The TMNT find themselves in Equestria, where they must stop the Shredder.

After an accident from their most recent battle, Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michaelangelo, and Master Splinter find themselves in a new world in the search of their nemesis, The Shredder.

Meanwhile, the Mane Six are called to Manehattan to investigate strange occurrences going on at night, bringing them into conflict with the Foot Clan. After a hasty escape, the turtles get discovered by the ponies after saving their lives.

After meeting, can the ponies and turtles stop Shredder? Or will two worlds fall in whatever he has planned?

Mystery in Manehattan

Inside the Friendship Express, six ponies sat on the comfortable chairs, waiting to arrive at their destination. Rainbow Dash groaned impatiently, raising her hooves in aggravation. "Oh come on! I would've flown there and back to Ponyville by now if I weren't stuck sitting here!"

"Not all of us have your speed... or, in Applejack's, Rarity's, and Pinkie's case, wings for that matter, Dash." Twilight countered, with Applejack nodding in agreement.

"But we've been sitting here for hours!" Rainbow grunted, crossing her hooves as she sat back down. Fluttershy glanced over to the blue pegasus. "Forget this, I'm just gonna meet you guys over." Dash declared, unfurling her wings and ready to jump out the window to begin her speedy flight.

"Um, Rainbow Dash... I think it would be better if we stay together. We're not even sure why Princess Luna called for us there anyway..." the meek pegasus reminded Rainbow Dash.

"That and we've only been in this train for ten minutes," Rarity added, "If you go on ahead you're only making yourself wait for us anyhow. Would you really want that?"

Despite her curiousity, Rainbow slouched back next to Fluttershy and crossed her hooves with a pout. "Alright..." the rainbow-maned pegasus sighed, not wanting to worry her childhood friend. She hunched back to her seat, her hooves crossed and a pout on her face, celary bored.

"Why did Luna call us to Manehattan anyway?" Applejack wondered, adjusting her hat. "She never calls us down fer anything unless either Celestia can't know about it or..."

"Perhaps that this is a problem that only occurs when she raises the moon," Rarity suggested, the unicorn pondered the exact same thing as the earth pony. "Obviously, she needed all of us together for a reason." she added.

"Ooh! I hope its for a special party thanking us for defeating Tirek!" Pinkie shouted, the pink pony bouncing in her seat. Rainbow Dash and Twilight insisted for the pink pony to calm down, but it took them two and Fluttershy to hold her still until she was calm enough to sit in the same spot.

Rarity smiled at her friend's enthusiasm. "No, I do not believe that is the reason, Pinkie. But I do hope to see what the princess called us for. Hopefully it's nothing too bad..."

Applejack shrugged. "We'll see when we get there, Rarity." the earth pony assured.

The city of Manehattan may have been busy during the day, but night is when the ponies began to settle, though sometimes it remains nearly as busy as earlier. A dark-blue pony with wings and a horn with a flowing mane to match the night sky awaited on the roof of a building, where she told the ponies to meet her for a private discussion about something bugging her for the past few nights that she noticed.

"You wanted to see us, Princess Luna?" Twilight asked. The alicorn nodded.

"Indeed, Princess Twilight," Luna answered as quickly as she could, "Thou has sensed a dark presence roaming around Manehattan at the darkest hours of my night. I called you all here to investigate." the princess revealed, turning around the face the six she called upon for help.

"No offense Princess Luna, but couldn't you find whatever causing all that trouble on your own?" Rainbow Dash questioned. "I mean you're the Princess of the Night! Besides me, or Celestia, shouldn't whatever be bugging you be gone now?"

Luna nodded, "Yes, Rainbow Dash. I have tried to find them, but they always manage to evade me. Almost as though the night was their element. I can't keep doing this and attend to my priorities back in Canterlot. I will alert Celestia of this as well once we have this sorted out, though." she said.

"What can possible evade you?" Applejack wondered.

The Princess of the Night shook her head, "I'm not too sure myself, Applejack. But it must be something dangerous if it could hide from me or possibly my sister."

Fluttershy quietly squeaked at the thought of a powerful evil threatening their world and even being able to hide from Luna's sight, but Rainbow Dash managed to comfort her. "We'll stop it no problem!" she assured Fluttershy. "I mean, this is nothing new for us anyhow, we just gotta do a cool stakeout!"

"What did you sense?" Rarity asked.

Luna closed her eyes. "A sinister force... Something beyond our world. I did not want my sister to find out about this before we could see what it is."

Pinkie managed to smile despite the revelation. "Maybe we can throw them a welcoming party to tell them that they can show themselves!" the pink pony suggested.

"I don't think that whatever this is would want a party, Pinkie," Rainbow Dash responded blankly. "Plus, we want to catch them by surprise!" she continued with confidence.

Applejack nodded. "Yep. Ah bet that if we wait long enough they'd come to us... Whether by accident or on purpose. We'll find them ourselves if we have to."

Luna answered to the best of her ability, "Yes. There have been reports of strange creatures moving around across the city, perhaps we can start by searching. If needed, I shall warn my sister of this."

Fluttershy hid her face beind her long pink mane. "Look, Fluttershy. We'll kick their butts into next week. I promise." Rainbow reassured her timid friend, who gulped and smiled.

"Then it's settled, we're staying in Manehattan until we figure out what's going on here." Twilight reasoned.

The next day had come and gone for the former Elements of Harmony. Rarity had decided to go shopping, the white unicorn bringing along Fluttershy, for materials to bring back to her boutique back in Ponyville. Rainbow Dash decided to scout from the skies for most of the day, only taking a break to eat or rest her wings.

Applejack, Twilight and Pinkie remained in their small apartment, only going out to get food for their friends. Night fell on the city once more, and with the night sky came another night of recon for these supposed blurs. The streets were a lot more quiet than usual, giving the six thr advantage in tracking down the figures before they could do any damage.

The six stood on a rooftop, hoping to get a better view of the large city. So far, the six saw nothing too out of the ordinary for the city of Manehattan. Rainbow Dash crossed her hooves growing bored, "Ugh. Will these guys ever show up?" she groaned, hovering in her spot in boredom.

"We don't even know what exactly we're lookin' for Rainbow, just be patient." Applejack reminded the pegasus. Twilight shushed them.

"Remember, we don't want whatever these things are to notice us..."

"Um... Twilight..." Fluttershy began before being interrupted.

Rarity decided to speak up after yawning and rubbing her tired eyes. "I have to agree with Rainbow Dash's impatience for once. I'm clearly missing my beauty sleep for this."

"Um... Guys..." the shy pegasus spoke up once more but was ignored. Instead she continued to hear the ongoing bickering between her friends.

"Well sorry, Rarity!" Applejack responded sarcastically. "Ah see that whatever this is can wait just because you need to sleep. It's not like we're doin' Princess Luna a favor here!"

"Girls, knock it off!" Twilight warned in a loud tone wanting to use her magic to hold them back before things got too rough. "We're not gonna get anything done by arguing!" she yelled, annoyed by the constant arguing.

Fluttershy tapped the alicorn's shoulder. "Twilight..."

Twilight turned around the face Fluttershy. "Yeah?"

The pegasus quietly pointed slightly above them. On the rooftops surrounding the six were strange bipedal creatures covered in black and holding swords in their hands. Each of their swords were drawn out, ready to attack. They each wore black masks with bug-eyes that seemed to never move. The six ponies looked at them in awe and confusion, wondering just what theymwere, since they were clearly not ponies.

"I hope their friendly!" Pinkie cheered. Rainbow Dash responded with four simple words. Four words that she had been waiting almost all night to say.

"Let's take 'em down!"

Ninjas in the City

Rainbow Dash hovered over the rest of her friends to take on one of the figures. "There ya are! I've been hoping to find you guys! You don't look tough at all!" she taunted the bipedal creature. The figure responded by silently attempting to slice the pegasus with its sword, luckily Rainbow Dash managed to duck beneath the strike, almost feeling the blow of the weapon. She got back to taunting the figure almost instantly.

"Ya missed!" she joked.

"Rainbow Dash! Get back down here!" Rarity yelled.

The cyan pegasus yelled back. "I can take 'em on just fine, Rarity!" she assured. Before she could continue, the figure grabbed Rainbow by the throat and brought her closer to its face, scaring the once boastful pegasus.

"Rainbow!" Twilight yelled before teleporting behind the figure and using magic from her horn to hit it hard enough to give Rainbow Dash time to release herself. "Aren't they living beings? Why isn't my magic stopping them?" she wondered, seeing that while the figure reacted, they remained still for the most part. The ponies were wondering just what each of these things were.

"Actually, nevermind. Thanks Twi'." Dash sighed,

After that, the alicorn teleported both of them back with the other ponies. Then the figures pulled out their weapons and bent down, ready to attack the ponies in a split-second. The six ponies slowly stepped back, looking for a way to escape. All of them gulped at once in fright.

"Uh, I speak for everyone when I say the we should probably get the heck outta here!" Applejack decided. Twilight nodded and teleported the six of them away from the roof as the creatures were about to lunge at them. The figures looker around in confusion, wondering where their targets went.

The ponies warped back to the streets and began to run in order to escape. Unfortunately, the creatures had managed to track them down and began to follow them swiftly across the rooftops. They all jumped from building to building in almost complete unison, almost like a legion, each of them following the same brain patterns and thoughts, which is unusual for ponies, and hard to avoid when they're trying to kill them.

"What are those hideous things?" Rarity questioned, turning her head to get a better look at the mysterious figures swiftly chasing them as one.

Twilight managed to turn her head slightly to answer. "I'm not sure! But whatever they are, they aren't friendly!"

"No kidding!" Rainbow added.

Applejack also turned around and spotted the creatures following them across the rooftops of the city. "Uh, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but them shadows are still followin' us!

"Quick! Over there!" the alicorn yelled. The six ponies made a sharp right turn into an alleyway, but unfortunately for them, a large wall stood in the way, meaning that not all of them could make it across and escape safely in time, and at this point whatever is following them might've tracked them. "Can't ya just teleport us across, Twi?" Dash questioned, wondering why they were stuck in this predicament.

"I wore myself out too much saving you and everpony else. I'm drained." Twilight answered, "Hopefully, we can distract these things long enough for me to get us out of here!" she hoped, realizing in horror that whatever those things were, they were going to find them sooner or later.

And sure enough, the figures surrounded the ponies in the dark alleyway. Their eyes widened at the sight. "Surrender to the Foot Clan." one of them said.

"Foot Clan?" Pinkie repeated trying to hold back laughter upon hearing the odd name.

"Now, Pinkie, darling, is not the time to laugh at such names..." Rarity quietly scolded holding back a smirk as well.

Smoke appeared in the center of the small circle of ninjas. Once it faded, another bipedal creature revealed himself. He wore shiny silver armor, a helmet to match that had spikes above the forehead and covered his features, though his eyes remained visible. He wore armor of the same color with a purple cape connecting from his shoulders draping down his back. He wore gauntlets with large spikes sticking out from the middle and up to his hand.

"Leave now..." he said in a deep voice, scaring the ponies.

"Who a-are y-you...?" Fluttershy managed to ask. The armored being laughed, nearly scaring her to tears. He walked to the pegasus and knelt down slightly to answer her. A cold stare was all Fluttershy could see, even the stranger's mouth was covered, giving everypony watching a sense of dread. No one was able to tell the figure's emotions or whether or not he was going to kill them in any second. But he just stood in silence, almost enjoying this.

"I am the Shredder... And hopefully you won't dare to get in the way of me or my Foot soldiers again." Shredder revealed and threatened, pointing his gauntlet blade upwards.

"HEY! Get away from her right now!" Rainbow Dash ordered. The Shredder scowled and in the blink of an eye, managed to grab the cyan pegasus and pin her to the nearest wall with his gauntlet spikes barely about to touch her throat. Dash gagged, trying to breathe within the Shredder's grip.

"You dare threaten me!? The Shredder?!"

"Rainbow Dash! Just stop!" Rarity ordered, Rainbow sighed and stopped flailing. Shredder scowled once more and tossed her back to her friends, who bent slightly to check to see if she was okay. "Let him explain himself... Please..."

The ninja crossed his arms. "I am giving you one chance. I only wish to leave, so if you value your life I suggest going and not tell a living soul about this, or I'll end you all myself."

"Why would we let you all free?" Twilight questioned.

"Because I only seek to return to my world. It was not intention to end up here. But if you could, I would spare you..."

"Sp-spare us what?" Fluttershy asked.

"Spare your world from what I have planned." Shredder explained, clenching his fist. Something was off about Shredder to the ponies, and they knew exactly what it was.

Applejack spat. "Ya think that we'd let ya go?! After you threaten us like that?!"

Shredder crossed his arms. "Do you wish for me to end your pathetic lives?"

"As if we'd let you go through with this!" Rainbow snarled.

The ninja closed his eyes. "Very well... Foot soldiers. Attack." he ordered before vanishing the same way he appeared, covering himself in smoke. The Foot soldiers nodded and pulled out their swords, ready to end the ponies' lives. The six readied themselves to escape, but Twilight hasn't fully recovered, so they had to fight their way out.

Rainbow attempted to hit them once more with an uppercut delivered by her right forehoof, but her hoof was caught and she was slammed back to where she started. Applejack growled and bucked one with her hindlegs, the ninja flinched, but once she repeated her actions, the soldier grabbed her backhooves and countered Applejack's attack by throwing her. Twilight was grabbed by Pinkie Pie to be used as a gatling gun with her horn, but the ninjas' forces and numbers somehow were unaffected. As though more kept coming, despite the ponies' best efforts.

Twilight gulped, seeing the number of ninjas grow by the second. "Well, girls. I guess this is it..." she said with tears beginning to flow from her eyes. These ninjas proved to be tough earlier, and they wouldn't be able to hit them since they're so swift. Rainbow held onto Fluttershy for comfort while Pinkie's once curly and puffy mane started to deflate. Rarity and Applejack also hugged their pink friend.

They closed their eyes, ready for the end, but instead they heard a slash not aimed at them. Twilight opened her eyes slightly and spotted four figures covered in shadow, the only thing she was able to see were the colors of their masks and their weapons. All four of them equally angry.

The figure wearing the blue mask wielded a sword and sliced a Foot soldier in two, revealing that they are not organic but in fact mechanical creatures. The one wearing red wielded sai and poked his weapon through another robot with ease, constantly picking his weapon through its head. One wearing a purple mask carried a large wooden staff and hit a ninja on the top of the head, and a small blade appeared, stabbing it through the chest. The last one in orange flung nun-chucks in his hand and stopped the remaining ninjas with ease, doing flips and showing off his abilities.

Before any of the ponies could question them, the figures leaped away in the shadows. Leaving the ponies with their jaws dropped. Shaking the shock away, Twilight began to chase after them in the direction they left, with her friends following. "C'mon girls. Let's see who they were."

"Why?" Pinkie asked.

"Because they're probably our only hope in stopping that Shredder guy from taking over our world." Twilight told the pink pony in a serious, stern tone.

It wasn't too long before the ponies lost track of their saviors, but then they heard a loud slam, looking for the source of the sound led them to a sewer cover in the middle of the now empty road. "Um... I think they went down there." the shy pegasus deduced, pointing st the lid.

"In the sewer? Ugh, it smells awful down there and the water could ruin my mane." the white unicorn grumbled.

"C'mon, Rarity. We just gotta find out who it was that fought those Foot ninjas. For all we know, they could actually be against the Shredder," Applejack reminded the fashionista unicorn. "Did ya see how fast they took down those Foot ninjas compared to us barely putting a dent in them. Maybe we stand a chance?"

Rarity rolled her eyes, then gagged slightly at the smell from below. "Fine."

Twilight used her magic to lift up the lid and one by one they began their trek downward.

Creatures in the Sewers

"Do you think they saw us, Donnie?"

"Hopefully not, Mikey."

"Ugh. I still hate it here. Everyone here is a rainbow colored horse or some junk."

"Calm down, Raph. We're only here until we find Shredder and get a portal back home."

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles trudged their way through the sewers underneath Manehattan. Leonardo walked ahead, katanas in hand in case something appeared. Raphael pouted behind him while Michaelangelo and Donatello remained silent.

Mikey walked in front of Raphael. "It's not too bad, Raph. This kinda feels like a living Saturday morning cartoon!"

Raph snarled. "Well, this is one cartoon I don't wanna be a part of." he reminded his brother.

Mikey groaned as he paced with Donnie again. "Don't you think that this is cool?" the answer he got was a head shake, much to his disappointment. "Aw..."

Changing the subject, Donatello spoke. "This is the first time that the Foot bots have attacked the inhabitants of this world. Why is that? They revealed themselves to this world because of that! Shredder had the advantage and then gave it up, which is unlike him to do something like that."

"I'm not too sure. Shredder probably wanted to work on another twisted negotiation for his plans." Leonardo suggested. "Since they were attacked, I'm guessing they declined for obvious reasons. Smart move on their part." the leader complimented, never looking at his brother.

"Hopefully, they didn't catch on to us. Last thing we need is to relocate to a new lair. Again." Raph sighed. The hot-tempered turtle crossed his arms, recalling the many times that he and his brothers had to change homes when an enemy of their's or a pony found their lair.

"I agree. Let's just keep going. We don't want to keep Master Splinter waiting for too much longer." Leo said, pointing ahead. The four turned a corner through a surprisingly large tunnel.

Mikey looked around. "Why would ponies so small need sewers this big?" he wondered aloud.

"Whatever makes wandering through them easier is a good enough excuse for me," Raphael answered. Leonardo nodded. "It's a good thing too. I really wouldn't want to crawl through here everytime we come back."

"I'm surprised that they even need sewers. Because from what we've seen they have some seriously inferior technology. I'm not too sure how this world works though, so I guess we'll never know what they do unless we reveal ourselves." Donatello deduced, earning a groan from Raph once more.

"I just hope we never find out."

The four turtle brothers walked into their temporary lair. They had managed to make beds scattered around the small room. They didn't have television (Michaelangelo was unamused upon discovering this fact) and a small table to eat whatever they can find and where Donnie does his experiments whenever no one else was using it.

Awaiting them was a brown rat wearing a kimino holding a plate. The turtles bowed upon the sight of him. "We're back, Sensei." Leo greeted, standing straight. Splinter nodded, gesturing to the table.

"I am glad to see you all well, my sons. While you were gone I have once more snuck to the fields and found us more food to feed on tonight." he explained.

Mikey held his hands over his head as we moaned. "Apples and hay again!? Where's the pizza in this world?!" he shouted, much to the annoyance of his brothers and master. He had been doing this everyday since they settled here and his pleas were never answered.

"Man, these ponies have a very limited diet." Raph quipped.

"Well horses are mainly herbivores. Perhaps the inhabitants of this world follow the same rules as well and thus do not feast upon any form of meat," Donatello suggested in a matter-of-fact tone, annoying Raph. "Though, I agree that they could use more food. How do they live with this diet?"

Leo munched on an apple. "Are apples the only fruit they have in this world?" he wondered, glancing at the red fruit in front of him, smiling at the reflection seen through the shine. He bit into it again, savoring the taste as much as he can because this is probably the best they're going to eat in this new dimension.

"We've been here for two weeks now. What does Shredder have planned in this world?" Raphael questioned, poking at the plate in front of him. Mikey picked up a hay straw gently and gagged for a moment before putting it in his mouth. "Delicious..." he muttered sarcastically.

"My sentiments exactly, Mikey." Raph mumbled repeating his brother's actions and gulping the hay down forcefully. After everyone was done eating, Leo and Splinter picked up the plates and put them in a spot so they could remember to clean them later once they find an area with clean water again.

Splinter closed his eyes for a moment, "What did you see out there? Has the Foot made any moves yet?" he asked.

Leonardo nodded. "Yes, Sensei. For the first time since we arrived here, the Foot soldiers have attacked a group of innocent ponies," he briefly explained. "Usually they find us before attacking them, which we find strange."

"He probably did that to draw US out." Raph growled. "That sick twisted son of a-"

Donatello put a finger on his chin, deep in thought. "But why attack them now and reveal himself while he and his soldiers still had the element of surprise on us?"

"Are you seriously questioning how the Shredder thinks and plans?! That dude will exchange the planet Earth to aliens if it meant getting his way!" Mikey reminded Donnie.

Their master nodded. "Indeed. Oroku Saki has truly lost his way for years now. He only cares about his petty revenge against me and you." he reminded the turtles.

"We should keep an eye out, in case Shredder decides to pull the same schtick again." Leonardo declared to his brothers. The others nodded in agreement.

Donnie spoke up. "Now, how should we go about this? What if Shredder decides to move to a different city?"

"Then we will follow him. We will not drag the inhabitants of this world into our battles." the rat paused, a faint noise was heard through his ears. "Wait... Do you hear that?" he paused once again and silenced his sons when he heard the sounds of feet loudly stepping in water, but voices were heard as well, something the Foot would never reveal.

"My sons. I believe we have been discovered." Splinter revealed. The turtles' eyes widened at the thought of them being found. "Oh man, the ponies we saved must've found us!" Mikey said worridly.

"Oh man. Sensei, I had no idea." Leo apologized.

"Better them than Shredder and his Foot mooks." Raph chimed in. Splinter pointed his staff at the tunnel where the noise was heard. "I do not blame any of you, my sons. You were protecting the defenseless as I have trained you to do... perhaps they seek to thank their saviors."

"But, Master Splinter. We have to hide out now." Donnie told his rat master. "We need to get as much stuff as we possbile can and find another lair."

"No. First, we must see what they have planned for us before we take any action."

Turtles and Ponies

Rarity gagged at the smell of the sewer, slowly trudging through the dirty water, "Why on Equestria would those ninjas hide in a dirty place like this?" she questioned.

The six ponies had made it to the sewers in hopes of finding the saviors who stopped the Foot soldiers. Pinkie, Applejack and Rarity paced behind a curious Twilight, while Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy hovered slighty above them, trying their best to avoid placing a hoof in the sewers, despite Rainbow's insistance that she could handle it.

"It does make for a darn good hidin' spot. No one would ever think to look here where nopony usually goes." Applejack commented.

"Heck yeah. Who knows what lies down here?" Rainbow Dash agreed.

