Orciamond. “Ah!!! What on Earth do you think you’re doing?!”
“Getting my tail handed to me.” Dingodile deadpanned.
“Yes, I can see that. But what are you doing to Orciamond?!” Rarity asked as NV Orciamond just bellowed.
“Want the long story or the short version?” Pinkie offered.
“Just get the NV off.” Crash simply said as the others ran off to help get that NV off NV Orciamond’s head while Rarity just stood there stammering, completely confused about what’s going on. “Try and keep Ocriamond off balance.”
"Right!" The others agreed as everyone rushed around NV Ocriamond, trying to confuse her.
"Good thing that NV is keeping that blowhole closed." Rainbow Dash said before NV Orciamond shot a burst of water through the NV without damaging it. "Nevermind."
"Good thing Orciamond doesn’t have spikes on her back." Pinkie added as she tried to grab onto Orciamond’s back, but due to the titan’s moisturized smooth skin, she slipped right off. "Oopsie, forgot about that."
"My turn!" Sonata declared, revealing kunai knives and threw them at the NV, only for Orciamond to dodge them. "Tawna, now!"
"You got it!" Tawna said as she jumped up from behind and whacked the NV clean off. "And that's done!"
Orciamond started bellowing as she shrunk back to normal, while Tawna smashed the NV to pieces.
"Oh... Thank you, darlings. I should've realized that Cortex would be behind this. I still can't believe that I didn't notice that N emblem on it." Orciamond said, causing another dead silence.
"HOW DID WE NOT SEE THAT?!" Crash yelled out as Ocriamond and Rarity collapsed from exhaustion.
"I'm glad Twilight, Micolda and Donnie aren't here, because after realizing that, they would go crazy for a while." Mikey said in relief.
"Yeah, but we better find the others. I found an energy draining and transference device. Which means Cortex is draining energy from the others, too." Coco informed.
"But knowing our friends, most of them will probably go after us." Sonata said.
"What about these two? Ooh-ooh!" Rilla Roo asked.
"Aku Aku, can you send them back to the house to rest?" Crash requested.
"I'm not sure... Because I think that Equestrian Magic will revitalize them right away." Aku Aku answered.
"Still, best not take chances. Send these two back to my house." Crash said before Rarity and Orciamond jolted up, wide awake and filled with energy.
"Goodness! I just had a terrible dream." Rarity said.
"You two think you can get back to my house?" Crash asked.
"Yes, we can make it back on our own." Rarity answered, much to Ociamond's shock.
"What?! But Rarity-" The Whalephant tried to reason with Rarity, but was cut off.
"I'm sorry, but I think we will need our beauty sleep. Besides, can someone explain what was happening?" Rarity asked.
"Short Version: You two being controlled by those NVs." Crash answered.
"Yes, I should've known that Cortex made the NVs to control everyone on Wumpa Island." Orciamond agreed.
"And the others?" Rarity added.
"Still under the NV's control." Aku Aku answered.
"Good luck." Rarity said.
"Give Cortex a kick for us." Orciamond added as she and Rarity started to head back to Crash's house.
"Alright, everyone. We've got to get to Nina!" Crash said as everyone else agreed as they got back onto the Roadroller and went into with Rilla Roo driving it. But unknown to then, two figures were watching them from the shadows.
"Let'sssssss go." The skinnier figure said before the two vanished in a puff of purple smoke.
Meanwhile, in a secret lair, Dr. Cortex was waiting for Adagio and Aria to be brought to him, as the evil scientist gave out an evil chuckles "They will soon be here, if only Uka Uka was with me, he would be filled with glee to see them again. Evil glee that is." Dr. Cortex said as N. Brio showed up.
"A shame the third one wasn't effected." N. Brio added.
"Eh, two out of three isn't bad." Dr. Cortex shrugged off before he and N. Brio heard the door open, revealing to be Adagio and Aria in their Siren forms, caged up and still under NVs' control. "Talk about good timing."
"Yes. I also wrote that line earlier." N. Brio added as the evil scientists high-fived each other again, before Dr. Cortex deactivated the NVs, bringing the two siren sisters back to reality.
"Let us out!" Adagio ordered
"And get these things off our heads!" Aria added.
"Hahaha! You should be lucky I only deactivated the NVs on you two for now. Besides, you can thank a certain mask for that." Dr. Cortex said, stunning Adagio and Aria.
"Where's Uka Uka?! I got a axe to grind with him!" Adagio roared angrily as she banged on the cage.
"Sorry, but he’s currently being used as a battery right now." Dr. Cortex taunted.
"Now Cortex, if these lovely ladies want some payback for their little sister... Sonata is the youngest of you three, right?" N. Brio asked.
"Yes, that’s correct." Dr. Cortex answered as Adagio and Aria nodded.
"Good, didn't want to be rude. Anyway, if these two want revenge, who are we to deny it to them?" N. Brio rhetorically asked.
"N. Brio, what are you getting at?" Dr. Cortex asked before N. Brio whispered what he was planning. "Oh! You mean…?!"
"Indeed. Ladies, my colleague and I will gladly give you your revenge on Uka Uka. Right, Cortex?" N. Brio asked as Dr. Cortex gave a dark chuckle.
"Yes, indeed!" Dr. Cortex agreed.
"All we ask is a bit of your services. Nothing sinister, mind you. Just some normal tests." N. Brio explained as the two kunoichis were suspicious about this, but decided to go along with it for now.
"Fine." Adagio said.
Well, the two sirens are in quite a pickle. What will they do?
"Thanks for preforming a heating spell on the carriage, Aku Aku." Shini said in gratitude.
"No problem at all, my friends." Aku Aku responded with a smile.
"Any luck pinpointing where Nina's at, Coco?" Raph asked as Coco looked at her tracking deviced, before she hit it to help clear the map.
"No, the moisture in the air is messing up my trace... But we're getting close." Coco responded.
"Not that you’re wrong, Coco, but I think that we’re farther than we think." Pinkie said while Crash looked concerned.
"Tawna has been gone too long." Crash noticed.
"Where’s Tawna anyway?" Sonata asked.
"She went scouting ahead." Crash answered.
"She's probably just being careful." Rainbow Dash shrugged off.
"Well, she does like to fly solo at times, even though we’re a team." Coco said.
"Why are you two so worried about her?" Raph asked.
"Let’s just say, we met another Tawna who was from an alternate universe." Crash answered.
"Yeah, and her N. Tropy killed me and Crash in that universe." Coco added, making everyone look upset at that.
"We just don’t want our Tawna to go through the same thing." Crash explained.
"Don't sweat it, C. You got us." Mikey said.
"Heheh. I don’t doubt it." Aku Aku agreed as Crash couldn't help but smile.
"Too true. Haha." Coco added with a small giggle before the Roadroller came to a sudden stop.
"Oy, what's up Rilla?" Crash asked.
"Ooh-ooh… You might wanna see for yourself." Rilla Roo said as everyone looked out and saw the bridge was out.
"Aw come on!" Raph groaned in annoyance
"There's another route we can take. We'll double back an' use it." Crash said.
"Like I said before, we’re farther away than we thought." Pinkie reminded.
"Let's just get moving." Rainbow Dash said.
"You’re telling me." Skunture agreed as everyone started heading back, unaware that Bratgirls were watching them.
"Like, it’s that bandicoot and his friends again!" A Bratgirl noticed.
"It's payback time." The second Bratgirl declared.
"Let's use our new pets." The first Bratgirl said as three strange figures appeared behind the two minions. "Head them off at the other pass." She ordered as the three figures simply hissed in response before leaping into the distance.
Meanwhile, Crash and company were riding peacefully as Crash shared a funny story about one of his past adventures.
"So, Cortex has me right in his machine's sight. But what does he start doing instead of crushing me?" Crash rhetorically asked after a laugh, making the others chuckle at that.
"He starts monologuing." Mikey presumed.
"He starts monologuing! He goes on about how feeble I am, how inevitable my defeat is, and that the whole world will soon be his! I mean, seriously, Cortex needs to take a vacation 'cause he won’t shut up." Crash said.
"Hey Sonata, were you and your sisters like that when you were evil?" Coco asked.
"Nah, we weren't." Sonata answered.
"Yeah, she and the other Dazzlings were more of “to the point” kind of gals." Pinkie explained.
"If Cortex was like that, he'd be dangerous." Dingodile said.
"Besides, one of our counterparts’ Shredder and Kraang are like Cortex, except they gloat instead of monologuing." Raph added before suddenly, the carriage came under attack.
"Whoa!" Grihoga gasped in surprise and excitement.
"What in the world was that?!" Vixot asked.
"Guess who, hero freaks!" A Bratgirl said, revealing herself and her accomplice.
"A Bratgirl!" The Wumpa Islanders and Goofball Trio realized.
"Bratgirl?" Raph asked, wondering if Mikey called her that.
"A female bat mutant created by Nina." Mikey explained.
"And we're here for payback!" The second Bratgirl said.
"But there’s only two of you." Sonata pointed out before the first Bratgirl snapped her fingers, making more appear.
"You just had to say it." Casey deadpanned before all of a sudden, two scimitars were flying towards the heroes, who dodged them.
"Who threw those?" Shini asked.
"Uh-oh." Dingodile and Rilla Roo dreaded in realization as everyone then saw two green Komodo Dragon mutants in purple attires, golden spiked helmets, and wielding scimitars.
"The Komodo Brothers!" Crash said.
"Joe and Moe!" Dingodile added.
"Great, it had to be these two." Rilla Roo deadpanned before Rainbow Dash saw something.
"Incoming!" Rainbow Dash shouted as everyone else noticed some goop heading towards them and dodged it, seeing the one responsible to be an NV-controlled Karai in her mutant form.
"Karai!" Pinkie gasped.
"Not good! We’re getting a triple scaley whammy!" Mikey dreaded.
"I can handle Karai." Coco said.
"Just be careful!" Crash urged in concern.
"Me and Rilla Roo can deal with the Komodo Brothers." Dingodile added.
"Okay!" Sonata responded as more Bratgirls showed up.
"Ready, Skunt?" Rainbow Dash asked with a smirk.
"You bet!" Skunture answered with the same smirk, going into her mask form as Rainbow Dash put on her face, becoming Rainbow Vulture once more.
Meanwhile with Coco, she charged at Karai. "Time for Round 2!" Coco declared as Karai only hissed in response, before she spat some venom at Coco, who blocked it perfectly.
"Coco, don't let Karai bite you!" Casey called out as he was whacking some Bratgirls.
"Speaking from experience?" Coco presumed.
"Yes." Casey answered.
"Then I'll take your word for it." Coco said as Karai lunged towards her, but the bandicoot threw her shield at her. "How'd you like that?" Coco taunted as she swung her whip at Karai. "Gotcha!" Coco cheered as Karai got caught, but slipped out of the whip’s bind. "Or not." Coco dreaded as she started dodging Karai's strikes. "Okay, I just gotta find an opening to take that NV off." Coco told herself as she dodged one strike and Karai's hand got stuck with the mouth clammed tight on the Roadroller. "Now!" Coco shouted as she grabbed Karai's NV and smashed it. "And that’s the end of that!" Coco said as Karai morphed back into her human form.
"Ugh... Coco? What happened?" Karai groaned.
"You were under Cortex's control. What were you watching, anyway?" Coco asked.
"Martial Arts tournament." Karai answered.
"Kinda makes sense." Coco admitted.
"My strength..." Karai groaned, feeling weak.
"Careful, Cortex implanted something in the NV that drains your energy, so take it easy for now." Coco suggested.
"Huh?" Karai wondered as she and Coco turned around to see Dingodile and Rilla Roo starting to struggle with the Komodo Bros.
"These guys are fast." Rilla Roo noted.
"Joe's usually faster than Moe, but now they have the same speed!" Dingodile said.
Meanwhile, Mikey was whacking around Bratgirls when he saw NVs on the Komodo Brothers.
"Dudes! There are NVs are on the Komodo Bros' helmets!" Mikey shouted out.
"Then let's get them off." Dingodile declared.
"Ooh-ooh! Watch out!" Rilla Roo shouted, pointing out that the Komodo Bros started to spin really fast, before Dingodile started up his Blow Blaster.
"I hope this at least slows him down." Dingodile said as he sucked the brothers in which gave Rilla Roo the opening he needed.
"I gotcha now! Aah-aah!" Rilla Roo screeched as he swung his hammer and damaged the NVs. "Did it work?" Rilla asked, which was fortunately answered by the Komodo Brothers groaning in pain and disorientation. "Guess it did."
"But just to be sure, mates." Dingodile said as he sucked up the two NVs and blasted them into the ground.
"How about giving us a hand now?" Raph requested as he and the others started struggling beating the Bratgirls, before Rainbow Vulture felt something.
"Uh oh! Everyone! Get out here!" Rainbow Dash shouted as Pinkie felt her ears flopping, alarming her.
"Yikes! Dashie’s right! We better move!" Pinkie agreed as all of the heroes, with the Komodo Bros in tow, then got away from the area.
"Fire in the hole!" Rainbow Dash shouted as she braced herself when... *KA-BOOM!* A rainbow-colored stinky mushroom cloud erupted with a sonic boom, sending all of the Bratgirls flying, followed by a rainbow appearing in the sky.
"Like, TMI!!!" A Bratgirl said as she and her friends were blasting off again, only to be seen as twinkling lights in the sky.
Everyone was out of the blast radius, but when the odor got to their noses, they started coughing in disgust.
"Ugh… Pinkie, I’m glad your Pinkie Sense got us outta there, but man! That was a real nuclear stink bomb!" Casey groaned as Tawna came swinging in.
"I’m back!" Tawna said before catching a whiff of the stink and started coughing. "What happened?! It really stinks around here!"
"We know." Crash responded.
"*Cough!* Let’s just say *Cough!* Rainbow Dash really *Cough!* blew it." Sonata answered
"*Cough!* Big time!" Vixot agreed with tears in her eyes from the odor.
"Got any good news for us?" Mikey asked.
"Found another way, only problem is, the only way up there is riding a RhinoRoller up the rails." Tawna answered.
"Where are we going to find a RollerRhino?" Raph asked.
"It’s a RhinoRoller, and the only place we know we can find them right now is in the desert mountaintops." Coco said.
"If we're lucky, maybe we'll rescue Applejack, too." Mikey added, making Pinkie gasp at that.
"Why didn’t you say so earlier?! Let’s go!" Pinkie shouted before Rainbow Vulture came back to the others.
"Hey guys, I ran into someone who gave me a clue on where Nina might be." Rainbow Vulture said before noticing her friends and the Komodo Bros plugging their noses. "Sorry about that. That was my new Sonic Rainbomb." The fusion apologized before she transformed back into Rainbow Dash and Skunture.
"Starting to wish I was fully crocodile." Dingodile said.
"Like Leatherhead?" Mikey assumed before Rainbow Dash and Skunture cleared their throats.
"Guys, the clue." Rainbow Dash reminded.
"Oh, right." Everyone else realized.
"Someone told us about a school nearby." Skunture said
"Well, Nina did go to a private evil school." Crash remembered.
"Must've really ticked her uncle off." Coco assumed with a snicker.
"But like Tawna said, we’ll need a RhinoRoller to get there. So we’re heading to the desert." Rainbow Dash said.
"Let's move out!" Crash declared with everyone else agreeing to that as they started to head out, before encountering ice blocks with Magmadons inside them.
"I can handle these guys. You guys go ahead." Tawna said as if on cue, the Magmadons broke out of the ice blocks, having NVs on their heads.
"Alright. Just be careful." Crash responded in concern.
"Might want to activate the scythe feature." Coco informed.
"Scythe feature?" Tawna wondered as she pressed a button and a scythe blade popped out. "Whoa!" Tawna gasped in surprise before grinning into the blade. "This'll be fun." Tawna said as she charged toward the enemies while everyone watched in distance as Tawna beat up the Magmadons.
"Dude, how did you get lucky with her?" Raph asked in amazement.
"Had to save her from Cortex after fighting and beating him for the first time." Crash explained.
"It's true." Aku Aku confirmed, since he was on Crash's first adventure.
"Respect." Casey simply said.
"But what we gonna do about these two?" Karai asked as everyone looked towards the Komodo Bros.
"Thanksssssss for sssssssnapping us out of those NVsssssss." Komodo Moe said in gratitude.
"You’re not ssssso bad after all. Sssssurprised me, you all did." Komodo Joe admitted.
"My new friends taught me a lot of stuff. Honor being the main thing. You guys can stay at my place till this blows over. Just don't break anything." Crash said.
"We appreciate it." Moe responded.
"Sssssssstill, I don’t think any of you are good enough to beat Cortex thissssss time. We’re going to lossssse our planet, and it will be all your fault!" Joe claimed as he disappeared in purple smoke.
"Don’t worry. He’sssssss alwaysssss like that when he ssssssseesssssss ssssssssomeone asssssss a worthy opponent." Moe explained as he too disappeared in the same purple smoke.
"I hate when they do that." Dingodile said.
"Where have I heard that before." Raph quipped, making everyone laugh at that, before noticing Tawna coming back.
"They’re both back to normal." Tawna informed.
"Then let's roll." Crash declared.
"I think I’ve recovered enough strength to come along." Karai said.
"Sorry, Karai. But after what happened, it might be best if you head back." Shini suggested to her best friend as Karai was about to protest, but she couldn't even stand, making her sigh in defeat.
"I guess you're right." Karai admitted.
"We'll drop you off at my house." Crash said.
"Thanks." Karai responded in gratitude.
"Don't worry, Rarity and Orciamond are already there." Sonata said.
"And we'll rescue everyone else." Mikey added.
"Alright. I know you won't let us down." Karai said, trusting her friends as they started heading back to Crash's house.
"That's what we thought too." The goofball trio said.
"Yeah, she’d either feel real sad and faint or lose it and go crazy." Rainbow Dash agreed.
"I hate to think what that NV is doing to her." Coco dreaded as she was tinkering with her scanner.
"If it’s anything like Princess Twilight described, I think she’ll only suck apples." Raph said.
"That was only because she got it from an animal." Mikey remembered.
"You mean those Vampire Fruit Bats?" Sonata asked, but before anyone could answer, everyone noticed the ground rumbling.
"Now what?" Casey rhetorically asked as Sonata got on top of the Roadroller and saw a swarm of Rhinoroller heading towards them.
"RhinoRoller stampede!!!" Sonata shouted as everyone scramble aboard the Roadroller.
"Hey Foxer, where do you think they’re coming from?" Skunture asked.
"Must be a village or something nearby." Vixot said.
"Or maybe something’s scaring them." Mikey added before the heroes heard a howling noise.
"What was that?!" Grihoga asked in surprise.
"Uh, I think I know." Pinkie nervously said as everyone saw where she was pointing at, seeing a pack of Spikes led by Timberjack digging a sand hill, while seeing Armalion rolling into a Scorporilla, knocking it out.
"Guess that explains that." Mikey noticed before Rilla Roo saw something.
"Ooh-ooh! Incoming!" Rilla Roo yelled as a boulder was flying right towards them, but was whacked away by Rilla Roo.
"Oh no… Tell me that isn’t…" Crash dreaded as everyone looked towards where the boulder was thrown, seeing a super macho koala mutant being responsible for that. "Koala Kong."
"Now, we got a fight!" Raph said in excitement.
"Timberjack, Armalion, and Koala Kong. I’ll admit dudes, this’ll be tough." Mikey admitted, before Timberjack turned toward the heroes and unsheathed her claws as the spike pack wearing NVs turned towards them as well.
"Raph, Dingodile, and Coco, free Applejack. Sonata and Rainbow, take your masks and free Armalion. Tawna, take Shini and snag us a Rhinoroller. Everyone else is with me." Crash ordered.
"So we’re gonna take on Koala?" Dingodile asked.
"Yep." Crash simply answered.
"Let’s just try to keep our distance." Tawna warned.
"Got it." Coco said as the heroes split up into four teams and started fighting against the enemies.
Meanwhile with Raph, Dingodile and Coco...
"Dingo, go left. Coco, right. I'll draw her attention on me." Raph said.
"Righty-o, mate!" Dingodile agreed.
"Just don’t lose your temper." Coco warned as Raph threw his sais at Timberjack, only for the controlled farmer to use the wood on her body to block them.
"What's the matter, AJ? Losing your edge?" Raph taunted, grabbing his sais, making Timberjack growl as she tried to bite Raph. But Timberjack was so preoccupied with Raph that she didn't see Coco latching on to her.
"Gotcha!" Coco said as Timberjack saw her and tried to shake Coco off.
"Oi!" Dingodile shouted, making Timberjack turned towards him. "Hope this doesn’t hurt ya too badly." Dingodile said as he started firing his water pistol, hitting Timberjack square on the head, but the NV didn’t fizz out. "Rats!"
"That’s it! I’m ripping that NV right off!" Raph angrily said as he grabbed the NV and Timberjack, throwing her over his shoulder, while holding onto her NV, making the farmer turn back to normal as Raph crushed the NV. But all of a sudden, Applejack started speaking japanese.
"Huh?" Dingodile and Coco asked in confusion.
"Really, AJ?" Raph deadpanned as Applejack shook her head.
"Whoa nelly… What happened?" Applejack groaned.
"What were you watching?" Raph asked.
"Beginners Guide to Speaking Japanese." Applejack answered, making Raph face-palm himself.
"Seriously, why?" Raph asked.
"Eh, you never know when it might come in handy." Applejack answered.
"Touché." Raph admitted before Applejack collapsed from exhaustion.
"Let’s just hope the others are alright." Coco said, while with the second group, Sonata and Vixot fused into Foxata and started throwing tonfa feathers at Armalion.
"Man! All that hard work at AJ’s apple farm must’ve toughened her up, ‘cause I can’t get through that armor!" Foxata realized.
"Let me try." Rainbow Dash said as she waited until NV Armalion started rolling at her, allowing the speedster to jump onto her, using her speed from her geode to reverse the titan’s movement. “I don’t usually say this, but for every action, that’s means an equal and opposite reaction. And I’m running you right into that wall!" Rainbow Dash shouted as Armalion started slowing down. "You may be fast when you’re rolling, but you’re not as fast as me or Skunture!" Rainbow Dash declared as Skunture tackled Armalion.
