I am sorry for any similarities to any other stories, I can assure you these are all my ideas.

The newly turned Princess was reading through books in one of the wings of the giant library that resided in the Canterlot Castle. After being turned into an Alicorn, it was hard to adjust, even though Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy gave her tips on flying whenever she prompted, the former usually giving advice and criticism whenever she wanted. Even so, just because she had been turned into an Alicorn didn't mean her habits changed, and she immediately began to read and digest information in the Library of the Canterlot castle.

One book caught her eye as Twilight passed a shelf. The binding was old and the book looked like if she just touched it, or stared at for too long, it would disintegrate into dust. She carefully pulled out the book with her magic and skimmed the pages. It was in an ancient language, and would take time for Twilight to decipher, but she was up to the challenge. She read over a passage and tried to make sense of what it said. Some of the words were so faded she had to squint hard to actually make them out.

Attempting to read what it said aloud, Twilight tried to read what seemed to be a spell. "Para ser joven otra vez, hacer retroceder el reloj a la infancia, volver al sentir la mano que tiende la madre." Twilight rubbed her eyes from squinting. "I wonder what that even me-"

A blinding flash erupted from Twilight and blared through the late afternoon sky. Princess Celestia looked up from the boring meeting she was in with a Minotaur delegate to see the light erupt from the library. In a bedroom the light broke through the window and Princess Luna woke up startled and fell onto the floor. "What in the heavens?" she sputtered, dazed.

Celestia, making a mental note to check up on Twilight, returned her attention back to the minotaur. "Your Highness, I think it would be of great interest to open this trade. It would really improve some lifestyles..." The minotaur stated, beginning to trail off.

Celestia took this momentary pause to kindly interrupt him, "I'm sorry sir, but it would be more costly for us to come to such an agreement. Perhaps tomorrow we can discuss something else, yes?" The minotaur sighed but nodded. It was getting late anyway. The hybrid creature packed up his delegation tools and exited the throne room, presumably heading towards the room he was staying at in the castle during his stay.

Luna rose the moon as her sister began to set the sun. Remembering to check up on Twilight, Celestia gracefully walked to the library to hear a large wailing noise. She quickly opened the door to see a young filly with wings and a horn and looking mysteriously like Twilight. The filly stopped crying for a short time to see who had come in. Almost immediately she began to wail again.

Walking up to the filly, Celestia noticed the opened book and a look of horror crossed her face, "Oh dear." Luna took that moment to come fluttering in.

"Tia I've been calling for thee and I wanted to ask if you had known what that light... flash...was...oh my." Luna glanced at the crying filly and looked at the spellbook. Using her magic, Luna brought the book up to her face. Twilight saw the spectacle and raised her forehooves in an attempt to catch it, only for her hooves to catch Celestia's extended one.

Luna set the book down after not finding what she sought, she looked at Tia, who was now trying to console the filly by nuzzling its face. "Sister, surely thou dost not think that this is Twilight Sparkle?" Celestia looked up after Twilight calmed down a little bit, tears still dripping down her face but no longer wailing.

"You know as well as I do that it is," Celestia sighed.

"The cure?" Luna asked as Celestia magically picked up the still teary eyed Twilight and set her comfortably on her back.

"A mother's hand, of course," Celestia replied.

Luna's face began to contort till she finally burst out laughing. "BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Surely thou dost not think that thou art suitable to be a mother?" The force of the her laughing had caused Luna to fall onto her back and occasionally slap the floor with her hooves. The thought of Celestia being a mother was that priceless.

Celestia rolled her eyes, but Luna's outburst caused Twilight to begin crying again. Celestia's magic wrapped around the filly and began to rock her, and the foal soon fell asleep. "I am sure I can handle it, Luna," Celestia walked past her younger sister with a sleeping Twilight.

Finally able to control herself, Luna got one more question out. "How long?"

Her elder sister looked up and sighed. "I don't know, and in the meantime you can begin to search to see if there are any other cures to be used."