"It looks so spacey down here! For all we know, whoever saved us built a small home!" Pinkie Pie spoke.

Twilight put a hoof on her chin. "You... Actually may be right, Pinkie." she realized.

"I get that a lot." Pinkie added with a knowing smirk.

The six turned a corner deeper into a tunnel. "Wait, girls. Do you see that?" the alicorn asked pointing ahead.

"Are those beds?" Fluttershy questioned, looking at the shoddy made furniture.

"I dare say, who would live down here?" Rarity wondered.

"People who don't want to be seen," Rainbow Dash noticed. "Huh. They left some food here." she was about to grab an apples and some hay, until Rarity lifted it out of her grasp.

"Put that down, Rainbow! You don't know where that's been!" the unicorn chided the pegasus. Rainbow shrugged. "I don't see what the big deal is, the apples look okay to me."

"Rarity's right, Dash. I don't know if this is even where those things live in. For all we know this could be that Shredder's hideout and expected us to come here." Applejack suggested.

"Fine." Rainbow whined, putting the food down. "But that Shredder guy's askin' for a fight if he's in here."

Hiding above them, were the Turtles and Splinter clinging and perching to the pipes on the ceiling. "What should we do, Sensei?" Leo asked his master leaning forward. Splinter closed his eyes in meditation for a moment before answering.

"Patience, my sons. We must see their first course of action before we make a move." he wisely spoke.

"Ugh. My least favorite part of bein' a ninja." Raph commented, prompting the others to shush him.

"Did you hear that?" Fluttershy nervously asked. The others paused for a moment before going back to searching.

"We'll keep an ear out, Flutters. They have to be here somewhere," Twilight replied. "They couldn't have noticed us that quickly so they're nearby." she deduced.

"Nice going, Raph. They almost found us." Donatello scolded quietly.

Raphael raised his arms defensively. "Fine. I'm sorry. Is that what ya wanna hear?" he asked sarcastically. "I swear you all make me look like the bad guy here."

"We'll talk about your attitude later, Raphael." the rat whispered in a slightly angry tone. Mikey chuckled after hearing Splinter's annoyed tone.

"Ooh! Raph's in trouble!"

"Ya want trouble? I'll give it to ya!" Raph yelled in a whispered tone shaking his fist at his immature brother. Eventually, Michaelangelo stuck his tounge at his angered brother, which was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Raph tackled Mikey from where he was standing and the two crashed onto the floor. The ponies who were searching immediately stopped to check the sounds. Their eyes widened at the sight of two mutant turtles wrestling on the floor next to the table.

"Good going guys." Leo mocked as he, Donnie and Splinter leaped from their hiding spots to relunctantly meet the ponies who discovered them. "What part of stealth do you two ignore?" he reprimanded, causing Raph to cross his arms in disgust and Mikey to shrug it off. "We're ninjas, remember!?"

"What am I going to do with you boys?" Splinter muttered, holding a hand to his forehead and sighed.

"Um... You're a talking rat." Rarity mumbled before fainting, catching the ninjas' attention.

"Eek." Fluttershy squeaked in shock.

"Yeah. And you're talking ponies. Is that so strange?" Raphael mocked. Twilight observed them for a moment. She smiled as she spoke.

"You're all turtles, but they don't talk or know any form of ninjitsu. So you're scientifically impossible." she deduced.

Donnie pointed at himself. "We're scientifically impossible? You're a talking purple unicorn with wings!" he yelled. "If anything! We're the normal ones here!"

Rainbow Dash flew in Donatello's face. "That's saying a lot coming from a talking ninja turtle!" she yelled. The smart turtle stepped back an inch, getting space from the angered pegasus. "Seriously? Now I gotta make sure Tank's not secretly a ninja."

Leonardo stepped in between the two. "Look, I don't know what the big deal is about all this, but we just saved your lives." he said sternly, pointing at Rainbow's chest. The pegasus growled in response to his gesture,

Twilight faced Leo. "And we're grateful for that, but we just can't ignore that evil ninjas and mutant turtles are running around Equestria without anypony knowing."

"Well, ya aren't gonna do anything once I-" Raph began to threaten.

"ENOUGH!"

Splinter's voice was loud enough for the ponies and his turtle sons to calm down and listen. "I apologize for our rash actions, but we were brought here by accident. We only wish to find our enemy the Shredder, stop him and go home."

"Hold on, so you're not gonna conquer our world instead of Shredder?" Applejack asked.

"Why would we do that? We were trained to help those who need it, not to harm others." Donnie responded.

Leo calmly sighed. "Listen, I think we got off on the wrong foot. I'm Leonardo. These are my brothers; Raphael, Michaelangelo, and Donatello. And this is Master Splinter." he introduced his family to the ponies, who looked at them relunctantly before Twilight decided to speak.

"I'm Twilight Sparkle. These are my friends: Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie." the alicorn greeted, pointing a hoof at each of her friends.

"We are sorry for bringing all this upon you," Splinter apologized. "We did not plan to come to this world. Or drag any of you into our neverending conflict."

Twilight raised a hoof and smiled. "it's okay. We wanted to say thank you for saving us from the Foot and Shredder. But we couldn't just ignore all of this happening when we aren't aware."

Leonardo bowed. "It was no problem. We were trained to defend others from injustice, and we have to thank you for not joining the Shredder."

Rainbow scoffed. "Why would ever join forces with a creep like that? His name is Shredder for Celestia's sake!" she smirked.

"Oh! How about we take them back to Ponyville for a 'thank for saving us from ninjas' party!" Pinkie chimed in, bouncing around and nearly scaring Raph.

"A party!? I'm in!" Mikey cheered, earning a high five from Pinkie.

"I'm out."

"Come on, Raphy! Put a smile on that face!" Pinkie told the annoyed turtle, who scowled in response then groaned. The pink pony grabbed the side of his face, forcing a smile. Raphael managed to shake and her and Mikey off of him, despite their best efforts to mess with him.

"Fine. Let's just go. I mean, we need a better hideout anyway. Ugh. The sooner we stop Shredder, the sooner we get home."

Back to Ponyville

View Online

The train had arrived at the Manehattan station to send the gang home, hopefully in the morning Twilight could get a response from Princess Celestia about the current ninja situation Equestria's in. The six ponies walked into the train. Not too far above, the ninjas hopped silently onto the top of the train to their destination, not wanting to be seen by the public yet.

Luckily, the trip back was not long, the moon was still in the sky, allowing the ninjas to sneak through the empty town of Ponyville to Twilight's large crystal castle. "Woah, dudes. I call top floor." Mikey called. By this point, everypony but Twilight and the Hamato Clan went to sleep, noticing that the sun was about to rise, starting a new day.

The ponies had gone their separate ways for the night and Twilight had led them to her home. "For now, you can stay here," she told them.

Splinter and the brothers bowed in thanks. "Thank God. There's no sewers here or anythin'." Raph joked.

Leonardo looked at the alicorn. "What do we do, now? Shredder could be doing who knows what... Last thing we need is for more innocents to be hurt."

"Leo, knowing Shredder, he probably moved elsewhere once his plans were discovered. He would want the element of surprise and now would be too soon," Donatello comforted his older brother. "So, for now we should think of a plan here. At least we should learn more about this world before we do anything else."

"To answer you, Leonardo. I want to reach Princess Celestia in the morning so her and Princess Luna could perhaps lend a hoof." Twilight answered the turtle's question.

"Huh? Princesses? We really are in a children's cartoon." Raphael groaned. Mikey put a hand on his annoyed brother's shoulder. "Come on, Raph. This might be fun."

"Your brother is right, Raphael. Do not judge a book by its cover," Splinter wisely spoke.,"The ponies have given us their hospitality, the least you can do is sound grateful."

"Yes, Sensei." Raph grunted.

"But you have to admit. It's a nice break from being in New York." Leo chimed in.

Donatello nodded. "So far, it's a lot nicer than the farm. So far not one cosmic horror story." he added.

"That's true. The ponies seem friendly," the older brother admitted. "It's shame that we brought our battles here."

The five walked into the castle, seemingly a lot bigger on the inside than they thought before. Twilight had assigned them rooms during the train ride and guided them. Each of them placed their weapons and masks on the shelf next to their beds before pulling themselves underneath the covers.

"I hope Casey and April are alright without us," Leo mumbled, glancing at the floor. They have to pick up our slack while we're gone. Heh, nothing to worry about then. They can handle themselves." he said, falling onto his bed and crashing immediately.

In Raphael's room, the turtle tumbled in his bed, unable to sleep. He constantly forced his eyes shut in hopes of finally resting. Unfortunately, his dreams were overtaken by a strange epiphany.

"Huh? Where am I?" Raphael questioned inside the white void. "Am I dead or somethin'? For crying out loud I was just sleeping!"

'You are not dead, Raphael.' a voice echoed. 'You are just merely dreaming.'

"Alright. But last I check, I don't have voices in my head," Raph growled, crossing his arms. "Are ya just invading my mind for some big scheme like Shredder and the Krang?

He heard footsteps, prompting him to turn. Behind Raph was a hooded pony with a bright aura. 'I am not on the forces of evil. Far from it, actually. You are in grave danger, Raphael and I'm here to deliver you a warning of what's to come.'

"Then why are you in my dreams? And who are you anyway?"

The pony raised a hoof. 'Who I am is not important right now. For simplicity's sake, you may call me Solar. I'm here because I'm seeking heroes for a mission.'

"If you need a hero, then get my brother." Raph snarled. "He's the favorite."

'Your jealousy of your brother must end soon. Because I sense danger in your future, Raphael. You have potential that not even Leonardo can match.'

"Hmph. Well thanks, but why should I trust you, Solar?" Raphael questioned. "This type of thing usually requires me to fo a background check. Because I'm done with prophecies."

'If you don't accomplish this goal then your worlds shall perish before a powerful evil,' she began to fade. 'My time is running out. Heed my warning. We will meet again, soon.'

Raph jolted awake, sitting up on his bed. The room was suddenly a lot brighter, meaning that he managed to sleep through the nught somehow. 'Who was that pony? And why did she say I have potential?' he asked himself. 'That's not important. I gotta find my brothers and Splinter.'

The turtle walked out his room, putting on his mask and holding his sai. Waiting outside his door was a small dragon. "Uh. Hi." Raph awkwardly greeted.

The dragon smiled. "You're Raphael, right?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Nice to meet you. I'm Spike," he held out a clawed hand, Raphael responded by shaking it. "You're a heavy sleeper. Heh, I can relate," he added. "I think your brothers are waiting for you."

Raphael managed a grin. "Thanks, kid." he said, after a couple minutes of wandering around the castle, he found himself back where he started. "Can you lead the way? I'm kinda lost." he rubbed his head.

Spike nodded. "Sure. Follow me."

Spike escorted Raphael to a large room. A glass table sat in the middle of it. The six ponies sat in the large chairs surrounding it while the turtles and Splinter stood among them. Spike remained next to Raphael, himself curious as to what this meeting was about. Since he was absent for any context.

"Okay, now that introductions are out of the way..." the alicorn began, pointing a hoof upward. "...Are you able to explain where you are from and how you got here?"

The rat nodded. "Of course. We will tell you the tale of how we and the Shredder arrived in a world such as this."

How We Got Here

View Online

Leonardo sliced through some Foot soldiers, slipping onto the railing as he did. Donnie used his x-ray binoculars to do some recon on the building. Raph and Mikey stood behind him, watching for any reinforcments. "Okay, Leo. It's all clear. The crystal is not that far in or heavily guarded." he noted, pulling the binoculars from his eyes, "So, this should be an easy task. At the worst, all I've detected are Foot bots in there."

Leo gave his brother a thumbs up. "Thanks, Donnie. I wonder why Shredder would go out of his way to steal a crystal from the museum and not have it guarded like everything else he needs..."

"Maybe Bebop and Rocksteady got bored?" Michaelangelo suggested.

"As much as I hate to admit it... He's got a point. Those two goons are as dumb as bricks," Raphael pointed out. "They probably went to find some food. Or left the room and just flat out forgot what they were even doing. How are two idiots even alive working for Shredder?" he wondered.

"That may be true, but ol' Chrome Dome might've left us a trap inside just in case those morons weren't there." Leo said.

"Well, how about we go in and see for ourselves?" Raphael asked with a smirk, cracking his knuckles while doing so.

The four turtles hid behind the walls of the building, making sure they weren't seen or noticed by the robots, the mutant goons, or Shredder himself. Leo pointed forward, allowing the other three to follow. The leader crawled to another wall, slicing another robot's head quietly with his katanas. Another Foot bot was coming from behind prompting the others to hide and attack from the shadows. With Donnie whacking the robot's head with his staff, the last of the security in the room was gone.

Once the robot was destroyed the four snuck into the room where the crystal was held. Crouching, Donatello used a scanner he created to detect for any traps. Much to the genius's surprise, there was none. Once he told the others, Leonardo grabbed the artifact and they all ran out back to their lair.

Mikey mumbled something about this being too easy.

"Why did Shredder want this so bad, Donnie?" Leo asked while leaning on the table. The ninjas had arrived back to their sewer lair where Donatello attempted to figure why this gem was so important. Master Splinter watched as well, curious as to what his old nemesis was planning.

Donatello picked up the crystal and pointed at it, "From my readings, this crystal has tons of temporal energy. It could possibly be used to travel across dimensions." he revealed, placing it back on the table.

"Why would Shredder want something like that?" Leonardo asked.

"Of course it's obvious. He wants to go back to Dimension X and free the Krang and use the Technodrome." Raph realized.

Splinter closed his eyes in thought for a moment, taking in the information with the rest of his sons. Shredder was never one to hold back especially in the cases where he unleashed th Tecnodrome with the aid of Krang in Dimension X.

"We will all go back to the museum and put the crystal back where it came from." he ordered.

"Wait... We?" Mikey asked.

The rat nodded. "Yes. In case Shredder has become aware of this crystal being missing, I shall come with you to face him. You cannot face him alone this time. Too much is at stake."

The young ninjas paused, their master had decided to join them to face the man who has sworn vengeance against him. Splinter joining them was a rare instance, but he knew when the time was right. But they agreed realizing that Shredder may not be holding back.

"Alright, Sensei. Let's go."

The five quietly jumped from the top window of the museum onto the tiled floor below. The ninjas rolled, hoping to remain in the shadows. Splinter looked ahead to see the exhibit Shredder stole the crystal from," Over there." he pointed, Leonardo nodded and slowly inched his way over. But before he could place the gem back, something hit him.

"You dare ruin my plans, turtles?" a deep voice asked as Leo fell and dropped the crystal.

The rat scowled upon hearing it, knowing who it was, "Oroku Saki."

Shredder appeared with a large army of Foot bots standing behind him. "My old foe, Hamato Yoshi. It has been a while." he introduced, though none was needed for the enemies.

"You know not of what you are planning!" Splinter yelled. Saki merely laughed, "Of course I do, rodent. This crystal contains the power I need to enter Dimension X. You and your pathetic excuses of students cannot hope to stop me this time. Once they arrive, this world will bow to me."

Splinter lunged at Shredder, who blocked the chop with the spikes protruding from his gauntlet, using this, Saki flipped Yoshi over his shoulder. Splinter got up and attack once more, kicking Shredder in the gut. The man retaliated with a right hook to the rat's face, prompting him to stick out his hand and jab.

Meanwhile, Leonardo used his katanas to block the sword swipe a robot attempted, he shoved forward, disorienting the robot long enough for him to stab through it. Michaelangelo flipped over another soldier, using his nunchucks to grab its throat before yanking the head off. "It's a good thing these are all robots!" he spoke.

Raphael sliced through the soldiers with ease with his sai. "These bots are chumps." he taunted. Donatello used his bo staff to whack one's chest before spinning around once more and whacking its arm. "I agree with that sentiment, Raph. He should really get an upgrade. These are outdated models."

Raph rolled his eyes, "Forget I said anything..."

Splinter kicked Shredder in the gut, the rat jumped into the air and hit the helmet with both of his hands. Shredder managed to grab Splinter as he knelt before slamming his head onto the ground next to the crystal, which began to glow a white aura.

The ninjas took notice of this as the gem began to shake. "Uh, Donnie? Is it supposed to do that?!" Raph asked.

"I don't think so!" and with that, the turtles, Splinter, Shredder and the robots vanished. The room was silent, as though a battle was not just going on there.

"When we awoke we found ourselves in a field not too faraway from one of your villages, where we discovered your kind. Realizing that you may not like our methods or our uncanny appearance, we remained in the shadows."

Splinter had just finished telling the ponies the story of how he, his sons, and Shredder ended up in Equestria. They remained quiet the whole time, until Twilight broke the silence. "So, you're all from another world? Are there more like you?"

Donnie spoke up. "No. We're actually mutants. We used to be regular turtles until we fell into a puddle of mutagen..."

"Since I was the one who last touched them they were given human-like traits." Splinter added.

"But you're a rat!" Rainbow said.

"I was once a human, but I too was touching the mutagen, a rat touched me while I wasn't looking so I became the very person you're all looking at now. It is very fortunate that I retained my humanity."

"That is true," Applejack agreed. "I don't wanna think about if ya weren't in control."

Rarity flinched when thinking about a feral Splinter, though admittedly, the brothers had seen it once when Shredder held Splinter captive. They did not want those thoughts coming back and had hoped to change the subject.

"Anyway. We're hoping to stay here until we find Shredder and go home. We you have our word that we will not harm you." Leo reassured to the ponies.

Twilight answered almost immediately. "Alright. The five of you can stay in the castle. I'll write a letter to Princess Luna to tell her what's going on and warn Princess Celestia."

Meanwhile, outside the window, a dark force watched, 'Hmm... The ponies have gained a new ally. These turtles could prove a detriment in my plan against the ponies. I must find the one they speak of. The one they call Shredder.' the astral being said, beginning his search for the ninja master.

A Moment of Rest

With their origins out of the way, the turtles had decided to spend their day training and getting to know their new friends. Raph gagged upon hearing that last word. Leonardo went with Rainbow Dash as the pegasus was interested in a fight, to which the blue-masked turtle agreed. Michaelangelo went to Sugarcube Corner with Pinkie wanting to try out the sweets. Donatello stayed with Twilight wanting to study all he can about this world. Splinter left with Fluttershy, hearing that she takes care of animals, and wanting time to meditate agreed to help her.

That left Raphael working at the Apple Farm with Applejack and her family. The red-masked turtle groaned as he was forced to work. 'Either that or get stuck being measured by Rarity. And I don't feel like standing still for hours.' he thought.

"Here we are, Raph." Applejack said, the farmpony gesturing to the large barn.

"A lot smaller than I expected." he teased.

"Har har. Anyway, since you're gonna be workin' here, I gotta introduce ya to mah family." the mare said. Raphael groaned. "Are they gonna panic like everyone else in the town did?"

"Ah'm pretty sure mah sister won't throw a tomato at you." she said, holding back a snicker. Raph growled while wiping his face, he could still feel the juices on his face.

Applejack opened the door, where the first sight the turtle saw was an elder mare rocking on a chair. "Applejack? Ya bringin' boys to the farm? I hope he ain't trouble!" she yelled.

"Calm down, granny. This is Raphael. He's a new friend and he's gonna be helpin' around here for a bit." Applejack explained. After that, a large red stallion walked by. Raph spoke. "Let me guess. You're her brother."

"Eeyup." he answered before trotting out.

The turtle crossed his arms. "I think I see where this is headin'."

"Excuse me, mister?"

Raph's eyes widened at the sound. He looked down to see a young filly looking up at him with curious eyes. "What are ya?"

"A turtle," he answered bluntly. "Name's Raphael."

"Ya aren't like any turtle I've seen. By the way, I'm Applebloom. Ah also see ya don't have a cutie mark."

"A cutie whats-it?" Raph questioned.

"A cutie mark. A mark that appears on yer flank whenever ya discover your special talent. Applebloom and her friends have been searchin' for theirs for a long while." Applejack explained.

"Ooh! Applejack, can he join us when we go crusading?" the young filly asked hopefully. Raphael did not answer, as he honestly did not want to go, but the last thing he needed to do was to say no to the big puppy eyes that stared right in his soul. 'Sometimes I'm too darn nice.'

Applejack put a hoof on her chin. "Ah don't know. His brothers and him are gonna be busy later once we're all done here. We'll see. How about it, Raph?"

The turtle's eyes widened as he saw Applebloom's puppy eyes. Despite his resistance, he sighed. "Fine." he answered in a defeated tone. Applebloom cheered while she ran upstairs joyfully.

Applejack smiled. "Thank ya. Those girls can get outta hoof sometimes, it's nice to know that somepony's keepin' an eye on 'em."

"Yeah, whatever. Let's just get this work done," Raph shrugged off the deed he had done. The farmpony nodded and lead him to a nearby orchard filled with apple trees. The turtle inhaled. "Man, I haven't been on a farm in a long while."

"Huh. Didn't know you were ever on a farm. I thought ya stayed in the city." the mare wondered.

"We only went there as a spot to hide in when the city goes too out of control or whe we're too injured to fight." Raph said. "So, what am I doing here?"

"It's real simple." she kicked the tree, knocking the apples into the basket. "And that's it."

Raphael shrugged. "Alright. I think I got it." Applejack nodded at that. "Okay. I'll be workin' at the other side, let me know if you need help." the farmpony left to her workspot, leaving the turtle alone to do his job. He reared his fist back...

'It's just as I thought...'

Raphael stopped what he was doing to face the glowing pony, "Let me guess. Is this one of those only I can see you type things?" he asked the mare.

Solar spoke. 'Yes. So far I must say, despite not being as pure as the Star Child, you're still kind enough that you agreed to do all this. Including going with that filly to find her cutie mark. Why?'

"Why? Because I'm not some heartless jerk and I needed something to do." Raph answered, punching the tree hard enough for the apples to fall into the bucket below the branches. He smirked in satisfaction. "Anyway, you're better off looking for someone else. I'm not the hero that you say you need, Solar."

'For your information, I do have my eye on another hero as we speak. I will get to him soon enough, but my focus for now is getting you to show you what you can be.'

"Well, can't you just tell me?" he questioned the pony.