"Gotcha!!!" Skunture said as Rainbow zoomed up and ripped the NV off, making Armalion shrink back to her normal size, who groaned in exhaustion. "You okay?"
"Mah head is ringing hard like a bell." Armalion answered.
"Must’ve been from wearing the NV." Foxata said as she turned back into Sonata and Vixot, before Armalion's eyes snapped open.
"The village!" Armalion gasped.
"Village?" The four of the heroes asked in confusion.
"The RhinoRoller Village, Flatiron." Armalion explained.
"What happened?" Skunture asked.
"Bratgirls were rounding them up." Armalion answered.
"What?! Why?!" Sonata gasped.
"I don't know." Armalion responded.
"But we gotta do something!" Sonata shouted.
"After we get everyone else." Rainbow Dash pointed out.
"Oops, sorry. Just can’t help myself if I wanna help other mutants." Sonata apologized with an embarrassed blush.
Meanwhile with Tawna and Shini...
“This is gonna be tougher than I thought.” Tawna admitted as she was riding on a NV controlled RhinoRoller. “With these new horns they’re growing, taking the NV off won’t be easy.”
“Just get it starring at me.” Shini informed.
“If you saw so.” Tawna said, managing to get the get the Rhinoroller looking at Shini as she swung her hypnoball like a pendulum.
“Keep your eyes on me.” Shini said to the RhinoRoller as it was somehow able to see the Hypnoball, slowing it down and disorienting it.
“I've got to ask Coco to put that in my staff.” Tawna noted.
“Smart thinking.” Shini agreed as she threw her hypnoball at the NV and nailed it.
“Sayonara, NV!” Tawna taunted as the Rhinoroller started shaking his head, while the female bandicoot examined the parts. “That's weird.”
“What is?” Shini asked.
“There's no draining device on this one.” Tawna answered.
“Must be for our friends.” Shini noticed.
“I guess that makes sense.” Tawna admitted.
“Anyway, think you can help us big guy?” Shini asked as the RhinoRoller nodded in response.
And meanwhile with Crash's party…
“Yow!” Casey yelped as he dodged a thrown boulder.
“Careful everyone!” Crash warned.
"You’re telling me!" Mikey agreed.
"That big guy’s been taking his vitamins, hasn’t he?" Pinkie rhetorically asked as Rilla Roo readied his hammer.
"So have I." Rilla Roo added as he jumped high into the air, using his kangaroo legs.
"Get clear!" Crash said.
"Got it!" The two goofballs and Grihoga responded as the Goar titan turned into her mask form, which Pinkie put on, becoming Pinkoga once more.
"Heeere’s Pinkoga!" Pinkoga declared before she roared, only for Koala Kong to be unfazed as he roared back and threw another boulder before Rilla came down and slammed his hammer on him.
"Gotcha! Aah-aah!" Rilla Roo said as he backed away, only to find out that attack only budged him a bit. "Huh?"
"Everyone, strike him together!" Crash ordered with everyone agreeing as they surrounded Koala Kong. They then tried to attack all at once, but he leapt out of the way, causing them to crash into each other. And Koala Kong decided to start taunting them by flexing his muscles.
"Hey, I think he's taunting us!" Pinkoga noticed.
"Talk about perfect timing!" Crash said in relief as he whacked a lying boulder right at Koala Kong, catching him off guard. "Now!"
"Guess he got too cocky!" Pinkoga said with a smile as everyone struck Koala hard and fast, making him crash against a wall, who began to throw a temper tantrum, before a boulder bonked him right on the head, shattering the NV, then the boulder broke in half and Koala Kong fell unconscious only for a few minutes.
"I never did like fighting him." Crash said in exhaustion.
"Big on the brawn, small on the brain." Pinkoga noted as she split back into Pinkie and Grihoga, before the rest of the groups reunited with one another.
"Everyone in one piece?" Crash asked as everyone nodded in confirmation. "Girls?"
"We're fine, too." Tawna answered.
"But we got a problem." Sonata said.
"Yeah, a whole village of RhinoRollers were kidnapped." Vixot agreed, surprising the other three groups.
"What?" Crash asked in shock.
"You heard right!" Rainbow Dash confirmed.
"That means there’s more titans we need to help." Skunture explained.
"One step at a time. First Nina." Crash said.
"Good point, I mean a RhinoRoller’s armor is tough stuff." Casey added.
"Not the young ones." Vixot disagreed.
"Young?" Shini asked in confusion and concern.
"Uh-oh. She’s right! The baby and kid RhinoRollers don’t have their shells developed yet!" Grihoga realized.
"Finally! I managed to catch up with you guys!" A familiar voice said as everyone looked behind them, only to see Sligeon.
"How was your little adventure?" Crash asked.
"Fine." Sligeon answered.
"Where were you?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Finding out exactly where Nina is." Sligeon answered.
"Where is she then?" Skunture added.
"Evil Public School 101." Sligeon said, causing a dead silence at that as a tumbleweed rolled by.
"Seriously...?" The Rainbooms, turtles, Casey and Shini asked, bemused at that answered.
"I think I saw a commercial for that school, but I’m not gonna explain it." Crash said.
"Hey, that girl in the commercial did look like Nina." Coco realized.
"Ah don’t know what’s goin’ on, but let’s go." Applejack said.
"Whoa whoa whoa! I never usually say this, but slow down!" Rainbow Dash urged.
"She's right. We're dropping you off at my house and you're resting there." Crash agreed.
"What?! Y’all can’t just-" Applejack tried to argue, but she fell onto one knee due to lack of energy. "On second thought, maybe yer right." Applejack admitted as Casey had his taser ready when Tawna lowered his arm.
"What?" Casey asked in confusion.
"Not yet." Tawna said as she saw some building material and thought of something. "Hey, Coco. I think I got an idea."
"What?" Coco asked.
"Can your friends build me a chariot?" Tawna requested.
"Oh, I see where you’re going with this." Coco said with a smile.
"How about you guys?" Crash asked.
"Give us an hour." Mikey said.
"Ugh… For what? Who’s talkin’?" A voice asked in confusion asked, making everyone looked to see Koala Kong having recovered consciousness, as everyone readied their weapons. "What?! Hey! Calm down! Wait… Crash?! When or how did ya get here?!"
Crash noticed Koala Kong talking, confusing him. "Wait a minute, how are you talking like a normal person now?"
"You can thank my speech therapist for that." Koala Kong answered.
"Must've gotten your money's worth." Dingodile noted.
"Yeah, and honestly, I don’t work for Cortex anymore." Koala Kong said, making the former baddies smile.
"Welcome to the club." Rilla Roo greeted as Sonata gave a warm smile, happy that Koala Kong's on their side.
"Seriously though, how are you this strong?!" Casey asked in amazement.
"Errragh! The secret is in the diet." Koala Kong answered with a confident grin as he flexed his left arm.
"I can respect that." Raph admitted.
"But even strong guys like me need some sleep, so if you don’t mind, Crash, I’m gonna head to your place." Koala Kong said.
"Not at all, mate. Later." Crash responded.
"Don’t worry, I’ll help carry these two back with an arm tied behind my back." Koala Kong boasted.
"Hey! Boasting’s our job!" Rainbow Dash and Skunture pouted, making everyone, including themselves, laugh at that.
"Well mates, time to get goin’." Crash said as everyone decided to go back to the tundra in a different path, thanks to the RhinoRoller they're with and Koala Kong took Armalion and Applejack back to Crash's house.
Later, the heroes followed Tawna in her new chariot.
"How's the chariot handling, Tawna?" Crash asked.
"Not too shabby!" Tawna responded.
"You three aren't half bad with tools." Raph noted.
"Well, we did build and ride go-kart." Coco said.
"You got to tell us when the next time you guys race." Sonata replied.
"A race?! Oh, I am so in!" Rainibow Dash cheered.
"Ditto!" Skunture agreed.
"Next opportunity we get, we're building some vehicles and racing!" Crash chuckled.
"Although, if you want speed, wait until you see Fluttershy behind the wheel!" Pinkie responded as her friends from back home groaned in fear.
"What’s wrong?" Crash asked.
"Fluttershy tends to drive like a complete maniac!" Rainbow Dash answered.
"Wait, what?" Coco said in confusement.
"Did I hear that right?" Dingodile asked for confirmation.
"It's true. I loaned her a driving video game of mine and she beat my high score by running three Stop signs, five Red Lights, and a traffic cop!" Pinkie explained.
"Road rage, huh? I like that in a friend." Tawna said with a smile.
"Your girl's nuts, Crash." Casey uttered.
"Well, she always was the daredevil." Crash responded.
"Ooh-ooh… I don’t know if I should be excited or frightened to meet Fluttershy." Rilla Roo said in fear.
"She's mostly harmless." Mikey responded.
"It’s true." Sonata confirmed.
"But from what I heard about her, you don’t want to be on the receiving end of her stare." Vixot added.
"That's true!" Raph agreed with a laugh.
"Seriously!" Grihoga added as the heroes re-entered the tundra before overhearing two Bratgirls chatting.
"What’s going on over there?" Skunture wondered.
"Heh, Nina ain't queen bee anymore!" A Bratgirl snickered.
"Like, for sure! She’s a sore thumb now!" The second Bratgirl agreed.
"After we crush her in the science fair, she'll be royally humiliated." The first Bratgirl added.
"Yeah, like totes!" The second Bratgirl agreed before Tawna launched her grappling hook and grabbed the two Bratgirls.
"So, where do you girls think Nina is in the school?" Tawna asked.
"We ain't saying anything!" The first Bratgirl refused.
"Really?" Rainbow Dash challenged as she, Skunture and Raph cracked their knuckles and Casey brought out his taser, scaring the two minions.
"We saw Nina there, but she ain't our boss anymore!" The first Bratgirl responded.
"You all just abandoned her?" Crash asked in confusion.
"Yeah, so what?" The second Bratgirl retorted before Dingodile sucked them into his Blow Blaster.
"You want to do it, Buddy?" Dingodile asked.
"Nah, go ahead." Crash answered.
"Thanks, mate." Dingodile responded as he fired them out at amazing speed.
"And it’s outta here!" Sonata commented.
"I am seriously not regretting switching sides." Dingodile said.
"Glad you feel that way." Sonata responded as everyone walked up to the school, security was powerfully tight.
"Yeesh! For a public school, this place has tight private school security!" Mikey noted.
"We could wait until schools out and nab Nina as she's leaving..." Crash started as he unsheathed his Bokken Sword with everyone thinking about it. "Or we could go about fun wise and fight our way to Nina." Crash finished suggesting with everyone agreeing with the second option as Rilla Roo threw his hammer and the gate was smashed opened.
"Ooh-ooh! And that opens the campus." Rilla Roo said as everyone held on to Roadroller and Tawna's chariot as they barreled inside.
"Here we..." Rainbow Dash started as the Roadroller and Tawna's chariot rammed through the front doors. "Go!"
"Crash, you take the goofballs and find Nina. The rest of us will cause a distraction." Raph said.
"Alright!" Crash responded.
"But let us know if you're having trouble!" Raph added.
"Raph..." Mikey called out before he whispered something to Raph, who nodded.
"Sure thing." Raph said.
"Ooh! What did you tell him, Mikey?" Pinkie asked.
"A little... insurance policy." Raph answered for Mikey.
"Huh. I wonder what that is." Grihoga said as Crash and the goofball trio entered the ventilation shift to cover more ground faster.
"Dudes, I found her!" Mikey called out as he, Crash and other two jumped down towards Nina.
"Yikes!" Pinkie yiped as she, Mikey and Sonata hid quickly before Nina saw Crash and Aku Aku.
"Oh, uh… Hey, Nina." Crash nervously greeted.
"Crash? Oh, great... You three. But what are you doing here? Get out of here! I hate you! You four ruined my life!" Nina hissed as she slapped both Crash and Aku Aku.
"Soooooooo uh… How’s it going?" Aku Aku asked.
"'How's it going?' 'How's it going?!' Ow!" Nina repeated before hissing in pain.
"Still got that swollen eye, huh?" Sonata rhetorically asked.
"I’m stuck in evil public school now! Oh, I used to be the queen of Madam Amberley’s private school. And now, I’m stuck with the dregs of society. All because for you four! Not to mention I'm still sore from the beating you gave me." Nina responded.
"Yeah. Anyway, we need your help." Aku Aku said.
"What?" Nina asked in surprise.
"Cortex is causing trouble again." Sonata said.
"And he’s got Crunch and some of our friends!" Aku Aku added.
"Oh, so you need my help?" Nina asked in amusement.
"Uh-huh." Pinkie answered.
"That's so cute. Don't let your butts get kicked on your way out the door." Nina scoffed as she started to push the four and Aku Aku out of the room.
"Please, Nina! We'll do anything!" Aku Aku pleaded.
"Anything?" Nine asked.
"Yes." Aku Aku answered after a sigh.
"You could just tell us." Mikey changed the subject.
"Why would I do that?" Nina asked in skeptism.
"If you thought the beating we gave you was bad, think about how bad my older brother's beating will be. Raph!" Mikey called as Raph showed up.
"Ya know Mikey, I’m glad you told me that plan. ‘Cause she is definitely worse than Cortex." Raph said with a smile as Nina looked up at him in horror.
"What was it you wanted, again?" Nina nervously asked.
"Just tell us what we need to know." Aku Aku answered as Nina calmed down.
"Sure thing there, shingles. Uncle Cortex made up with his old lab partner, N. Brio." Nina said.
"N. Brio?" The heroes asked in confusion and surprise.
"Uncle Cortex may talk a big game, but N. Brio’s the one who actually built everything." Nina answered.
"Is he related to N. Gin?" Mikey asked.
"No clue." Nina responded.
"WE GOT TROUBLE!!!" Rainbow Dash shouted.
"Huh?" Crash, Raph and the three goofballs noticed.
"Sounds serious!" Sonata dreaded as she and her friends started going to where they heard Rainbow’s voice was.
"Good. Run along to the other side of the island. I’ve got evil plans to start." Nina said as she looked at a paper showing the combination of a cannon and a volcano. Before... "Yoink!" Mikey simply quipped as he swiped it away and ran off. "Drat! Back to the evil drawing board." Nina shrugged in defeat.
"Not before I teach you a lesson. You guys go ahead, I'll catch up." Raph said to Crash, Aku Aku and the goofballs.
"Just don’t overdo it, Raphie!" Pinkie warn as she and everyone else left Raph to his own pleasures.
"So... You attack my brother and friends in a giant Mechanical suit?" Raph asked as Nina smiled sheepishly, knowing she was going to be in pain.
"This is gonna hurt." Nina dreaded.
"Big time." Raph added as he walked closer and closer to the junior evil scientist, getting ready to beat the science out of her.
Meanwhile, with Rainbow Dash’s team, Crash, Aku Aku and the goofball trio showed up.
"So what's the problem?" Crash asked.
"It's Donnie and April!" Casey answered before everyone heard insane laughter.
"No...! This better not be-!" Crash dreaded before he was cut off by a blue kangaroo wearing a straight jacket, holding a cane, having blonde hair and mustache, and alternating orange and yellow eyes crash-landing right in front of them. "Ripper Roo!"
"That bad?" Mikey asked in concern.
"Calling Ripper 'insane' is an understatement!" Coco answered.
"But he's a good friend of mine!" Dingodile added.
"Think you can handle him alone, Dingo?" Mikey asked.
"Think I might need Rilla's help." Dingodile answered.
"Right behind you." Rilla Roo responded.
"Then we'll help the others snap Donnie and April out of it!" Pinkie said.
"Not without me you're not." Raph said, catching everyone's attention.
"How's Nina?" Sonata asked.
"Let's just say, she'll be suspended for a while." Raph answered.
"Oy..." Crash groaned at that unintentional pun.
"She had it coming." Raph added.
"How about some help?" Casey asked as he was struggling.
"Alright!" Raph answered.
"Come on, everyone!" Crash said as everyone split up into two teams while Dingodile and Rilla Roo stayed behind to take on Ripper Roo.
"Sorry to do this." Dingodile apologized as he started firing his pistols, but with Ripper Roo being so crazy, he hippity-hoppity bounced out of the way. "Rilla, grab him!"
"Ooh-ooh! Okay!" Rilla Roo responded as he tried to grab the looney kangaroo, but Ripper Roo jumped out of the way, and each tile he landed on and jumped off turned into TNT and Nitro crates.
"Easy, mate. It's us, Dingodile and Rilla Roo. Your friends." Dingodile said, trying to reach his friend. But due to Ripper Roo watching something insane, he only laughed madly as he continued hippity-hopping from tile to tile, making more explosives.
"Uh-ooh! We need to watch our step!" Rilla Roo warned, trying to dodge the TNT explosions and Nitro tiles.
"Rilla, throw me at him." Dingodile said.
"Ooh-ooh-okay!" Rilla Roo replied as he threw Dingodile, who managed to nab Ripper.
"Sorry ‘bout this, mate." Dingodile apologized as he grabbed Ripper's NV and crushed it, causing Ripper Roo to suddenly feel so dizzy, he fell forward to take a nap.
"He's okay." Rilla Roo said as the two hybrids heard the crazy kangaroo snoring with his arms out on the ground.
"Yep. That’s Ripper for ya." Dingodile agreed.
"Ok... How about helping us?!" Casey requested, making Dingodile and Rilla Roo looked towards him.
"Sorry for the wait." Dingodile apologized.
"I'll hang back and watch Ripper." Rilla Roo said.
"Kay." Dingodile responded as got to Casey and the others, seeing that NV April was throwing everyone around like nothing.
"Ooh, boy. Those Kraang tentacles will be trouble." Pinkie noted.
"What is she even watching?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"How should I know?!" Raph retorted as NV April was currently watching a paranormal investigation documentary.
"If she’s like Donnie, maybe spooky investigations." Mikey guessed with a giggle.
"Might be useful if we have to fight a Demodragon again." Pinkie noted, making Sonata shutter at the mention of that.
"I am seriously glad my sisters and me missed that fight. I've had nightmares about Kavaxas." Sonata shivered, shocking Mikey and Raph.
"Wait, you know him?!" Mikey asked.
"Me and my sisters heard the legends. I threw up in terror." Sonata fearfully answered.
"Maybe we should ask your sisters about that after this whole thing’s over with." Raph suggested.
"As a precaution?" Sonata assumed.
"Maybe." Raph simply answered as everyone dodged NV April's attacks.
"Everyone spread out and get her confused." Crash ordered.
"You do know she’s psychic, right?" Raph reminded.
"We attack from multiple points, she won't be able to focus on all of us." Crash retorted.
"Oh." Raph realized.
"Come on!" Crash said.
"Right!" The rest of Crash's team responded as everyone swarmed at NV April. Crash's plan was working as NV April tried to attack, but the team struck from different directions.
"Too complicated, huh red?" Casey taunted as Crash managed to get close and whacked the NV clean off April's head. "That’s game!" Casey quipped as April turned back to normal, but fell backwards, fortunately caught by Crash.
"She’s like Karai, so she’ll need to rest." Crash reminded.
"Great, now how about helping us?" Coco requested as she was blocking NV Donnie's attacks.
"Sure, sis!" Crash responded as he and everyone else ran to help the other team.
"Thanks to that NV, Donnie is covered in electrified rocks!" Coco informed.
"Dudes, pop-rocks!" Mikey named the stones as Coco started doing some calculations.
"I have a plan. Just get me in close." Coco said.
"Alright!" Raph responded as everyone distracted NV Donnie while Coco rushed forward.
"Hey, shellhead! Over here!" Mikey taunted, making NV Donnie attack him as Coco snuck up behind him.
"Almost there." Coco uttered as she magnetized her whip to her shield and threw it at Donnie's NV, with the blades fortunately damaging only the NV and not Donnie. "There." Coco simply said as the pop-rocks crumbled off of Donnie and he returned to normal.
"Not bad." Raph admitted.
"Oh man... Brain drain." Donnie groaned as his two older and younger brothers got to him.
"You okay, Don?" Mikey asked in concern.
"Mikey? Raph? Where are we?" Donnie responded in confusion.
"Long story, buddy. What's the last thing you remember?" Raph requested.
"Uh... I... Don't know. Ugh... So dizzy..." Donnie groaned before fainting into his brothers' arms out of exhaustion, making Raph sigh.
"Not usually one to say this, but let's get them back to Crash's house before finding this N. Brio." Raph admitted before everyone heard laughter, looking towards the source to see Ripper Roo awake from his nap.
"What a rush!" Ripper Roo said with a laugh as everyone except the Wumpa Islanders were surprised how full of energy Ripper Roo was. "Dingo!"
"Hahaha! Ya haven’t changed a bit, Ripper!" Dingodile laughed.
"Hyahahahahaha!!! Neither have you!" Ripper Roo responded.
"Permission to lose consciousness out of exhaustion." Ripper Roo requested.
"Knock yourself out." Dingodile answered as Ripper Roo gave out a big breath before falling down again, taking another nap, leaving the ninjas in absolute confusion.
"Man. That Ripper Roo, is so random." Rainbow Dash uttered.
"Yeah, but he's mostly harmless. I'll take him to my Diner and catch up later." Dingodile said as he picked up Ripper Roo and headed off to his diner, but not before he saw Grihoga taking a bit of a glance with a blush at Ripper Roo, making him chuckle at that.
"You weren't kidding about 'insane' being an understatement." Raph noted.
"But he is fun to fight." Crash admitted.
"Indeedy!" Pinkie agreed before Tawna rushed in.
"Guys, we got trouble back home!" Tawna informed.
"What is it?" Crash asked.
"Your house is being invaded!" Tawna answered.
"What?!" Crash gasped.
"And worse, Pinstripe and Grooviona are there!" Tawna added, much to everyone else's confusion.
"Who?" The ninjas asked, confused about who this Pinstripe was.
"Pinstripe Potoroo. He used to be one of Cortex’s henchmen." Crash explained.
"Anyone else thinking this is getting too coincidental?" Sonata asked.
"Yes." Everyone else answered stoically.
"Good, ‘cause even I see a pattern." Sonata noted.