Solar shook her head. 'Sorry, but that's for you to find out. I bid you farewell for now...' Solar faded away, leaving Raphael to his thoughts and a whole bunch of apple trees to punch.

Michaelangelo munched on a tray of cupcakes Pinkie had given him. Frosting was all over his face by the time he finished. "Wow! This stuff is delicious!"

"I told you, Mikey!" she cheered with a smile. Raphael stormed his way inside, tired after spending what felt like forever punching trees. His hands were aching and he needed a break, so AJ told him to go meet Pinkie and Mikey at Supercube Corner once he was ready to break.

"Of course you're stuffing your face in." Raph said with a stern glare. Mikey smiled sheepishly at his brother. Pinkie looked at the weary turtle.

"C'mon, Raphy. Maybe a cupcake will cheer you up!" she bounced around the bakery into the kitchen and came back with a full cake in her hooves.

"Enjoy!" she bounced away, leaving Raphael alone. He slowly cut a piece and put it on a plate. Using a fork, he bit into the slice he made. A small smile formed on his face. "Huh. Not bad."

"See? I told you!" Pinkie appeared behind him, startling the turtle. 'And I'm suposed to be the ninja.' he thought.

"Told ya, dude. How about I have some!" Mikey yelled, trying to grab the cake. Raph held him back. "Sorry bro, but I had one heck of a day. This one's all mine."

Training

View Online

Leo closed his eyes, focused on meditation. He felt himself at peace, as though nothing could go wrong or distract him. He was kneeling, his hands placed upon his knees. He breathed slowly. The calm serene environment of the edge of Ponyville allowed such exercises without interruption.

"Hey, Leo!"

'Well, most interruptions...' Leonardo thought. He opened his eyes and stood up, looking up at the flying cyan pegasus with a slight scowl formed on his face. Rainbow Dash hovered, looking down at the ninja turtle with a smile.

"What is it?" Leo asked.

Rainbow landed next to the turtle. "You're a ninja, right?" she asked.

Leo raised a brow curiously, seriously wondering if she even had to ask that question. "Yeah. You heard that earlier and even saw us in action. Why do you ask?"

Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes. "Duh. Of course I know that. I was just wondering if you show me a couple moves, train me to be like ya!" she poked Leo's chest with a hoof.

"Being a ninja takes patience. Discipline. Something I'm sure you don't have." Leo replied, glancing at the eager mare. Rainbow sighed, knowing that already.

"I think I can handle it."

Leo turned away, thinking about this idea. He smirked as an idea popped in his head. He faced Rainbow Dash once more. "Alright. I'll train you. On one condition. You have to beat me." he explained. "And to make it fair, I won't use my weapons." he added, deciding to even the odds in her favor.

As he promised, Leonardo grabbed his katana and dropped them onto the grass. Rainbow gave a determined look and crouched. "Fair enough. You'll probably regret the decision once I throw ya across the forest."

Leo raised his fists, "I'll like to see you try."

"Don't blink." Rainbow Dash vanished in a blur, managing a hit on Leonardo. Leo heard her coming again, and jumped to the side, causing Dash to crashland. The pegasus spat out some grass that accidently landed in her mouth while getting up. Leo hopped back to his spot.

"That was beginner's luck!" she insisted, leaving the turtle to chuckle. "Too slow on the draw, huh?" he taunted.

This hit a nerve on Rainbow Dash, and in slight anger tried to attack Leonardo again by charging at him. The pegasus landed a punch on him, making Leo turn his head. Feeling pain, he spoke. "Not bad, but you're as impulsive as Raph."

Rainbow flew into the air, planning on throwing Leo onto the ground. The turtle saw the attack coming, but remained still. She yelled as she began to come down. Leo smiled, still in place. Right as Rainbow Dash was about to hit Leonardo, the turtle grabbed her hoof with both hands, and spun her slightly throwing her nearby.

Rainbow, despite her slight dizziness, managed to kick Leo with her backhooves. Feeling proud of herself, she became a blur again, leaving the ninja to track her with his senses.

Suddenly, before he could react, Leo felt something hit his chest, Rainbow kicked him pretty well, knocking the wind out of him. He held his gut, breathing. "You're pretty good." he admitted between gasps. After a moment, he got his breath back.

Leonardo heard Dash coming and in thr blink of an eye, jumped high into the air, avoiding her oncoming attack and landed on a tree branch. At this moment, the turtle saw her confused expression, wondering where he had went. 'Ninja stealth. Always works on my enemies.'

He jumped quietly and snuck behind the pegasus, and performed a sweep kick, tripping her. Rainbow Dash watched as Leo walked in front of her. "You need to work on your stealth and awareness." he told her. Rainbow smirked as she paid him back, by spinning on the ground and kicking him down.

Leo flipped back up in a matter of seconds. "I may have been wrong on that front. You still got the element of surprise," he admitted. "But that's not always gonna help you." he held her down with an elbow on her chest.

Rainbow groaned as she realized that the turtle beaten her. "Fine. You win. You don't have to teach me now."

"Actually..." Leo began. The pegasus perked up and got back onto her hooves, ready to listen to what the leader had to say. "Since you decided to help us, it'd be best if the six of you trained with us to face the Shredder. Because from the looks of it you're pretty uncoordinated. I'll ask Sensei about it later."

Dash's smile grew as he spoke before finishing, "Thank you, Leo! Finally I get to be a ninja master!"

"Fascinating..."

Donatello had finished reading another volume of 'History of Equestria' recommended by Twilight to catch him up on the world. The alicorn smiled at his enthusiasm. "I'm glad you like it, Donatello." she said. The two had been in the castle studying for the day while everyone else had left to fo their own thing.

The smart turtle was comparing his world to that of the princess sitting next to him. 'I have to admit. This world has a pretty interesting history behind it.'

"So, did you learn anything that could help?" Twilight asked.

Donnie nodded, "Yeah. I'll tell the others about what I learned so at the very least we have an advantage over Shredder in terms of location."

"That's good to hear. If you need any help, just me know. I've read and studied these books ever since I was a child." the alicorn sort of boasted.

"I'll take you up on that offer, Twilight."

Donnie grabbed another book from the shelf and propped it on the glass table right in front of him. He opened it and began reading the first page, but before he did, he looked at the purple alicorn who propped herself next to him on the chair, "So, how many more books are there that I should read?"

Twilight looked at the shelf. "Not too much," she answered. Donnie gave her a confused look. "But there's like fifty books still on the shelf." he pointed out.

"Exactly."

Days have passed since the turtles have arrived, and Raphael was growing more aggravated as time went on. It was the same routine everyday, go to the farm, help one of the other ponies, get some desert at Sugarcube Corner, and train. 'It's been almost a week, and we haven't even bothered searching for the Shredder!' he thought.

As of now, the ponies, turtles, and Splinter gathered in the castle. Raph scowled, while the others were unaware of his current atttiude by their inaction.

"Alright, girls. We need a plan." Leo began, but was cut off by an angered Raphael.

"Oh, so now you have a plan!?" he snapped.

Mikey and Donnie looked at their brother in frustration, "Raph, what the shell is wrong with you this time?"

"I'll tell ya what's wrong! We've been sitting in this town for almost a week, and we're just now deciding to figure out a plan!?" Raphael snarled, pissed off.

"Raphael, what has gotten into you?" Rarity asked.

Scoffing, Raphael replied, "What's gotten into me? What happened to stopping Shredder?! He could be doing God knows what across Equestria and we're just sitting around goofing off."

"That's enough from ya, Raph!" Dash spat.

"And what're ya gonna do?!"

Splinter slammed his staff on the ground hard, "RAPHAEL!" he began to scold, "I told you about this. We are all doing something. But we can't focus on Shredder all the time. So for now, calm down and rest. We are aware of the battles that lie ahead."

Panting, Raphael dropped his sai. "Alright. Fine. I'll stick around, but don't come cryin' ta me when Shredder nearly conquers one of your kingdoms or whatever." he added with a sigh, his voice now calm and no longer scratchy.

The Shredder led his army of Foot soldiers through the grassy and muddy terrain. "Ah, according to my scanner. The crystal should be not too faraway. I am surprised those turtles haven't followed me. Good, they will pay for trapping me in this pathetic world."

The Shredder noticed a town nearby. "Hm. Perhaps it's time I show the turtles what happens when you mess with the Shredder..." he said, looking at the sign, reading 'Welcome to Ponyville.'

"Yes. They will have no choice but to reveal themselves in response soon enough..."

"Oh thank you, Splinter!" Fluttershy said with a smile. The rat had decided to stay in with the meek pegasus, as it was the perfect spot to meditate in peace. That, and he enjoyed her company along with the large number of animals she cares for. Splinter had helped feed some birds and mice, happy to do so.

"It was no trouble at all, miss," he waved. "I'm just glad that I was able to calm them down." he said with a small chuckle with Fluttershy giggling in response.

The two heard a knock at the door. Fluttershy offered to open it. When she did, the pegasus noticed Leonardo standing there waiting for her to answer. "Hi, Fluttershy. Is Sensei here by any chance?"

"Why, yes. He's right in here." she answered, letting the turtle inside her house.

"Ah, Leonardo. I see you have finished your meditation," Splinter greeted his son with a wave. "What do wish to speak to me about?" he questioned.

"It's about the ponies, Sensei. Rainbow Dash had challenged me earlier, seeking training. I told her that I'd speak to you first about that and hear what you have to say," Leo explained, recalling his recent friendly bout with Rainbow.

"You are wise, Leonardo. I will leave that decision to you and your brothers. I have taught you four well enough that I have faith that you can teach these ponies on your own based on what everything you learned," Splinter said proudly at his son. "But do remember that I will help you if you truly need guidance." he finished. He used his cane to walk to the couch where Fluttershy sat with a cup of tea in her hooves.

"Did I hear that right?" the pegasus questioned. "You're g-going to teach us something?"

Leo raised a hand. "I'll explain later, Fluttershy."

"Don't. Say. Anything." Raphael growled. Rarity had somehow made him agree to help fit for some clothes designs that she plans on making, based off the turtles' figures. The annoyed turtle remained as still as can be, thanks to years of training thanks to Splinter, while the fasionista measured his body with a roll of tape measure.

Michaelangelo decided to come along, with thr unicorn asking Raph at Sugarcube Corner, and as expected, burst into laughter upon the sight of Raphael trying on dresses by the unicorn's request.

"Real funny, brother." the turtle said through gritted teeth.

"Ha!" he laughed. "Y-You look so 'pretty' Raph!" Mikey panted in a mocking tone, doing his best to breathe.

"Ha ha. Once I'm done, I'll be sure to stuff these clothes down your throat. Then we'll see who looks 'pretty'." Raphael threatened, remaining still. Rarity sighed.

"Well aren't you quite the gentlepony." she said sarcastically, sewing a thread with a needle. Her attention shifted once the ring of a small bell jingled through the boutique. A turtle walked inside.

"Oh boy..."

"Hi Rarity. Is Raph here by any..." he immediately stopped once he saw Raphael. The unicorn looked at the stiff turtle nervously.

"Yes, darling?"

Leo raised a hand to point, expression not changing. At this point, Mikey was rolling on the floor in hysteria. "C'mon Leo! It's pretty darn funny!" he tried to argue with his brother, but instead earned a snicker.

"I'll show ya funny!"

Raphael tackled Mikey, causing him to scream in pain while the angered turtle bended back his leg. "UNCLE! UNCLE!" he begged, slamming his fist on the ground as fast and hard as he can. Leaving Leo and Rarity to shake their heads.

"The nerve of someponies." Rarity sighed.

"That's not why I'm here. I need your guys' help. Tell the others to meet back at the castle." Leonardo told his brothers.

Raph raised his hands off his younger brother. "What's the plan this time? We finally takin' the fight to Shredder?"

"Is everything alright, Leonardo?" the unicorn wondered.

"Yeah, I'm good. But we're not facing Shredder quite yet. Though this is related to that.

'Are you alright, Raphael?'

Solar gazed upon the turtle, who rolled his eyes. They were on their way to the castle, and nopony was around to hear the conversation "Oh, it's just you again. What do ya want this time?" he questioned, stopping his walk to continue the conversation he was having with the imaginary pony.

'What was with the outburst, yesterday?'

The turtle let out a light chuckle before he frowned, "Yeah, that's me. The angry one. It's nothin' against my brothers or even the ponies. It's just that Shredder should be a high priority for us and they should know that."

'And why is that a priority to you?'

"Because that man is pure evil. He will do whatever it takes to lure us out. Last thing I want is for my brothers and I to have unnecessary blood on our hands because we didn't do anything," the turtle admitted. "The ponies shouldn't have even gotten involved in the first place, since now Shredder will try to hurt them now."

'I see. I wish I could continue this conversation, but I must attend to a robot in another dimension,' Solar began to say when she began to fade, 'Until we meet again, Raphael.'

"There's an entire kingdom made of crystal?!" Donatello aaked in disbelief, his eyes never leaving the book. Twilight glanced at the history novel and proceeded to answer his question.

"Yeah. The Crystal Empire."

"Which I am the hero of!" the two heard Spike boast from inside another room, his voice echoing as if to drive the point in.

"Anyway... i take it you read about Sombra's reign?" Donnie nodded to Twilight's question.

"All these novels keep mentioning a Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. I take it they're the rulers of this land, and have been for apparently a thousand years?"

"The Princesses used the Elements of Harmony as they were the original wielders. They handled every threat back then." the alicorn explained.

"Uh-huh." Donnie replied.

A creaking sound was heard, drawing the attention of everyone in the castle. Leonardo, Raphael, Michaelangelo walked in with Splinter, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Rarity behind the turtles.

"What is it guys?" Donatello questioned, him, Twilight and Spike waiting nearby. Leonardo told him the same thing he told everyone else. "We gotta discuss how we're gonna handle this." he said simply.

"Okay. The reason we got here was because of a Warp Crystal. The only way to get back is to find one, and that means Shredder will do whatever it takes to do so. Rainbow Dash gave me the idea and I'm willing to see this through with the help of our Master Splinter if needed, but I need your cooperation."

"But, Leo. What are ya doing?" Raph asked. "We don't even know where the Shredder's at!"

"Exactly, and since that is the case. I want to know if you're all willing to train to prepare yourselves. Shredder is unlike anything you have ever faced."

"Good thing you don't have to deal with his stupid goons like Bebop and Rocksteady all the time," Mikey whispered to Pinkie. "They can be dumber than bricks."

"And that's sayin' a lot comin' from you." Raph quipped.

"Uh, Leo-" Applejack began.

"AAAHHHH!" a scream was heard from outside, alarming everyone inside the castle.

"-Nevermind." she decided, and followed everyone outside. The turtles could not believe what they were seeing, and neither could the ponies. Foot bots were attacking the civilians, raiding the houses and of course leading it was none other than...

"SHREDDER!"

Battle Against Shredder

Though most of his face was covered, the ponies and turtles could see the glare the ninja was giving them. "Ah, the turtles. And Hamato Yoshi. I have finally found you." he gloated, pointing at his nemesis.

"Why are you here, Saki?" Splinter asked, clemching his fists in anger.

Shredder looked around him. "To lure you out, of course. But it seems that was not necessary. You all are together. Perfect. Now I can end the Hamato Clan once and for all whilw the ponies who belive you to be their saviors watch."

Leonardo looked at the ponies. "Girls. We'll discuss the whole training thing later. For now, we need you to fend for everypony here and get everypony to safety. My brothers and I will handle Chrome-Dome and his goons."

"But Leo-" Fluttershy began.

Raph spoke up. "No buts! We don't want anyone gettin' hurt because of ol' Bucket-Head's attack!"

Applejack nodded. "Right. C'mon girls, we gotta get everypony outta here. The turtles can handle this."

Everypony was relunctant at first. After all, it was their town that was in danger, but as of now none of them stand a chance to fighting any of the Footbots, let alone the Shredder himself. So with slight hesitation, the ponies left the ninjas to fight the battle for now.

Raphael charged first, stabbing a robot with his sai. He yanked his hand out of the robot's chest, allowing it to fall. The red-masked turtle elbowed another robot before slicing the head off with his weapon. Sighing, he grabbed the same one's arm before ripping it out, causing it to short-circuit.

Donatello turned swiftly, knocking a number of Foot soldiers down with his bo-staff, and pressed a small hidden button near the top, revealing a blade that stabbed through each one, disabling them. He poked another bot with the other end of the stick before spinning the staff in his and hitting it on the head with the end that had the blade.

Michaelangelo spun his nunchucks around, hitting a robot charging at him with his head. He moved his hand so that instead of feeling the blunt of his weapon, the robot would get karate-chopped instead. In the blink of an eye, Mikey jumped backwards, landing on a Foot bot's shoulders. "Cowabunga!" he yelled while hitting the Foot bot's back with his nunchucks. He kicked it, and used his weapon to hit the head off by sheer force.

Leonardo held out his katana blades. He sighed, knowing that the robots were outmatched. With a lunge, he stabbed a robot through its chest with relative ease. Another Foot soldier was coming in from behind him. Pulling out his sword, he kicked the oncoming robot away before slicing off its right arm. One appeared, holding a large sword. Leo side-stepped the attack and hit the robot with his blades, removing its head. Panting, he ran to aid his brothers.

Meanwhile, Splinter was fighting Shredder. He blocked his enemy's stab with two fingers. Doing so, he grabbed the gauntlet's blades and pulled Shredder toward him. The rat punched the ninja master in the face, stunning him briefly. Shredder hissed, shoving Splinter with a powerful push.

Splinter coughed, feeling the force of the attack on his chest, "That's it... You shall harm this land no longer!" he declared, scratching Saki's armor hard enough so that the costume was ripped and scratch marks were seen on his helmet, but none of this even dared to scare Shredder.

Shredder growled at the action and countered by hitting Splinter in the gut. Yoshi held his stomach in pain, while Shredder took this moment to counter with his own attack. The ninja tried to grab Splinter's throat using his blades, but Leonardo jumped in and blocked the move with his blades.

He gritted his teeth as his muscles tensed, hoping to cover long enough for the others to do what they need to. Shredder growled, bringing more force to his attack in hopes of weakening the leading turtle to submission. Leo managed to move his arms slightly upwards, bringing back Shredder's arm slightly.

Shredder scowled, and kicked Leonardo in the chest, causing him to lose breath and release his block. Before Shredder could end him, Raphael leaped into the air and kicked the ninja in the head, making him pause. While stunned, Michaelangelo ran to Leonardo and held him up. "Easy, bro." he told him. Leo nodded and exhaled.

"Thanks you two."

Meanwhile, Donatello and Splinter were holding back the Foot Bots coming after them. Donnie held up his staff. He pushed it forward, shoving away some robots. Splinter ducked underneath a soldier's sword swipe and did a sweep-kick, tripping it. Donnie grabbed a small orb and threw it down, releasing smoke. While covered, the two ninjas finished off the remaining robots surrounding them.

"I will enjoy having your heads on a mantle." Shredder said, growling. He held down on Raph's sai. The turtle panted, making sure that Saki does not actually follow on that threat.

"Easy for you to say, Chrome-Dome. Ya gotta get me first."

Before he could move again, Shredder felt something wrap around his right arm, turning around, he saw that Michaelangelo had used his nunchucks to do trap his arm and distract him long enough to be hit by a surprise attack delivered by the red masked turtle. Struggling, the Shredder got to one knee to remove the chain holding him back.

After removing the nunchuck chain from around his arm, Shredder grabbed the other handle and threw it over his head, tossing Michaelangelo in the process, causing the orange masked turtle to land face first into the grass, barely holding onto his nunchucks and his head spinning.

Getting back up, Mikey saw Leo running and he followed. Leonardo blocked Shredder's wrist blades, allowing Mikey to strike with his own punch to Oroku Saki's jaw. "This is it, Shredder!" Leo announced to his enemy. In the process, Michaelangelo managed to regrab his trademark weapon and spin it in his hands.

Shredder growled, slamming his fists on the ground and slapping Leonardo away," You will pay for that, turtle." he spat. Mikey stuck his tounge out in jest, angering the man greatly. Shredder threw a ninja star at Mikey, who barely avoided it stabbing his shoulder.

Raph yelled as he punched Shredder. "I'll show ya what happens when you harm this town and my brothers, Bucket Breath!" he warned, hitting the ninja with the hilt of his weapon. Shredder felt the blunt of the weapon, but got back fast enought to smack the sai out of Raphael's hands, leaving him open to attack.

Shredder grabbed Raphael by the throat. "Do not threaten me, turtle..." he hissed before slamming the red-masked turtle onto the ground. Splinter watched and leaped, ready to face his nemesis once more.

"You dare hurt my sons?"

"Oh, I dare Hamato Yoshi." Shredder gloated.

"Okay girls, I think we got everypony to safety." Twilight said, watching as a large crowd of ponies ran past the six.

"What about the turtles? We can't just leave 'em to fight that Shredder guy!" Applejack shouted. "We got everypony outta here before gettin' hurt, but ah think it's high time we do somethin' to save Ponyville."

Rainbow Dash nodded. "Yeah! We should go back there and give that Shredder guy a piece of our minds!" she said.

The alicorn shook her head. "As much as I want to, remember how much trouble the Foot soldiers gave us?"

"He caught me off guard! This time I'll show them." Dash tried to assure, to no avail.

"That ruffian came here without knowing they were here. What would've happened if we never found the turtles?" Rarity questioned. "Surely we would've had to fight them as much as I hate to admit it."

"I don't know what we would've done... But those... Things are endangering us..." Fluttershy spoke up. "And our friends..."

Twilight sighed, realizing that arguing against this topic was pointless. "Fine. We'll find a way to stop those Foot bots from destroying anymore of Ponyville. Pinkie, get your party cannon." a large smile formed upon Pinkie's face upon hearing this.

"Oh yeah!" Dash cheered.

Fighting Their Battles

Donatello flipped, jumping off a rooftop ambushed by Foot Robots surrounding him. The genius landed on one knee and looked up, watching the remaining robots leap right for him. He pulled out his staff and held it backwards, ready to strike once they're close enough.