"And it’s a good thing, too." Coco added.
"Why?" Shini asked.
"Because that means we’ll have more friends to fight alongside us against Cortex." Coco explained.
"Assuming they'll listen." Crash added.
"I’m sure they will." Sonata said.
"Let's worried about that when we still have a house." Coco reminded.
"Right." Crash agreed.
"Let's get moving!" Raph shouted.
"Here we go!" Casey declared as everyone started heading back to Crash's house.
Meanwhile...
"Hello? A little help, please." Nina said in a high-pitched voice as she was hanging by her underwear on the flagpole. "Hellooooo?" Nina repeated before suddenly, she heard a ripping sound. "Oh no!" Nina dreaded as the next thing she knew, the ground was coming to her fast.
With Crash and the others, everyone rode back home as fast they could.
"This is bad!" Crash dreaded.
"I just hope we’re not too late!" Sonata said while at Crash's house, Rarity was holding a diamond barrier up to protect everyone.
"Oh, I do hope the others are nearby. I cannot hold this up forever!" Rarity strained as everyone else was still too drained to fight.
"Ah guess none of us rested up enough to put up a fight." Applejack noticed.
"There's got to be something we can do." Karai hoped, before Orciamond gave an inspired gasp.
"~Idea!~ Applejack, get ready to put me on Rarity’s face!" Orciamond informed as she turned into her mask form.
"Better do as she says, AJ. ‘Cause I see where goin’ with this!" Armalion agreed as Applejack grabbed Ocriamond mask then Rarity's hair.
"What are you doing?!" Rarity asked, starting to lose concentration.
"I don’t know mahself, but Orciamond turned into a mask and is sayin’ to put her on her face." Applejack answered.
"What?!" Rarity gasped in dread.
"Ah can tell she was bein’ serious, so Ah think you should put it on." Applejack responded and before Rarity could protest, the cowgirl put the mask of the fashionista's face.
"What on Earth do you think you’re-" Rarity started to ask before she was cut off by her and the mask was covered by a blinding light. When the light faded, in Rarity’s place was a humanoid Whalephant with Rarity’s hair, clothing, geode and weapons, having a mark on her right check. They have become, Orcarity! "Now I feel that I am at full strength!"
"Alright, AJ. Yer turn." Armalion added as she turned into her mask form.
"Alright. Here goes nothin’." Applejack said as she put the mask on her face, causing a blinding light to cover her. When the light faded, in Applejack’s place was a humanoid RhinoRoller with AJ’s equipment, Stetson hat, geode, hair and weapons, having a symbol on her right cheek. This fusion is known as Armajack! "Everyone stay here!" Armajack ordered as she and Orcarity went back out to hold off the enemy while everyone else was in complete awe and surprise.
"That's new." Karai noted.
"Wait a minute, I think we sssssssaw that before." Joe noticed as Crash and company arrived, seeing the fight, but Crash noticed something else, making him gasp in absolute shock and dread. There were spikes that erupted from the house as everyone else saw Snipes, Spikes, Grooviona and Pinstripe.
"Protect the others!" Crash ordered.
"Right!" Everyone else responded before Pinkie noticed something.
"I see something!" Pinkie said.
"What?" Crash asked.
"Check out AJ and Rarity!" Pinkie answered as everyone looked and saw them in their powered state.
"They ponied up and fused!" Sonata noticed.
"Should we still help?" Casey asked.
"Just in case." Coco answered.
"Pinkie, Rainbow, we should fuse too!" Sonata informed with everyone rushing to help as she, Vixot, Rainbow Dash, Skunture, Pinkie Pie, Grihoga became Foxata, Rainbow Vulture and Pinkoga once more, while Crash put his Gloves on and unstrapped his sheath.
"Even I gotta admit, this is gonna be tough." Casey admitted.
"You guys can use your weapons. I want to use my fists more." Crash said.
"Heh. Think I’m gonna use my kicks more, too." Coco agreed as everyone rushed forward into the fight.
"Hey! Backup’s here!" Foxata shouted, catching their allies' attention.
"About time!" Orcarity said.
"So you fused too, huh?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"It feels great!" Armajack answered as she whacked away a Spike.
"I must admit, we should do this more often, because I feel ~fabulous~!" Orcarity sang.
"A gas guzzling Big Rig is fabulous." A random voice said, revealed to be a Koo-ala as that comment made Orcarity’s face turn a bit green from that.
"KOO-ALAS!" Mikey gasped.
"Not them again!" Pinkoga dreaded.
"Wish we had a gas mask." Foxata said.
"Why ask that, y’all?" Armajack asked, only to get her answer as the Koo-alas unleashed their burp attack, making Orcarity almost lost her lunch at that. "Oh." Armajack noticed while Crash was beating the tar out of a few of them.
"I thought I was getting rusty fighting with my fists." Crash said as Coco knocked a few out with her spin kick.
"Same with my legs." Coco agreed.
"You guys don't like your weapons?" Mikey asked in concern as he was fighting a Spike.
"No, it's not that." Crash disagreed.
"Just don’t want our body strength to lose power." Coco answered as Tawna was fighting hard with her staff.
"I've known these two all my life. I've only seen them fight with their hands and feet." Tawna explained.
"Hehe! Can’t blame ‘em." Koala Kong agreed, almost sounding like a Koo-ala.
"Quiet, you!" Tawna said, whacking a Koo-ala right in front of Koala Kong.
"Uh, that was a Koo-ala you kicked in front of me." Koala Kong responded.
"Uh, sorry." Tawna apologized.
"No problem. Wouldn’t have hurt me much anyway." Koala Kong shrugged off.
"I understand what you guys are saying. The best beat downs are hands on." Raph agreed with Crash and Coco as he was beating up a Snipe, before stunning it, followed by Mikey leaping onto the Snipe’s head, making his and the titan’s eyes glow orange. "Mikey! What are you doing?!"
"Pretty cool, huh?" Mikey-Snipe asked with a smirk, catching Raph completely off guard.
"Huh?! But-Why-What-When-Where-Who-How are you doing that?!" Raph stuttered as Mikey moved the Snipe's right hand to point at his medallion.
"It’s thanks to our Equestrian Magic! And don’t worry, when we disconnect, the titans will be free, which means the NVs will fall apart!" Mikey-Snipe explained.
"How do I do that?" Raph asked.
"It’s easy, just make a titan dizzy, then get onto it from behind, then grab its head, and let your medallion do the rest." Mikey-Snipe answered, before Raph noticed a Spike and rushed at it.
"Get ready to have your world spin!" Raph quipped as he beat the tar right out of the Spike, stunning it. "And now to snap you out of it!" Raph added as he jumped onto the back of the Spike. "Now let’s see what you can do!" Raph declared as his and the Spike’s eyes started glowing red. "Alright! Now this is what I’m talking about!" Raph-Spike cheered before stumbling a bit.
"Might've forgotten to mention it takes some getting use to." Mikey-Snipe added.
"Now you tell me!" Raph-Spike said.
"I'm just referring to the height." Mikey-Snipe simplified, or for Raph-Spike to growl in response, not wanting to hear it.
"Just focus on the fight!" Crash said.
"Finally! Some action!" Raph-Spike said in excitement as he started fighting again.
"Think we should snap Groovy out of it?" Rainbow Vulture asked.
"Tawna, take Mikey and Rainbow. Rilla, stay and defend the others." Crash ordered.
"Right!" The four aforementioned heroes responded as Tawna, Mikey-Snipe and Rainbow Vulture ran towards Grooviona.
"Hope you're ready, Groove, 'cause we're gonna get you back to normal!" Rainbow Vulture said as she and the other two started dodging Grooviona's attacks.
"Whoo! This is gonna be hard!" Mikey-Snipe admitted.
"Distract and Attack!" Tawna ordered.
"Got it!" Mikey-Spike and Rainbow Vulture as the duo started firing at Grooviona as Tawna switched her staff to scythe mode.
"This outta slice up that NV." Tawna said as she ran behind Groove while her attention were on Mikey and Rainbow.
"How about this? Here’s stench in your eye!" Rainbow Vulture quipped as she threw stink bombs from her palms, hitting Grooviona’s facing, temporarily blinding her eyes and nose.
"Now's my chance." Tawna realized as she jumped up high into the air and slashed the NV in half, freeing Grooviona from the device's control. "That's one less headache."
"Ugh... Double wipeout..." Grooviona groaned.
"You okay, Groovy?" Mikey-Snipe asked.
"Think so, dude. But what happened?" Grooviona responded.
"This NV brainwashed you." Tawna answered.
"Bummer. And I was catching up on killer surfing techniques" Grooviona said.
"That’s so like you, dudette." Mikey-Snipe responded before Grooviona passed out.
"I’ll make sure no one gets to her while you two help the others get Pinstripe’s NV off of him." Tawna assured her friends as Mikey-Snipe and Rainbow Vulture rushed away to help the others. "Don’t worry, Groovy. I’ll keep you safe till you recover your strength." Tawna said before more minions showed up. "I hope."
Meanwhile, with Crash, he was struggling, since he was hiding from the rapid fire from the tommy gun. "Pinstripe’s definitely more trigger-happy than usual!" Crash noted before Sligeon should up.
"Maybe we should fuse, mate." Sligeon suggested.
"I don't want to mess up my gloves. They were a gift from me friends." Crash said.
"Don’t worry, when I’m in my mask form, I’m just wood." Sligeon explained.
"Alright." Crash agreed as Sligeon turned into his mask form with Crash grabbed it. "Well, it’s all or nothin’." Crash said as he put Sligeon on, becoming covered in a blinding light, and when it faded, in his place was a gooey bandicoot mutant that had Crash’s pants and gloves and looked like it could shape-shift into anything. It was Crasheon! "Sonata, my gloves are washable, right?"
Foxata heard that question and turned towards Crasheon. "Whoa, you fused! But for your question, yeah. But I’m sure it’ll go away once you defuse." Foxata answered.
"Thanks." Crasheon said in gratitude.
"No prob." Foxata responded.
"But now, let’s see what this new fusion can do." Crasheon declared as he started rushing at an enemy. "Time to give him the old spin attack!" Crasheon said, but when Crasheon did that attack, his arms stretched, allowing him to hit from further away. "That's useful." Crasheon noted before feeling something fly right through him. "What was that?" Crasheon wondered as he looked behind him, only to see the NV-controlled Pinstripe responsible for that shot. "Oh, right." Crash remembered as he started charging at NV Pinstripe, before Foxata joined his side.
"Crash, let me help!" Foxata said.
"Sure!" Crasheon agreed.
"Thanks!" Foxata responded in gratitude as the duo started tag teaming Pinstripe, with him started shooting the two heroes before his tommy gun started to get jammed. "The mafia knows you stole from their wardrobe!"
"I said the same joke." Crasheon said.
"Oops. Guess that might not work twice." Foxata shrugged as Crasheon grabbed Pinstripe and reeled him in.
"But this punch line will!" Crasheon quipped as he punched Pinstripe, destroying his NV.
"And that evil empire’s down! The good mafioso’s back in town!" Foxata declared.
"You know you sounded like Zecora back there." Pinkie-Sniper noted as he and Rainbow Vulture showed up with the lackeys starting to retreat.
"Ugh… My head is ringin’." Pinstripe groaned.
"Hey Pinstripe." Crash greeted.
"Crash? What happened to ya? You look like a moishy mess." Pinstripe pointed out before Crash took Sligeon's mask off.
"You can thank me fusing with Sligeon for that, mate. And you were right, Sonata! That slime’s nowhere on the gloves." Crash noticed.
"Told ya." Foxata said with a smirk.
"Uh, who’s the new dame?" Pinstripe asked, unknowingly angering the siren/snipe fusion.
"What did you just call me?!" Foxata hissed in absolute anger before Crash stopped her.
"Easy, Sonata! Pinstripe has a New York Bronx accent, so he meant girl or woman." Crash explained.
"Oh." Foxata realized, calming down.
"But what happened?" Pinstripe asked.
"Cortex had that NV that was on your head controlling you." Rainbow Vulture answered.
"What's the last thing you remember?" Crash asked.
"I was heading for Dingo's Diner when some of Cortex's lackeys nabbed me." Pinstripe answered.
"If that’s true, maybe we should get back to Dingo." Foxata said as everyone else arrived.
"And y’all not goin’ without us!" Armajack declared.
"Agreed, darling." Orcarity said in agreement.
"No, you two stay here and stand guard in case they come back." Crash responded.
"There's one other thing. I remember seeing some kind of Horse-Fish creature." Pinstripe added, shocking Foxata.
"You saw one of my sisters?!" Foxata gasped, completely caught off guard.
"Pinstripe, this is important. Where did you exactly did see her?" Crash asked.
"I remember seeing her in a cave hooked up to a machine." Pinstripe answered.
"Doesn’t that sound like a junkyard?" Pinkoga noticed as the four Rainbooms and siren defused back to their normal forms as the two turtles disconnected from the titans they were on.
"We better pick up Dingodile." Mikey said.
"And maybe Ripper Roo too, because knowing him, he might be bursting with energy." Coco added when out of nowhere, a huge explosion happened.
"What in the world was that?!" Rainbow Dash asked in complete surprise.
"That's in the direction of Dingo's Diner." Pinkie noticed before Sonata heard something.
"Oh boy…" Sonata dreaded.
"What?" Crash asked.
"Dingo’s not happy." Sonata simply answered.
"We better see if he's okay." Shini suggested.
"Aah-aah-agreed." Rilla Roo said in agreement as the able heroes started rushing towards the direction of the explosion.
Meanwhile, at Dingo’s Diner...
"Grr! I’ll get every last one of yas!!!" Dingodile cursed as Ripper Roo woke up, smoking and covered in soot.
"What happened?" Ripper Roo asked before coughing out a smoke cloud.
"Hahaha!!! This is gonna be a blast!" Ripper Roo cheered.
"Grab whatever weapon you got and let's go." Crash said as Ripper sped off and returned with a trident. "Somehow, I'm not surprised with the choice." Crash admitted before the non-forked end of the trident turned into a cane. "Coco..."
"I have no idea how he made that." Coco responded.
"I might've watched your sister make her weapon and copied her." Ripper Roo admitted.
"With that design, you made it all on your own." Coco said.
"We should get moving." Shini urged.
"Agreed." Sonata said in agreement as everyone started heading out, but they were worried about Dingodile.
"We should probably do something to cheer Dingo up after this." Mikey suggested.
"He seems so upset." Tawna noted.
"No kidding." Rainbow Dash agreed.
"I'll talk to him." Rilla Roo volunteered.
"Just try to be careful." Pinkie warned before Rilla Roo and Dingodile started talking as everyone went ahead.
"I just hope things don't get worse." Shini said in concern.
"That makes two of us." Aku Aku agreed when out of nowhere, a spear pierced the ground.
"Whoa!" Grihoga yiped.
"What the?!" Vixot gasped before familiar masked rodents surrounded them.
"VOODOO BUNNIES!" Crash realized.
"Them again? Seriously?" Skunture deadpanned before they felt the ground shake, then saw a human wearing an NV on his head.
"Papu Papu!!!" Ripper Roo noticed, much to the ninjas' confusion.
"Who?" Mikey asked.
"Cortex's first henchman I fought." Crash answered.
"Whoa." The ninjas said in awe.
"He was pretty easy to beat, though." Crash added.
"Heroes, where is master?" A Voodoo Bunny asked, greatly confusing the heroes.
"Say what now?" Rainbow Dash uttered in confusion.
"Uka Uka." Mikey responded.
"Wait, you mean that evil mask who's Aku Aku's brother?" Raph asked.
"That's what we heard." Sonata answered.
"Us want master!" The Voodoo Bunny said.
"We don’t know where Uka Uka is!" Vixot honestly responded.
"Liars!" The Voodoo doubted greatly as the NV-controlled Papu Papu simply pointed his staff at the heroes, before the Voodoo Bunnies started attacking.
"Take cover!" Pinkie said as the heroes started hiding behind cover.
"No way they’ll get us now!" Raph boasted before as if he jinxed it, Raph was struck by a lightning bolt, shocking him.
"Yeah, caught us off guard too." Sonata admitted.
"Are you kidding me?! They use voodoo magic?!" Rainbow Dash asked in shock as the heroes started fighting back.
"Not sure. They never used those doll things, so it's probably not voodoo." Mikey answered as he was whacking some Voodoo Bunnies.
"Good point, Mikey." Shini admitted as Tawna attacked some Voodoo Bunnies with her staff in Tri-staff mode.
"Okay, time to start wrapping this up!" Tawna quipped.
"Press the separation button again." Coco said while whacking some Voodoo Bunnies before Tawna pressed it again and her staff turned into a pair of nunchucks.
"Hehe! This is gonna be fun!" Tawna giggled as everyone watched her fight the Voodoo Bunnies.
"I like your girlfriend, Crash. She's fun." Mikey said, only making only made Crash glare darkly at him. "I meant as a friend, dude!"
"Relax, Crash. Mikey's eyes are on Shini." Pinkie assured as she set off a smokescreen.
"Yeah, what kind of friends are we if we tried to steal your girlfriend." Sonata rhetorically asked as she kicked some Voodoo Bunnies.
"Good point." Crash admitted.
"Oy, we talking about my new employee?" Dingodile asked as he showed up with Rilla Roo, shooting some Voodoo Bunnies.
"So fast!" Sonata, the Turtles, Rainbooms and ninjas gasped, amazed by how quickly that went.
"Guys, I'm fine. Really." Dingodile assured.
"You sure?" Vixot asked in concern.
"The insurance I had on my building will pay for the repairs." Dingodile answered as he sucked up some Voodoo Bunnies before shooting them.
"Just be glad that Rarity isn’t with us." Sonata answered.
"What do we do with them?" Mikey asked, pointing towards the captured Voodoo Bunnies.
"Let them go." Crash answered.
"No doubt." Sonata agreed as Aku Aku released them.
"Why?" The Voodoo Bunny asked in confusion.
"You guys were trying to mount a rescue, not attacking us." Crash answered.
"Huh. That's actually a reaaaaaally good point when you think about it." Pinkie noticed.
"Ditto." Grihoga agreed.
"Now, get lost." Crash simply said, making the Voodoo Bunnies flee.
"Fortunately, I know where the junkyard is." Sligeon informed.
"Lead the way, then." Coco responded.
"Okay. But fair warning, we might come across some strange Sludges." Sligeon added.
"So?" Tawna asked.
"Well, I know a Sludge that's sort of a 'they,' but it isn't more than one mutant. And there's a Sludge who's actually a businessman." Sligeon answered.
"Let's get moving." Crash said before Mikey got everyone's attention.
"Uh… Dudes, NV-controlled Papu Papu." Mikey reminded as Crash did Swordnarang move and destroyed the NV, making Papu Papu fall backwards to the ground.
"Like I said, mates; easiest henchman to beat." Crash said as Shini checked the human's pulse.
"Looks like he'll only be out for a while." Shini informed before Papu Papu got up. "Nevermind."
"What hit Papu?" Papu Papu asked.
"Sorry mate. Had to get that NV off of ya somehow." Crash answered.
"Papu okay with that. Ugh... But Papu not himself, maybe Papu not eating a big breakfast today." Papu Papu wondered.
"He talks like that?" Raph asked.
"Yes." Coco answered.
"But Papu did hear heroes looking for Brio. Brio's much bigger problem for you. He not as big, but him much more grumpy and has other controlled heroes." Papu Papu warned.
"Who?" Mikey asked.
"Papu not know, because Papu got captured before could see who other heroes were." Papu Papu answered.
"Drat." Mikey groaned.
"It’s okay." Sonata answered.
"Alright, we're going in blind. Keep your weapons close everyone." Crash ordered.
"Right!" Everyone else responded.
Later, everyone entered the junkyard.
"Well, we're here." Sligeon said, before everyone else started covering their noses from the stench.
"Dude! Forget junkyard, this place is a dump!" Casey groaned.
"Smells worse than the sewers!" Mikey agreed.
"Now I’m definitely glad that Rarity is with us." Pinkie admitted as everyone started forging ahead, when all of a sudden...
"Monkey see, monkey doom!!!" An insane voice shouted as the heroes found themselves surrounded by Doom Monkeys.
"Great, these guys." Mikey deadpanned.
"You saying these are the Doom Monkeys?" Casey asked.
"Yep, the Planet of the Apes rejects." Sonata answered, making Rainbow Dash, Raph and Casey fall down, howling in laughter.
"I love that movie!" Casey said.
"And those guys being rejects? That’s too much! Hahahahahahahahaha!!!" Rainbow Dash laughed.
"They done?" The Doom Monkey asked.
"Sorry, but you’ll have to beat it!" Skunture quipped as she went in front of her friends and turned her back on the Doom Monkeys.
"Smart thinking." Grihoga noted when in 3… 2… 1… Ka-boom!!! Green stinky mushroom cloud, courtesy of Skunture! That attack left the Doom Monkeys lying on the ground.
"My work here, is done." Skunture said before doing a mic drop, while the Doom Monkeys were crying in agony from the stench as they got the funk of skunk, allowing the heroes to strike fast and hard. And by the time all of the Doom Monkeys were knocked out, Raph, Rainbow and Casey calmed down and stop laughing.
"That was awesome!" Rainbow Dash celebrated.
"Barely a sweat." Raph boasted.
"Those monkeys couldn’t even open a lock if they tried." Casey quipped.
"Yeah, when there's only a few of them." Mikey said.
"Whoa! Don’t look now, but we got more company!" Ripper Roo warned as everyone looked around. only to see three heads pop up on the left, and a slimy businessman pop out from the right, revealing themselves.
"Good grief. It’s a triple-header." Sonata groaned.
"That Sludge sure looks sleazy." Vixot noted.
"Yep." Crash agreed.
"Sligeon! It’s been a while!" The Businessman Sludge said with a smile.
"Yes it has, Busiludge." Sligeon agreed
"We managed to make you that weapon that can be used by Sludges." The right head the the Sludge informed as they gave Sligeon some strange weapon.
"Thanks Chameleon, Pig and Slug." Sligeon said in gratitude.
"You guys know where N. Brio is?" Crash asked.