But, before the ninja robots could attack, they were suddenly bombarded by a blast of confetti. Donnie looked to his left and saw Pinkie Pie holding a large cannon. "Pinkie? What the shell are you doing here!?" he questioned the pink pony's sanity in coming back to the battle.

"I thought these meanies could use some confetti." the party pony answered sinisterly with a smirk. The ninjas got up, slightly damage from the force of the blast. Donnie noticed this and used the blade on his staff to slice off the heads, watching as the bodies explode upon contact with his weapon. The genius noticed that the ponies could handle themselves and chose not to argue their involvement for now.

"Thanks for the help." he said, Pinkie giving a salute right after.

Shredder hissed in pain, looking at a bruise on the uncovered part of his arm due to Michaelangelo using his nunchucks to tightly hold his limb back. He really tightened his grip. Splinter used this to his advantage, attempting strike at any area that the Shredder left uncovered. Using his time wisely, Hamato Yoshi stuck out two fingers and struck hard at the sore areas.

"It's over, Oroku Saki. Leave, or I will have no choice but to end you for good." Splinter warned.

The Shredder laughed. "As if you could do so, Yoshi. You always were weak."

"Your hatred clouds your judgement," Splinter spoke. He leaned to avoid a swipe from the Shredder, who growled as he continued to attack the ninja master. "Just give up. We will find a way back to our world. This is not the way to do so."

"As if you know the way, Hamato Yoshi." Shredder hissed, grabbing Splinter by the throat once again. As he raised his hand, Shredder was blasted by a strange purple projectile. When the elder rat turned around, he saw Twilight, her horn glowing the same purple aura that hit the Shredder. Splinter bowed in respect.

"I must thank you, Twilight. But why are you here?"

The alicorn looked at the master. "Because we can't leave you to fight this. This is our home, and we're gonna help protect it."

"Very well," Splinter nodded. "Let's find my sons."

Shredder staggered onto his feet and ran to the rat and pony. On a rooftop, Applejack stood waiting for the right time. Once she saw Shredder pass her, the earth pony leaped into the air, forcing her hooves down on the ninja's back. The Shredder hissed in pain, feeling the hooves land on him.

"Are ya all right?" Applejack asked the two.

Splinter nodded. "Thank you, Applejack. I am surprised you managed a hit on Saki like that."

Applejack kicked the air. "I've been buckin' trees for years, Splinter. Mah hooves can handle the force."

Shredder took this moment to make a hasty retreat, realizing that his soldiers' numbers were dwindling.

Leonardo panted, the Foot bots getting the better of him. He moved his hand backwards, slicing another robot in two. In a split-second, he managed to block a strike delivered by another robot with his blades. Pushing them, he found an opening and stabbed it through again.

Unknown to him, two robots were behind him, already drawing their swords. They dealt their hands back, ready for the killing blow, but something knocked the weapons out of their grips. A rainbow blur struck the robots once more, removing their heads in the process. Rainbow Dash hovered above the exhausted Leonardo, who smiled.

Meanwhile, Michaelangelo, and Raphael went to check on Splinter. "Ya alright, Sensei?" Raph asked. He saw Twilight standing with him. "What the shell are ya still doin' here?" he questioned loudly.

"No time. We must give chase to Shredder now." the rat ordered. The turtles nodded and ran off to warn their brothers. Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michaelangelo regrouped with the ponies. "Okay, girls. We thank you for helping, but unfortunately, Bucket Breath's getting away." the two had tried to chase Shredder, but he sent back-up to hold them off until he was out of sight. Leonardo saw this ruse and chased anyway.

"That's it!" Leonardo snarled, jumping into the air and drawing his swords down on Shredder. The ninja master turned around and blocked the strike right on time. Shredder growled, holding back Leo's katanas from slicing his armor.

"You have made a foolish decision, Leonardo." Shredder warned him in his usual deep voice.

"The only fool I see is you, Shredder!"

Leo moved his swords to the left, causing Shredder to mirror the leader's actions. "I don't have time to play around anymore, Leonardo. Next time we meet, it will be your end."

Shredder stopped the collision and threw a smoke bomb, causing Leonardo to cough. By the time he opened his eyes, Shredder was already gone.

Leonardo returned to Ponyville to see that all the Foot soldiers everyone else was fighting vanished as well, "I got bad news, guys. Shredder got away." he looked down upon the broken parts of the robots they all destroyed together.

Raph groaned. "Of course he did. And he brought what was left of his minions with him too. That means we're gonna be here longer." he groaned, not wanting to waste anymore time in this dimension.

"Yes!" Mikey cheered. "Now how about we clean up and throw ourselves a sick party!?"

"You're speaking my language." Pinkie replied with a large smile on her face.

Shredder held his side, gasping from exhaustion. "Cursed turtles. Those ponies are tougher than I originally believed..." he panted, tired from running. Saki noticed that he was deep in a large forest, hardly able to see the sky due to the large amount of trees, the only thing he could see was the setting sun. "They may present a problem to me and my plan after all... That must be rectified..."

'Well, well, well...' a voice laughed. Shredder turned his head, attempting to spot the source of the noise. When he was unable to, he leaned on a tree, watching as his remaining Foot robots arrived at his location.

"Show yourself!" the ninja ordered.

'I can't reveal myself just yet, but I must say that was a commendable performance," the voice complimented. 'It seems we share a common enemy. The ponies.'

Shredder clenched his gloved fists. "Yes... As much as I hate to admit it, those six ponies will most likely be a thorn on my side like Hamato Yoshi's mutant children."

'I see... You crossed paths with the Elements of Harmony. They're the so-called protectors of Equestria. They found me once, but I was foiled by their dragon friend. But I have come back, and I will have my revenge.'

"You... Who are you and why are you speaking to me?" Oroku Saki questioned. The voice laughed once more.

'You may call me King Sombra, and I have a proposition for you. I have been watching you and the turtles since you all arrived. I can help you find a Warp Crystal to return home, without worrying about the turtles following you.'

The Shredder knelt on the ground, watching a black ball covered in a shadowy aura fly around him, Sombra's being as it were. "Very well. On one very simple condition. I kill Hamato Yoshi and his sons myself." the ninja demanded.

'Ah, Shredder. Of course I can grant you that much. It's the least I can do for my partner. I know where you can find a crystal. You just have to follow me.'

At Sugarcube Corner, Pinkie held a party celebrating the turtles' first public appearance and them saving Ponyville from Shredder and his Foot Clan. Many ponies had questions for them, the standard ones anyway, but one of them kept bugging them with the same subject and was currently talking to Raphael, much to his annoyance and trying his best to get her off of his case and enjoy himself in peace until the party was over..

"Are you connected to humans?" Lyra asked Raph.

The turtle groaned. "I told ya a dozen times already, we're MUTANTS! Not humans!" he rubbed his temple. "We should'a brought April an' Casey..." he sighed. 'They could'a dealt with her instead.'

Meanwhile, Michaelangelo was conversing with some ponies, showing off his acrobatic ninja skills as expected with Rainbow Dash as well. Splinter and Donatello took charge in explaining their origins and their world, well the parts that should be told anyway. Some parts were not meant to be heard for innocent beings such as the ponies.

Leonardo sighed, holding a cup of punch. With a satisfied smile on his face, he sipped his drink, savoring the taste of something that's not water. Twilight looked at the leading turtle and trotted to him. "Hey, Leo. Are you okay?"

Leo nodded. "Yeah, I'm actually fine," he told the alicorn. "I'm just tired. Our battle against Shredder would've been hopeless without your help. I guess we didn't have to teach ya, did we?" he wondered, referring to his offering to train the six ponies.

Applejack overheard the conversation, and went to them. She grabbed her own cup and drank it. "Are ya kiddin'? Knowing ponies like Shredder, he'll find some way to stop us," she said. "Ah mean, you're all ninjas, right?"

"Yeah. But still, you held your own against the Foot soldiers unlike last time!"

"We were admittedly holding back, I think Rainbow and I were unsure if they were organic and didn't want to overdo it." Twilight admitted. "We don't usually resort to violence."

"That makes sense," Leo replied. "I guess we'll hold off on training until we get properly rested."

Finding Their Purpose

"Can't believe I agreed to do this..." Raph muttered under his breath, so his 'company' couldn't hear him. The turtle had agreed to help the Cutie Mark Crusaders in getting their cutie marks. Unfortunately for him, that meant babysitting a bunch of easily excited foals. 'I've never been good with handlin' kids.' he told himself.

Raphael quietly sat in their small clubhouse, trying his best to make sure he doesn't bump his head on the ceiling or his body into anything else. A few days have passed since Shredder attacked and retreated. And CMC wanted Raph to go with them after he rested. The three fillies circled one another, wondering what they should try next.

"I don't know..." Sweetie Belle said.

"Ah agree, Scootaloo. He doesn't look like he wants to do much." Applebloom mumbled to the orange pegasus, the pony turning around to see the grouchy turtle.

"It's worth a try." Scootaloo replied.

"Can't believe I skipped out on training for this." he muttered once again, making sure once more that the fillies did not hear him. He closed his eyes and sighed, keeping his temper in check for once.

"How about sky-diving?"

A vein popped in Raphael's head. He opened his eyes quickly and hunched upward, "Are ya stupid? Is this what 'crusading' is like for you three?!" he asked in sheer disbelief.

Sweetie Belle shook her head. "Nope. We do this almost every week. Though...," the unicorn glared at Scootaloo. "Someponies try to go for the more risky activities."

Scootaloo smiled sheepishly. "I'm not gonna be as cool as Rainbow Dash if we stick to lame things like singing, or construction."

"What we wanted to know, is if ya can teach us to be ninjas." Applebloom butted in, hoping to change the topic of conversation. The turtle sitting down exhaled.

He looked at the young earth pony and smirked. "I think I got somethin' better in mind for you."

Outside the clubhouse, a bunch of wooden poles were standing in rows. Raphael perched himself on a pole in the center of the bunch, holding a stick of his own. "The game's simple. Ya have to balance on each of these poles without falling off, and remove the branch from my hand," he explained the rules. "Any questions?"

An orange hoof raised a hand. "Uh, yes. I got a question." Scootaloo began, her back on the ground. "How are we supposed to get to you if we can't even stand on five-inch poles?" after saying that she attempted to perch once again, only to fall on her back again.

"Ah agree with Scootaloo." Applebloom said, falling on her face after making yet another hopeless attempt.

"Ugh. Why must you torture us?" Sweetie Belle whined, pressing her hooves on the sticks, trying her best to ignore the pain pressing her limbs causes.

Raph rolled his eyes. "Fine. We'll do somethin' ya want. If only if it'd get you to stop complainin'." he informed.

"CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS ANIMAL CARETAKERS!"

The three fillies had worn protection suits, ensuring thst they do not get stung. They even gave Raphael his own hat since he didn't fit in a suit, much to his chagrin obviously. The turtle groaned and decided to go with it. 'If it keeps their mouths shut and I can get this done quicker, then I can at least say it was worth it. Mostly. After all they probably only have like one idea today. Right? What's the worst that could happen?'

"AH! THE BEES!" Raphael yelled, running away from a large swarm of bees chasing after him because Scootaloo thought it was a good idea to whack a bee-hive with a shovel so they could start 'nurturing them'. Where she got the shovel and that idea, nopony knows. Sweetie Belle used her magic to life a bucket full of water and splashed it.

"Uh... Sweetie Belle?" Applebloom began, pointing the unicorn to Raphael, who was currently soaked in water while the bees continued to circle him without any sign of stopping.

CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS BAKERS!"

Michaelangelo gagged, forcing himself to swallow the muffin the filles made. The muffin in question was a sickly green and for some reason was glowing. Pinkie Pie's face turned the same shade of green upon tasting it, it according to her tasting like cardboard, paper, and hair.

Raphael managed a smirk at his brother's reaction. 'Yep. Worth it.'

"CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS BOOK ORGANIZERS!"

Twilight twitched upon the sight of the bookshelf. The alicorn attempted to form a smile, albeit a very fake one. "N-Nice job... Girls..." she studdered to the CMC. Raphael shook his head at the annoyed Twilight. 'Where did I go wrong?' he wondered in his head.

When the four left, Donatello walked to the shaken alicorn. "Uh, what's wrong, Twilight?" he asked her.

Twilight used her magic to lift a book from the shelf the CMC organized earlier. Looking at the title, the turtle was confused, until Twilight explained. "They put the books out of order. They should be in alphabetical order."

Raphael rubbed his head, "Ugh. Are we done yet? I think we burned down a house after ya three became fire-fighters." he pointed to the slightly burned building behind him.

The fillies looked at each other. "Yeah. For now, anyway..." Sweetie Belle answered.

"Do ya want to join us again next time?" Applebloom asked.

"Ah, no for right now. I got to train with my brothers," Raph replied with the wave of a hand. He shrugged. "But if ya give Mikey more of your cupcakes, I might reconsider."

"Thank you, Raphael!" the three cheered, smiles beaming from their faces. Causing Raphael to smile also.

Luna's moon shone over the town of Ponyville, and everypony was back inside sleeping for the night. The turtles returned to the castle in their rooms.

Inside his mind, Raphael was having a conversation with a being he had encountered a few times before this very night. Solar, with her hood and cloak still covering her body, gestured to the turtle. The turtle shrugged. "What do ya want with me this time, huh?" he asked, not surprised by her presence.

'The time is near, Raphael. Very soon, you shall prove whether or not you can overcome the challenges that lie ahead.' Solar said cryptically to the confused turtle.

Raph shook his head. "Alright, I have no idea what the shell yer talkin' about. So cut it with the nonsense and spill the beans." he attempted to poke the mare, but his finger phased through her, as though she didn't exist.

'You will figure this all out soon enough, Raphael. Before I leave I will bid you one last hint. Always think of your brothers and those close to you. The light will appear at the end of the grim tunnel.'

Meeting Royalty

Raph woke up once again. The turtle rubbed his head, feeling some slight pain. "Man, could that Solar pony be anymore confusin'?" he asked himself, hoping no one heard him. He stretched, loosening his stiff limbs and placed his feet on the floor, ready for a new day to ready himself to face Shredder, with or without his brothers.

He blocked the sunlight with his hands, trying to best not to go blind. He assumed that his brothers were waiting for him, possibly to plan their next step in stopping Shredder and finding a way to finally get home. Or to at least follow up on Leo's promise to train the ponies to face the Shredder once the time came. At least, he hoped that was the case. He wasn't going to go off on them unless they really start to take too long.

Raph opened the door to his room and made his way to the Crystal Map. "I bet Mikey would love to eat a pizza on this." he mumbled to himself, feeling a little hungry. He sighed, remembering that this world for the most has only plant-related food, and that meant no pizza. The turtle shook his head and continued searching for his family and the ponies.

He opened another large pair of doors, the noise echoing across the large castle. Raph's eyes went from gazing at the ponies and turtles to the two alicorns standing before them. "About time, Raph." Leo quipped.

"Ah, so you must be Raphael." the white alicorn greeted, her rainbow mane flowing magestically despite there being no wind. Raphael was not a turtle to bow to anyone willingly except for his Sensei, so he crossed his arms after giving the alicorn a kinda friendly wave as his way of showing some respect.

"Raph," Twilight hissed through gritted teeth, clearly annoyed by his rebellious actions. She fixed her composure to give a proper introduction., "These are the princesses of Equestria, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. Show some respect!" she glared at Raphael once more.

Luna raised a brow at the turtle. "Thou take it you are not one to bow to royalty?"

Raph waved a hand. "Nah." he replied in an instant.

"So, why are you here, Princess Celestia?" Donatello asked.

"Are we being knighted?" Mikey questioned, a huge grin on his face.

Celestia shook her head. "No, Michaelangelo," she smiled at his question. "Twilight and Spike sent a letter to us in Canterlot about your arrival last night. We came immediately to get to know you."

"Wow. That fast?" Donnie wondered.

Spike stepped in. "I've always been able to send letters to Princess Celestia and Princess Luna with my breath." he explained, holding a curled piece of paper.

"Huh." was all Donatello said in response.

"This Shredder," Luna began. "Was he the one who sent his ninjas to Manehattan for the past couple moons?" she asked, recalling the reason the Ambassadors of Harmony found the turtles to begin with.

Leonardo nodded. "Yeah, but we were there to stop them before they could do anything major. The ninjas attacking them," he gestured to the six. "Was the first time they encountered with anypony from this world. Possibly because they overheard you stopping them and wanting the to get the job done silently."

Celestia put a hoof on her chin. "What can you tell us about his plan, Leonardo?"

"We're not sure. He stole some crystal in our world, but during one of our scuffles, it brought us here," Leo explained, trying to figure things out at the moment. "Now, we're just trying to figure out a way to prepare for his return, stop him, and for us to go back to New York."

Raph rolled his eyes. "Obviously, he's planning to find that same crystal or something like it."

"Wait... Twilight," Donnie began to the purple alicorn. "Have you read anything about these kinds of crystals?"

"Actually," Luna spoke up. "Back before Sombra was banished," she said. "I had heard legends of powerful gems that can take you anywhere beyond our realm with a simple spell."

"I'm surprised you remembered those, Luna." Celestia told her sister. "I made sure those legends were debunked to ensure the safety of our people. After all, they were enchanted by Starswirl the Bearded and hidden away in the Crystal Empire."

"The Crystal Empire?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Did Sombra know about them?"

Celestia and Luna shook their heads. "As far as we know, he did not, but its something to be kept secret within this room."

"Of course, Princess." Rarity said.

"So, are we gonna go down to the Crystal Empire and find some secret crystals?" Dash asked, speaking as though she ready to face Shredder again.

"No, you all need time to prepare. We'll tell Cadence and Shining Armor of your upcoming arrival." Celestia told them.

"And you five," Luna faced the turtles and Splinter. "Thank you for keeping Manehattan safe."

Michaelangelo waved a hand. "Aw, it was nothin'! They were too scared to show themselves anyhow!"

"We shall aid you if needed, but for now we must return to our duties in Canterlot." Celestia said before she and Luna vanished in a bright aura, teleporting them to their chariot.

"So. That happened." Raph said, bringing noise to the silence that followed their leave. "What the shell do we do now?"

"Can we start the training?" Pinkie asked. "I always wanted to be a ninja! Or was it a samurai? Or maybe it was to be a wolf. I can never tell the difference."

Splinter looked at the curious pink pony. "Actually, my sons. I do believe that they should start very soon. If the princesses are correct, then we may not have much time before Shredder discovers what we know."

"Alright!" Mikey shouted.

"Is there any place we can do this without having to show off in the middle of Ponyville." Leonardo asked the ponies.

"Um..." Fluttershy began. "T-There is one place, but... no one really goes there."

"What are you talking about?" Donnie inferred.

"She's talkin' about the Everfree forest." Applejack replied. "It's a dangerous place to be. Ah don't recommend goin' down there at anytime of the day."

"Hah! As if we'd be scared of that! When we were forced to stay at a farm to recover from a battle against Shredder, we fought some seriously strange creatures and ghosts!"

"G-Ghosts!?" Fluttershy yelped.

"Ah, don't worry about that, Fluttershy!" Rainbow Dash said. "We can take down any ghosts. Even though there are none in the Everfree forest anyway."

"Hm. A forest, huh?" Leo spoke. "We can go there for your training. I don't care what you say. The first step to becoming a ninja, is to not overcome your fear, but prove yourself brave enough to face any challenge standing in your way."

"Got that from Splinter?" Mikey jokingly asked.

Leo whispered to his younger brother, "Fortune cookie, but they don't need to know that. Now, any questions before we head inside to begin?"

"Yeah, just one." Twilight raised her hoof.

"Well, ask away." Donnie told them.

"WHAT!?" the six ponies shouted at once.

Training in the Everfree

"Are you sure this is the best course of action?" Rarity asked, gagging at the sight of mud on her once clean hoof. Raph rolled his eyes, clearly used to the fashionista's reactions to the slightest speck dust lying on anything she owns, let alone stepping a hoof into dirt or mud.

"Yeah, unless ya want Chrome Case to destroy your town and all of Equestria for good." the turtle said bluntly. The six equines stared at him with either wide eyes or a blank stare, as though they were frustrated at this point with his unnerving and very rough attitude.

"Wow, Raph. Way to be blunt." Mikey told him in a sarcastic tone. Raph shrugged.

"Hey, if it gets 'em to listen, then I can get away with it."

Leo looked at his brother. "I hate to admit it, but he's kinda right. They're not gonna go in there unless we convince them." he pointed his thumb at the ponies, noticing that they were in fact very afraid of even stepping foot onto their future training ground.

"I still wonder what's in here that's making them so conflicted to go in. Maybe there's paranormal phenomena in there." Donnie wondered, looking ahead at the dark group of trees that make up the entrance to the Everfree forest.

Fluttershy gulped, not ready to go in the forest. In fact nearly all of the ponies were hesitant to enter, except Rainbow Dash who hovered over the others, crossing her hooves putting on quite the brave face in front of her friends.

"C'mon, girls. We can do this."

"Ah don't know, Rainbow. This seems a little too crazy." Applejack told her pegasus friend. Dash sighed.

"As much as I don't want to, we need to," Twilight reminded them. "Shredder could come back at any given moment, then what would we do if the turtles aren't there?" the six shared glances at one another before looking at the alicorn.

"Very well, Twi." Applejack agreed.

"Finally." Raph whispered. "The sooner we get this done, the sooner we can jump into action."

"The purpose of this hike is to find your true self." Leo explained to the girls, who sat quietly in their spots. "In order to do so, you must be one with your environment."

"But since we're sitting here then doesn't that mena we are one with the forest?" Pinkie Pie questioned, raising a hoof from her position.

Leonardo looked at the pink pony. "And that also includes pure silence." he added, causing Pinkie to lower her hoof.

"I like this exercise already." Raph quipped.

The mares closed their eyes in meditation. The turtles sat down and did the same. 'Finally. The sooner we can train them, the sooner we can get outta this world.' Raphael thought, inhaling and smelling the fresh air around him.

The ponies were deep in thought, focusing their minds on one matter, stopping Shredder.

An hour passed, everyone as still as a statue. Everything was silent, until Rainbow Dash groaned. "Can we get on with the good stuff, already?" she asked, hitting her hooves on the ground in annoyance.

Leo opened an eye. "Nope," he replied with a smirk. "Just give it time. Sensei trained us like this too."

Raph sighed, "Heck, even I got bored. But be quiet and focus, the sooner the better, right?" he tried to shut them up, so he can get some quiet time in this dimension.

"Raph's got a point, Dash," Applejack told the impatient pegasus. "Ya aren't gonna get much done by complainin'."

"As much as I want be done this also," Rarity began. "We must be at our best, Rainbow."

"Ugh. Fine." Dash said in a defeated tone, getting back into position with a angered look on her face before fading into a look of calmness.

"Hey, before we can continue. We should explain the four rules that Sensei taught us?" Mikey suggested. "Y'know, just to give them the basics?"

"Alright," nodded Leo. "Smart thinking, Mikey."

Whispers and murmurs were heard among the turtles, much to the annoyance of the ponies, "Well, don't leave us hangin'! What are they?" Rainbow Dash questioned.

Raphael was the first to speak, "We live by the code of martial arts."

"Never fight unless someone else starts." Leonardo continued.

Donatello held up a hand, "Always stick together no matter what."

And fainally, Michaelangelo cracked his knuckles, "And if all else fails, then it's time to kick butt!"

"So, that's what Splinter taught ya?" Applejack questioned.

"Yep. And we've lived by it for years now," Donatello explained. "Follow that motto, and you're one step closer to being a ninja."

"Makes sense." Twilight replied. After that, the gang went back to their meditation. Leo decided to give them one more hour for an assurance.

Though, unknown to them, a creature sniffed them down, readying itself for later on when they're caught offguard.

Leonardo led his brothers and the ponies across the forest, by then the sun had hid itself and the moon risen. The six that had accompanied the turtles were shaking in their spots, shivering with each step, unsure of what lied ahead or of what's hiding within the dark forest.

Rustling was heard behind the group, Fluttershy squeaked. "W-What's that!?" she quietly asked.

"Ah, it's probably nothing." Mikey comforted, his voice seemingly calm with no worries.

"I-I don't think so..." Fluttershy studdered.

Donatello spoke up in their defense, "Well, even if something were to come by here, the odds of it taking us down are slim to none." the turtle analyzed the situation to the best of his ability, easing their nerves. Trying his best to calm them down, but his efforts did not leave an impact among the friends.

"I'm with Donnie!" Dash boasted. "I don't even know why we're still afraid of this place, we can handle anything in here at this point!" she bragged, trying to prove that they were in fact not weak. "We've run into everything this forest could possible throw at us!"

"That's because we have no darn clue as to what's in here, Dash!" Applejack shouted, the earth pony stamping a hoof on the dirt ground beneath her. "Everytime we come in 'ere, there's always some crazy monster trying to kill us!" the earth pony shouted, glaring at Rainbow Dash.

"Calm down girls," Leo tried to mediate while walking, pushing both bickering ponies farther away from each other before they could start a scuffle amonst one another. "We're here to train yourselves, we could stop doing this right now and we could just head home!" he shouted.

"Ya better listen to Leo on this one, girls," Raph, to everyone's surprise, agreed. "He ain't one for bickering. Hell, he hates it when we do it to him or each other."

Applejack and Rainbow Dash gave each other one last mean glare before turning away from each other, "Now I don't know what's gotten into you, but this has got to stop. Why are you so afraid of this forest? It looks no different than anything we've seen."

"The Everfree Forest is the home to a bunch of strange creatures, Hydras, Timberwolves, Cockatrice... And Celestia knows what else is in here." Twilight explained.

"We can handle anything here! After all, we fight Shredder's ugly dome almost all the time!" Michaelangelo bragged, putting his arms behind his head with a smile.

"Um... Are you sure?" Fluttershy inquired.

"Yeah. Don't worry, you guys." Donnie insisted, trying to calm their nerves once again. "We got this."

As if fate had been cruel, a large wooden creature hopped down, it appeared to be a wolf, but much bigger than the ones the turtles were used to. Minus the mutants they faced regularly back in their own world thanks to Shredder.

"What is that?" Leonardo asked in surprise.

"That's a timberwolf!" Twilight revealed.

"The six of you stay back! We'll tell ya when it's safe!" Raphael warned the ponies, who nodded.

The timberwolf howled, opening its mouth to devour the turtles and ponies, but as it closed its mouth, Leo held it up with a swrod, the tip of his blade protruding through the wooden monster's snout. With a grunt, the turtle pressed his other blade through the snout, harming the timberwolf greatly.

Releasing his grasp on the timberwolf, Leonardo sliced through a part of its body, causing the monster to screech in pain. Michaelangelo noticed that it was about to bite Leo and jumped in, smacking the timberwolf's snout with his hunchucks. The wooden creature's head snapped to the side, feeling the force of Mikey's weapon, but it turned its focus onto Mikey, who gulped. The turtle spun his nunchucks in his arms ready to face the monster.

"Catch me if ya can!" Mikey taunted.

Mikey jumped, flipping onto the timberwolf's back, and jumping off of it, forcing his foot down on it, splintering the monster's backside. He fell onto the grass, waiting for an opening. The timberwolf snarled, turning to face Michaelangelo.

As the timberwolf charged at Mikey, the creature took a foot to its face, thanks to Donatello. Donnie held up his staff, and slammed it down on the stunned timberwolf's head, nearly splitting his own weapon into two in the process. Donnie paused briefly to make sure his staff could survive the fight. Realizing that lives were stake, Donatello held his staff with one hand.

The timberwolf closed its mouth once more, but Donatello kept the mouth open with his staff, while trying to break the wooden stick apart, the turtle punched the monster, causing it to spit out his trusty staff. Donnie grabbed his weapon and once more smacked it onto the timberwolf's body, breaking apart more of its surprisingly fragile body, which surprised Donnie.

Finally, Raph stepped in, stabbing his sai throught the timberwolf's nostril, and breaking apart its nose. "Alright, tough guy! I'll take you down!" he snarled. Raph ducked underneath the monster's mouth, agoiding being eaten. The turtle leaped as did Leonardo, "You ready for this bro?" he asked the leader.

"Yeah, guys! Slice him down!" Leo ordered.

Leo and Raph landed on the timberwolf's back, stabbing their weapons through its body, causing it to scream in agonizing pain. Donnie and Mikey smacked its limbs, each time breaking apart more of its wooden body. Eventually, the two grounded turtles broke one of their legs, causing it to fall. Leo and Raph jumped off the body once they felt the timberwolf shake.

Once it made contact with the ground, the timberwolf shattered into a bunch of pieces. "Alright girls, everything is all right." Leonardo told the six.

"Ha! It had no idea what was comin'!" Rainbow Dash shouted in a pleased tone.

"Um, Leo. Ah don't think it's done yet." Applejack gulped.

"Ah, c'mon. We tore that thing to pieces. There's no way that it can recover from that." Mikey assured.

Donnie knelt down, observing the remains of the timberwolf that they had just fought. "Yeah, there's no way that this creature can recover from what we did to it. At least, not for a long while. And by the we'd be out of here." he observed while picking up a piece of the leg. Donatello noticed that the piece he was holding started to shake as was the rest of the body.

The turtle got up and stood next to his brothers, prepared to fight. The timberwolf managed to somehow pieced itself back together after being torn to shreds. The pieces regenerated back into their original spots, giving the monster life once more.

Holding out his swords, Leo sighed, "Girls. You wanna train? This is it."

Fight in the Everfree

The timberwolf howled loudly, causing tremors in the area the turtles and ponies were standing in. The ten tried to keep their standings and cover their ears from the loud noise. "Was the howl really that loud?" Donatello asked, "Cause I just felt the ground shake. And last I check that's not normal."

"No... It's calling for more..." Fluttershy yelped then gulped. "More timberwolves..." she squeaked the last part of that sentence, so that everypony could hardly hear her be scared out of her wits.

"Then we better hurry." Leonardo said.

With a leap, Leonardo stabbed his katanas through the timberwolf's back once more forcing the blades down far enough until the ends of the blades were seen on the other side of the body. He yanked the katanas out of its body, looking at the thin holes he had made. He pushed his katanas through it once again, but this time he managed to slice its body slightly. "Just stay down!"

"Twilight? You have some kind of spell that could help me?" Leonardo asked.

Noticing that the timberwolf was closing its mouth on the ponies, Twilight held up a shield with her horn, causing a pink bubble to surround herself and her friends. Once the monster stopped, Twilight shot it with her magic, damaging it. "I think so, just keep him distracted, we'll think of something." the alicorn told them. "Rainbow Dash, see if you can damage them."

Rainbow Dash smirked, flapping her wings. The pegasus flew into the sky, and then once she was in position glared down at the battle going on below her. She zipped downward, feeling the force of the wind nearly tear her face off. She smacked her hooves on the timberwolf's face, breaking its jaw. Once she got her bearings, Dash landed back on the ground next to her friends, satisfied with what she had done.

Feeling the ground shake once more, two more timberwolves landed next to the broken one. They both howled in anger, they assumed, for their beaten brethren. Raphael grunted, "Great. Just what we needed. More of these things!"

"Ah knew somethin' like this was gonna happen," Applejack began, grabbing something in her mouth out from underneath her hat, "So ah brought this." she finished saying, slightly muffled thanks to the lasso held in her mouth that she had brought along just in case.

"Good thinking, Applejack," Rarity complimented. "Let's stop these ruffians before they harm our friends any further."

Pinkie smiled, "And I brought this along!" the pink pony stretched her hooves, revealing her party cannon from wherever it was she grabbed it from. Her five friends looked at her with confused glances wondering how she got it, but they chose not to question it. Confetti shot out of the cannon, covering one of the timberwolves in a variety of colors.

The timberwolf snarled, angered and distracted. Applejack used her lasso to clver its mouth before it could open. "Twi, blast it!" she said. Twilight nodded, an aura surrounded her horn. A laser shot the timberwolf, breaking apart its stomach. Applejack felt the monster push her, and tried her best to stand her ground. Luckily, for the farmer, Donnie saw this and grabbed the rope as well.

With a hard yank, pieces of the timberwolf's mouth began to shatter loosening the lasso grip Applejack had. She pulled the rope back, putting it away for the time being.

"Come on Mikey!" Pinkie gestured to the turtle. Mikey smiled, figuring out what her plan was. He hopped into her cannon, Pinkie pulled the string, sending Michaelango flying straight through one of the timberwolves by its legs with aid of his nunchucks. "CANNONBALL!" he shouted at the top of his lungs. The wolf regenerated the leg before more damage could be done to it by the turtle.

Mikey spun one of his nunchucks, readying himself to attack. The turtle saw the timberwolf he was fighting, raise one of its legs, prepared to stomp on him. Mikey rolled to the side, feeling the small tremor made by the wooden wolf. "Woah. How do you walk without breaking everything?" he asked.

"Amazing. I've never seen this kind of regeneration by creatures like these before." Donnie said in amazement. He flipped to his left, holding up a timberwolf's leg with his staff. Rarity lit up her horn, shooting the leg hard enough so that it would flinch.

"Thanks, Rarity." Donnie said with a thumbs up.

Applejack reared her hind legs back, kicking one of the monsters' legs hard. It staggered in its spot, trying to make sure that it didn't collapse and shatter. The timberwolf growled, clearly annoyed by the earth's pony's attack. She kicked again, creating more splinters made up of the timberwolf's leg.

Raphael swerved, holding up a timberwolf's paw with the blunt of his sai. He grunted, making sure he didn't get crushed in the process. He heard another run toward him. With an opening ready, Raph jumped back avoiding the charged attack, given by the second timberwolf coming for him.

Rarity and Twilight combined a magic shot from their horns, dealing more damage to the timberwolf Raphael was fighting. "That'll teach ya!" he snarled, stabbing his sai through the head before ripping them out of their spots. The turtle slammed his fists on the wooden head, leaving a noticable dent on it. The timberwolf stumbled, almost stepping on the alicorn and unicorn in the process, but luckily the foot just barely missed them.

Meanwhile, Leonardo was ready to strike the first timberwolf once more, but it managed to successfully swipe him, holding the leading turtle on the ground. Fluttershy shouted upon noticing that Leo was in a lot of pain. Leonardo groaned, slowly moving his aching body from the ground.

Rainbow Dash and Raphael tried to break the leg down, but they couldn't do enough damage in time. "C'mon! Break apart!" Raph ordered the limb with a hiss.

Donnie saw this, but was distracted long enough to be hit by the second timberwolf and knocked into a tree. Donatello was out of the fight judging by his closed eyes and heavy breathing. "Donnie!" Raph shouted, trying his best to get to his brother, but he had to cover for everypony around him.

Mikey and Pinkie ran to help him up, but the third monster nearly got to them. Luckily, Applejack and Twilight covered for the two. "I can't hold it for long!" the alicorn warned, referring to the bubble shield she formed to protect Donnie and the others. Fluttershy looked upon the sight, realizing that she needed to step up.

But before she could, another timberwolf looked down upon her, scaring Fluttershy. She closed her eyes, not able to see the creature open its mouth wide to devour. She readied herself, but after a minute of trembling in place, Fluttershy realized that she hadn't been eaten. She opened her eyes.

Raphael blocked the timberwolf's mouth with his sai, "Go! I can't keep 'em up for long!" he warned the pegasus, who weakly nodded, running out, but noticed that Raph took a slice to the chest. "Oh no..." she gasped, looking at the marks left on his shell. A scowl formed on Fluttershy's face and she looked upward at the timberwolfs currently fighting her friends for survival.

The usually shy pegasus hovered in her spot, facing the glowing red eyes of the leader timberwolf. She gritted her teeth as her eyes bore daggers staring into the strange creature's soul. "Stop this right now!" she ordered the timberwolf, who shuddered in place, causing the other two to stay still as well.

"Now, the three of you will get out of here and go back to where you came and NEVER bother us again! I don't want to tell your mother about this..." she declared to the timberwolf, who somehow listened to everything the pegasus said and shook its head. Whimpering, the three damaged creatures ran off, not bothering anypony in the process.

Fluttershy slowly descended back onto the ground, sighing. Everypony watching had a look of awe on their face. "W-What happened...?" she asked.

"That. Was. Awesome!" Rainbow Dash and Michaelangelo cheered at the same time.

"I must say, what you did was very brave Fluttershy." Rarity complimented, wrapping a hoof around Fluttershy's shoulder with a smile. "We're so proud."

"Thanks for the assist, Fluttershy," Leo spoke up, rrying his hardest to speak. "Heh. I think that's enough outdoor training for today. You all did well."

"Yay! Now we're almost ninjas!" Pinkie shouted.

"God forbid," Raph muttered. "Last thing we need is a ninja Pinkie Pie."

Twilight used her magic to levitate Donatello's unconscious body and place him over her back. "He should be fine. He's probably going to wake up in the morning. We should continue training tomorrow." she finished saying.

"Good. Because we're going after Shredder soon. A week should be enough time before we start and get ourselves home." Leonardo announced.

"I just don't know what to do Father."

Master Splinter looked at his son, still recovering from the battle in the Everfree Forest from a few nights before. He wanted to speak to Master Splinter within the castle. "What is wrong, my son? You have not failed the ponies," he reminded Leonardo, poking his chest weakly with his staff. "You have shown fhem what it was like to truly survive a battle beyond what they know."

"I know, it's just... I almot got them killed. I'm responsible to make sure the six of them are ready. We're the ones who brought Shredder here to begin with. And I nearly brought them to their deaths once we entered the Everfree Forest." Leonardo slowly said.

"Shredder brought this upon himself. We were merely trying to stop him. They chose to join our battle to stop him when he attacked Ponyville." the wise rat said.

"Honestly Sensei. I'm afraid of what might happen to them. And to us."

Splinter looked at his son solemnly, "You mustn't worry about the future and the what-ifs, Leonardo. You must instead focus on the happenings of now. I told you to train them, to prove that what I have taught you was for a good cause."

"They know that, Father. But still... We don't even know where Shredder is at! How can I prepare them for something like this, if we ourselves aren't ready!?"

Splinter placed a book on the shelf. "You must have patience. The time will come when we must ally ourselves with the ponies once more for the final battle."

Raph had just gotten to Sugarcube Corner, following another day of crusading with the CMC. "I gotta remind myself to never to make sure they don't go do something even stupider than what they usually do. Good thing I'm here..."

'So, you're alive?'

Raph quietly screamed, "Oh, it's just you Solar." he sighed in relief. The hooded pony didn't look at him. "What the shell do ya want, now?"

'I noticed how you seem attached to those you care for. You will do anything to protect your brothers, won't you?' Solar asked him. Raph rolled his eyes.

"Of course," he began, crossing his arms. "I gotta protect them. They're my family. Why're ya asking me all this, anyhow?"

'That's the key for what's in store. You must figure out where your devotion lies, Raphael.'

"Alright, I've had it with these God forsaken cryptic clues about the future and what this means, or what that stands for. What does all of this have to do with who or what I protect?"

'Although, you hate to admit it. You've grown attached to the ponies of this world.'

"Yeah, as if I truly care about what they think of me or if I will die for their sakes."

Solar paused, absorbing what the angered turtle had just said. Although Raphael couldn't see it, the hooded pony scowled at his response, almost harboring anger at his stubborness.

'Very well. Stay in denial. But you will learn more about yourself soon enough. More than you think.' Solar echoed once more, before fading away from the inside of Raphael's mind. "How do I know she's not some figment of my mind?"

"And all I wanted was a treat or somethin' to fill my stomach..." the turtle groaned, finally opening the door entering Sugarcube Corner, where Pinkie and Mikey waited with a tray full of cupcakes, predicting his actions. "Should I even ask?"

"Nope!" Mikey replied. "Come on dude! Dig in with us!"

Raphael waved his hand dismissively. "Save some for me." he said shoving Mikey slightly off his chair. He grabbed a cupcake, one with red frosting. 'Fitting.' he took a bite, enjoying its taste. 'How does Pinkie Pie do it?'

"Do you like it?" Pinkie inquired, finally wanting Raph to give an honest opinion.

The turtle shrugged, "I mean, it's alright. You make some pretty good cupcakes Pinkie. How'd you do it?"

"Well, I make them with baking soda, flour, and lots of dough, put them in the oven and wait for them to finish baking before finishing it off by putting on frosting!" Pinkie explained in one breath.

"Forget I asked." Raph muttered.

Mikey laughed, "Ya wanted an answer, and you got one, bro." he reminded his brother lightly. Groaning, Raphael took another bite, somewhat regretting the decisions he made today. He swallowed, still enjoying the treat. 'Eh. Maybe it's not too bad after all... Though I would like to find Shredder soon.'

Donatello moved his arm, the limb finally starting to recover following being thrown by the timberwolf. "Alright. That feels a lot better. Now I can get back to focusing on tracking Shredder for Leo."

"Need any help, Donnie?" Spike offered, the dragon bored and wanting something to do. The genius didn't look up as he replied, "Yeah, Spike. Can you see if Twilight has another book about the Crystal Empire? I wanna learn more about it. I have a theory."

Spike opened the door, "Alright, Donnie. One book from Twilight. I'll be back in a minute."

"Thanks, Spike."

Sometime later, Spike and Twilight walked back into Donnie's room with a heavy hardcover carried by Twilight's magic. The alicorn placed the book down on the table in front of Donatello. "Thanks." he said again, opening the book.

He glanced at the contents, but then he saw something that made his jaw drop. "Oh no..."

"What is it, Donatello?" Twilight asked.

Donnie looked at the purple mare with wide eyes, "Get the others. We have to get to the Crystal Empire as soon as we can. It's in danger... That's where Shredder is heading!"

"Why?" asked the confused and worried dragon.

Donnie grabbed the book, and held it under his armpit. "I'll explain once we're together and on the train. We don't have a lot of time to waste!" he practically

The Shredder placed a hand on a tree, pausing to get some more energy. His Foot soldiers had stopped as well. Hovering over him in his astral form, Sombra growled. 'Why have we stopped!? We're almost there.' he wondered.

"In case you have forgotten, I am a human. I need the energy to fight the turtles and Hamato Yoshi. I have a feeling that they're on their way and have tracked us."

'Ha! That won't be a problem. I've seen the minds of the turtles. Quite a dysfunctional family, I might say,' Sombra laughed. 'I have an idea that will last us long enough to accomplish our goals should the turtles find us...' he revealed darkly, making Shredder raise a brow under his mask in wonder.

"What shall that be?"

'The mind of the tempered one, Raphael, is a fragile one. We shall use that to our advantage,' Sombra explained. 'But I'll save that should that become a necessity.'

Shredder looked at his surroundings before replying to the dark king guiding him, "You may continue this plan on one condition. I get to kill the turtles and Splinter myself... I promised you that you shall take the ponies yourself. That was our deal." he raised his spiked gauntlets in anger, threatening Sombra.

'Yes, yes. I remember our deal, Saki,' Sombra told the ninja master. 'I'm just presenting a better compromise that will bring us to our endgame a little easier than what you expected. But we must travel a little further before I can teleport you to our destination safely.'

The Shredder scowled, before a scoff was heard, "Fine. Sombra. As long as I end the Hamato clan on my own terms, got it?"

'Yeah, got it. I want the ponies, you want the turtles. The easiest alliance has been reaffirmed.' Sombra chuckled.

Shredder snarled, "Shut up before I end our alliance prematurely and permanently."

'I'm sorry, Raphael.'

Raph flinched in place, "What the shell, Solar!? I'm tryin' to mind my business. The last thing I need is the voice in my head to surprise me like that!"

'I apologize for my sudden intrusion again, Raphael, but for now I must depart to focus my attention on the other hero I have spoken of before. The next time I see you, the battle you are destined to fight here will already be over.'

"And what the hell is that supposed to mean?"

'It means the very moment I've been preparing you for is coming sooner than expected. Remember what I told you. Always keep those close to you in your mind. Your family, friends, and everyone else. Your heart shall be what saves you.' she said before fading for the last time.

"Wait! Solar! What's that supposed to mean!?" Raphael wondered aloud, curious by what the hooded pony had meant.

"RAPH!"