"Normally, I’d charge ya for that, but since you’re friends with Sligeon here, I’ll give you a freebie! He’s at the most important part of the dumpster where all the trash gets burned! But be careful, he not only has his potions this time, he has mutants and a mutated human under his control with the NV!" Busiludge answered.
"How much for additional information?" Mikey asked, before Raph slapped the back of his head for that.
"You want to save the world or not, pal?!" Busiludge yelled in anger.
"We do." Raph answered.
"Then go and do what heroes do best! None of us can stand that Cortex or Brio!" Busiludge said as the heroes rushed off to N. Brio's whereabouts
"That turtle is like Slug." The middle head, Pig noted.
"Hey!" Slug, the left lead, pouted.
"It’s true." Chameleo, the right head, admiteed.
Later, everyone started looking around for N. Brio.
"And to think Brio helped me and Coco save the planet from Cortex that one time." Crash remembered.
“Really?” Sonata asked while looking under some junk.
“Yeah, but we had to collect all 42 gems. And they were hard to find and get.” Coco answered.
“Anyone ever feel like weird has become normal for them?” Shini asked.
“Yes.” The other ninjas responded.
“Doesn't make it any less.... Fun!” Mikey yelled as he fell down a junk hill on that last word.
“Mikey!” Raph gasped.
“Guys! I found N. Brio and Crunch!” Mikey said from a distance.
“What?!” Everyone else gasped.
“Yeah, better get down here. There's a weird telepathic mutant down here.” Mikey added.
“Wait. That means…!” Crash, Coco and Sonata started to realize.
“WHOO-HOO!” Pinkie cheered as she jumped down, followed by everyone else before they saw a bird mutant titan in a blue sphere that had arms and legs.
“PB!!!” Crash, Coco and Sonata said in joy.
“Who?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“He’s that mutant titan me, Crash and Coco freed from that ice ball! He’s known as a TK!” Sonata explained.
“Looks like he needs our help.” Rainbow Dash noticed.
“Come on! Let’s go!” Sonata urged as everyone followed down, till Dingodile got stuck.
“Oi! I’m stuck!” Dingodile said as Casey and Rainbow pushed down on Dingodile.
“No offense, big guy. But I think you need to go on a diet!” Rainbow Dash advised.
“Been meaning to.” Dingodile responded before Rilla Roo showed up with his hammer.
“Ooh-ooh! Out of the way!” Rilla Roo said as Rainbow and Casey moved.
“Wait! Let's not do anything...” Dingodile tried to warned before Rilla Roo whacked him out of that tight spot. “Rash…”
“It worked.” Rilla Roo said, looking on the bright side.
“Well, now that we got that settled, we got trouble, five of them.” Crash pointed out as everyone saw NV Crunch, Crabusk, Scorgomid, Flutterbat and N. Brio.
“Yep. That’s them, alright. At least now I’ll repay you for getting me out of that ice ball.” PB said.
“Guys! Stay away, little buddies!” NV Crunch warned.
“We can’t control ourselves!” NV Crabusk said as NV Scorgomid just growled while Flutterbat hissed.
“Just take the helmets off already!” Aku Aku urged while Flutterbat hissed as she flew up.
“You don’t understand! So awesome! Monkeys!” NV Crunch said.
“Hahahaha! Yes, fight your little buddies! Teach them who invented who! Strike them with your large man hands!” N. Brio ordered.
“Must! Destroy! Enemies!” NV Crabusk growled while Flutterbat hissed and NV Scorgomid roared as the four mind-controlled heroes started approaching the others.
“Guys, separate!” Crash ordered.
“Right!” Everyone else agreed as they decided to divide and conquer, before Flutterbat tackled Mikey.
“Gah! Easy, Flutters!” Mikey urged before getting an idea, grabbing an apple he held onto. “Hey, you want this apple?” Mikey asked with a smirk as Flutterbat's eyes were on the red juicy apple, with drool coming out of her mouth, before the turtle mutant threw it at NV Crunch with her following the fruit.
Meanwhile, NV Crunch was fighting Crash and Coco at the moment. “Hit that turkey like Thanksgiving! No stuffing, gives it gas!” NV Crunch said with a catchphrase before getting hit in the head with an apple. “Huh?” He wondered before looking behind him, only for Flutterbat to crash into the controlled mutant. “OW! Crunch needs a hug!”
“Time to bring them to a more open space!” PB quipped as he psychically lifted Flutterbat and NV Crunch and tossed them onto spinning gears and spikes, damaging their NVs and sending them to where everyone else, NV Crabusk and Scorgomid were.
“Little help!” Tawna requested as she was struggling.
“Ask and you shall receive!” PB quoted as he psychically lifted Crabusk and Scorgomid long enough for Tawna to recover.
“Thanks.” Tawna said in gratitude.
“Don't thank me yet! We still need to free your friends!” PB reminded.
“Get me a clear shot, then.” Dingodile responded.
“Okie dokie lokie!” Pinkie Pie said with a smile as she threw a smoke bomb, blocking the controlled heroes’ line of sight.
“Hey! Who turned out the lights?” NV Crunch asked before Rainbow Dash sped inside and jumped onto NV Crabusk’s back.
“What the?!” Crabusk gasped.
“Sorry about this!” Rainbow Dash apologized as she grabbed NV Crabusk’s head, making his and her eyes glow sky blue.
“Whoa! This feels much better!” Crabusk said.
“Guess you’re not so hazy anymore! We need your help!” Rainbow Dash told the Shellephant.
“Sure.” Crabusk responded as they started to help the others.
Meanwhile, Sonata saw Flutterbat sucking on the apple Mikey threw with her fangs, noticing an opportunity.
“Sorry, Fluttershy!” Sonata apologized before she grabbed onto Flutterbat's head from behind, grabbing the NV and ripped it off, but for some reason, Fluttershy was still in her Flutterbat form.
“Ooh... Sonata? What happened?” Fluttershy asked.
“Long story.” Sonata simply answered before Fluttershy noticed her form.
“Eep! What happened to me?” Fluttershy gasped before fainting.
“It’s complicated.” Sonata answered before she went off to help the others, while Ripper Roo started struggling.
“Yow! Need some help! I'll probably need to take the sane sleeves off!” Ripper Roo declared as he somehow tore his sleeves off from the inside, before the hook end of his cane-trident and drew a sword.
“Why didn't I think of that for Tawna's staff?” Coco said in utter surprise.
“I got it from an Assassin video game.” Ripper Roo answered as Coco just stared in shock. “What? I'm crazy! Whoo-hoo! Whoo-hoo! Hoo-hoo!”
“Maybe I should add that to Tawna's staff.” Coco noted.
“Nah, just hook me up with a hypno ball.” Tawna responded, and Coco seemed to agree with the idea.
“Yeah, you're right.” Coco admitted.
“Hehe. Taking inspiration from me?” Shini asked in amusement.
“It's a good move.” Tawna said.
“Yes, only if you got your opponent’s attention.” Shini informed.
“I can get Crash's attention easily.” Tawna quipped, making her friends laugh at that while Crash blushed.
“Ha! Good one!” Dingodile said as he saw a tire and sucked it up, before aiming it at Scorgomid. “This is for destroying my diner!” Dingodile shouted as he shot the tire at Scorgomid's head, stunning her. “Just so you know mates, I was telling Cortex that.”
“I know, buddy.” Crash responded.
“And up we go!” Pinkie said as she grabbed onto Scorgomid’s head, before slicing the NV in half.
“Oh… What? Oh dear. I got controlled again?” Scorgomid asked in concern.
“Big time.” Pinkie answered.
“Oh... What should we do now?” Scorgomid timidly asked.
“You should rest.” Pinkie suggested.
“N-No. I shouldn't. I need to help everyone!” Scorgomid insisted before the exhaustion got the better of her. “Oh… I’m so sorry.”
“It's okay.” Crash assured.
“Ooh-ooh! Crunch is the only one left!” Rilla Roo informed.
“We can handle him.” Crash confidently said.
“Oy, how about letting me, Rilla, and Ripper handle him? The rest of you make sure N. Brio doesn't escape.” Dingodile requested.
“Alright, but I’m coming with you to make sure that Crunch snaps out of it.” Crash responded.
“Sure, pal.” Ripper Roo said.
“Alright, and it looks like Fluttershy is still good to go.” Sonata noticed as Fluttershy woke up and managed to stand up.
“But, I think I still have my bat wings.” Fluttershy guessed.
“Might want to check your fingernails.” Coco said as Fluttershy looked and saw she still had her talons.
“Oh dear!” Fluttershy gasped.
“Calm down, Flutters! This is only temporary.” Pinkie assured.
“Actually, I think Fluttershy got a new power from her geode and the mojo from this world. Which means she can become like this at any time she wants to!” Sonata explained, surprising all of her friends about this development.
“Handy.” Mikey noted.
“Although, since you have the abilities of a Vampire Fruit Bat in this form, you might have a craving for apples whenever you’re like this.” Sonata added with a nervous smile.
“Just means my Apple Upside Down Surprise got a new customer.” Dingodile said as he was shooting fire and water at NV Crunch.
“Oof! This is humiliterrifying!” NV Crunch said.
“The fact we're winning against a Bandicoot...” Dingodile started as he threw NV Crunch to Rilla Roo.
“Even though that Bandicoot’s controlled…” Rilla Roo continued as he whacked NV Crunch over to Ripper Roo.
“Take what you get!” Ripper Roo finished as he sliced up the NV to pieces, but amazingly left Crunch unhurt.
“I’ll take it from here. ‘Cause there’s a control chip and there are still those goggle screens!” Crash insisted as he jumped onto Crunch’s head and put Aku Aku on his face, jacking him.
“Hey, I can see clearer now! The rain is gone! This is good!” Crunch said.
“Easy, bro. Can we borrow your hammer, Rilla?” Crash asked before Crunch stopped him.
“Actually, Coco made this for me just in case.” Crunch said as his metal arm opened up, revealing a mace as he used his other arm to grab it, before his metal closed back up.
“I am seriously wishing Coco would take up the violin.” Crash joked, making all of his friends laugh at that, except Coco, who growled that that.
“Hmph! Well, this fight won’t be as easy as before, thanks to my new Kraang Mutagen formula!” N. Brio declared as he gulped down his vial of mutagen, much to everyone’s shock and horror.
“EVERYONE TAKE COVER!!!” Mikey shouted as he and the others hid behind some junk, but nothing happen.
“Huh?” Sonata wondered in confusion.
“Why the dud?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“Didn’t see that coming.” Vixot admitted.
“You were expecting something?” N. Brio asked.
“Yes.” The heroes answered.
“That stuff is suppose to mutate you into a monster. And your drinking Kraang Worm Milk like it's soda.” Mikey said, making the everyone except Raph and Casey double back on that claim.
“Worm Milk?” N. Brio uttered in shock before the heroes heard a stomach growling. “I've been drinking Worm Milk?!” N. Brio asked, completely mortified when he was launched into the fire by his own flatulence, before coming back up with his butt on fire.
“That was fun to watch, but now…” Crash said as Rainbow Dash disconnected from Crabusk, making the NV fall apart and Crash started pulling off the NV goggles and control chip.
“Stop it, that’s mine!” NV Crunch refused as N. Brio managed to extinguish the fire on his buttocks, before noticing Crunch.
“Just swat him away, muscles!” N. Brio ordered before Crash got the goggles and chip off of Crunch, restoring him back to normal.
“Hey, I feel great! Got the monkey off my back! Thanks little buddy!” Crunc said in gratitude before getting lifted into the air by Crash “No! Really, I’m good now!”
“Hi-ya!” Crash yelled as he started whacking Crunch on the ground to make sure he still didn’t have that brain bug as a random monkey passed by.
“Stop it, please! Stop it, please! Ow! Honestly, I’m much better! Hey! Lift with your legs, not with your back!” Crunch begged as he and Crash got into a comical fight cloud, making the others wince at what’s going on while Aku Aku approached N. Brio.
“Well, I didn’t think we’d meet again.” Aku Aku admitted.
“Well, you were wrong, and I was right! As right as, Betamax! Why won’t the world understand? We have limitless bad mojo to power NVs!” N. Brio boasted, catching the heroes’ attention.
“Bad Mojo?! How are you getting that?” Aku Aku asked before N. Brio covered his mouth as he mumbled the answer, and the heroes couldn’t understand or hear it. “Talk! Those Voodoo Bunnies are still mad at being tricked.”
“Besides, Crash likes Crunch, and look that them.” Sonata pointed out as everyone saw Crash laying out some TNT around Crunch and detonated them, resulting in a comical explosion, much to N. Brio’s dismay.
“Cortex and I are charge now, little fool! Your island is trapped by a device that I-“ N. Brio started boasting again before being cut off by the siren.
“Invented, yada yada yada.” Sonata scoffed as everyone else went to Crash who was finished with what he was doing, letting Crunch go.
“We better go.” Raph suggested.
“Crash, looks like my brother’s involved in this mess.” Aku Aku said.
“Crunch, you, Crabusk, Fluttershy and Scorgomid should head home to get some rest.” Coco told the four freed heroes as Fluttershy turned back into her normal form.
“Okay.” Fluttershy hesitantly agreed.
“If you think it’s for the best.” Scorgomid admitted.
“Alright.” Crabusk said as Crunch got up with a tear in his left eye.
“Yeah, think I’m gonna need the brain juice! Gonna lay down awhile, sleepy!” Crunch agreed as he fell back down before getting lifted by Crabusk.
“And you! You clear out! You’re not welcome! Come on guys, let’s go find my brother.” Aku Aku said as N. Brio had steam coming out of his nose in anger.
“This isn’t the end! I invented endings! Why don’t people take me seriously?” N. Brio whimpered as he started walking away with a bag on a stick, before a pickup truck with his original mutagen drove by, with N. Brio following it.
But as the heroes started heading out, none of them noticed Bandicoot shaped individual watching them. "Soon..."
As the heroes left the dump, a mysterious figure followed them. "Soon…"
Shortly after the heroes got clear of the dump, they made a campsite.
"Fresh air!" Rainbow Dash cheered after taking a deep breath in and out.
"Wish this still was a vacation." Shini said.
"You know Cortex, always having an evil plan in the works." Crash shrugged, not surprised.
"Never giving us a day off." Coco added while she was sharpening her weapons.
"Yeah! That drives me insane! Hoohahahahahaha!!!" Ripper Roo laughed.
"You must always be prepared for an enemy attack." A wise and familiar voice said, making everyone turn around, seeing Master Splinter.
"Whoa! So that’s Master Splinter." Coco awed as Splinter saw her weapons.
"Modified ninja weapons?" Splinter wondered out loud.
"Sorry, I tried to keep them the old-fashioned way while trying to make them more advanced." Coco explained as Master Splinter examined the weapons.
"Hehe. Just like Donatello. You would've made a fine weaponsmith." Splinter said, impressed, leaving Coco flustered.
"R-Really? Well, I am an inventor after all." Coco bashfully responded.
"Sensei, why are you here?" Raph asked.
"I sensed your concern and came to to see the problem." Splinter answered before Crash explained what's going on. "I see. This is quite troubling."
"We freed some of the others, but not everyone." Crash said.
"Yeah. There's only Sunset, Solava, Twilight, Micolda, Leo, Adagio, Batlado, Aria and Zaptrap left. But we might run into Tiny again." Pinkie listed.
"I have confidence that you all will succeed, but only if you work together, as Crash claims." Splinter advised, making Crash grow a gentle smile at that. "But I must warn you. Time is not on your side."
That made everyone dread at the potential threat in the future. "Sensei, if what you're saying is true, that means we need to pick up the pace and watch out for trouble!" Crash declared.
"Dark magic is being harvested. Dark Equestrian Magic." Splinter informed, taking the ninjas by surprise.
"Dark Equestrian Magic?! And I thought Bad Mojo fueling those NVs was bad enough! How are they getting that?" Sonata asked.
"I think you have an idea how." Splinter responded as Sonata thought for second before she realized the answer.
"My sister!" Sonata dreaded.
"Oi... Talk about Déjà vu." Dingodile said.
"This is Sonata and Vixot being controlled all over again!" Grihoga panicked.
"That must've been what Pinstripe tried to warn us!" Crash remembered.
"But for some reason, I don’t think my brother is responsible for this." Aku Aku added.
"This time." Mikey agreed.
"But we’re gonna save her!" Sonata declared.
"And Zaptrap!" Vixot added.
"Use caution. I saw the Voodoo Bunnies swarming towards their master." Splinter warned, surprised everyone else before just as he appeared, Master Splinter left.
"What was that? Hahaha!" Ripper Roo asked, making Mikey and the others glare at him.
"Uh, are you half-baboon, Ripper?" Mikey asked in bemusement.
"No." Ripper Roo answered before he felt the back of his head get whacked by Raph. "Ow!"
"Had it coming." Raph growled.
"Glad it wasn’t me this time." Mikey said in relief.
"Alright, everyone..." Crash started, but no one noticed the rope around his ankle. "Let’s get go-" Crash was cut off when he found himself being pulled by a rope. "-IIIIIIINNNNNNGGGGGG!!!" Crash screamed as the goofball trio grabbed him.
"We got you, buddy!" Pinkie said.
"Don’t let go!" Sonata told Crash.
"Trying!!!" Crash responded as whatever that was on the end of the rope was strong enough to pull Crash and the trio away from the campsite.
"Uh-oh! Looks like we got trouble!' Coco gasped.
"Follow them!" Dingodile ordered as everyone got onto the carriage, with Rilla Roo pulling on it.
Meanwhile, in a laboratory, there was a strange titan stuffing something into a strange bone-like head.
"Get back to work!" One of the strange titans ordered before it picked up a remote and turned on a monitor that had arms and mechanical device that allowed it to move, the screen then showing Dr. Cortex.
"Thanks. Finally answers the phone. Very classy. Not like I have anything better to do." Dr. Cortex said.
"How are you doing?" The titan asked.
"Oh, thanks for asking. I feel good. All this evil agrees with me." Dr. Cortex responded happily as more strange titans showed up as they bowed, before the monitor went to where the head is, which is Uka Uka being… Milked?! "Now then, how are our little mojo and equestrian magic batteries doing?" Dr. Cortex asked as one of the strange titans stuffed a slice of cake into Uka Uka’s mouth.
"Cortex, you miserable traitor! I will have my-NOT AGAIN!!!" Uka Uka yelped as Siren Aria attacked him.
"Hah, fabulous. He's never looked better. Rubenesque even. I was so tired of that guy. Felt like I married my mother. Not that I... thought about that." Dr. Cortex said before Uka Uka was stuffed with another slice of cake.
"Stealing my mojo and the siren’s equestrian magic to power your NVs! That’s low even for you. But why do you keep feeding me cake? Agh!" Uka Uka asked before he was stuffed with yet another slice.
"Oh, that. I just thought it would be mean. Seriously, you're never going to be able to eat cake again. Imagine that, life without cake." Dr. Cortex mocked.
"You fiend!" Uka Uka seethed before he started being chased by Siren Aria. "And allowing the Siren to chase me?!"
"Gonna address the minions, excuse me." Dr. Cortex politely said as the monitor went back to the titans, who got back up. "Listen up, Grimlies! Crash Bandicoot, Sonata Dusk, Pinkie Pie, Michelangelo and their friends are on their way. No games, no foolishness. Find them and destroy them. Destroy them for real! No death traps that take ten flipping hours!" Dr. Cortex ordered as the Grimly titans then left the laboratory.
"You enjoying your revenge Aria?" Dr. Cortex asked, only for Siren Aria to growl in response as she attacked Uka Uka again before the monitor picked up one last slice of cake. "And guess what? Little Uka there's looking hungry."
"Ew, gross, it's dirty! I will have my revenge for this, Cortex! Gah!" Uka Uka declared before the monitor stuffed that final slice of cake into Uka Uka’s mouth.
"Yes, yes, revenge. I’m not the one in the milking machine and getting beaten by a siren at the same time, milky… magoo. Cortex out." Dr. Cortex said as he turned off the monitor.
"Thought he'd never leave." A strange voice said as Uka Uka turned and saw a bucktooth Bandicoot with green pants walking out of the shadow. It was Fake Crash, doppelgänger of Crash Bandicoot.
"You!!!" Uka Uka growled.
"Got a little something." Fake Crash said as he dragged in Crash, Sonata, Pinkie and Mikey in, who were tied up and unconscious at the moment. "Tiny, keep the others preoccupied." He ordered as an NV controlled Tiny Tiger then appeared, who nodded in response before going away.
Siren Aria stopped chasing Uka Uka when she caught Sonata's scent. "S-Sonata…?" She asked before Fake Crash brought out a remote control and turned the level back up, making Siren Aria go back to attacking Uka Uka.
"Ow!!! I don’t know who’s worse, you or Cortex!!!" Uka Uka yelled as Crash and the goofball trio started waking up.
"Ugh… What?" Crash groaned.
"Where?" Sonata uttered.
"How?" Pinkie wondered.
"Who?" Mikey asked.
"Four individuals, one brain." Fake Crash scoffed, catching Crash and the others' attention.
"No way! Fake Crash?!" Crash gasped.
"Fake Crash?" The goofball trio repeated in confusion.
"You haven't told your buddies about me?" Fake Crash asked.
"Well, I never thought you would be in on this." Crash responded.
"Well, meet Trash." Mikey joked, making his friends snicker at that while Trash growled, before Sonata remembered something.
"Aria, where is she?!" Sonata ordered before she looked up and saw Siren Aria chasing after Uka Uka. "Uka Uka?! Why are you chasing after him?!"
"REVENGE!!!" Siren Aria answered before chasing Uka Uka further.
"Aria! This isn’t you!" Sonata said, trying to snap her sister out of it, but her call was in vain.
"She can’t hear you. Thanks to that NV on her head. And I have your weapons and equipment. Not to mention that geode and medallion of yours." Trash explained.
"You didn't take my gloves? And why did you want my friends?" Crash asked.
"They're just gloves. And I actually grabbed your friends by accident, it's you I want." Trash answered.
"Well, don’t count your eggs before they hatch! Because the others will get here and kick your bandicoot butt!" Sonata declared.
"They're going to be a bit busy." Trash retorted with a smirk.
"Really? How?" Sonata skeptically asked.
"Tiny." Trash simply answered, making Crash and the goofball trio go a bit pale.
"Uh-oh…" Mikey dreaded.
"Oopsie…" Pinkie uttered.
"Which means I won't have any distractions." Trash added before Sonata and Crash snapped themselves out of their shock.
"Like I said, they’ll get here!" Sonata responded.
Meanwhile, Raph and the others were tracking their friends.
"Grr…! When I get my hands on whoever kidnapped them…!" Raph growled.
"Get in line. Those are my mates!" Dingodile responded before Rilla Roo suddenly stopped.
"Huh? What’s wrong, buddy?" Ripper Roo asked.
"Somehow, I’m feeling a chill going up my spine." Rilla Roo answered before suddenly, a giant axe impaled the ground.
"Whoa!!!" The heroes gasped, before they felt something pass by them, sending chills down their spines.
"Tiny?" Dingodile asked in concern before Tiny appeared behind the heroes with a Grimly, both of them being controlled by the NVs on their heads.
"Friend of yours?" Shini asked.
"One of me best." Dingodile answered before Tiny brought out another axe. "Heh, now that I think about it, he’s like you, Rainbow."
"As much as I would wanna soak up the praise, we got a problem!" Rainbow Dash pointed out before more Grimlies appeared.
"This is starting to get awfully ghastly!" Grihoga dreaded as Tiny signaled the Grimlies to attack.
"I’ll jack on of those ghost mutants!" Rainbow Dash said as she ran towards the leading Grimly, but the second she tried to grab it, the Grimly seemed to have phased right through the speedster.
"What the?! You went right through that thing!" Raph gasped in shock.
"No, it dodged faster that I can run!" Rainbow Dash corrected, knowing what the titan's special ability is now.
"You guys handle these things. We got Tiny." Dingodile said.
"Okay, dude! Just watch yourselves!" Casey warned.
"We will." Rilla Roo responded.
"Hang on, buddy!" Ripper Roo said to Tiny.
"We’ll snap ya outta it!" Dingodile added as the three former baddies charged at Tiny.
Meanwhile, back with Crash and his friends, Trash was watching the security monitors.
"Good thing I decided to put up cameras throughout the whole place." Trash said in relief as Crash signaled a sneak attack after cutting the binding ropes.
"Gotten a lot smarter haven't you?" Crash asked with a smirk.
"I'm not as dopey as I was before." Trash responded.
"For what? Trying to be better than me?" Crash taunted.
"Grr...!!! I know you're trying to get on my nerves!" Trash growled.
"More like distracting you." Crash corrected.
"What?!" Trash gasped as he looked behind him.
"Think fast!" Mikey said as he tossed Crash his Bokken sword.
"Thanks, Mike!" Crash responded in gratitude.
"No prob!" Mikey replied.
"Tch! Guess your friends are called ninjas for a reason, huh?" Trash noted.
"That's why I'm better than you. I have people who care about me." Crash said.
"Yepperooney!" Pinkie agreed.
"And we'll free my sister too!" Sonata added.
"This is a fair fight? 4 against 1." Trash asked.
"Dude, when you're fightin' ninjas, you gotta be ready to fight at any odds!" Mikey reminded.
"Fine!" Trash yelled in anger as he grabbed a spear.
"You're gotta try to fight us? Do you know how to use it?" Sonata taunted before Trash somehow cocked his spear like a gun.
"I don't like the sound of that." Mikey dreaded before the spear shot a fireball!
"Scatter!" Crash shouted.
"No need to tell me twice!" Pinkie responded as she threw a smoke bomb down and they disappeared.
"Ha! Nice try!" Trash scoffed as he spun around, hitting Mikey who was about to attack from behind. "I spied on you guys training with Crash."
"Well, that explains the weird feeling I had." Pinkie noted.
"Just means we got to strike hard." Crash declared.
"Hey, if you hit me hard, I’ll hit you back harder." Trash responded.
"Let's test that!" Sonata quipped as she jumped behind and kicked Trash.
"Guhhooey!!!" Trash yelped.
Meanwhile, back with Dingodile and friends...
"Hey, Shini! Think you can do that hypno trick on one of those mutants?" Rainbow Dash asked as Shini tried to, but failed due to none of the Grimlies holding still.
"Looks like we’ll have to stun one by force." Shini noticed.
"What about Tiny?" Tawna asked as she whacked a Grimly.
"I’m sure Dingo and the other former baddies can free him!" Coco responded, while with Dingodile's team, Rilla Roo and Tiny clashed weapons.
"That NV must’ve given Tiny’s strength a boost!" Rilla Roo noticed as Ripper sped up from behind, but Tiny spotted him, kicking Rilla Roo away and blocked Ripper's attacks.
"Yipe! He’s speedier too!" Ripper Roo added as Tiny grabbed the kangaroo mutant and threw him at Dingodile.
"Crikey!!!" Dingodile gasped before he caught Ripper. "Phew! That was a close one. Keep fighting. He's our friend and we're going to free him."
"Ooh-ooh! Got it!" Rilla Roo responded.
"Alright!" Ripper Roo agreed.
"You guys sure you don't want us helping?" Coco asked from a distance while blocking an attack from a Grimly.
"Don’t worry! We got this! I go left, Rilla go right, and Ripper down the middle!" Dingodile ordered.
"How about… Hehehe…" Ripper Roo started before he leapt high into the air. "Over the middle!"
"Whatever works." Dingodile shrugged.
"Let’s do this!" Rilla Roo declared as the trio ganged up on Tiny.
"We’re almost there, mates!" Dingodile informed as he grabbed the NV, but not before Tiny knocked them away, unknowingly helping the hybrid pull off the NV. "That outta fix ya." Dingodile said as he crushed the NV before Tiny fell onto one knee, feeling a little dizzy.
"My head..." Tiny groaned
"You alright, mate?" Dingodile asked in concern.
"I think so." Tiny answered.
"Good." Dingodile responded.
"Glad your back to normal." Rilla Roo said in relief.
"Ugh... Last thing I remember, I was telling Cortex that I was quitting, and the next thing I knew, I'm here." Tiny remembered.
"Welcome the club, buddy." Ripper greeted.
"But what happened? Where are we?" Tiny asked.
"Tell you later." Dingodile said.
"Ooh-ooh! He’s right, because right now, we gotta help the others!" Rilla Roo agreed before Dingodile's group started heading back to Coco's group.
Back to Crash's party...
"Yow!!! What is he, Crash? The devil you or something?!" Mikey asked.
"A bad dream made real." Crash answered in a rush.
"Other than the buckteeth and bushy brows?" Sonata quipped.
"Hey!" Trash pouted.
"You know what would make that guy hilarious?" Pinkie asked.
"What?" Crash responded.
"If he had lips... Like a blimp!" Pinkie answered, making Trash growl.
"Snrk!!! Okay, that’s a funny thought." Sonata snickered.
"He might actually look more attractive." Mikey noted as Trash basically started having smoke come out of his ears, before he recklessly charged towards them. "But you know what they say."
"The bigger they are..." Pinkie continued as she threw the weight end of her weapon to Sonata who caught it which Trash charged straight at Mikey, who dodged, making Trash trip over the chain, falling down hard.
"The harder they fall!" Sonata finished before Crash picked up Trash.
"Like I said. I'm better because I have people who care about me." Crash said.
"Doh... Guess I'll have to bring out, the big guns!" Trash declared as he brought out a remote and pushed the button on it, followed by a Yuktopus, Siren Aria Blaze, and a giant Zaptrap as big as Aria.
"Eep!" Pinkie yiped.
"Aria! Zaptrap! Why you-!" Sonata growled before Zaptrap threw a lightning bolt. "Whoa!" Sonata gasped as she dodged it.
"Careful, everyone." Crash warned.
"Yeah, I speak for everyone when I say, AAAH! AAAAAAH!! AAAAAAAAAH!!!" Mikey screamed while nobody noticed Aria's NV malfunctioning.
"S-Sonata…!" Siren Aria uttered.
"Huh?" Sonata noticed.
"Help… Me…!" Siren Aria begged as Trash started messing around with his remote.
"What’s going on?! Why’s that NV short-circuiting?!" Trash growled as Aria's NV continued to malfunction.
"I… Can’t… Control… My… Body..!" Siren Aria said as Trash kept messing with the remote before he broke it, which the heroes noticed.
"Whoops." Trash uttered.
"Whoops?! Seriously, that’s all ya got? Whoops?!" Crash asked in anger.
"There are other things I wanted to say, but right now I'm running for my life!" Trash said, freaking out as Siren Aria was glaring at him, before he just fled out of the laboratory real quick-like with Siren Aria chasing after him.
"Aria, stop!" Sonata said, but her cry was in vain as the NV was still working a bit. "Looks like I’ll need to jack my own sister. Think you guys can handle Zaptrap and the Yuktopus?"
"Sure." Mikey answered.
"Just try not to go too hard on her. She is your sister." Crash said as Sonata nodded and rushed away.
"Let’s just try not to get over our heads." Pinkie dreaded before a barrier formed around Uka Uka, while Crash saw four pumping machines.
"I'll jack the big guy." Crash said.
"And me and Pinkie will Jack Zaptrap." Mikey added.
"Pinkie, Dust Storm Rocket!" Crash ordered.
"One order of magic sprinkles, comin’ up!" Pinkie quipped as Crash spun around before she threw some sprinkles, detonating a smokescreen for him.
"Now, time to add a little smoke bomb egg into the mix!" Mikey added as he threw a smoke bomb at the Yuktopus' eye before Crash launched himself at the giant titan.
"Thanks, Mike! And now to snap him out of it, again." Crash said as he whacked the Yuktopus before grabbing onto his head and putting Aku Aku on it, jacking the titan. "I'll handle the heavy lifting."
But then an alarm sounded, bringing purple orb-shaped minions.
"Not good." The three heroes dreaded.
"On second thought, I’ll hold them off. You two jack Zaptrap and shut down those pumpers!" Crash corrected himself.
"Right." Mikey and Pinkie responded.
Meanwhile, with Sonata, she caught up with Siren Aria. "Aria! Wait!" Sonata called out as Siren Aria continued to attack Trash.
"Gah!!!" Trash yelped while Sonata managed to jump onto Siren Aria.
"It’s time to snap you out of it!" Sonata declared as she grabbed onto Siren Aria’s head, finding herself in her sister's mind. Then Sonata found Aria attacking Uka Uka constructs, who threw a punch behind her and Sonata caught it perfectly. "Aria! Please, calm down!"
"Sonata?" Aria asked in surprise and hope.
"Yeah! It’s me!" Sonata confirmed, before Aria hugged her, much to the siren's surprise. "Aria?"
"Sonata... I'm so sorry!" Aria sobbed.
"Take it easy, Aria. You weren't angry at Uka Uka before." Sonata responded, trying to calm down her sister.
"But… I…" Aria sniffled.
"Besides, I went through this too." Sonata empathized.
"He ruined our lives." Aria said.
"But unintentionally gave us so much." Sonata corrected.
"What do you mean?" Aria asked in confusion.
"Think about everything we went through. All the friends we've made and the adventures we've had." Sonata reminded as Aria did think about, and remembered all of the good things that happened to her and her family. "Uka Uka messed with my head to make me think we've been suffering. But we've been doing the opposite."
Aria realized that Sonata was right. "Come on, sis. Let's go home."
In reality, Trash tried sneaking away, before Sonata disconnected from Siren Aria, with the NV falling apart. Unfortunately, Aria was still in her siren form. "I'm bailing!"
"How about a send-off for you controlling me." Siren Aria quiped as she whipped her tail, sending Trash flying, who screamed.
"Let's get this thing off you." Sonata said as she took off what was left of the NV on Aria’s head, who Aria shifted back to normal.
"Thanks, sis." Aria said in gratitude.
"No problem." Sonata responded.
"Now let's get back to the others." Aria declared.
"I just hope Dingodile and the rest of them can catch up with us." Sonata said in concern.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with Dingodile's team.
"Keep fighting!" Dingodile ordered as Rainbow Dash grabbed onto a Grimly's head.
"I got him this time!" Rainbow Dash cheered before Rainbow Dash's geode and Raph's medallion started to glow, shooting a rainbow beam at the Grimly Rainbow Dash was on. And when the beam faded, the Grimly had pale light, grayish aquamarine stitches, moderate purple skin, and had light turquoise tribal tattoos on it.
"Ugh... What hit me? Wait... I'm talking?!" The Grimly gasped.
"Yep." Raph answered.
"Whoa. I think Mikey, Pinkie and Sonata told us about this." Rainbow Dash awed.
"Less yappin, more fighting!" Dingodile ordered as he kept shooting controlled titans.
"Somehow... I feel stronger... Strong enough to... Ooh, I always wanted to do this! Get ready!" The Grimly squeaked in excitement.
"For what?" Rainbow Dash asked in confusion.
"For this! ZA WARUDO!!!" The Grimly shouted as an immense amount of energy bursted from the Grimly, before everything and everyone on the planet, except Rainbow Dash and the titan she was on were completely frozen in time.
"Awesome!" Rainbow Dash cheered.
"Better hold on!" The Grimly said as she started going from enemy to enemy, sending flurries of punches at them, only for them to still remain still. "ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA!!! ORA!!!" The Grimly shouted as it dealt one last punch to a big NV-controlled titan before turning her back on his enemies. "That's enough. Time end." The Grimly declared as time started moving again, only for the enemy titans to be sent flying with the NVs completely destroyed.
"What happened?" Tawna asked in confusion.
"That... Was... Out... Of... This... World... AWESOME!!! You won't believe what just happened, she completely stopped time!" Rainbow Dash shouted in pure excitement.
"We can admire that later. Right now, let's find my brother and the others." Coco reminded.
"Oh! I think I know they are!" The Grimly remembered.
"What do you think about your name being Ghostime?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Nice. Come on!" Ghostime urged as she started leading Dingodile and the others to where their friends are.
Back with Crash...
"Crikey! They just keep comin’!" Crash dreaded.
"Yikes! And we can’t find an opening to jack Zaptrap!" Pinkie yelped.
"Let me help with that." Crash said as he had the jacked Yuktopus play the bagpipe on its back to stun the minions and Zaptrap.
"Thanks!" Mikey said in gratitude.
"I'll snap her out of it." Aria's voice called out, making the trio and Yuktopus looked behind them to see Sonata and Aria, back to her normal self.
"Aria!" Pinkie gasped in happiness.
"It's good to be back. Now hang tight, pal." Aria said as she got onto Zaptrap and took off the NV.
"Ow." Zaptrap uttered.
"You okay?" Aria asked.
"Yes." Zaptrap said as she shrank back to her normal size after Aria got back on the ground.
"Ready to fry those pumpers?" Aria asked with a smirk.
"Thought you'd never ask." Zaptrap responded with the same smirk, turning into her mask form as Aria grabbed it, who donned it without hesitation. Then bright light covered her, and when it faded, in her place was a humanoid Eel-ectric with Aria’s clothing, hair, weapons and a symbol on her right check. It was Ariatrap!
"I love this!" Ariatrap said before suddenly, she made an extendable Tribaton made of electricity. "And I just got an idea!" Ariatrap added with a mischievius smirk as she swung her Tribaton and it wrapped itself around all four pumpers before electrifying them to pieces, deactivating the machine Uka Uka was trapped in.
"About time!" Uka Uka said, drawing the heroes' attention as everyone else showed up.
"Crash!" Coco called out.
"Coco! How’d you manage to find us?" Crash asked.
"Followed the carnage." Coco simply answered.
"Also thanks to this gal, Ghostime, the Grimly." Rainbow Dash added.
"Hey." Ghostime greeted.
"Yippee!!! Another new titan ally!" Pinkie cheered while Aku Aku got off of the Yuktopus as the NV on it fell apart.
"Let's deal with my brother." Aku Aku said as everyone got to the machine that Uka Uka was held captive in.
"Ugh, finally! If I had nipples, they’d kill right now." Uka Uka uttered in relief as Crash and the Goofball trio disconnected the suction hoses.
"My brother! What did they do to you?!" Aku Aku asked in concern.
"That traitorous dog, Cortex stole all of my power, the same being said for the siren! All of my bad mojo and her dark equestrian magic have been drained and put into NVs he sent all over the world!" Uka Uka informed.
"All over the world?!" Crash gasped in shock, but before anyone else could say anything else, Ariatrap nailed down Uka Uka with her foot.
"Cortex did what?!" Ariatrap asked, completely caught off guard.
"While you were getting your revenge on me, Cortex was stealing your magic." Uka Uka answered.
“Oh, come on!” Ariatrap exasperated.
"It's okay." Sonata said, trying to help Ariatrap feel better.
"That lying weasel of a scientist actually had a good idea for a change. However, I didn’t realize that it involved…" Uka uka started off, but Aku Aku guessed, "Milking you?”
"Yes, milking us! HAHA! Everybody enjoys a laugh at the evil mask! I’ll destroy Cortex for this, and all of you short bus students shall be the means of my vengeance!" Uka Uka declared.
"Yeah, not gonna happen." Sonata simply said.
"Why should we help you? You’re a jerk! Remember Mom’s birthday? You sent her socks! Honestly, who sends socks to a magic mask with no feet?" Aku Aku remembered, much to Pinkie Pie's shock and dismay.
"I’ll help because if you restore my powers, I will give you the means to reach Cortex’s lair, and destroy his NVs forever!" Uka Uka answered as everyone looked at each with complete uncertainty, but they knew that they probably had no choice.
"Fine, we’ll restore your powers. Tell us what we have to do." Aku Aku said after a sigh.
"The voodoo bones of my mask have been stolen, and given to the most powerful NV-controlled mutants on the island. Go, be my vengeance! I’ll use my powers to let you move around quickly. You dummies probably walked everywhere. And please, would you clean this cake off my face?" Uka Uka requested, as Pinkie got out a napkin and wiped the cake off of his mask.
"Oy, what about yer bunnies?" Dingodile asked.
"Them? Huh, didn’t think they would actually be looking for me after that blue siren girl and that sniper traitor pulled off that jailbreak." Uka Uka remembered.
"They nearly killed us, while looking for you." Tawna said.
"I’m guessing Papu Papu was with them." Uka Uka presumed.
"Just round them up, Termite Buffet!" Raph responded, starting to lose his patience.
"Fine. But you all should head back to your home and prepare to find those bones." Uka Uka said.
"You better hope you don't run into Adagio!" Aria threatened after she defused back into herself and Zaptrap.
"Hmph. I’ll only be waiting for you to come back with my bones right here." Uka Uka scoffed as everyone left, not trusting the evil voodoo mask. "Sheesh! They can't trust a bad guy that's being honest for once." Uka Uka groaned in annoyance as he simply floating around in the laboratory.
As the heroes arrived at Crash's house, Dingodile helped Tiny out of the Carriage.
"Easy there, mate." Dingodile suggested as Tiny used his axe as a makeshift crutch.
"Sorry about what happened." Tiny apologized.
"It's cool, bro." Ripper Roo responded.
"Trust us, me and Ripper have been there before." Rilla Roo empathized as Aria rubbed her jaw from where Cortex stole her Equestria Magic.
"When I get my hands on that guy…!" Aria growled.
"Get in line." Dingodile said, stopping Aria from losing her temper.
"I’ve been there, Aria." Raph empathized.
"You sure you're going to be okay?" Tawna asked.
"Come on! I’ve never felt better!" Aria answered.
"Then why are you rubbing your jaw?" Mikey added another question.
"That’s because I just realized Cortex actually drained my magic from my jaw and throat. Where do you think Cortex was getting my Equestria Magic?" Aria responded.
"N-Nothing!" Mikey said, backing off.
"You're welcome to wait here while we find the bones." Sonata offered.
"I’m coming. And from what you told me, I’m sure everyone else are ready to go, too! Besides, we’ll save more time if we split up!" Aria said.
"She's right." Crash agreed.
"But we’ll have to think about who’s going where with who." Coco pointed out.
"I can handle that. Just a second." Crash responded before he left, and after a minute, he came back with a hat full of papers. "Coco and Tawna will draw names from this hat. Whoever they get, goes with them."
"Huh, not bad." Coco said.
"But there are six bones to find, right?" Tawna reminded.
"Each of us will take 2 parts of the island to search." Crash answered.
"Meaning there will be three groups, each lead by a bandicoot. It’s actually kind of funny." Shini noticed with a giggle.
"I thought it would be." Crash agreed.
"Well, let’s get started." Coco said as Tawna drew the first name.
"Dingodile." Tawna read.
"Alrigh’." Dingodile responded as Coco drew one.
"Sonata." Coco read.
"Yes!" Sonata cheered as Tawna grabbed two more.
"Raph and Shini." Tawna said.
"Hmph…" Raph scoffed.
"Well, this just got interesting." Shini noted with a smile as Coco grabbed two more.
"Mikey and Ripper Roo." Coco said.
"Dang it!" Mikey groaned, wanting to be with Shini.
"Whoo-hoo!" Ripper Roo cheered as Tawna grabbed the last two.
"Rilla Roo and Aria." Tawna finished.
"Heh. Not surprised there." Aria said as Dingodile and Rilla Roo high-fived.
"Ooh-ooh! Nice!" Rilla Roo cheered.
"Alright, I'll take everyone else." Crash said.
"Awesome!" Rainbow Dash cheered.
"We'll head for Ratcicle territory." Coco informed.
"That means we’ll probably find Twilight and Micolda." Sonata pointed out.
"Hey, why don't we go in style?" Crash suggested with a chuckle as he and the islanders smiled in anticipation.
"Huh?" The ninjas wondered in confusion.
"Grab what tools you have, gasoline, and soda you can find!" Crash ordered.
"What?" The ninjas asked, not understanding why they need those.
"We have Go-Karts stashed close by." Crash explained.
"Wait… Are you saying…?!" Rainbow Dash assumed in awe.
"That we're going to be doing something incredibly stupid and dangerous? Yes." Dingodile answered, making a big smile grow on Rainbow, Raph, Mikey, Casey, Aria, Sonata, Pinkie and the titans’ faces.