Knocking the turtle out of his thoughts, Donatello sprinted past the confused Raphael, "What's wrong, Donnie?" he asked his worried brother with concern.

"I know where Shredder's going! Everpony should be on their way to the train station now."

With a smirk, Raphael cheered, "Finally! Let's get goin!" he followed his brother in a jogging pace.

The Dark King

View Online

The ponies, Spike, the turtles and Master Splinter sat close together within the Friendship Express, Leonardo tried to take a peek at the book Donatello was reading, "What's the problem, Donnie? You mentioned that you knew where Shredder was going to be?" he asked his brother. Donatello nodded.

"Yeah, he's going to the Crystal Empire." he revealed.

"How can you be sure of that?" Rarity wondered,

Donatello opened the book up to the page he wanted to show everyone. "The Crystal Empire has a mine once controlled by King Sombra. Underneath the kingdom is a large supply of Warp Crystals. We have to get there before Shredder either gets there first, or becomes aware of it at all." he explained to everyone sittinf near him.

"How would he even know about this?" Twilight asked, "He's the only one going after you right? Who could possibly be able to tell him about the secret mines?"

"Shredder is a crafty one. He could've been aware of it the whole time threw us in a loop. We can't be too careful around him, believe me. He's always one step ahead." Leonardo said.

"So, I get what you're thinkin', Donnie." Mikey snapped his fingers, "We find the crystals first, find Shred Head and take us all home before he could do any more damage to Equestria."

"Exactly, Mikey."

"Yeah, great. But how do ya expect the rulers of this 'Crystal Empire' to just let us go into this secret mine that has only been put into history textbooks recently?" Raph questioned.

Twilight pointed at the book, "This is actually a very rare copy of the Crystal Empire Historia, made during the reign of King Sombra. I'm the only pony who owns one."

"How the shell did ya manage that?"

"My brother and foalsitter are the rulers of the land." Twilight revealed to the turtles nonchalantly. "They trusted me with this should something like this occur, though they probably weren't expecting mutant turtles to fight evil ninjas." she said.

Mikey looked at the alicorn with still, blinking eyes, "Do you have connections everywhere, Twilight!?" he shouted in pure disbelief. How did Twilight know so many important ponies in this world?

"Um... I don't think so?" answered Twilight in an unsure.

"Heh. As if she has amazing connections to the Wonderbolts like yours truly!" Rainbow boasted, a smirk forming on her face.

Donatello looked at her with a furrowing an eye ridge, "Wonderbolts?"

Dash scoffed, "Yeah, the Wonderbolts! The coolest flyers in all of Equestria? I never told any of you about them?" the four turtles shook their heads as a response.

"We were too busy focused on the Shredder and training to listen." Applejack replied jokingly, making the pegasus pout as a response to the quip.

"Right..." Leo said, ignoring the conversation. He peeked out his side of the window, only seeing snow blow right past the train at near breakneck speeds. He moved his head up a little and spotted a dome around a shining town.

"Woah, dudes. Is that the Crystal Empire?" Michaelangelo wondered, also seeing outside Leo's window.

"Yeah, it is. Amazing isn't it?" Rarity answered.

"Heck, yeah!" Mikey admitted.

Spike nodded, "Heh. You haven't seen anything yet!" he told the turtles in a bragging manner.

"Yeah, what could possibly be cooler than a kingdom made of crystal?" Donatello asked.

"You have a statue, Spike!?"

Mikey grabbed his head with both of his hands, clearly confused. A giant statue of Spike stood in the middle of the kingdom, where he held a giant heart in his hand. The five looked at it, wondering how he was honered to begin with.

"Yep! I saved the Crystal Empire twice!"

"From what?" Raph questioned.

"An evil dictator trapped within the ice beyond the barrier escaped, and Spike restored the kingdom to its former glory, stopping Sombra. Then he saved the Equestria Games after an accident nearly harmed everypony attending." Twilight briefly answered.

"Yeah! That's exactly it!" cheered Spike, giving Michaelangelo a well-deserved high five, well deserved in the turtle's eyes.

"Enough of this, we gotta meet the rulers of this place." Leo reminded everypony, changing the subject at hand. He took one more glance at the crystal statue, still confused.

"Right. My brother and Princess Cadence are in that palace over there." Twilight pointed with her hoof, a large crystal palace that towered over the entire kingdom. The turtles stared at it in wonder.

"Woah. That's bigger than your castle." Mikey observed, noticing the size difference.

"Heck yeah, it is," Raph agreed. "How many castles and princesses are there in this world?"

"Four." Donnie answered, "I've done my research." he bragged with a knowing grin before any of his brothers or Splinter could question how he has such knowledge. Granted, at this point for them it was to be expected of him.

"Jeez. What do they all do?" Raph asked, "Seems kinda like overkill havin' four winged unicorns ruling a different part of this world, country, whatever this is."

"Twiley!" a white unicorn with a blue mane and a shield for a cutie mark ran to hug the purple alicorn.

"Hi, BBBFF." Twilight greeted.

"Uh, BBBFF?" Mikey questioned.

"Big Brother Best Friend Forever." the mare answered.

Raph shrugged, "Alright. A little cheesy, but um... Okay."

"Where's Cadence?" Spike wondered.

"Over by the throne room, so you're not gonna introduce me to your new friends Celestia mentioned?" the stallion teased.

"Oh right! Shining Armor, meet Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, Michaelangelo, and Splinter, they're all ninjas from another world. We came here because..." Twilight started to say before being cut off by a loud crashing sound. The sound of crystal shattering was not left unoticed by everyone near by the door.

"Haha!" a deep voice growled. "Took forever to find this!"

"OH NO!"

"CADENCE!" Shining Armor screamed, galloping to the throne room. The six ponies, dragon, and the Hamato Clan made a quick sprint to the throne room trailing behind the very concerned unicron prince.

Shining Armor slid to a halt once he saw who was sitting on top of the throne. A black unicorn smirked seemingly placing his horn back on his head, sitting down, with an army of robot ninjas surrounding him. Cadence gritted her teeth, ready to fight back against the dictator. But Shredder had an army to make sure that no one can hurt the unicorn.

"Sombra!" Twilight hissed.

Sombra looked down at the group of ponies, now with his horn back on his head, "Well... If it isn't the former Elements of Harmony. And the so-called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. What a pleasure it is to meet and reunite."

"Remember our deal, Sombra." Shredder reminded the unicorn.

Groaning, Sombra replied, "Yes, Shredder, I remember."

After teleporting to the ground, Sombra shot a beam of dark magic at the six ponies, who did their best to cover. Rainbow Dash grabbed Fluttershy and pushed her out of the way of the blast, nearly taking the blunt of the attack, that is until Twilight covered her with a protective dome.

Sombra felt metal suddently hit his flesh. Turning, he saw that Raphael managed to whack him while distracted. "So, you think you can harm me and get away with it?"

"Yeah! I an't gonna let you or Shredder harm anyone!" Raph delcared flipping back to avoid another beam of dark magic. Leonardo used his katanas to block another shot with success. Shredder then jumped into the battle, ready to face Splinter.

The rat grabbed Saki's arm, the blades of the gauntlets aimed right at his eyes. Splinter spun Shredder around slightly, stunning him long enough to jump in the air and kick him with his right foot, ending him in the direction of Michaelangelo.

"Here's one for the road, Donnie!" Mikey shouted, hitting Shredder with the blunt of his nunchucks.

A Foot soldier nearly got to blindside the genius, but the turtle turned around in time to destroy the robot. Once Shredder came into sight, Donatello punched him in the jaw.

"Damn you!" Shredder growled, grabbing Mikey and tossing him into a crystal wall. The turtle felt the force of each diamond shatter by the force of his throw. He felt some shards dig into him a little, feeling a little sore in his arms and legs.

"MIKEY!" his brothers shouted.

Raph twirled his sai in his hands, "Oh no ya don't Shredder!" he shouted, lunging at their arch-nemesis. But as he leaped, he realized that he had stopped in middair. He tried to move, but to no avail. Shredder laughed at the turtle's predicament. "What the shell!?" he questioned aloud, glaring at Shredder once again.

"Ah ah ah, Raphael," Sombra scolded. "You can't just go and ruin this big plan just yet. No... We have something big planned for you." the unicorn hissed.

Meanwhile, Twilight tried to counter the spell, but each time she did she felt weaker. "He... Did something... To my magic..." she panted, wrappin her hooves around her friends after collapsing from overdoing her magic at once.

Sombra's horn began to glow a dark red and he once more transformed into his orb form. He hovered into Raphael's head, the turtle's eyes widening as he felt his mind be wiped. The spell faded, causing the turtle to fall in his spot.

His brothers walked slowly to him, "Raph? Are you okay?" Leonardo questioned, placing a hand on Raphael's shoulder. The turtle shook his head before smacking Leo's hand off of him.

"Don't touch me!"

Donatello raised a brow, "Uh, Raph? Are you feeling alright?"

Raphael smirked, "Yes... This body is perfect."

"Oh no..." Twilight whispered.

Holding his sai tightly, Raphael got to his feet, punching Leonardo rifht in the jaw. "Yes... Just as I anticipated..."

"What's gotten into you, bro?!" Mikey inquired.

"Bro? Heh, I'm not your bro anymore, Michaelangelo. I am your master..." Raphael replied, breaking apart a statue wearing knight armor. He placed a helmet over his head and armor over his body minus the shell which remained exposed.

"I am King Sombra, The Nightwatcher!"

Shadows of a Former Self

"Snap out of it, Raph!" Leo pleaded, using his katanas to block Nightwatcher's sai, the two struggled in their place, ensuring that one doesn't get the chance to stab the other. Under his helmet, Nightwatcher hissed, using his sai to knock one of the katanas right out of Leonardo's hand. Leo turned his head quickly to see where his blade had ended up, making sure Sombra wasn't planning anything.

"I told you, the name's Nightwatcher!" Sombra growled, punching Leo in the jaw.

Michaelangelo and Donatello lunged at the possessed turtle, but Shredder told two ninjas to cover for the Nightwatcher, stopping the two turtles in their spots. Splinter jumped in front of them, holding up his staff, scowling. "You are not using my son as your puppet, Sombra." he declared. Nightwatcher laughed underneath his helmet, casuing his voice to echo.

"Ha. As if I care about what you say, Splinter." Nightwatcher hissed, punching the rat in the jaw. The three turtles ran up to Splinter, holding him up. Leonardo wrapped an arm around his shoulder, using his own body as a crutch for his Sensei. "Of course you three are willing to bow down to everything he says and does. Pathetic family..." he growled to the turtles. "You all just stop what you're doing the minute one of you are hurt. It disgusts me."

"He is our father. We're all a family, and Raphael knows that." Donatello told Nightwatcher in a disgusted tone.

"In case you forgotten, Raphael is no longer in control of this body. I am the Nightwatcher now and forever!" Nightwatcher leaped, kicking down Donatello.

"That's a lame name. Seriously..." Michaelangelo disapproved.

"I don't care for your critique." Nightwatcher admitted. "Shredder... I want you to go find the crystal yourself." he ordered, "I will hold off the turtles until you do so." he saw Shredder nod, and then the ninja master broke apart the ground below, revealing a secret passage. Leonardo looked at the ponies. "But you shall end them yourself, I promise."

"Girls! Follow Shredder!" Leo demanded. "We can't have him find the crystals!"

"But Leonardo, we can't stop him!" Twilight shouted.

Leonardo struggled to hold up Nightwatcher's sai, he pushed until Sombra in Raph's body gave out, giving him an opportunity to kick him in his armored chest. Nightwatcher snarled, rearing his right hand back at his brother. Leo blocked it with his palm, holding it back in the process. "Just go! We'll save Raph and meet up!"

"But-" Fluttershy started to say before being interrupted by Shining Armor, who stood in front of them.

"Don't worry. I'll go with you. I am the Captain of the Royal Guard after all, I can lend a hoof." Shining Armor insisted.

"But Shining, the turtles may need your help." Twilight said.

"Don't worry about us! We fight all the time whenever Raph's mad, though not to this extent." Donatello assured. He used his staff to hit Nightwatcher, who grabbed it. The armored turtle used Donnie's staff against the wielder, whacking him on the top of the head. After the third time, Donatello was ready, and he held up the staff with his right hand, pulling up Nightwatcher in the process. He put his other hand on his weapon, then he spun it slightly, making Nightwatcher release his grasp on the bo-staff.

"C'mon!" Shining Armor gestured ahead, the six ponies, Spike, and Princess Cadence all nodded and followed. Cadence noticed that the Shredder and his Foot soldiers had used their athletic capabilities to scour the area, something that not all of them had. She turned to Twilight, who noticed this as well. The purple alicorn's horn began to glow its magenta hue, and covered everypony surrounding her in a hovering protective bubble. She used her horn to have the bubble slowly descend into the hole.

The Foot soldiers hopped from their spots, navigating one by one on the pillars that lie below the crystal castle. Shredder perched himself on top of one, searching for what he had been desiring this entire time. "Finally. In this mine is the crystal I've been searching for. Go look for it now!" he ordered his robots. Shredder turned around, "Some of you stay behind, I have some unfinished business that I must attend to." he said, referring to the ponies that had followed him.

The bubble faded from existance, due to Twilight wearing herself out and saving energy for the battle. "You shouldn't have come here, pathetic ponies." Shredder snarled. "You would've been spared an untimely death had you not intervened."

"We're not gonna let you take those crystals!" Dash shouted.

"Very well... Soldiers attack!"

Nightwatcher felt his arm get wrapped by chains, Michaelangelo pulled an obvious tactic, "Annoying whelp!" Sombra snarled, trying to remove the material wrapped around his appendage. Mikey pulled himself forward, using his nunchucks as an anchor.

"You are so lucky I left my grappling hook at home!" Mikey yelled, flipping over his brainwashed brother, his weapon still tied around his arm. Nightwatcher went flying with him, unprepared for it to begin with. He landed on his chest, disoriented. He felt the strain around his arm loosen, showing that Michaelangelo had removed the nunchuck chains from around his arm.

"Do not ease up, my sons!" Splinter warned, "Despite Sombra wearing the mask of your brother, he will not hold back. And I am sure he expects us to do the same!"

"You think you can stop me?" Nightwatcher asked. "This body can do wonders against each of you."

"Not quite, Sombra." Leo responded, getting a punch on Nightwatcher's face. The armored turtle turned his head, feeling the force of the punch. "Raph was kinda sloppy in his fighting style. You seem to prove not much better."

Nightwatcher held up both sai once more, and ran toward Leonardo, who clenched his fists. "Sloppy? I'll show you sloppy!" he shouted, trying to poking Leo, but he stepped to the side, dodging Nightwatcher's weapons of choice.

"And you're stuck in a body you haven't had time to adjust in!" Donnie added, hitting Nightwatcher with his staff. The armored turtle hissed in pain, attempting to grab the staff out of Donatello's hands, but the turtle was too fast for him to react. Each time he tried to reach, he was met with another attack from either Donnie or Leonardo. The Nightwatcher continued this attempt until he lunged at Donnie, but the turtle leaned back, kicking the armored turtle midflip, sending him flying into the crystalline wall.

"My point exactly."

Mikey laughed, "Heck, I can't even tell the difference between you and Raph. The two of you get frustrated real easily!" he mocked, watching Nightwatcher stumble out of the hole that was formed in the walls of the castle. "Oh, I wish I can see your face. You must be so pissed off right now!" he joked.

"Oh, I am pissed off!" Nightwatcher growled, punching Michaelangelo in the chest. The turtle held his shell, in the spot where he had been punched by the thick armored glove. "See? I told you not to mess with me." but then, he saw Mikey smirk, "How did you recover so quickly? That should've put you out long enough for-" he was cut off by Mikey kicking him in the back.

"Do you bad guys ever shut up?"

Nightwatcher grumbled, "Do you ever stop the constant jokes? It's giving me a migrane."

"Nope. If you're gonna be in Raph's body, then you're gonna be treated like Raphael!" Michaelangelo teased, sticking his tounge out in a very childlike manner, which angered Nightwatcher even more than ever before.

"You dare treat me like a child!?"

"No..." said an elder voice, smacking Nightwatcher with the palm of his hand. Splinter leaped into the battle, his hand still extended while his free hand never let go of his walking cane. "You took my son away from me. The one my sons and I lost so long ago. We got him back and you took him away from us." he scowled at the armored turtle pretending to be Raphael, "I hold no sympathy for you at all."

"I never asked for it." said an annoyed Nightwatcher.

"Very well..." Splinter sighed. "Then once I save Raphael, then perhaps I'll leave you to your deserved fate."

"Woah, Sensei..." Leo whispered. "That's not what you taught us!" he said. "We'll get Raph back!"

Closing his eyes, Splinter focused his thoughts removing any ideas of rage and hatred, "You are right my son. But I will make sure Sombra pays for what he has done today."

"We're with ya all the way, Father." Mikey chimed in.

Donatello held out his staff, "Yeah... No matter what, we will get our brother back. Again."

Civil Disagreement

Raphael snapped his eyes open, feeling himself drift off into pure darkness. Realizing this, the turtle flipped himself upright, landing on nothing. "Where the shell am I?" he asked to the darkness, hoping that it would answer him. The only thing that he found was endless silence in the black void he was in.

He gazed downward, noticing that something was forming below his feet. A stain glass painting began to appear beneath him. "What is this?" he questioned once again. He took a step, trying to see as much of the picture as much as he could.

"Are they... My family?" he questioned. The picture was of Raphael floating. Next to him were icons of Leonardo, Donatello, Michaelangelo, and Splinter. Each photo were surrounded by a red outline that seemed to glow in the endless void. Raphael raised a brow, now even more curious as to where he is at.

"What does it mean? Why am I here?" the turtle wondered. He continued to pace around the stain-glass window, walking around in an endless circle. He had no idea what to do, or how to escape the prison, at least he thought it was a prison. Raphael held his head, continuing tomgaze upon the portrait that he stood upon, trying to figure out the meaning behind its appearance.

Suddenly, the blue background that the portrait was made upon started to change, the picture of Raphael and his family change into something different. Now, in its place was a picutre of the ponies he had met while in Equestria. Pictures of Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Rarity circled one another, all surrounding more pictures of Spike, Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo. Each image was covered in a golden outline surrounding the edge of each portrait, once more glowing.

Then, when Raphael took another step, the picture faded once more. This time the peaceful blue backdrop was replaced by a much more sinister red. Only two figures overtook the picture. On the right was a laughing King Sombra, and on the left was the Shredder, who held no emotion at all. "That's right..."

Raphael pulled out his sai, turning his head quickly, trying to find a way to escape. "Sombra took my body away from me! Show yourself you annoying tyrant so I can mess you up before my brothers can ever get the chance!"

'Hahahaha!' a deep voice laughed, 'So, you managed to figure it out, Raphael? Good... Gives me the chance to end you permanently...' the voice said.

A figure stood on the other side of the stain-glass window platform. Raphael gritted his teeth, awaiting the reveal. He took a small step forward. "What the shell?"

The figure was him, but covered in armor. 'Yes... Now you shall suffer by me, the Nightwatcher.'

"Nightwatcher? Huh, gotta remember that!" Raphael admitted that he liked the name. "But that's because I will get my body back from you, Sombra."

Nightwatcher vanished, appearing behind Raph in a matter of second before the turtle could react. He karate chopped Raph in the back of the neck stunning him. "Gah!" he choked out, feeling a stinging sensation in the back of his head.

"Cheap shot!" Raphael managed to say, holding the sore spot, rubbing it quickly.

'Not cheap, turtle. Pragmatic... I thought you were all about that?' Nightwatcher mocked, holding his arms out, annoying Raphael much more than earlier. 'It's just as I predicted. You're weak, Raphael. I'm doing you a favor by taking this body. I'll make better use of it than you ever will. Heh...'

Raphael growled, "I'll kick ya out and slice ya to pieces!"

Nightwatcher vanished once more, confusing Raphael again. The turtle spun around, searching for his body thief. He looked up to see Nightwatcher coming down on him feet first. Raph rolled away, letting the armored doppelganger land on the platform, causing it to crack in a few areas.

Raphael held a hand on the glass where he dropped his sai, he picked it up and lunged at Nightwatcher, who was unprepared for Raphael's counterattack. The turtle stabbed his weapon through the armor, just enough to leave a mark on the being's skin. 'You will pay for that you annoying reptile.'

"You bad guys always know what to say, don'tcha?" Raph mocked, removing the sai from the dent he made in Sombra's imaginary turtle armor. "Good, gives me a good reason to shut yer trap. Especially when it's comin' out of my own mouth."

'I'll shut you up, turtle!' Sombra grumbled.

Raphael used his weapons to block Nightwatcher's own. The Nightwatcher kneed Raphael in the chest, harming him with the help of his armor. He placed a hand on his ribs, attending to the pain while using his other hand to hold up his doppelganger's sai from stabbing right through him.

Using his hand that held his chest, Raphael managed to punch Nightwatcher in the knee, making him flinch in his spot, allowing Raphael an opportunity to strike. Raph jumped, using his momentum to spin-kick Nightwatcher in his armored head. Nightwatcher stumbled backwards, holding his helmet in place from falling off. Raphael heard him groan something, which amused him greatly.

'That... Was a petty attempt...' Nightwatcher moaned.

"No... Pragmatic. I thought you were all about that, Sombra?" Raph echoed Sombra's earlier words.

'You...'

Raph smirked, "Yeah, me... What about it?"

'Oh... What about it?' Nightwatcher repeated, "I don't know... Once I'm done with you and you get out of my rightful body for good, then I'll kill your brothers and friends, all while wearing your face, Raphael. Think about it. Your family will die by the hands of one of their own." Nightwatcher said in glee.

"You sick bastard!" Raphael said, running to his armored doppelganger in rage. The turtle lunged his fist at Nightwatcher, but the dark king vanished without a trace of where he went. The ninja turtle looked around, only seeing the dark void that was the remnants of his mind. "Where the shell are ya?"

'Right here...' Nightwatcher whispered. Raphael opened his mouth, scream, blood pouring out of it. He slowly turned his gaze downward, looking at the hole left by the Nightwatcher with the use of his sai. 'Patheic... This was too easy...'