"That sounds… Awesome!" Raph said, with everyone else agreed.
"Grab whatever tools you find and try not to blow anything up." Crash ordered as everyone scrambled to find tools, building materials, and two liter sodas.
Later, Applejack woke up due to the construction noise.
"Huh? What in Sam Hill’s goin’ on here?" Applejack asked before she got worried when she the goofballs lugging a jackhammer. "And what in tarnation are y’all doing with that?!"
"Building." Raph simply answered, making Applejack sigh.
"Ah have no idea what y’all are doin’, and Ah know it’s just plum crazy, but whatever it is, Ah’m with ya!" Applejack declared.
"You're staying here." Aria responded with a wielding mask on before Armalion showed up.
"Ah don’t think so." Armalion said.
"Both o’ us are gonna help y’all, and yer not gonna change our minds!" Applejack declared, only for Mikey and the others to growl in annoyance, making the two of them gain a tiny bead of sweat, but they stood firm. Crash signaled for a sneak attack, but Applejack and Armalion saw that. "And don’t bother tryin’ to take us from behind!"
"Rats!" Mikey pouted before Rainbow Dash and Skunture gained competitive grins.
"First one to 2 bones wins!" Rainbow Dash challenged.
"Yer on!" Applejack accepted.
"Same with me and Armalion!" Skunture added.
"Deal!" Armalion agreed.
"Everyone's cart ready?" Crash asked.
"Yep!" Everyone else answered.
"Heh. Ready Arma?" Applejack asked her mutant counterpart.
"Is the bull ready fer the rodeo?" Armalion responded as she turned into her mask form, which Applejack donned, transforming into Armajack once more.
"Ah got mah own wheels!" Armajack pointed out.
"Let's ride!" Crash declared as everyone then drove off in groups, while Armajack rolled up into her ball form and started going as fast as the go-karts, which were really fast!
"I am loving this!" Sonata cheered.
"Just wait until we break those crates!" Coco added.
"Crates?" Mikey asked before there was the sound of wood being shattered, drawing the ninjas and titans’ attention, seeing Dingodile drive right through a wooden crate, holding a box of TNT that seemed to have appeared out of nowhere.
"Heh! Brings back memories, don’t it?" Dingodile taunted as he dropped the TNT behind him, before Mikey drove into the TNT, which got stuck on his head.
"What the?!" Mikey gasped.
"Oh, it’s on!" Coco said as everyone sped towards the fork ahead.
"How do I get this off of my head?!" Mikey panicked
"Just toss it." Raph shrugged off.
"I tried, but it won’t come off!" Mikey responded as he unknowingly made his go-kart hop three times, making the crate fly straight off of his head before it exploded when it crashed on the ground.
"Stop messing around everyone! Find and get those bones!" Crash ordered.
"Right!" Everyone else responded as they followed their respective leaders down each path.
Meanwhile, with Coco’s team, they went into the Ratcicle Kingdom.
"So, how do we find a bone?" Sonata asked.
"Well, I’ve heard about six titan heroes. So we find the titan heroes, we find the bones." Vixot answered before ice pillars appeared straight out of nowhere.
"Whoa!!! Ratcicles already?!" Ripper Roo gasped
"Everyone, dodge!" Coco ordered as everyone started steering left and right, dodging the ice spikes that erupted from the ground.
"This is crazy!" Ripper Roo said.
"If you’re saying that, it’s actually crazy!" Mikey noticed as everyone looked up and saw someone directing the spikes.
"Wait… That’s Micolda, and she’s still being controlled by the NV!" Coco realized.
"Muhahahahahahaha!!! You fools will be no match for this new magic!" A dark female voice declared, making Coco and her team look up and saw Twilight being controlled as Midnight Sparkle by the NV.
"What is she watching?" Coco asked as Sonata and Mikey gained unsurprised expressions at the obvious answer, while Twilight was actually watching a science show.
"Science stuff." Mikey and Sonata answered in unison.
"Don't take this the wrong way... But maybe you guys need to find some other friends to hang out with if you guys know her that well." Ripper Roo suggested, only for Coco and her team glare at him for that remark. "Right, shutting up now."
"If you're done talking... LET'S HAVE SOME FUN!" Midnight laughed.
"Watch out!" Sonata shouted as Midnight directed more ice shards while using her weapon.
"Okay, those NVs have got to go!" Vixot declared
"Foxata time!" Sonata said.
"No doubt." Vixot agreed as she and Sonata fused back into Foxata once more.
"You get yourself a clear shot. We'll distract her." Coco ordered while shielding herself from the shards.
"Got it!" Foxata responded before the heroes heard a terrifying roar.
"What was that?" Mikey scarcely asked.
"Stay away… From my little sister!!!" A male voice roared, making everyone look forward, seeing a big Ratcicle in armor, controlled by the NV.
"Who's that?" The group of heroes wondered before Mikey paled.
"Uh-oh!" Mikey dreaded.
"What is it, Mikey?" Coco asked.
"I think that Ratcicle is the hero of this place, not to mention the ruler around here!" Mikey answered.
"Yeah, so?" Foxata added.
"If Micolda is Twilight’s counterpart of this world, that means that Ratcicle… is Shining Armor’s counterpart, Freezing Shield!" Mikey shouted in fear.
"I actually like that." NV Freezing responded, making Mikey comically fall out of his go-kart, before he got back on.
"How did he hear me?!" Mikey gasped.
"You're not really whispering." NV Freezing answered.
"Oh… but still, we’ll need to get that NV off of you." Mikey said.
"Just try it." NV Freezing challenged.
"Dudes, I think we should snap Micolda and Freezing Shield out of it at the same time, because I have a feeling that hero-king has a “protective-big-brother” mode." Mikey informed.
"I have that feeling too." Foxata agreed before Coco had a terrible chill crawl down her spine, mentally agreeing with them.
"Ripper, with me." Mikey said.
"Alright! And I got something that can help!" Ripper Roo responded as he he started coughing before coughed out a big red pepper shaped like a hexagonal pyramid, which landed in Mikey's hands.
"Ew." Mikey gagged.
"A strange green Dino gave it to me to hold onto, in case someone needed some speed." Ripper Roo explained.
"Ok." Mikey hesitantly agreed as he ate the pepper, only to feel something burning inside of him with his green skin turning red. "SPICY!!!" Mikey screamed as he jumped out of his kart and started running as fast as Rainbow Dash.
"Wait for me!" Ripper Roo shouted as he followed Mikey.
"Whoa! Now that’s fast!" Foxata said, impressed by Mikey's speed before getting tackled by Midnight Sparkle.
"Hahaha! You should keep your eyes on me if you want to win!" Midnight taunted as Foxata latched onto an ice block.
"Thanks for the reminder!" Foxata retorted as she brought out Tonfa-shaped feathers while Midnight readied her weapon. "Time to bring you back to reality!" Foxata declared as she pounced onto Midnight.
Meanwhile with Ripper Roo...
"Huh, he told me it would only last a few seconds." Ripper Roo remembered, seeing that Mikey was still red and running.
"SPICY!!!" Mikey continued screaming as both NV Freezing and NV Micolda tried to attack them, but they were too fast.
"They’re fast!" NV Freezing noticed.
"Of course we are." Mikey responded after he managed to shake the spicy taste off of his tongue.
"Bad taste?" Ripper Roo asked.
"Like I said before, spicy!" Mikey answered.
"Then let's cool you off!" NV Freezing quipped.
"Not with this spicy speed I have, you won’t!" Mikey retorted as he slid under Freezing legs. "Down under…" Mikey started before he jumped onto Freezing’s head, grabbing the NV. "And up over!" Mikey finished as he tossed the NV into the air and smashed it with his nunchucks, snapping the Ratcicle Hero out of Cortex's control.
"Huh? What?" Freezing wondered in confusion.
"You okay dude?" Mikey asked in concern.
"I think so." Freezing answered.
"Cool, ‘cause we’ll need to snap your sister out of it and get that NV off of her." Mikey informed.
"What?" Freezing asked in confusion.
"Cortex is controlling my friends and other mutants with the NVs." Mikey explained as Freezing saw NV Micolda fighting Ripper.
"Can someone explain to me what’s going on?!" Freezing requested.
"Long... Story." Ripper Roo choked.
"Look, we’re trying to get that NV off of you sis’ head so we can help her." Mikey answered.
"Micolda?!" Freezing asked in surprise and fear.
"Correctamundo, dude." Mikey confirmed as Freezing rushed to his little sister to help.
"Coldi!" Freezing called out, making NV Micolda's grip weaken.
"F-Freezing?" Micolda asked before Midnight messed with a remote.
"Sorry, but the fun can't end yet!" Midnight said as NV Micolda roared.
"No!" Freezing shouted.
"Wait! That girl up there is being controlled, and she’s one of my friends!" Mikey explained.
"I know! But I won’t forgive Cortex for this!" Freezing growled.
"Seriously need help!" Ripper Roo yelled as Freezing Shield blew a cold wind that covered the kangaroo mutant completely in an ice armor, making Micolda unable to move since her hand was around his neck.
Meanwhile with Foxata...
"Twilight, snap out of it!" Foxata said as Midnight just sent more ice shards at the fusion. "Alright then, taste my tonfa feather boomerang!" Foxata shouted out as she threw one of her feather tonfas, which acted like a boomerang and damaged Midnight’s NV, while unfortunately, causing Midnight to lose her wings and fall. "Okay, didn't think that through." Foxata admitted before she ran and positioned herself under Midnight and caught her, before removing the NV, reverting her back into Twilight Sparkle.
"Not cool, Sonata." Sci-Twi pouted.
"Right now, it’s Foxata. And besides, Cortex was controlling you with the NV. So yes, I know, one of the best gizmo in ages is evil." Foxata said.
"I meant taking away my wings in mid-flight. But yeah, I'm upset you interrupted 'War of the World' Movie." Sci-Twi said.
"Wait, what? I thought you’d be watching science stuff!" Foxata assumed in confusion.
"I watch science fiction." Sci-Twi explained.
"Oh. But still, we had to snap you out of it, because if we hadn’t, you would’ve still been under Cortex’s control." Foxata responded.
"Rats." Sci-Twi pouted.
"You took it better than Coco did. Not bad." Foxata noted, impressed by Sci-Twi's calmness.
"How about helping us?" Mikey asked.
"It’s alright. I got this." Freezing said as he grabbed the NV and took it off of Micolda’s head before freezing and crushing it.
"That hurt." Micolda groaned.
"Sorry, sis." Freezing apologized, making Micolda notice her big brother and gasp.
"BBBFF!!!" Micolda cheered as the two Ratcicle siblings hugged each other before Coco managed to catch up.
"You guys alright?" Coco asked.
"Peachy." Ripper Roo said.
"We found Micolda, her big bro, and Twilight!" Mikey answered.
"And the bone?" Coco added.
"Bone?" Freezing wondered as he checked his armor and found a bone. "You mean this?"
"Yep." Mikey confirmed.
"Why?" Freezing asked.
"Uh… You won’t like the answer." Ripper Roo warned.
"Probably." Freezing agreed.
"It’s actually one of the voodoo bones of Uka Uka’s mask." Foxata answered, much to the three rescued heroes' shock.
"WHAT?!?!?!" Freezing, Micolda and Twilight gasped in complete dismay.
"Told you." Ripper Roo said.
"Are you kidding me?! Why?!" Micolda asked.
"Like it or not, he’s the only one who can help us find out where Cortex’s lair is." Coco answered.
"We're going to trust him?" Twilight added.
"Did it look like we have a choice?" Foxata responded with her own question.
"Let's get moving." Coco said.
"I’m coming too." Freezing declared.
"Bro... That's okay. You don't have to come." Micolda said in sympathy.
"No, LSBFF. I can’t let Cortex get away with this!" Freezing insisted.
"We've got sizable army." Coco noted before Twilight thought of another reason why Freezing Shield wanted to come, gaining a sly smirk.
"Hmm, maybe you wanna protect your friends, kingdom, sister, and maybe… A special someone?" Twilight assumed, making the Ratcicle Hero-King blush and everyone else chuckle, before Foxata split back into Sonata and Vixot.
"As much as I would to love to hear about it, we need to keep going. So Coco, where to next?" Sonata asked.
"Not sure." Coco responded.
"Maybe the mountains. The Spike hero there has a voodoo bone." A familiar voice suggested, making everyone look around, finding Stalag heading towards them.
"Glad you could catch up." Mikey said.
"And I’m glad I’m with you guys." Stalag responded.
"Let's roll!" Coco ordered.
"Ya know dudette, that would’ve been funny if Armalion or Armajack was here." Mikey noticed.
"Why?" Sonata asked.
"‘Cause they’d literally roll!" Mikey answered, making everyone groan at that joke. "Whatever dudes. That was funny."
In that ice prison, Tawna's party were driving through their area.
"Brr…! It’s freezing in here!" Aria shivered.
"Really?" Rilla Roo deadpanned.
"Well excuse me for being somewhere this cold." Aria scoffed.
"Not all of us have fur." Dingodile pointed out.
"Some of us have scales, ya know." Raph added.
"Less complaining, everyone." Tawna said.
"Right." Everyone else responded.
"That bone has to be around here." Tawna pointed out.
"I'm sure we'll find it." Zaptrap said.
"Doesn't mean this will be easy." Shini added before Raph's medallion started glowing.
"Well, how about that. Follow me!" Raph said as he drove ahead.
"Whoa! Wait up!" Tawna urged as everyone else sped up to catch up.
"What’s going on?" Aria asked.
"My medallion's a heat seeker, so the hotter the direction we’re going, the closer we get to that guy who’s causing the heat in this cold cave!" Raph explained.
"Lead the way." Tawna responded as the team kept following Raph, until he stopped.
"Out of the frying pan, and into the fire." Raph pointed out as everyone looked forward, seeing Solava stomping on the floor, causing fault lines spewing lava to crack in the area.
"That ain't good." Rilla Roo dreaded.
"And she's not your only problem." A familiar demonic voice said, making Tawna and her team look up, seeing Sunset Shimmer in her demon form, being controlled by the NV.
"So that's what Sunset looked like when she went bad." Raph noticed.
"That's scary." Dingodile admitted.
"Zaptrap?" Aria requested.
"Why not?" Zaptrap responded as she turned into her mask form as Aria donned it, turning back into Ariatrap.
"Me and Aria can handle her." Tawna said.
"So me and the others will snap Sunset out of the NV." Raph noticed.
"You guys deal with her muscle." Tawna said before one more Magmadons appeared, wearing armor.
"I won't let you!" The Armored Magmadon declared.
"Who are you?" Rilla Roo asked.
"I am the hero of the Magmadons, Sunma!" The Magmadon answered.
"Me and Dingo can handle him." Rilla Roo said, but Sunma heard that, and didn’t seem happy.
"YOU IDIOTS! I’m a woman!" Sunma roared, making the two hybrids flinch in terror, making the rest of Tawna’s team snicker at that though.
"You two idiots handle her." Tawna teased.
"R-Right." Dingodile responded.
"On it! Yipe!" Rilla Roo agreed as he softly yelped that last word.
"Also, I'm going to agree with that idiot remark. So don't worry about your job." Dingodile added, only making Rilla Roo growl as they went off to free Solava and Sunma from the NV’s control.
Tawna switched her stuff to Scythe Mode. "Let’s do this!"
"You ladies need some help?" Shini offered.
"Sure." Tawna responded.
"Hold on!" Armajack called out as she showed up just in time. "Sorry Ah’m late, y’all. But Ah’ll help ya bring Sunset back!"
"Alright, that means I’ll help Dingo and Rilla." Raph said as he rushed away.
"Now, Sunset, hope you’re ready! Because we’re taking the NV right off of you!" Tawna declared before Sunset conjured up magma kunai.
"Well, this is a new twist from what others told me about her powers in this form." Ariatrap noticed before Sunset threw them at the girls.
"Well, let’s move!" Shini urged as she and the other girls dodged the magma kunai knives.
"Aria, try and draw her attention to Shini." Tawna ordered.
"Better hope she’ll be okay with that." Ariatrap said.
"I think I see where she's going with it." Shini responded.
"If you say so." Ariatrap noted as she threw lightning bolts at Sunset, who growled as she them away from her, before she saw Tawna coming and blocked her scythe.
"Hehe. Nice try." Demon Sunset laughed before Tawna jumped and pressed the separation button, turning it into a pair of nunchucks. "What the?!"
"Did you expect this?" Tawna retorted as she swung her nunchuck and nailed Sunset in the jaw.
"Gah! Why you!!!" Demon Sunset growled.
"Now!" Tawna shouted before Shini wrapped her Kusari-Fundo around Sunset’s ankle, preventing her movement in the air as Armajack helped pull the rope to keep Sunset from moving.
"Better watch out, because the weather forecast calls for lightning strikes!" Ariatrap quipped before a siren-shaped lightning bolt strike down from the sky, bite into Sunset as she shocked her and deep-fried her NV. Sunset coughed out smoke as she slowly floated down with her returning to normal.
"Ugh… Did you seriously had to go well-done to snap me out of it?" Sunset asked.
"Sorry, but what were you watching anyway?" Ariatrap asked.
"Video game walkthrough." Sunset answered, making Ariatrap sigh.
"That’s just like you." Ariatrap said.
"Still sore about that time Fluttershy beat you?" Shini asked.
"I swear, that game should've came with a manual." Sunset responded through her teeth.
"Alrigh', that's enough, y'all." Armajack said.
"Girls, girls, you’re all pretty. Could we help the others now?" Tawna asked as the girls then went off to help the boys.
Meanwhile, with Dingodile, Rilla Roo and Raph…
"You guys really screwed up on the gender." Raph said as he was fighting Sunma.
"How were we supposed to know that the Magmadon hero was a girl?!" Rilla Roo responded.
"Now’s not the time! We need to snap Solava and Sunma out of it!" Dingodile said.
"I could drop it... For a price." Raph offered before Dingodile suddenly elbowed him, knocking the wind out of turtle mutant.
"Guys! I’m… here?" A familiar voice said, making the three looked behind him… Only to see another Raph?!
"Pinstripe. Why am I not surprised?" Dingodile deadpanned as the Raph that was elbowed somehow shifted into Pinstripe Potoroo.
"How’d youse know it was me?" Pinstriped asked.
"How long were we on Cortex's payroll?" Dingodile retorted.
"Nevermind." Pinstripe said, having gotten his answer.
"Actually, it’s good that you’re here, ‘cause we might need some help." Dingodile responded as Pinstripes cocked his tommy gun.
"Don’t worry, this typewriter won’t hoirt them, much." Pinstripe said.
"Just cover us." Dingodile said.
"Right." Pinstripe agreed as he started firing, but Sunma stood in front of Solava as the bullets bounced off of her as Raph grabbed Solava from behind.
"Gotcha!" Raph said before Solava threw him away, crashing into the ground as Rilla Roo rushed forward with his hammer ready.
"Here I come!" Rilla Roo shouted as he stopped and launched a curled up Dingodile at Solava.
Dingodile grabbed onto Solava before he started to struggle trying to get that NV off of her, and the others were too busy with Sunma to help him. "Oi… I hope no one sees this." Dingodile as he hesitated before closing his eyes and doing something completely unexpected… Dingodile… straight up… kissed Solava right on the lips, making her freeze completely as Dingodile took the NV off, before the Magmadon closed her eyes and melted into the moment.
Meanwhile, Raph got onto Sunma’s shell and grabbed onto the edges.
"Hey! Get off me!" Sunma shouted.
"Sorry, but we’re gonna have to snap you back to reality." Raph retorted as he pulled out his sais. "Now, I gotcha!" Raph declared as he stabbed the NV as he took it off and tossed it to Rilla Roo, who smashed it.
"Ugh… What happened?" Sunma groaned.
"Long story." Pinstripe responded before Rilla Roo saw something that he couldn’t believe his eyes.
"Ooh?!" Rilla Roo gasped as the girls showed up.
"Did something ha-… ppen?" Ariatrap started to ask, but trailed off as everyone saw Dingodile and Solava still connected to each other’s lips with their eyes closed, enjoying the moment.
"Aww!" The girls cooed as Ariatrap secretly took a picture and video of that moment.
"Wait until the others hear about this!" Ariatrap snickered, making the two new love reptiles snap out of it and disconnect, their heads completely red with embarrassment from the rest of the team seeing their moment. Dingodile was stammering before Raph saw an NV next to the two, making him burst out in laughter.
"Man! Don’t tell me you actually did that to take that NV off of her!" Raph said as Dingodile stomped the NV, destroying it.
"First person to start gossip gets banned from my diner." Dingodile growled as Ariatrap transformed back into Aria and Zaptrap.
"Yeah, sure. It’s not like we’ll tell anyone since it’ll be so obvious." Aria shrugged.
"Got you there, buddy." Rilla Roo noted.
"Looks like you got a girlfriend, Dingo." Tawna teased with a giggle, making Dingodile blush as Armajack turned back into Applejack and Armalion.
"Hate to change the topic. But the bone?" Shini asked.
"Bone?" Sunma wondered as she searched her armor and found the bone. "Like this one?"
"Exactly." Tawna answered before Sunset touched her shoulders and using her geode's magic, saw in her memories why.
"Seriously? Uka Uka’s bones? Why are you trusting him?" Sunset asked in suspicion.
"As much as I wanna punch him, he’s our only lead and way on finding where Cortex is." Aria answered.
"Then I should probably warn you that Adagio was heading in his direction." Sunset said before Armalion remembered something, making her pale.
"Uh… Ah think Ah know where Adagio’s headin’. She’s going to the RhinoRoller’s Den, where the Sniper Hero is, and Ah’m bettin’ that we’ll find the kidnapped RhinoRollers there." Armalion informed.
"Let's go." Applejack declared.
"Wait a minute, we’re coming too." Sunma said.
"Heh. I completely agree with that." Sunset said in agreement.
"…Me too." Solava timidly agreed.
"You sure?" Tawna asked as she reconnected her staff.
"Of course." Sunma confirmed
"Besides, it wouldn’t be right if Solava wasn’t with Dingodile, right?" Sunset teased.