Nightwatcher removed the sai from the spot he stabbed Raphael in. He watched as the turtle fell onto the platform with a thud, blood pouring from his mouth and the wound in his shell. Raph held the spot, looking at the blood covering his green hand. 'No... I-I failed...Everyone's g-gonna die because'a me...' the turtle thought, losing consciousness.

'My brothers... T-The ponies, and Shredder's gonna get away with it... Our worlds are gonna die.'

Nightwatcher laughed, 'Look around, Raphael. There is nothing left for you here. Let me take over...'

"N-No... There's too many people countin' on me... My brothers... Father, they'll be devastated... I ain't g-gonna do that... I'll stop ya, and I'll make sure it's permanent..." Raph spat on the glass. "Equestria's not gonna fall to some poser usin' my body."

'I would love to see you do that in the state you're in.' Nightwatcher chuckled, kneeling down to look Raphael in the face, getting in one last laugh before his demise.

On the ground, Raphael clenched his fist. Suddenly, a golden aura began to form around his body. Nightwatcher furrowed a brow at the this turn of events. 'What's this?' he wondered. He saw the aura cover Raphael's entire body. The blood that covered his body and the floor vanished in the blink of an eye. He noticed that Raph twitched, despite believing him to succumb to his wounds.

"Heh heh... Guess I found my second wind..." Raph said, feeling a new surge of energy flow within him. His green form was now golden, the chest wound was gone and any sign of battle damage on Raphael's being to be all gone. Nightwatcher's eyes widened, wondering how he could have survived. "And with that said, I think I should keep to my word, don't ya think, Sombra?"

'How is that possible!?' Nightwatcher questioned in disbelief. 'You should be gone!'

"Ya should know better, Sombra." Raphael replied, punching Nightwatcher in the gut, his hand phasing through the thick metal armor he wore. "If there're people countin' on me. Yer a damn idiot to think that I'll give up on them." he boasted, digging his hand deeper into the armor Sombra wore, a blinding light overtaking the whole he had made with his attack.

'N-No! I was supposed to win!' Sombra shouted, now back in his astral pony form, 'You were all supposed to die!'

Raph pointed his sai at Sombra's weakened being, "Yeah, like that was ever gonna happen." he joked.

Raphael stabbed his weapon through Sombra's barrel, a beam of light causing him to combust within the mind of the turtle. Soon, Raph looked down to see the stain-glass window change once more, for the final time. Now it was a picture of Raphael at the center, with his family and pony friends surrounding his portrait. The darkness that surrounded him once more became a much more welcoming white, the very same way it looked when he met Solar.

"Is that was Solar was yappin' on about?" Raph realized, looking at he window. "My devotion... I get it now... Heh, guess all that cryptic mumbo jumbo paid off in the end." after that, Raphael faded, ready to head back to reality.

Underneath the armored helmet, Raph's eyes snapped open once again. He heard the sound of chatter, his brothers. 'They're all right... Good, I got here just in time.'

"He hasn't woken up..." Leonardo said.

"We did just punch him clean in the jaw Leonardo..." Donatello replied to his brother, "And that was after Master Splinter pushed him into the crystal walls."

"Ah, maybe he's just bein' lazy like always." Michaelangelo joked.

"Don't think I don't hear ya..."

The three turtles and rat got into a defensive stance, prepared to fight once again. Raphael got up, and removed the helmet from his head, revealing a smile. "Hey, bros easy. It's me. For real this time." the turtle insisted, removing as much of the armor as he could, 'As cool as it looks, it's very crappy in terms of bein' mobile.'

Mikey was the first to hug Raph, "We did it!" he cheered.

"Nice to see you well, my son." Splinter nodded.

"I take it Sombra's gone, Raph?" Leo asked, happy to see his brother well.

"Yeah, we won't be seein' him for a long while." Raph answered. "Now, how about we help those ponies? Lord knows there's now way they can handle Chrome Dome on their own."

Twilight and Rarity used their magic to knock away as many Foot soldiers as they could, trying to open a path to reach Shredder before he could find the crystal. The unicorn and alicorn took turns in using their horns to conserve energy needed for what could be a long drawn out battle with the army. The two shot one more blast together, sending three Foot soldiers into the wall.

Rainbow Dash stood in front of Fluttershy, kicking down any robots that got near them. Fluttershy shivered behind her rainbow-maned frined, who took on the robots without any hesitation, "I got ya covered, Fluttershy." she assured, stomping her hooves on one more robot after leaping and finding an opening. Fluttershy watched Rainbow continuously beat down the ninjas.

Pinkie Pie revealed her Party Cannon once again, blasting more cake and sweets at the robot ninjas, the frosting causing them to short circuit in a matter of seconds. Pinkie held her trusty weapon in her hooves, aiming them in all directions.

"This is pathetic." Shredder noted, placing a hand on one of the crystals.

"Says you!" Dash retorted.

Applejack spun around, kicking down more robots. The farmpony turned around once she fell onto the ground panting, watching more soldiers withdraw their weapons. Shining Armor noticed Applejack getting worn out and decided to lend a hoof. The prince aimed his horn at three Foot robots, covering them in a strange forcefield and trapped them in their spots. Closing his eyes, Shining created a small blade with his magic and sliced the robots' bodies, destroying them instantly.

"Nice trick..." Applejack complimented.

"Thanks. Being a guard has its advantages..." Shining panted, worn out from the use of the spell.

Spike stood behind Cadence, realizing that despite being a baby dragon, he never had much training with the turtles. The Princess of Love used her magic to shield the dragon and herself, the power of the spell making the Foot soldiers explode upon contact with the surrounding orb that covered the two. Spike wiped the sweat off his head, "Nice save..."

"Thanks, but I'm not sure how long I can hold it." Cadence revealed, bending down slightly, her voice strained.

"Of course..." the drake sighed.

Twilight swayed her body to the left of a ninja's sword, avoiding contact with the blade. Once she saw that the robot was raising its arms once again, she covered herself in a magenta field, blocking the slice and removed the shield from her being, attacking the offending ninja with a buck to its torso. The Foot soldier staggered silently, giving Pinkie an opening to shoot her cannon once more.

The ponies realized that Shredder's numbers were dwindling. Even Shredder himself realized this and made a retreat, heading deeper into the crystal mines. The ponies followed suit, hurrying.

Meanwhile, the turtles and Splinter leaped in. "Alright, guys. From the looks of it, the ponies already rid of Chrome Dome's numbers." Leo noted to his brothers. Donatello squinted his eyes, seeing shadows reflect in the gems.

"I see them. They're chasing Shredder."

Raphael smirked, "Heh. The ponies got Shredder on the run. Now that's funny." he chuckled.

"So you do have a sense of humor." Mikey snickered, earning himself a slap to the back of the head by Raphael.

"Hurry up, my sons!" Splinter ordered, already ahead of them by a good margin, his voice echoing through the caverns.

The Invasion

"There it is..."

Shredder held in his hand a Warp Crystal, similar to the one he found in New York. "Now... To use it before the ponies find me..." he added, turning himself around. 'It took long enough, but of course my enemies delayed me... Soon, two worlds will learn of my wrath. All will bow to the Shredder!'

"Not so fast!"

Rainbow Dash stood in front of the others, all of them just as angered as the pegasus herself. Shredder laughed, "I do not have time to play games anymore, ponies. With this crystal, I can now accomplish my goal... You all stood in my way, and I was willing to spare you, but I feel that you deserve what comes next..."

"Oh yeah? And what would that be?"

The turtles jumped from the shadows, standing and towering behind the ponies. Saki noticed that Raphael was back to his old self. "It seems that Sombra had failed... Very well, I shall finish what he claimed to have started."

"We're not letting that happen!" Twilight shouted.

Shredder ignored her, and raised his arm that held the crystal, vanishing in a bright white light. The turtles all leaped after him, but by the time they did, he was already gone from their vicinity. "Where the hay did he go?!" Dash questioned, hiding her worry.

"I-I don't know!" Donnie answered.

Rumbles were heard from within the caverns. "Stay close, everypony!" Cadence ordered. The turtles and ponies all circled around her. Twilight and Cadence then lit their horns, teleporting themselves out of the crystal mines.

A light appeared, revealing the heroes. Leonardo looked up and noticed they were back on the surface. He turned his head, but then looked around and saw that Shredder was gone. "No!"

"It is alright my son... We will give chase to Shredder right away..." Splinter tried to comfort his son. The crystal ponies watched the scene in confusion and worry. "For now, we must warn the princesses of Shredder's escape right away."

"Right. We'll take the train to Canterlot." Twilight said. "It'd be for the best if we warn them in person." before they could start, her brother stood in front of them. A determined look on his face was shown as he started to speak. "Shining Armor? What are you doing?" Twilight asked, wanting to hear what her brother was going to reply, even through everypony else knew exactly what is was, especially Leonardo and Splinter, who already had an answer.

"We're all going, Twiley," Shining Armor said. "I'm not letting you go fight withut some help."

"No... You two stay here and defend the Crystal Empire in case Shredder comes back here." Leonardo ordered, pointing a finger at the shiny ground to prove a point. "The last thing we need is for a kingdom like this to be defenseless..."

"But..." Shining began.

"Let's listen to him for now, Shiny..." Cadence said, "Shredder could come back at any moment with the crystal in his possession. We don't want him getting back into the mines again, or otherwise he could become even stronger."

The Friendship Express slowed itself down as it reached the station. The ponies and turtles all ran out of it. "Do you guys even know where Shredder is at?!" Dash asked, flying above the rest of her friends at their pace. Leonardo shook his head, trying to focus his thoughts the best he could.

"I have a few ideas, but I think it's be best if we wait." Leonardo answered, being vague as to not cause a panic among them for now. "I'll explain later, but for now, how about we just hurry?"

"We've already been doin' that, Leo!" Applejack reminded the blue masked turtle.

"Yeah, but speed it up!"

Pinkie turned to Mikey while galloping, "Is he always like this, Mikey?" she asked.

"Yeah, when things get serious, anyway... But he's right! We gotta kick this into overdrive!" Michaelangelo answered, trying to run faster than earlier. They eventually reached their destination, which was the castle in which Princess Celestia and Princess Luna resided in.

The castle doors burst open, revealing the team. The guards had let them pass by through Twilight's word. The ponies and ninjas made their way to the throne room where Celestia was in a meeting. "Princess! We need your help!" she shouted. The Sun Princess raised a brow at this plead from her former student.

"What is it?"

"Shredder got away..." Donnie panted, "He has this weird crystal that can break the dimensional barrier of our worlds! We need you and Luna to set up defenses all around Canterlot, Manehattan and any other Equestrian town. If Shredder does what we think he's about to do... Then all of our worlds are in grave danger."

"Okay... What are all talking about?" Rainbow Dash finally asked in frustration of their vague wording.

"Believe us... You don't want to know..." Leo replied, glaring at the brash pegasus. "We just need to prepare you for what could be the biggest battle you'll ever face."

"Worse than Shredder himself?" Rarity asked.

"Yeah... This ain't no laughin' matter, ponies. You thought Shredder was bad, wait till you meet some of our other enemies." Raphael commented, getting nervous glances from the ponies standing around, each of them looking at one another worridly.

"Um... How are we going to help?" Fluttershy asked.

"Easy. You're going on the frontlines with us!" Mikey answered, getting a loud squeak from Fluttershy. "Okay... Maybe that wasn't the best choice of wording on my part. Heh. My bad..."

"Splinter... What do you think our course of action should be?" Celestia questioned the rat. Splinter shook his head, putting his cane down on the marble tiled floor.

"I do not know, Princess... You and Luna are the leaders. You must do what you think is best for the kingdom you rule. Our sons and I will aid you. We faced all kinds of evil back on our worlds. The last thing we needed was to bring your world into our conflict with Oroku Saki." Splinter apologized once more.

"And we should apologize for getting you all involved with Sombra." Twilight noted. "At the very least Shining Armor and Cadence are back at the Crystal Empire. I'll ask Spike to send a letter about our plan of defense."

"Already got it, Twi!" Spike shouted, holding a blank scroll and quill in his claws.

"Sombra came back!?" Celestia asked in shock. "Why hasn't anypony told us? We could help!"

"Ah, I wouldn't worry about him anymore. That unicorn creep tried messin' with my mind and I sent 'em packing. Hopefully for good." Raphael revealed, Celestia sighing in relief.

"That's what happened to him?" asked Applejack. "In that case, I really wish we stopped Shredder in time..."

"Yeah... Don't worry about it, girls. We all did our best. Heck, if anything that was probably the quickest attack we ever countered." Leonardo complimented. "So, with us focused on Sombra and our attention divided from Shredder, the Elements managed to slow him down, but by the time Sombra vanished and we caught up, Bucket-Head already had the crystal in his possession." Leonardo explained, to fill in Celestia for when she told Luna.

"I see... Very well, Leonardo. I shall warn Luna to set up her guard for when she raises the moon. The two of us will have Canterlot and Manehattan on high alert. It would be best if you went back to Ponyville. After all we cannot hope to separate our forces too much."

"Thank you, Princess." Splinter bowed. After standing back up straight, a loud rumbling sound was heard coming from outside. Splinter pointed his staff behind him, "Now... That is peculiar. Let's investigate my sons..." he ordered.

"C'mon everypony!" Mikey chanted.

"What the shell?" Raph muttered.

Shredder stood right outside the castle. His arms crossed and no fear in his eyes. Behind him was the very thing the turtles feared would happen. He had an army. Though not of his mutants or more Foot robots at his disposal. No, they were strange robots with a pink brain-like creature sitting in the torso, presumably controlling them. A large number of them surrounded the castle.

"Wh-What is that!?" Fluttershy moved her hoof to the object. It was a metal dome on wheels. The turtles scowled, realizing that Shredder had done the unthinkable once again. He formed an alliance with the dreaded creatures they have been fighting. The strange drome remained still all the while Shredder laughed.

"Turtles!?" Applejack managed to say. "Who the hay are those things behind Shredder? Because I don't think they're here for a formal introduction!"

"Are they those mutants you were talking about?" Spike wondered.

Leonardo held out his katanas, while his brithers followed with their own weapons. The ponies stared wide-eyed at them, curious since no one had answered them.

"Shredder brought the Krang from Dimension X! And that thing up there is the Technodrome. Get everypony evacuated as soon as you can, we'll hold them off!"

Showdown

One of the Krang landed in front of the turtles, "General Krang..." Leonardo hissed. The person in question wore clothes of that of an ordinary human, but he like all the others had a Krang controlling it, this one was the leader of the race. General Krang smirked, delighted to see another world under chaos. Though, the turtles could responded otherwise.

"Ah, the turtles... I would say I am surprised to see you here, but Shredder told me of this world... Another world to terraform." General Krang spoke to the leader.

"Why are ya workin' for Chrome Dome anyhow?" Raph questioned, "I thought ya wanted nothing to do with our affairs!"

"That maybe true, but how could I and the other Krang refuse an opportunity like this? We will turn this world into our new Dimension X, then once we're done here, we're heading back to Earth to finish what we started."

"You wish!" Donatello shouted.

"Oh? What makes you think otherwise, turtles?" General Krang wondered. "It's my army against you and the pathetic ponies. What chance do you have against an entire army?"

"We faced you butt-ugly creeps before!" Mikey yelled, "We'll kick you back to Dimension X!"

"That will not happen on my watch." Shredder reminded the turtles. "The Technodrome will destroy everything in its path. Even if you defeat the Krang army, none of you can hope to destroy the mech without a way back to Dimension X." he added, holding up the Warp Crystal he stole earlier. The turtles watched the Kraang army fly overhead, razing the entire town of Canterlot. "You all know what happened last time an army like this took over New York."

"We ain't hidin' this time, Shredder!" Raph declared, pointing his sais at the ninja.

"Ha! You all should have surrendered when you had the chance!" Shredder laughed. "Now watch as you fail to save all of Equestria from the Krang!"

"No! You have gone too far, Saki!" Splinter growled. "End this now!" hearing that, Shredder and General Krang laughed once more, obviously not listening to his pleas. The rat scowled, holding up his staff in anger at his longtime nemesis.

Shredder pointed his gauntlet blades at Splinter, "Now, bow to your new rulers."

"Never."

Splinter leaped in the air, kicking Saki in the gut, dazing him for a moment. Shredder held his stomach, inhaling. The ninja master shouted trying to stab his blades through Splinter, but the rat swerved, his nimble body giving him an advantage. Splinter held the tip of one of the blades, pushing Shredder's arm back as much as he could. He used his other hand to force his enemy's gauntlet back further, but Shredder continued to fight. In the moment, Splinter moved the arm upward, allowing a chop to Shredder's legs.

The conquerer hissed in pain, lunging at Hamato Yoshi. Splinter however ducked underneath the attack, feeling the blades skim the top of his head, shaving a few hairs. Saki watched as Splinter got to one knee and bounced back upward, backflipping his feet into the Shredder's covered jaw. Shredder felt some pain from the attack, but shook it off and continued to attack the rat ninja. Shredder punched Splinter, with his blades retracted for the moment. Metal collided with flesh and a loud thud was heard from him. Splinter wiped the blood from his mouth and readied himself.

"C'mon girls!" Twilight ordered. Her friends galloped as fast they could while Dash flew above them at their pace. Spike held on to Twilight's neck. "We gotta get everypony to safety!" as she said this, various ponies scurried around Canterlot in fear, watching as the Kraang army decimated everything in their path. A family of ponies trembled in a corner, watching as a Krangdroid pointed a cannon at them. Rainbow Dash noticed this and shoved her hooves into the side of the robot, making it crash through the walls of a building.

"GO!" Dash ordered, watching the family run off. The pegasus watched the Krang body get back up. "So, back for round two, huh?" she questioned.

"You will feel the feeling which is known as pain." the Krangdroid said in an unorthodox manner.

"Okay. I have no idea what the hay you just said, but I'm gonna assume that it's alien for 'I wanna get beaten by Rainbow Danger Dash'." she decided to translate for the Krang, who pointed his arm cannon at Rainbow. "That's it?" she said, flying back to the air, hovering behind the alien and kicking it down with all four hooves. As the Krang fell, a beam of purple magic kept it down before it vanished. Dash noticed that Twilight showed up. "Where'd it go?"

"I teleported it back to where the turtles were." Twilight revealed, gesturing ahead to where the others guided the ponies away from the town of Canterlot. Celestia and Luna had made thier way there and aided in the evacuation so that they could hurry and help the turtles stop Shredder.

Celestia raised a hoof, trying her best to calm the scared civilains, "My little ponies. Do not worry. We will have you all sent to a safe location until all of this is over."

"What are those?"

"What do they want?"

Many questions were asked in a very quick manner, but Pinkie did her best to answer each one of them as fast as she could, doing what she can to speed up the process.

"Well, they are a bunch of aliens from another dimension sent here by a crazy ninja to stop his enemies who are a bunch of turtles and a rat for a father and the aliens want to turn our world into a mutant wasteland or something like that." she answered in once breath. "But the turtles are doing their best to stop them."

"They mentioned that they fought them plenty of times before," Applejack assured. "We'll be stayin' behind to help them. The rest of ya have to get to safety until this is over."

The ponies stood silently, Celestia, Luna and Twilight lit up their horns. Their magic combining into a powerful spell that could send the civilians to safety. "Where did they go?" Rarity wondered, watching everypony vanish in a bright light.

"We have sent them to Ponyville for the time. It would take the army quite a while to reach them, and by the time they do, the turtles would hopefully get rid of them." Luna answered.

After speaking, another Krang landed in front of them. "Princesses. Destroy their armor, then send those... Things back to where the turtles are nearby the castle." Twilight said. The sisters nodded. Applejack spun, rearing her hooves back and hitting the metal body of the robot Krang body. "You wish to do the action that is known as rebel. You shall all perish."

"Oh yeah. They have that weird speaking quirk. Very specific." Dash muttered, slamming her hooves down on the body.

"I must say that is rather... Unique." Rarity inquired using her magic to hold back the arm cannon the Krangdroid wielded. This allowed Pinkie to hit it while Fluttershy patted it. The princesses readied a spell powerful enough to send the Krang standing in front of them and others in the surrounding area away to where the turtles were at, thanks to Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Twilight who weakened them enough to not be threat once they were warped.

Three more robots landed in front of them, "Oh no you don't!" Rarity shouted, holding down one of the bodies. Twilight threw a piece of a broken building at the body, destroying it except for the alien that rested inside it. The Krang attempted to escape, but Twilight used her magic once more to teleport it away. Feeling drained, she decided to help in at least destroying the bodies. Pinkie Pie shot a boulder at a Kraang from her party cannon, shattering the head of the robot. The Krang felt himself lose control. The third Krangdroid shot a laser out of its arm cannon, causing the ponies to duck underneath the blast in a hurry. Facing upward while lying down, Twilight shot a small burst of magic at the robot, allowing Applejack to connect her forehooves to its body.

The Krang alien fell from its body, trying to scurry to safety. Celestia warped it away. The other alien with a body attempted to attack. "You will do the action that is known as pay. Krang will destroy you." the alien declared in a gravelled voice.

"I did not understand a word of that you uncouth creature!" Rarity commented, slamming her hooves on the body. Rainbow Dash smirked as she kicked the Krang out of the body. Spike then hopped out of his spot to hit it slighty with his claws, scratching the armor right before the Kraang hopped out. Luna then used her magic to send the alien away for good.

"Alright. We have to clean up here before we get back to the turtles." Twilight insisted. Her friends nodded in agreement, realizing that they should weaken the army before lending a hoof in stopping the mastermind. They watched as the Krang continued their rampage across Canterlot.

"Let's go!"

Leonardo and Raphael ducked underneath General Krang's pistol blast, watching the beam shatter a piece of the castle wall. Michaelangelo threw the chain of his nunchucks at the robot's arm, stopping it. The wild turtle hopped, his foot colliding with the head of the Krang head. General Krang grabbed Mikey's foot and slammed his body onto the stone floor, breaking it apart. The turtle groaned in pain, grabbing his aching foot within the snall crater he created. Donatello flung his staff on General Krang's side, moving him slightly. The genius released the blade at the tip, causing him to stab through the artifical body. He removed his blade from the body, smacking the opposite end on the body this time distracting him for an attack led by Leo.