"Shut it, you!" Solava growled, making everyone else laugh, except Dingodile, who blushed.
With Crash's team, he and the others were driving forward.
"Maybe we should check on Uka Uka, just to make sure he hasn’t gone anywhere." Crash suggested.
"Doubtful. As long as Adagio is going around, he'll stay put." Casey responded before Pinkie's hair started twitching, before it pointed in a direction.
"Whoa! Guys! I think one of the Titan Heroes is in a cave near Uka Uka's area, but we'll have to go in through a tree." Pinkie informed.
"Lead the way." Crash said as he and the rest of his team followed Pinkie into a tree, finding themselves in a cave.
"Weird." Casey uttered before everyone heard a beastly roar, before seeing someone appear, it was a muscular mutated Leo, controlled by the NV.
"Leo?" Pinkie asked.
"RAAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!" NV Leo roared
"I can handle him." Casey declared before he and his friends heard knuckles cracking, seeing a red-clothed Grimly appear next to NVLeo, who Ghostime instantly recognized.
"D-Dad?!" Ghostime realized.
"DAD?!" Everyone else on Crash's team gasped, before noticing the Grimly being controlled by an NV.
"Divide and conquer!" Crash ordered.
"Right!" Everyone else agreed as Crash, Casey, Rainbow Dash, and Skunture went after NV Leo while Pinkie, Pinkoga, PB and Ghostime went after the Grimly hero.
"Time for Round 2." Crash declared.
"Ready, Skunture?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Do you have to ask?" Skunture responded as she went into her mask form, with Rainbow Dash putting it on her face, becoming Rainbow Vulture once more.
"Easy on the Stink Nuke." Crash said.
"Hey!!! It’s only a last resort!" Rainbow Vulture pointed out as NV Leo swatted her away and attacked Crash, who blocked with his Bokken Sword.
"Seriously glad I trained with this!" Crash admitted as Casey grabbed his Goalie Stick.
"Crash, catch!" Casey shouted as he threw his Goalie Stick, which Crash caught perfectly.
"Thanks, Casey!" Crash said in gratitude as he swatted NV Leo with the Goalie stick and he stepped back. "This won’t be as easy as last time, mate!" Crash pointed out as NV Leo got back up. "But I respect you too much to not try!" Crash added as he charged at NV Leo, jumping into the air, only for the controlled mutant to block Crash's strikes and threw him aside. "Crikey!"
"Two Strike Attack?" Rainbow Vulture offered.
"Right behind you!" Crash responded as the bandicoot and the fusion started speeding up. "Give me a toss!"
"You got it!" Rainbow Vulture responded as she threw Crash high up. "Up you go!" Rainbow Vulture quipped before she pounced onto NV Leo. "And down you go!" Rainbow Vulture added before Crash slammed his weapons onto Leo's NV.
"GYAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!" Leo roared as he shifted back to normal.
"How about helping us?!" Pinkie shouted.
"Rainbow, you come with me! Casey, keep Leo safe!" Crash ordered.
"On it!" Casey responded as Crash and Rainbow Vulture went off to help the other half of the team.
Meanwhile, with Pinkie and the others…
"Grihoga, time to go Pinkoga, STAT!" Pinkie said.
"Right!" Grihoga agreed, turning into her mask form as Pinkie donned it, turning once again into Pinkoga.
"Now you're in trouble!" Pinkoga taunted, only to find herself punched from the Grimly Hero suddenly behind her. "What?"
"Somehow, that NV gave him the power to stop time!" Ghostime realized.
"Look! The cavalry's here!" PB pointed out as Crash and Rainbow Vulture showed up.
"Starting to wish I was as smart as my sister." Crash uttered.
"Crash! Get on me!" Ghostime ordered as the bandicoot did so. "Get ready!"
"I see what you’re doing!" Rainbow Vulture noticed before a huge burst of energy erupted from the Grimly Hero, freezing everything in time, except him, Crash, Ghostime, and Rainbow Vulture.
"Wow." Crash awed.
"Thanks to this fusion, I can move through frozen time freely!" Rainbow Vulture said.
"No time to be in awe, though!" Ghostime reminded *Ba-dun-tss!* before Rainbow Vulture cracked a laugh.
"Seriously? A time joke? Now?" Rainbow Dash snickered.
"She’s the counterpart of Starlight Glimmer. How else?" Rainbow Vulture responded.
"I don't know who that is." Crash said.
"We can talk later. Let’s go!" Ghostime declared as everyone charged forward.
"Let’s go!" Rainbow Vulture said as she conjured up a naginata made of noxious skunk gas.
"Ew!" The others gagged.
"Don’t worry! This’ll only cause a stink if it hits something." Rainbow Vulture assured.
"Still disgusting." Crash said.
"Hey! Be glad the smell only lasts five minutes!" Rainbow Vulture informed.
"5's too many!" Crash argued.
"Well, the smell from the attacks will go away after five minutes from the first strike it lands on something, it doesn’t matter how many attacks land after the first one hits!" Rainbow Dash retorted.
"Just do it!" Crash said.
"Here we go!!!" Rainbow Vulture declared.
"ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA!!! ORA!!! ORA!!! ORA!!!" Ghostime shouted as she sent a flurry of punches on her controlled father, only to be cancelled out by his own flurry of punches. "Rats!"
"Thanks for the distraction!" Rainbow Vulture said in gratitude as she slashed the NV from behind, damaging it. "One less NV." Rainbow Vulture quipped as time went back to flowing normally.
"Everyone okay?" Crash asked.
"Whoa. Head rush." PB groaned
"Can anyone tell me what happened? Other than time stopping." Pinkoga requested as she split back into Pinkie and Grihoga.
"Yeah, I need answers too." A familiar voice agreed as everyone saw Leo approaching with Casey.
"That NV that was on your head was controlling you." Crash explained.
"That explains it. Now I know how Raph felt with that brain worm in his head." Leo groaned.
"Brain Worm? What's... I don't want to know." Crash shivered.
"Nice job with my goalie stick." Casey complimented.
"Thanks. You can have it back." Crash said.
"Keep it. I got spares." Casey insisted.
"If ya say so, mate." Crash shrugged as he put the goalie stick away.
"Now the Bone." Pinkie said.
"Ugh… What happened?" A masculine voice asked as everyone saw the titan hero get up, before he rushed over to Ghostime after seeing her, pinching her cheeks. "Ghostime! My little girl! It’s so good to see you again!"
"Dad! Stop!" Ghostime pouted.
"I understand how she feels." Rainbow Vulture said in empathy as everyone else of Crash's team chuckled.
"You mean with your mom and dad?" Pinkie asked.
"You're one to talk." Rainbow Vulture retorted.
"Everyone, enough." PB said.
"Right, the bone." Crash remembered.
"Bone? Like this one? Why?" The Grimly Hero asked as he held up one of Uka Uka's bones.
"Uka Uka." Crash simply answered.
"What?!" The Grimly Hero gasped in shock.
"Line starts at the junkyard to beat him up." Rainbow Vulture informed as the Grimly Hero calmed himself.
"Oh, forgive me. I didn’t introduce myself. My name is Flamelock. And you seem to have met my daughter, Ghostime." Flamelock introduced himself.
"Nice to meet you." Casey responded.
"Besides, I’m going with you. Not just because I wanna help. But I also want to be there for my wittle chipmunk cheeks." Flamelock added as he gave his daughter the utmost fatherly affection.
"Dad!" Ghostime pouted once more as everyone strained not to laugh.
"Trust me, Ghostime. I understand how you feel." Rainbow Vulture said before splitting back into Rainbow Dash and Skunture.
"Let's get moving!" Crash declared.
"Right!" Everyone else agreed as they went off to find the next titan hero.
"You got any plans for going straight?" Mikey asked.
"I might get a job with Dingo." Ripper Roo responded.
"As what?" Vixot added.
"I don't know. I'd take a job as a janitor." Ripper Roo answered.
"Heh. With how crazy you are, you'll get the place spick and span in no time." Stalag replied.
"Thanks." Ripper Roo said in gratitude.
"No prob." Stalag responded.
"I still can't believe you're a counterpart of my little sis, Twilight." Freezing admitted.
"Why?" Twilight asked.
"It's like I'm having twin little sisters." Freezing answered, but before anyone could say anything else, an ambush happened.
"What the?!" Coco and her team gasped as Spikes appeared before them.
"This wasn't in my calculations!" Micolda dreaded before a gray Spike with red armor appeared, who Stalag recognized.
"Sis!" Stalag dreaded as Coco and her team saw the Spike Hero was being controlled by an NV.
"She doesn't look tough." Coco said as she readied her sword.
"Uh... Coco?" Stalag tried to warn Coco as the Spike Hero punched into the ground, before pulling out stones that were exactly like Coco's weapons.
"What?!" Coco gasped.
"I should've mentioned that Quaka is just like you." Stalag said.
"Still think we have the advantage." Mikey retorted as Coco attacked, only for Quaka to counter the attack perfectly.
"No way!" Coco dreaded in shock.
"Yeah, Quaka’s just like you. Should’ve mentioned that earlier." Stalag apologized.
"Get with it." Mikey, Twilight and Sonata deadpanned.
"I'm not trying to jinx us." Ripper Roo said.
"Twilight, put a Ratcicle mask on." Coco ordered.
"What?" Twilight asked in confusion.
"Trust Coco on this!" Micolda said as she turned into her mask form.
"Ok." Twilight hesitantly agreed as she donned the mask, covering herself in a bright light, but when it faded, there was a humanoid Ratcicle with purple fur, Twilight’s clothes, glasses, hair and equipment, and had a symbol on her right cheek. It was Twicolda!
"This is incredible!" Twicolda awed.
"Whoa!" Freezing gasped in amazement.
"You handle Quaka." Coco said.
"Are you sure about this, Coco? She might need your help." Stalag asked as Coco grabbed her shield.
"She'll get my help." Coco responded.
"But how?" Stalag added.
"Just worry about the rest of the Spikes." Coco reminded.
"Right." Stalag agreed as everyone rushed towards the controlled Spikes while Twicolda and Coco rushed at Quaka.
"Ready?" Coco asked.
"As I'll ever be!" Twicolda answered as she sent forth ice shards, but Quaka blocked them, not knowing it was a diversion.
"Gotcha!" Coco yelled before Quaka jumped into the air, dodging her sneak attack. "Not good!"
"I warned you that Quaka’s exactly like you!" Stalag shouted.
"Which is why I need to get creative!" Coco realized as she brought out her weapon's arsenal, wrapping her whip around Quaka's left arm. "Get ready!" Coco said as she mentally did some calculations. "Twicolda, catch!" Coco shouted as she tossed her shield to Twicolda, who caught it.
"Got it!" Twilight said.
"Now bring out the blades and encase it in ice." Coco informed.
"Understood!" Twicolda replied as she did so.
"Now, aim for Quaka!" Coco ordered.
"Okay!" Twicolda said as she threw the ice encased spiky shield, but Quaka caught it.
"Exactly as planned." Coco said as she and Twilcolda grinned.
"Cold Contact!" Twicolda shouted as the shield started to freeze Quaka’s body, with her arm still wrapped by Coco's whip.
"Twi! The NV!" Coco called out as Twicolda rushed and swung her spear, slicing up the NV and freeing Quaka from the device's control.
"Uh… What? Hello?" Quaka wondered.
"You okay?" Coco asked.
"What happened?" Quaka responded.
"Long story." Stalag said as he came back.
"The NV was controlling you." Coco informed.
"Oh, but it was so cool!" Quaka pouted.
"I know." Coco agreed.
"It was making you Cortex’s puppet." Twicolda added.
"Oh, fudge! Well, now I’m mad! The best gizmo in ages is evil!" Quaka growled.
"Said the same thing." Coco said.
"The last Spike was freed." Ripper Roo called out as the rest of the team showed up.
"That was quick." Freezing noticed.
"It's me!" Ripper Roo randomly said.
"And the bone?" Mikey asked.
"You mean this? Uka Uka’s bone? I can tell this is his." Quaka responded as she held out one of Uka Uka's bones.
"How?" Stalag uttered in surprise.
"Guess you weren’t kidding when you said Quaka was just like me." Coco noticed.
"I can see that." Sonata agreed.
"So, Twi, how does your fusion feel?" Vixot asked.
"Pretty good!" Twicolda answered before she split back into Twilight and Micolda.
"But draining." Twilight added.
"You get use to it." Sonata assured her friend.
"Well, let’s head back and meet up with the others." Coco said as everyone else agreed that it was smart to do.
"Let’s head back to Crash’s house!" Sonata declared as everyone left to rendezvous at Crash's house.
In the mountains, Tawna and her team were tracking the bone, but they found it harder than the first time.
"Ah know that the Snipe hero is here somewhere." Armalion said.
"Any luck locking on to the bone?" Tawna asked, as everyone else shook their heads, before Aria heard something.
"What's that?" Aria wondered, but before anyone could ask, an ear piercing scream hit them hard.
"What the heck was that?!" Sunma asked.
"I have an idea." Aria realized as a giant yellow siren appeared, alongside a giant Battler, then a snipe wearing voodoo gear and having african markings who dropped a baby RhinoRoller as the infant ran away. The three giant mutants all had the NVs on their heads controlling them. "Adagio, Batlado and the Snipe Hero."
"Protect the kids!" Tawna ordered.
"Zaptrap and I will take care of Adagio and Batlado." Aria said.
"Alright, that means Sunset, Solava and I will take care of the Snipe hero." Tawna responded.
"Good thing you ordered us to protect the youngin' an' elderly, 'cause there are more controlled titans on their way!" Armalion said in relief as Zaptrap shifted into mask form
"Just gotta stun her long enough to get through to her." Aria planned as she donned the mask, becoming Ariatrap once more.
"Let us know if you need help." Sunset said.
"Understood!" Ariatrap responded.
"If those two are gonna fuse, then so will we, Sunset!" Solava declared.
"Sure." Sunset agreed as Solava turned into her mask form, surprising her as the kunoichi put it on her face, causing a bright light to cover her. When the light faded, it was a humanoid Magmadon, looking like a combination of Leo and Slash, but female, wearing Sunset's clothes, having her hair and equipment, and she had her symbol on her right cheek. It was Sunlava!
"Whoa! I'll admit, this feels and looks way cool." Sunlava said.
"Tell me about it! I'm starting to wish we joined in on their first adventure here!" Ariatrap agreed as she zapped Adagio, making the controlled siren roar in pain as she swung her tail, only for Ariatrap to dodge and start running up her scales. "Time to snap you out of it!" Ariatrap declared as she grabbed Adagio's head, causing her eyes to glow, and Aria found herself in her sister's mind.
"That's her." Aria noticed as she followed the voice to the source, seeing Adagio attack one Uka Uka construct after another.
"Man, that’s about as bad as things went in my head." Aria noticed as Adagio threw a punch, but the younger siren caught it. "Scratch that, it’s just as bad."
"Aria?" Adagio asked.
"Yeah, I'm here." Aria answered before Adagio hugged her sister tightly, sobbing. "Hey, calm down, sis. I’ve been there."
"Uka Uka... it's all my fault!" Adagio sobbed.
"No, it's not." Aria responded.
"I made the deal, I took the amulets!" Adagio argued.
"Hey, Uka Uka fooled us all, Adagio. You shouldn't blame yourself." Aria consoled her big sister.
"Sonata..." Adagio whimpered.
"She saved me! She managed to snap me out of it!" Aria said.
"Everything we've been through..." Adagio cried.
"Sure, some of it was bad. But remember the good things that happened to us, all of the fun we had!" Aria responded, as Adagio did just that, thinking about the good times they've received.
"You’re right. And I’m supposed to be the big sister." Adagio said.
"Now let's get out of here!" Aria declared.
"And we'll kick some Cortex butt!" Adagio added while in reality, Ariatrap pulled Adagio's NV off.
"Thanks, sis." Adagio said in gratitude as she started morphing back while noticing Ariatrap's form. "Nice fusion."
"You noticed." Ariatrap responded.
"I'll bring Batlado back, you help Sunset." Adagio ordered.
"Be sure to get fused too. It's awesome!" Ariatrap suggested.
"Don’t worry. I will." Adagio responded as she rushed at Batlado. "Time to bring you back, partner." Adagio declared as Batlado blocked her sword, but Adagio threw a Shuriken at the NV. "And for good measure!" Adagio added as she jumped up as sliced the NV at the exact same moment the shuriken hit the device, freeing Batlado.
"That hurt." Batlado groaned.
"Sorry about that. Had to free you from Cortex’s control." Adagio apologized.
"Right. Mask form!" Batlado shouted as she turned into her mask form, as Adagio grabbed it.
"Now, let's see what we can do." Adagio declared as she donned the mask, covering her in a bright light. And when it faded, there was a humanoid Battler with wings on her back, still having claws on wings and hands, she had Adagio's hair, clothing, equipment and had a symbol on her right cheek. It was Batagio!
"I am so loving this!" Batagio awed as she swung her ninja weapon, sending out an air slash the cut up all of the NVs that were in the attack's path.
"Everyone get clear!" Tawna ordered as she and the rest of her team dodged the slash.
"Sorry everyone." Batagio apologized before Dingodile noticed something.
"Hold on, mates. Look at that! That slash must've only attacked inorganic matter, like those NVs!" Dingodile realized.
"Then grab onto something everyone!" Batagio ordered as everyone did so, while Batagio started whipping up a huge tornado. "This should take out all of the NVs in the area!" Batagio declared as she launched her storm, the attack slicing up every single NV in the hideout to pieces, even though the Snipe Hero brought up its guard. "Wish we did this sooner." Batagio said before falling to her knees in exhaustion. "Maybe I should use that attack as a last resort." Batagio noted as everyone else came to help her up.
"Ugh… My head… But why do I have a sudden sense of dread?" The Snipe Hero wondered before she looked up and saw everyone point their weapons at her, when Raph noticed something.
"Wait a minute… Did that Snipe Hero talk in rhyme?" Raph asked.
"Yeah." Ariatrap answered as Sunlava split back into Sunset and Solava.
"Zecora." Raph and Sunset simply said, knowing who's counterpart that was.
"Who?" Batagio asked.
"A friend from Equestria." Raph answered.
"She’s a zebra who talks in rhymes." Sunset explained as Adagio and Aria defused.
"Something’s telling me we’ll probably need to visit Equestria soon." Adagio noticed.
"Same here." Aria agreed.
"It's changed." Sunset pointed out.
"But I also have that feeling the pillars won’t forgive us easily." Adagio added.
"Kinda the reason why I have been gone, too." Aria agreed.
"Come on. I’m sure they’ve changed." Sunset pointed out.
"Sorry, Sunset. But not a chance." Adagio declined as she and Aria sadly walked away.
"They gotta come back to Equestria, sooner or later." Raph said.
"I think later is better for them." Sunset admitted before the Snipe Hero clear her throat.
"Pardon me, but my name is Paroxa as you see." Paroxa introduced herself.
"Sorry." Tawna apologized.
"But I think I can help your plead. Is this bone of Uka Uka is what you need?" Paroxa asked.
"Yeah." Dnigodile answered.
"Well, let’s head back y’all so we can beat those two speedsters!" Applejack declared.
"No doubt about it!" Armalion agreed.
"And stop Cortex." Tawna reminded.
"Yeah, that too." Applejack and Armalion agreed with a blush of embarrassment for forgetting that.
In the open field, Crash and his party were traveling in the directions of the last Bone.
"Come on, mates, I have a feeling that this titan hero is in the junkyard." Crash said.
"Lead the way, Crash." Casey replied.
"But *Shudder!* I think a doozy is on the way!" Pinkie warned.
"Anything specific you can give us?" Crash asked.
"No, sorry." Pinkie apologized.
"Every time." Casey sighed.
"You're telling me." Leo agreed.
"But something tells me it’ll happen in the junkyard." Rainbow Dash noted as Sludges followed Crash's team in secret, preparing an ambush on the unsuspecting heroes. While a familiar silhouette was with the enemy Sludges, Crash and his team had their weapons out as the searched the junkyard.
"This will be like trying to find a needle in a haystack." Skunture pointed out.
"Or a coin in a scrap heap." Grihoga added.
"Keep looking. If we get the bone without a fight, that'll be very welcoming." Crash said as he threw junk aside.
"Don’t jinx it!" Pinkie and Grihoga panicked before NV-controlled Sludges suddenly sprung out of the junk like the undead.
"Too late." Rainbow Dash deadpanned.
"Oh come on!" Ghostime groaned in annoyance.
"This isn’t good." Flamelock dreaded.
"I’m sensing two presences, stronger than the others here." PB noticed.
"So much for avoiding a fight." Crash sighed.
"Crash?" Sligeon assumed.
"Right." Crash agreed as Sligeon turned into his mask form before grabbing it.
"You want this bone from me? You’ll have to take it!" A male voice said as the source revealed itself to be a Sludge hero, wearing a crown, some chains and tires before Crash put the mask on and morphed into Crasheon once more.
"Hold on! That titan isn’t wearing an NV!" Leo pointed out.
"That’s right! The name’s Fakeon, and if you’re gonna fuse, then so will I!" Fakeon said as the Sludge Hero somehow turned into a Sludge mask with some added decorations, before the same silhouette from earlier grabbed it.
"Long time, no see…" The familiar silhouette said as he revealed himself to be Trash. "Crash!"
"Trash?!" Pinkie gasped in shock.
"Since you have a Titan to fuse with, it’s time I even the odds!" Trash declared as he put the Fakeon mask on, transforming into a bandicoot monster made of sludge and goo, having his pants, shoes and the sludge hero’s armor. It was Trasheon!
"Let's give him a hand." Leo said.
"Right." Rainbow Dash agreed before Pinkie stopped them.
"I think Crash can handle it. We just gotta hold off the others." Pinkie said.
"She's right. This is my fight. And I'm still annoyed at him for running away after guarding Aria." Crasheon said.
"Okay. Just make sure you beat him!" Casey replied as Crasheon tackled Trasheon and started beating him.
"You think you got the jabs? Well, I got the juice!" Trasheon taunted as he pulled a sucker punch on Crasheon, sending him back a bit.
"You should have quit while you were ahead." Crasheon retorted as he threw a power kick, pushing his dark double back.
"I don’t think so!" Trasheon smirked as he seemed to have fallen down, when actually he turned into a puddle.
"Got ya!" Crasheon said as he sent the kick straight down at Trasheon.
"Careful! You might…" Trasheon started off as he shifted into a slope. "Slip!" He finished as he redirected Crasheon’s kick and made him fall off his feet before Trasheon emerged from the puddle and stretched his arms, grabbing Crasheon and throwing him upwards and behind it. "Just admit it! I'm better than you!"
"No… I will… Protect… My friends!" Crasheon growled before he suddenly found a yo-yo in his right hand.
"I guess I'll have to settle for killing you." Trasheon shrugged.
"Heh. You know, I always wanted to do this!" Crasheon said as he threw the yo-yo at Trasheon, but missed.
"Ha, you missed!" Trasheon laughed.
"Wasn't aiming for you, Stupid." Crasheon pointed out as Trasheon looked around, and somehow found himself wrapped in string. "Oh No Yo-Yo Fo’ Show!" Crasheon shouted as he spun rapidly, pulling Trasheon in and landing a hurricane of punches. "I'm better because I fight for what's right!" Crasheon declared as he threw one final punch, defusing Trasheon and sending the two fakes flying as a bone fell out of the titan hero. "Oops!" Crasheon yelped as he found himself tied up in his own yo-yo string from spinning too much, before he spun again, freeing himself. "Ta-da!" Crasheon gave out a fanfare before he went towards and looked at Trasheon crash site and saw foot prints leading out of the junkyard. "Coward." Crasheon scoffed before noticing the last voodoo bone. "But thanks for the present. Hahaha!" Crasheon laughed as he went back to the rest of his team while the remaining Sludges were freed from the NV's control.
"You got it?" Leo asked as Crasheon defused back into Crash and Sligeon.
"Yep, and I just got an extra weapon." Crash answered as he showed the others the orange, blue and green yo-yo.
"Careful, Crash. You don't want to over-accessorize." Pinkie warned.
"Eh, three weapons is the max amount for me." Crash shrugged as he started using his yo-yo to show some attacks.
"That should be the last bone." Rainbow Dash said.
"Which means…" Skunture started off.
"Let’s head back!" Rainbow Dash and Skunture finished.
"And stop Cortex from taking over the world." Crash added.
"Yeah!" Everyone cheered before Crash and his team saw the two speedsters gone, obviously heading back to the bandicoot’s house.
In the caves, everyone raced back to Uka Uka's location. And soon, all three teams made it back. And surprisingly, they found Uka Uka waiting for them.
"About time you all got here." Uka Uka said.
"Guess you weren’t kidding, Aria." Adagio noted.
"That he's a jerk?" Aria asked.
"Yeah, that, and that we were getting those bones for him in order for him to help us, distasteful as that may be." Adagio answered.
"Like I'm happy to see any of you." Uka Uka scoffed.
"You sure you're not adopted, Aku Aku?" Crash asked.
"No." Aku Aku answered.
"Let's just go take down Cortex while we still have the element of surprise." Tawna pointed out.
"Well, I’ll hold up my end of the deal and give you and all of your friends a boost for the battle against Cortex. And I’m certain you’re find your portal to the space head station in the Doominator near the bandicoot’s house. And I’d advice bringing all of your friends, because when Cortex actually has a good idea for an evil plot, he’s serious." Uka Uka informed as his bones were tied up and back to hanging on his horns.
"Alright. You better leave now while we're feeling generous." Crash warned.
"Tch! I’m already gone." Uka Uka scoffed before he teleported away.
"I hate that mask." Sonata hissed.
"Ditto." Adagio and Aria agreed.
"Come on everyone. There's a villain that needs a beating. So let's give it to him." Mikey pointed out.
"Yeah!" Pinkie cheered as of later, everyone arrived back at Crash's house with them and rest of their friends rested and ready for a fight.
"Everyone ready for a fight?" Crash asked as everyone else shouted in agreement. "Leo, you mind me explaining the plan?"
Leo respected Crash too much to say 'No.' "Alright Crash."
"Here's what's going to happen. Me, Mikey, Pinkie, Sonata, and Dingodile are going after Cortex. Everyone else cause as much damage to the place as you can." Crash informed.
"Okay. But we’ll help you fight Cortex if needed." Karai said.
"I understand, but all of you need to keep the guards occupied while we fight Cortex. Slip away if you can, but you need to make sure that base is destroyed. Am I understood?" Crash asked.
"Got it." Twilight responded.
"Yep." Sunset said as everyone else agreed and jumped through the portal.
Meanwhile Dr. Cortex was basking in his assumed victory. "Muhahahahahahahahahaha!!!" Soon the alarm sounded, breaking his concentration. "What now?!" Dr. Cortex growled as he watched on the monitors, seeing the heroes going nuts destroying his station. "Oh, come on!!!"
But neither him nor the guards noticed Crash and his party weren't doing any damage other than bashing lackeys.
"Come on, guys. We've got a doctor's appointment to go see." Crash quipped.
"Yep." Sonata agreed.
"Right behind you, buddy!" Dingodile said as he was shooting some guards while he and the rest of Crash's group were given plenty of cover as they rushed forward.
"Were would you be without me?" Tawna asked while whacking a Snipe.
"Dead?" Crash retorted with a coy smile
"You know it." Tawna agreed with the same smile before she kissed Crash among the carnage, with the hero kissing her back.
"*Squeal!* So cute!" Rarity adored in awe.
"Come on, lover boy." Dingodile reminded as he grabbed Crash.
"Right. Cortex first, then love." Crash responded.
"Hehehe! Maybe you and Tawna can have some personal private fun when this whole thing’s over." Crunch mischievously suggested as Crash tried to ignore that remark.
"He’s got you there, bro." Coco admitted.
"No shame in admitting it." Mikey agreed as it didn't take long for Crash and his group to arrive at Cortex's control room.
"Well, hello Cortex." Aku Aku greeted.
"I can’t believe you nitwits are trying to ruin my plans again! I mean, seriously? Don’t you have lives? Get a hobby! Woodworking, crocheting, something!" Dr. Cortex suggested.
"Beating up bad guys like you is a hobby." Pinkie quipped.
"You got that right, sister." Sonata agreed as the two kunoichi fist-bumped each other.
"You blew up my diner, and I'm getting some back pay, or should I say payback!" Dingodile growled.
"I’m not taking any chances with that diner of yours after that encounter with the other you!" Dr. Cortex responded.
"Seriously?! I got a A+ from the Health Inspector!" Dingodile pointed out.
"Whatever!" Dr. Cortex scoffed.
"There’s nowhere left to run, Cortex! It’s just you, versus Crash, Mikey, Pinkie, Sonata and Dingodile!" Aku Aku said.
"Good. Because I want to settle all this, villian to heroes! I am going to beat you all, with my bare hands!" Dr. Cortex declared as he opened his lab coat, before trying to look powerful with some poses. But that pathetic pose made the five heroes fall onto the floor laughing.
"Oh no! Look out guys! Mr. Hundred Pounds’ gonna get ya!" Aku Aku mocked, only making the five heroes laugh harder.
"Seriously, if you were any danger physically, you wouldn't have needed me and the others!" Dingodile laughed.
"Hahahaha! It’s… Hahahahaha! Too… Hahahahahaha! Much!!! Hahahahahahahahaha!!!" Pinkie roared, unable to control her laughter.
"I think I'm going to throw up!" Sonata laughed.
"In laughter that is! Hahahahahahahaha!!!" Mikey added while Crash laughed in gibberish.
"All of you stop laughing! I'm serious! I’m going to slam some heroes!" Dr. Cortex declared as he then started doing karate moves with karate noises.
"Right. Guys, beat him up so we can go home." Aku Aku said as the five heroes then calmed down and stopped laughing.
"You got it." Crash responded.
"Oh! Did I forget to mention I was going to cheat? I’ve got some of N. Brio’s mutation formula here to even the odds." Dr. Cortex pointed out as he brought out a vile of N. Brio's original mutagen.
"Uh-oh." Dingodile dreaded.
"CORTEX, DON'T DRINK THAT!" The Goofball trio shouted, but Dr. Cortex drank it anyway, much to the heroes horror, but nothing happened as Cortex spat out some of it in disgust.
"Ew! Tastes like peppermint barf! Ooh… Hmm… There’s a hint of-" Dr. Cortex started to notice before he froze as he dropped the vile. His eyes started looking a bit red, his mouth started drooling while Cortex started growling. He then started growing, ripping his coat, a glove, a shoe, and his pants. He became bigger and more muscular, before his mutation became complete as Cortex roared!
"Just to make it a fair fight." Crash said as he grabbed his Bokken Sword and Goalie Stick.
"Dude, you’re saying N. Brio would’ve ended up like that?" Mikey asked.
"Little bit." Crash answered.
"Incoming!" Pinkie shouted as Cortex started spinning up a tornado, leaving no open spots for the heroes to attack while shooting purple energy balls.
"Dingo, throw me on top of him!" Sonata said.
"Let me give ya a boost then!" Dingodile responded as he sucked in Sonata and shot her high into air.
"Time for a headache, Cortex!" Sonata declared as she dived down through the air and grabbed onto Cortex’s head, making him notice and stop spinning.
"Oh no, you don’t!" Cortex said as he somehow managed to throw Sonata off of him. "I see the full protection’s not going to work. So I’ll clobber you the old fashioned way!"
"Just makes it more fun!" Crash quipped as he did his Twister Attack on Cortex, only making the evil scientist stumble a bit.
"I won’t be easy to be made dizzy!" Cortex pointed out.
"Good thing we work together like a well-oiled machine." Mikey pointed out as he kicked Cortex in the back of the head.
"Ow! Not my cranium!" Cortex said as Crash then hit him with his weapons.
"Best thing about having ninjas as my best friends is that they teach me some moves!" Crash quipped.
"Gah! Darn you, Crash Bandicoot!" Cortex cursed.
"Oy, I've been wanting to do this for years." Dingodile said as he started firing at Cortex.
"I'm going to enjoy squashing you, traitor." Cortex growled as Dingodile drew his fire and water pistols.
"Psych!" Dingodile said before he ducked as Pinkie kicked Cortex, causing him to stumble into his machinery.
"Ow!" Cortex yelped while Crash and friends noticed the station losing power. "I’m not through yet!"
"Guys! We gotta stun him!" Crash informed while Dingodile loaded his blaster.
"Leave that to me!" Dingodile responded as he fired a lackey at Cortex, giving his friends the chance they needed.
"I got it!" Crash said as he got on top of Cortex with Aku Aku. "I am so going to enjoy this!"
"No! Not the face!" Cortex whimpered before Crash took control of his Arch-enemy.
"We got company!" Mikey said.
"Don’t worry! We’ll knock them out!" Crash responded.
"Agreed!" Aku Aku added.
"My body! I can’t control it!" Cortex said in fear as Crash made him swat his lackeys away before destroying more of the machinery.
"Hey! I wonder what this button does." Sonata noticed as she pushed a button, making a purple place with black swirls on it rise from the ground in the middle of the area. "That wasn't me!"
"Sonata, I think you’re onto something!" Crash realized.
"Really?" Sonata asked.
"Yeah! And I’ll get Cortex to do something I haven’t made him done in a long time." Crash answered.
"No! Not that! Please!" Cortex pleaded.
"This should be good!" Dingodile said as Crash made Cortex go to the spiral circle and made Cortex spin like a bandicoot, while the platform slowly turned into a pillar as it rose higher and higher.
"Hope this works." Pinkie noted, pushing another button as the pillar reached its peak, causing a brown skull button with red eyes and nose to appear from the ground.
"Now what?" Mikey asked.
"I know!" Crash said.
"Wha-What do you think you’re doing?!" Cortex whimper before Crash then made Cortex jump off the pillar and belly flop on the skull button, while knocking the evil scientist out cold.
"Wish I brought my camera." Dingodile noted before a few seconds later, Cortex woke up, and started sobbing, throwing a tantrum.
"It’s not fair! It’s not fair!" Cortex whined as his pounding the ground causes the ship's controls to spark and malfunction. He tears the steering wheel off of its mount and breaks it in half. "I want to win! It’s my turn! Been trying for flipping years!" Cortex continued whining as he threw the two halves of the steering wheel at the five heroes, who dodged it.
"Uh oh, guys! I think he broke something!" Aku Aku dreaded.
"EVACUATE, EVERYONE!" Crash shouted before the mutagen that Cortex drank wore off, restoring him back to normal.
"Oh no! What did I do?! Where are my pants?!" Dr. Cortex asked before a Znu minion eating a sandwich came out of a nearby bathroom. "It was you! Ugh… No time to deal with that now. Disgusting freak!" Dr. Cortex groaned in disgust before he pressed a button, sending him and the minion into an escape pod as it left the falling space station.
Crash and everyone braced themselves for a rough landing, as the Space Head Station crashed right on Wumpa Island, miraculously causing no damage, and everyone on it surviving without a scratch.
"I can’t believe we’re okay!" Aku Aku said in amazement.
"A lot better than Cortex is going to be." Raph responded as he pointed to Cortex's pod spiraling out of control.
"Well, all of us did a great job, mostly you five." Leo said.
"Wow! We’re really getting a lot of this evil junk all over the place!" Crunch noticed.
"We’re still not gonna clean up." Coco responded.
"I know, Coco. I know." Aku Aku said before Crash, the goofball trio and Dingodile started laughing.
Meanwhile, Cortex climbed out of his pod to see Tiny and the others glaring at him. "I hate that bandicoot." Dr. Cortex thought before the next thing he knew he was getting beaten up by his former henchmen and beating handed resignation letters.
A few hours later at Crash’s house, everyone was celebrating their victory over beating Dr. Cortex.
"Fresh Wumpa Burgers! Hot off the grill!" Dingodile shouted as everyone got some food, and they were enjoying it.
"Hahahaha! These are great, buddy!" Tiny said in amazement.
"You guys are still more than welcome to work for me at my diner once it's rebuilt." Dingodile offered as the goofball trio were scarfing down Rilla Roo's banana splits.
"Ooh! You’re big eaters, ain’t ya?" Rilla Roo noticed.
"You have no idea." Adagio said as Coco was training with Karai, hoping to sharpen her skills.
"You’ve clearly been improving." Karai noticed.
"I'm not going to be a damsel in distress anymore." Coco said.
"How often does Crash save you?" Karai asked.
"Only a few times. I started helping him on his third adventure." Coco answered.
"Good. You mind if I take the schematics for interchangeable weapons?" Karai asked.
"Sure, but why are you asking?" Coco responded.
"Thought it might come in handy for future Foot Clan recruits." Karai answered.
"Really? Cool!" Coco cheered as Crunch was helping Raph and a few others set up a place in the Doominator head for their friends to stay in.
"I heard you’re using a mace, Crunch." Raph said.
"Gonna be prepared next time." Crunch replied.
"How about some one on one later?" Raph offered.
"Sure. After we get this place set up." Crunch answered.
"Thanks again for letting us set up a house here." Ripper Roo said.
"Hey, we have plenty of bad guys who turned good." Casey pointed out.
"We're jussssssssst glad to be out of Cortex'sssssssss control." Komodo Joe said in relief.
"Yeah, me and Adagio can agree with that." Aria agreed.
"Hey, where's Crash? He's missing the party." Donnie asked as he was wiring the lights before Coco and Crunch smirked.
"I think I know." Coco answered.
"Same here. All fuzzy-like." Crunch agreed before Pinkie came by, shaking like she's cold.
"Doozy?" Mikey and Sonata guessed.
"Doozy." Pinkie confirmed while shuddering.
"Okay, boys. Place your bets." Dingodile said as he and the rest of the former lackeys placed bets. "I'm putting all me money he finally proposes."
"Yer telling me yer gambling on Crash asking Tawna to marry him?" Applejack asked.
"Those two loveboyds have been datin’ each otha’ fer years." Pinstripe answered.
"But he always chickens out." Komodo Moe added.
"Seriously?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Yeah, Crash Bandicoot basically get cold feet." Papu Papu answered.
"Well, Pinkie's shaking. So maybe he'll do it." Fluttershy guessed.
"Ooh, I hope so!" Rarity squealed in excitement.
"*Squeal!* I as well!" Orciamond agreed as Crash came up with a smile bigger than his head.
"So? Did you finally do it?" Dingodile asked.
"Yeah… And she said yes! Yee-haw!" Crash whooped as he threw his fist into the air with a jump.
"Yahoo!!!" The Goofball trio cheered.
"Pay up everyone!" Dingodile said as Rilla Roo and the others handed their money to him.
"I understand if you guys want to go home, but it would mean a lot if you stayed for the wedding." Crash requested.
"Don’t kid yourself. Of course we’re staying." Leo responded.
"You’re one of our best friends." Twilight added.
"We’re all really happy for you." Sunset agreed.
"That, I most certainly agree." A familiar voice said, as everyone looked around, and saw Master Splinter’s spirit.
"Sensei." Leo realized.
"It’s good to see you, my sons, along with the rest of my students and your friends. And Crash, congratulations on your engagement. I wish you have a happy life." Master Splinter congratulated.
"Thank you." Crash said in gratitude as Master Splinter smiled.
"You’re most welcome. You have all done an outstanding job on your recent adventure." Master Splinter responded.
"Thanks, Master Splinter." Mikey said in gratitude.
"We really appreciate it." Pinkie added.
"Thank you so much." Sonata agreed before Master Splinter left, leaving everyone with a smile on their face.
"Whoa… So that was Master Splinter." Tiny awed in amazement.
"Freaked me out, too." Dingodile remembered as he was counting his winnings.
"Guess you’re gonna use the winnings to rebuild your dinner?" Rilla Roo assumed.
"Nah, the insurance will cover it. Hey, who's short twenty bucks?" Dingodile noticed as Pinstripe tried to make a break for it
"Oops." Shini feigned being a klutz as she used her kusarigama to trip Pinstripe.
"Fork it over." Dingodile said.
"Oh, banana oil." Pinstripe groaned as he handed over the 20 bucks.
"I got planning to do." Pinkie said.
"Mind if we help, Pinkie?" Mikey offered.
"Yeah, you’ll need all the help you can get." Sonata agreed.
"Sure." Pinkie answered with a smile.
"I got a buffet to plan." Dingodile said.
"It’s gonna be a big day." Karai noted.
"Yeah, we’ll probably need to invite a lot of friends." April agreed.
"Going to need to find a Keeper of the Peace." Crash said.
"I think I can do that." Aku Aku offered.
"Now we need to restrain Cortex and anyone else after the ceremony." Raph added.
"Me and the others can handle that." Tiny volunteered.
"And I know my brother has standards. Even he wouldn't crash a wedding." Aku Aku pointed out.
"At least that’s one good thing about him." Leo sighed in relief before days passed as the event was planned. Dingodile was even able to get his diner open and start up a commercial for advertisement.
"Come on down to Grand Reopening of Dingo's Diner. Dine on delicious dishes named after some of best friends, marvel on our ninja weapons and outfit decor, and and now be able to schedule Wedding and other special events. Dingo's Diner: Health and Safety Rated D... For Delicious." Dingodile said, making the Goofball Trio laughed at the last line while Crash just facepalmed with a smile. "Rilla Roo thought it would be clever."
"And that was exactly what you’re counterpart said." Crash pointed out.
"I imagine his rating was a failure." Dingodile assumed.
"Yep." Crash confirmed.
"You ready for the ceremony, lover boy?" Pinkie asked.
"As ready as I’ll ever be." Crash answered. Later, everyone was waiting as Crash came out wearing a tuxedo. "It feels weird not wearing any of my gear."
"Dude, it’s your wedding, the best day of your life. You can relax." Mikey pointed out.
"I know, but... This is huge step for me." Crash said.
"Just relax, you fought Cortex a bunch of times. You can handle this." Sonata encouraged.
"You're right. I can do this!" Crash said with determination after taking a deep breath in and out, when soon, Tawna came walking towards her future husband.
"Then I'm glad both of us are ready." Tawna added.
Later, the ceremony went as planned, and the bride and groom made their vows.
"You may kiss the bride." Aku Aku said before Crash and Tawna kissed each other gently right on the lips, as it was a heartwarming sight for all, while Rarity silently cried tears with Orciamond, making her mascara wash away.
"Y'all right, Rarity?" Applejack whispered.
"Sorry, Applejack. It's just I always cry at weddings." Rarity responded in a whisper as she dried her tears with a tissue.
Later, everyone was eating well when the Goofballs Trio talked to Crash.
"Planning on giving up on adventures, Crash?" Mikey asked.
"Nah. Besides, I think a brand new adventure's already beginning." Crash answered.
"Yeah, me, Crash and all of our friends and family will keep having adventures, but we'll take some vacations and have some fun and relaxation every once a while." Tawna agreed.
"So, we still a team?" Sonata asked.
"Of course we are, mates. You're my best friends." Crash answered.
"That's what we were hoping for." Pinkie said with a smile.
"I just hope my husband won't put his friends ahead of me." Tawna teased with a smirk.
"Don't worry, Tawny. I value you as much as I value my friends." Crash assured his wife before he kissed Tawna more passionately, with his wife kissing him back with the same amount of passion, before disconnecting their lips, looking at each other with half-lidded eyes.
"Save it for tonight when we're alone, Crashy." Tawna lustfully purred as she slid a finger up and off of Crash's chin, much to her husband's excitement.
"Hey, does this mean I'm losing an employee?" Dingodile asked.
"Hey, I'm still gonna work at your diner. I need some way to provide for my new family." Tawna answered.
"Fair enough." Dingodile shrugged in agreement.
After the celebration was done, Leo and the others were ready to head home.
"Be sure to come again next time, mates." Crash said the Goofball Trio.
"We will. Promise." Mikey said, sealing the deal as he, Leo and the others said their good byes before stepping into the portal home, not knowing that the next adventure for a trio of kunoichis was just a steal away.

This fusion is known as Armajack! "Everyone stay here!" Armajack ordered as she and Orcarity went back out to hold off the enemy while everyone else was in complete awe and surprise.