Raph held General Krang's body back, allowing Leonardo to punch the leader of the aliens in his pink face. General Krang hissed in anger, feeling the force of Leo's punch. "Shredder. Get to the Technodrome. I will instruct the next phase of the plan from there!" he ordered. Shredder nodded, and punched Splinter one last time before running away from the battle.

"I always knew you for a coward, Shredder." Raphael grunted, watching the ninja retreat. He focused his attention back to General Krang and his backup that he had summoned. Raph stabbed his weapons through the head of the robot, short-circuiting it, and making the alien within it hop out of it. Leonardo held it down. Donatello ran to the remains of the body and grabbed its arm cannon and pieces that Raphael split apart. "Okay, a few modifications here and then... Aha!"

"What is it, dude?" Michaelangelo asked.

"I give you the Krang countermeasure!" Donnie cheered, pointing his cannon at the loose alien. Donatello pointed the trigger and shot the Krangdroid, watching it warp away. "Using the coordinates from Dimension X, I managed to send them back to Dimension X, where they shouldn't be able to escape in time."

"Nice work, Don!" Leo commented, ducking underneath a punch from a robot. Splinter hopped on the Kraang's arm and hit thr head with his staff, allowing Donnie to shoot his laser at the torso, removing the Kraang from the battle.

"Not bad, turtles. But you shall fall like the Utrom before us. Equestria and Earth will become a Krang world." General Krang declared, raising his arms. Leonardo glared at the alien general, pulling out his katanas once more.

"Like hell you are!"

"Oh? Shredder! Activate the protocols!"

Meanwhile, the ponies were on their way back to the battlefield. "We're almost there!" Applejack shouted, turning her head to face her friends, who never stopped.

The top of the Technodrome began to light up slowly. The Elements, the Princesses and the dragon watched as it glowed. A large beam shot out of the tank. They watched as the turtles vanished, with no trace of where they are. "No..." Twilight muttered, looking at the charred ash lying on the floor where the turtles and Splinter were. "NO!" she shouted at the top of her lungs in despair.

General Krang chuckled, "Oh look, the ponies came back to watch the fall of the turtles. And now, they shall witness the rise of a new world. A new Dimension X."

"Ugh! How dare you!" Rarity growled. "Y-You monster!" the unicorn cried out.

"I am only doing what is right for us Krang." General Krang insisted, earning a hiss from Rainbow Dash. Pinkie's mane deflated st the sight of the apparent demise of her friends.

"Why..." Pinkie and Fluttershy cried quietly. Dash and Applejack comforted the two as much as they could.

"No... We're stopping you. It's what the turtles would want. It's what Splinter would want." Rainbow Dash growled, holding a hoof over Fluttershy's shoulder.

"Then do it. End me here if you wish. My Krang army will overpower all of you." General Krang declared. With that said, the ponies ran toward General Krang for the supposed final battle. A battle to avenge the fallen Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

For Their World

Rainbow Dash and Twilight flapped their wings, flying over the blast of General Krang's arm cannon. "Just give up. You should know by now that this world belongs to the Krang." the general ordered, forcing their surrender. The duo responded by performing a cannonball on the body, but unlike the other Krang they fought, General Krang's body proves to be much harder to break than they anticipated. The leader of the aliens laughed at their futile efforts to stop him.

"Stay down!" Applejack ordered, gritting her teeth while kicking the body which didn't move at all. She looked at Twilight, who looked at General Krang, clearly perplexed. "Twi? What do we do?" the farmpony questioned.

"Princesses!" she called to the Royal Sisters, who looked at her, "Use your magic to stop the army! We'll stop the general here!" she said.

"Okay, my former student." Celestia agreed.

"Do we have the magic to remove an army like this, sister?" Luna wondered.

Celestia closed her eyes, "We have to do the best we can for our subjects, Luna."

Back with the former Elements, Rarity strained herself trying to keep General Krang's arms still, doing so let Dash uppercut Krang's artificial face. He towered over them greatly, which is surprising for a fake body like his. Twilight looked as Pinkie and Fluttershy remained in place, realizing that the two of them were still mourning the loss of the Hamato Clan. "Girls..." she slowly said, the two looked upward, tears still in their eyes. "We can do this. For them."

A sniffle was heard before Pinkie's mane inflated, a frown still on her face. "You're right, Twilight," the pink pony looked to see Fluttershy speaking, rubbing her nose with a hoof. "T-They would want us to stop the Krang... I-I'll help in anyway I can."

"You can count on me until the end!" Pinkie cheered.

Twilight smiled, "Good. Let's stop the Krang and send them back to Dimension X." she turned around, everypony standing behind her with a determined look on their faces. The purple alicorn vanished, moving herself into the air. She shot a beam of lavender magic at General Krang, who shrugged it off easily.

"Do you think your magic can hurt my armor?" General Krang boasted nonchalantly. "You ponies are just like the humans on Earth, so weak to fight us."

Spike leaped up, using his claws to slice through General Krang's armor, damaging the head of it. The dragon felt the alien leader grab his entire body with a hand. The pink creature smirked from where he was positioned. Krang slammed Spike on the ground, cracking the floor where he was standing.

"SPIKE!"

Rarity gritted her teeth, fuming at the Kraang hurting Spike. The unicorn unleashed a barrage of magic unlike anything her friends have ever seen before, "You will not hurt my friends anymore!" she declared, watching General Krang deflecting each and every blast as though they were frisbees

"Pathetic..." Krang sighed.

Applejack pulled her lasso out and spun it around, the end gripper in her mouth. She tied it around General Krang, who was confused and was briefly tied in it, allowing Twilight to shoot at Krang once again, this time hurting him. General Krang released himself and managed to punch Applejack, angering Rainbow Dash.

"Just leave already!" Dash nudged her shoulder to the side of General Krang, shoving his body slightly. The general responded by grabbing her by the throat and tossing her away from him.

"That should keep her quiet."

Applejack ducked under a horizontal swing delivered by General Krang, getting an opportunity to drive her forehooves to his legs, making the artifical body lose control for a moment. General Krang saw Pinkie Pie with her party cannon, but with Fluttershy inside of it. The party pony pulled the string, which shot out the timid pegasus. Fluttershy extended her hooves, managing to hit General Krang's actual body, stunning him for a moment.

Twilight lit up her horn as did Rarity. The unicorn used her magic to stop his movements once more while Twilight used her magic to remove the parasite from the artificial body. "That's it for you... I am keeping you here until we can send you back to Dimension X."

"Oh, I wouldn't worry about that. Shredder should be in there right now. That temporary mutagen I gave him shall give him plenty of time to end you before it wears off once he's ready." General Krang revealed to the ponies.

"Um... Twilight. When are we sending him back?" Spike questioned "Are we waiting for the Princesses to come back with the army?"

"Yes, Spike, but for now he won't be going anywhere. The Princesses should be back soon and we're going to stop that giant tank."

Then, the Technodrome started to hum, then moved. Twilight teleported herself and her friends away from its path, watching it tear apart everything that stood in its way. The alicorn sighed in relief that they had got everypony to safetly while the turtles covered for hem earlier. She just hoped that there was a way to get in there before the Technodrome and Shredder could do any more damage. She held General Krang in her magic aura. Rainbow Dash saw this and went to interrogate the alien herself.

"How do we stop the Technodrome?!" Rainbow Dash asked, getting right into the alien's face. General Krang laughed at her question, treating it like a joke.

"There is no stopping the Technodrome, you equine pest!" Krang announced. "Not unless you get in there, but even if you do, Shredder will have taken the enhancement mutagen that I gave him! So there is no stopping us from terraforming your world into our new Dimension X!" after announcing this, Dash slapped him.

"You son of a-" she shouted.

The Technodrome continued to raze the entire city of Canterlot. Rarity and Fluttershy gasped upon the sight of the destruction. "Your precious turtle friends won't be able to help you now..." General Krang snickered, realizing that Equestria was doomed.

"We'll stop ya!" Applejack declared, "We already defeated yer Krang army. Now we're gonna get in that there Technodrome and send ya back home!"

"It's not that easy, Applejack..." Twilight responded, "That thing killed the turtles... What chance do we have?"

"Heh... Exactly..." Krang smirked. "Now you must watch unless of course you wish to chase it?" he offered. Rainbow Dash started to flap her wings, already making her decision. Twilight nodded, seeing the pegasus's hopeful plan.

"I got this!" Dash declared. Rainbow made a beeline toward the Technodrome, but as she neared it, a forcefield activated, preventing any further intrusion. Groaning in frustration, Rainbow Dash punched the barrier, but was met with an electric current. Luckily, Rarity has already used her magic to slow down what would have been a long descent in pain.

"Easy now, Rainbow..." Rarity said.

"Aw, come on!" Dash huffed, "There's no way to get in!"

"A-Are you sure?" Fluttershy asked.

The Technodrome continued its neverending rampage across Canterlot, and nopony was able to stop it. "What do we do now, Twilight?" Apllejack asked the purple alicorn.

"I-I don't know..."

Fall of the Invaders

"What the shell...?" Raph groaned, opening his eyes. The turtle tried to move his arms, but felt something hold them back. He snapped himself awake, realizing that his arms and legs were chained up to a wall. Raphael turned his head and saw that his brothers and father shared the same fate as he did. He tried shaking himself out of the trap, but the chains would not budge. He noticed that a platform began to rise from the hole, revealing their nemesis.

"Welcome to your demise, turtles..." Shredder gloated, standing in the center of the circular room. "In my hand I hold an enhancement mutagen that General Krang gave to me." he held up the canister of the purple liquid in his hand.

Leonardo gritted his teeth, "What's your game here, Shredder?" he questioned.

"My game? I wish to rid this world of you. Our little rivalry has gone on long enough. And now you're all going to die. And you shall bear witness to the Krang destroying Equestria."

"No..." Donnie muttered.

"Please, Saki. You must have some amount of humanity left..." Splinter groaned. "You know that this is taking our battles too far. The ponies did nothng to you..."

"The ponies tried to intervene. They brought this on themselves, Hamato Yoshi. I offered them a chance to let me go my own way, but of course they chose to get in my way. I am being merciful by allowing the Krang to end them. Sombra thought he could end them, but I assumed wrong in that regard," Shredder reminded the clan. He revealed the Warp Crystal once more. "And with this, once Equestria is terraformed, then Earth shall be next."

"Ya ain't got the guts, Bucket Breath!" Mikey taunted. "Ya gotta live somewhere!"

"No, you annoying turtle. I live to kill you. If that means turning the Earth over to the Krang, then so be it," Shredder revealed to his longtime nemesis. "You all should know this by now. Once I'm done with these two worlds you shall be reverted back with the Kraang's retro-mutagen to remove the possibility of avenging your worlds."

"Ugh!" Raph grunted, trying to escape. "I ain't lettin' ya hurt anyone else, Shredder! If I have to die to prove it, then so be it. I'll end you myself! You had Sombra use me as a puppet!" he vented his frustrations at the conqueror. "I'm not letting out until I get to shove that pointy helmet right up your- AH!"

A flash of white covered his eyes. When he opened them, he found himself back in his mind. "What the shell? Why am I sleeping?" he asked the white void, his voice echoing after speaking. He squinted, seeing a familiar hooded glowing pony in his sights. Raphael moved closer to the figure, where she turned around with a smile on her face. "I never thought I'd be glad to see ya again, Solar." he said.

'Raphael. I see that I have arrived back on time. Good... That means I was right in choosing you.' Solar revealed, earning a confused glance from the turtle.

"Choose me? What are you talking about?"

Solar looked at him, despite her eyes being covered by the cloak she wore. 'You have shown devotion to the ponies of this land time and again. You even fended off Sombra when he had total control of your mind and body. At first I had second thoughts, but after giving you a chance I am glad to be proven wrong.'

Raph rubbed his head, "Okay. I have no idea what the shell yer talking about. So can you please explain?"

'Fine.' she grunted, 'You are one of the warriors destined to fight a great battle unlike anything you've faced before. I shall explain once the time comes, but for now, you have gained a power unlike your brothers. A magic lost upon this Equestria,' she paused, 'You are an Element, Raphael. The Element of Devotion.' her voice faded, sending Raphael back to the real world.

Raphael found that began to glow gold once again, "Huh... It's just like when I was fightin' Sombra in my mind," he noticed. Instantly, his arm broke free of the shackles that kept him trapped with the flick of his wrist. "Finally." he moved his other arm and legs from their spots and landed on the metal floor. Shredder tried to attack but the turtle was too fast for him, and he took the time in releasing his family from their confines, where they all stood behind him and Leonardo. "Nice try, Shred Head, but this is all over."

"Very well... You all wish to die." Shredder said, ingesting the Super-Mutagen in his hand. The turtles watched as the ninja transformed before their eyes. His muscles began to expand, his feet were slowly lifted off the ground and a sinister glare formed on his face, with no pupils showing at all. He held the Warp Crystal as he crossed his arms. Once he reappeared, the turtles noticed that he towered over them with his new upgraded armor.

"Bow before your god, the Super Shredder." he gloated. The golden Raphael pointed his sais at the powered up Oroku Saki, not scared at all, but rather feeling confident, which was shared among his family, who were not frightened by his appearance with him.

"We're never bowing to someone who looks like a cosplaying robot." Mikey declared, spinning his nunchucks in his hands.

Super Shredder raised a hand, teleporting from his spot. He appeared behind Michaelangelo, chopping him in the arm, a clear bruise formed as a result and his green skin began to turn blue slightly. Mikey cringed in pain, trying to lessen the feeling of his ache. "You all should have given up right now. I am too powerful." Super Shredder boasted, not once changing his demeanor.

Donatello stabbed the blade of his staff through Shredder's shoulder, but the super ninja remained stiff, unable to feel the weapon protrude deep into his arm. "I am invincible," he uppercutted Donnie in the jaw, making him smack the metal wall behind them, where he slowly slid back onto the floor with a quiet thud. Super Shredder looked downward, feeling something grab his arm.

"Some god, Shredder," Mikey grunted, holding his aching arm while tossing the chains of his nunchucks around the blades of the Super Shredder's gauntlets. He threw the other end of his nunchucks, hitting Super Shredder in the face. "You really need to work on your defenses, Bucket Head."

Super Shredder grunted, feeling the blunt of the nunchuck, "Persistent... Impudent..." he growled, teleporting from his spot. This time, Mikey leaned back, causing Super Shredder to miss his attack. He backflipped, kicking the super powered ninja in the chest, causing him to go flying and hit the ceiling. Super Shredder caught himself and began his descent on to the crazy turtle. Before his fists could collide, he felt something block his attack.

Leonardo rolled, on one knee, he held the Super Shredder up with his blades, stopping his momentum. Sweat poured down his face, trying to keep him from moving. "That's it!" he ordered, somersaulting away from the falling Shredder who's fist collided with the hard metal floor, creating a large dent where he landed.

"So, you still have energy to fight. Then so be it."

Super Shredder expanded the blades on his gauntlets, slicing Leonardo's arm. Blood began to drip from the wound, which Leo attended to as quick as he could. Donnie held his head in pain, he tried to whack Super Shredder with his staff, but the ninja cut it off in half easily, making the turtle watch as the other half flew from the side he was holding in his hands. Donatello watched as Splinter kicked his enemy in the face, speaking, "My son. Go to the controls. There should be a way to send the Technodrome back to Dimension X."

"Aye, Sensei." Donnie ran to the computer terminal. "Hm. I could reverse engineer the teleporter to send the Technodrome and all thr Krang back to Dimension X." pressing buttons on the keyboard and reading the information.

"Then do it!" Leonardo shouted, holding Shredder's arm back once again. Mikey hopped and rolled, tripping Super Shredder and making him fall with a thud. Super Shredder teleported then began hitting the two turtles and Splinter, knocking them out. Raphael stared at the sight, witnessing Super Shredder's power.

"I can't do that without sending us there too! I need the crystal to send us back home first!"

"Alright, I got it." he said. The golden Raphael finally stepped forward into the battle. Super Shredder laughed at the sight.

"And what hope do you have of defeating me?"

Super Shredder tried to punch Raphael, but the turtle grabbed his fist and began to crush it, making the powered ninja howl in pain. Super Shredder teleported from his spot. Raphael focused, closing his eyes in brief meditation. He heard a noise and grabbed Super Shredder's arm from behind, flipping him over his shoulder. In the process, Raph managed to grab the Warp Crystal from his possession. Super Shredder landed on his back.

"Game over, Shredder." placing his hand on Super Shredder's head, Raphael reverted Super Shredder back to his normal form using his Element powers. "Yo, Donnie, catch!" he tossed the Warp Crystal to the genius, who caught it.

"Thanks, Raph. Now I'm reversing the teleportation of the machine. We gotta get out of here soon, but before that we have to do one last thing." he pressed one more button. Leonardo, Michaelangelo and Splinter walked up to the monitor with Shredder's unconscious body, looking at the screen.

'Hey, everypony!

Pinkie gasped, hearing the voice, "MIKEY!" she cheered, delighted to hear his voice, "You're alive!"

'Yeah, we are, but we don't have much time, I reversed the Technodrome to send it and all the Kraang back to Dimension X.' Donatello began, 'But we have to go also. We just wanted to say goodbye before we leave.' he said.

"What? You're leaving?!" Twilight questioned loudly.

"Aw..." Fluttershy said.

'Yeah, but we promise we'll be back. I just wanted to say thank you for helping us. So... Uh, this is goodbye for now...' Leonardo said to the ponies.

'You have shown us great hospitality. I will miss being here, but I cannot thank you enough for helping my sons and I in stopping Shredder and the Kraang. You all have a lot to live for, and so I wish you the best of luck in what lies ahead.' Splinter spoke one last time.

'You guys are awesome! Pinkie! We'll throw the sickest party when we reunite!'

"Yes we will, Mikey!" Pinkie shouted.

"Thank you... Sensei." Applejack said.

A long silence was heard, but Raphael finally spoke, 'Hey, girls. Uh, I'm not used to this kind of speech, but I just wanna say, thank you. I made a promise to protect all of you, and I succeeded in that. If it hadn't been for all you, we would've never had a chance to stop Shredder.'

'Aw... Raph has a soft spot.' they could hear Mikey. A slap was hard from the other line.

"Something we can agree upon." Rainbow Dash nodded in response to the slap.

"Who knew he could be sweet?" Rarity inquired.

After they all spoke, the turtles held Splinter and vanished with the Warp Crystal. Soon after, all the Kraang including General Krang disappeared with the Technodrome back to Dimension X. The ponies watched in awe as their friends left their world. Celestia and Luna landed right next to them. "Are they...?"

"Yes... They'll be back. I'm sure of it."

Spike awoke in his bed. A week had passed since the turtles had left and the Kraang had been defeated. The dragon hopped out of his bed and out of his room. Canterlot had the damages from the invasion repaired and everypony returned home. He walked into Twilight's lab, where the alicorn was jotting down notes.

"Morning, Twi." he greeted, the princess never looking up from her research. He waved his hand in front of her eyes, but Twilight did not budge from reading.

"One of those days, huh?"

"Oh..." Twilight noticed something blocking her train of thought, "Spike! What time is it? Shouldn't you be sleeping?"

"It's past 10, Twilight. 10 in the morning. You've been at this all night. C'mon, the girls wanted us to go to a picnic!" Spike said.

Twilight sighed, "Sorry, Spike. It's just... I'm trying to figure out a way to use a Warp Crystal to create a portal to the turtle's world." she revealed, holding up her book with her magic. "But I can't figure it out or how they got here to begin with."

Spike shrugged, "It's fine, Twilight. But you should take a break. Plus, I'm sure Donatello's using the one he has to find a way back here. So, we shouldn't keep the others waiting. They'll be back. That's what Leonardo promised, right?"

Smiling, Twilight hopped from her chair behind her assistant. "You're right. This can wait. For now, we have our friends here, and I don't want them waiting."

"Wow. Did all of that really happen?"

Donatello nodded, "Sure did, April." he answered to the woman sitting next to him. "It was crazy. Luckily, we stopped Shredder before he could destroy Equestria with General Krang, but I know they'll be back. And this time we're keeping things here." the turtles returned back to their normal patrols in New York and Donnie had begun a new experiment within his laboratory.

"So, Donnie. Do you think you'll ever get back there? I wanna see this for myself." April asked.

"I hope so. I have the crystal, and I'm trying to find a way to use Krang technology to create a portal back to their world, but for now it's only a theory." Donatello explained, holding the Warp Crystal from his work desk.

"Man, I would've kicked Shredder and Sombra's butt." Casey Jones bragged, sagging onto the sofa in the turtles' lair. "We got worried after you all vanished for so long. We thought somethin' even worse happened to ya, glad to see that you ended up in a world full of colorful, talking ponies." he joked.

"Heh. Just glad to see ya again, Casey." Raph commented with a thin smile.

"I'm just glad to see you at all. Last thing we needed was to fight Shredder and the Kraang with ya." Casey added.

"We gotta introduce you and April to them. They're actually pretty cool," Mikey responded. "Plus, I bet they can kick your butt since we trained them ourselves."

"I like to see that."

Meanwhile, Leonardo and Splinter meditated across from each other in the training room. "Sensei... Do you think that we'll ever get back to Equestria?"

Splinter opened an eye, "I cannot answer that my son. For now, focus on the present. We shall see where fate leads us. If destiny decides that we shall meet the ponies again, then so be it you can ask Donatello yourself. I do not doubt his experiment. So perhaps that time shall come sooner rather than later."

Within another dimension, Solar walked into an empty castle beyond the Everfree Forest, 'Hopefully it worked. I only have so much time before HE finds out I'm here.' she said, turning her head quickly to make sure nopony was following.

Six pedastals stood in front of her. So far two of them held an object. The first one had a red cap with an 'M' stitched in the center, while the other had a blue helmet. A bright light overtook a third one, this emblem was a red bandana meant to cover one's eyes.

'Perfect. His is indeed the third warrior. Now I must retreat before HE discovers my true whereabouts. Hopefully, I can find the next Warrior soon before this Equestria and all other worlds follow in destruction.'