A guard came running up as fast as he could. "Your Highness we heard wailing! Is everything alright?" Celestia couldn't really answer that. No one was hurt per say, but everything was certainly not fine. The guard finally noticed something tiny and purple on the Princess' back. He made to say something, but Celestia beat him to it.

"Twilight miscast a spell and now she has been turned into a filly. I need you to alert the castle so that they may be aware of this, and to prepare proper food for her to eat," the Princess ordered. The guard refused to laugh, but it showed in his eyes. A stern look from the Princess told him that rather than trying to suppress his giggles, to get his orders done.

The guard quickly ran about the castle to alert the staff of the problem, and of the new Princess' condition.

Luna peeked her face out of the library, but contorted again as she fell back onto her back laughing. The Princess of the sun forced herself not to roll her eyes, but she allowed them to glance at the sleeping filly riding on her back who was now sucking her tail. "Back to work Luna."

Celestia made a slight groan as she realized she would soon have to feed this hungry filly.

After a blinding flash, blurry eyes opened to see huge towers filled with skinny blocks. The small Alicorn felt a tightness in her stomach, and she didn't like this unfamiliar feeling. The young filly began to wail aloud in the hopes that somepony would hear her.

She attempted to get up, but only succeeding in falling. The foal decided that if she was going to get anywhere, she was going to have to wail louder, and so she did. She wailed so hard her throat began to hurt, but she registered only pain so she wailed even louder.

After what seemed like forever, the doorway suddenly swung open, and the filly saw a shape and white. White seemed to stand out the most, despite the flowing river of colors. Words were coming from the figure, but the filly couldn't understand, which only increased her frustration, causing her to cry louder.

The white figure gracefully walked up to her, and murmured more words into her tiny ear. Even though the filly couldn't understand what was being said, it felt comforting, and before she knew it the figure had her muzzle on her cheek. It was warm and it was delightful. Tears still streamed from her face but she felt a little better.

Another voice soon followed, much louder than the soothing one next to her. Again she could not understand what was being said, but the figure was dark and had a sparkling river flowing. The newcomer levitated one of the skinny blocks to her face and the young foal raised her forearms. She wanted to grab it! It looked fun, but her hooves caught nothing till she caught the white figure.

The filly glanced up and noticed the dark one had set down the skinny block and was now asking more questions as the white one continued to nuzzle.

The filly felt herself being pulled up and set upon the white figure's back. Everything looked smaller up here and she felt tall. All of a sudden the dark one bursted out in a loud noise, and the filly was startled began to wail aloud again. The same warm feeling enveloped her tiny body that lifted her up and began to rock her till she knew black.

After giving her sister a grueling task, Celestia headed towards the kitchen. She suspected part of Twilight's wailing was due to hunger. It was close to dinner time anyway, so no doubt Luna would be joining them shortly.

The guard that Celestia sent did his job well and all staff were aware of the situation. All the guards that she passed nodded, seeming to have shaken off their laughter and embraced the seriousness of the situation.

Filly Twilight moved and rolled off of Celestia's back, but the Princess's magic caught her before she hit the ground. "I'm really going to have to get a filly carrier or something," Celestia muttered to herself.

On the one hoof, the thought of having to take care of Twilight made her wince, but on the other hoof, it seemed like fun. She was younger in this form than when she first joined Celestia as her protege. Even though Celestia did kind of take care of her then, Twilight was pretty much independent at that time.

In this form, though, Celestia began to quickly realize that Twilight was going to rely on her more than ever. The Princess shivered at the thought. Now that Twilight was a filly again, she would be having magic surges, and with the new wings she would surely be zipping around everywhere!

Even though these thoughts made her grimace on the inside, Celestia couldn't help but smile. She had thought about being a mother, but being a ruler of Equestria meant she had greater responsibilities, and now was her chance to see if she could achieve it.

Celestia soon found herself in the kitchen with a dozen cooks creating today's dinner. One cook with brown fur and a dark black mane with a soup bowl for a cutie mark bowed low and offered the baby food to her.

"Thank you so much," she said with a nod. The cook bowed and continued to prepare the rest of the dinner.

The smell of food wafted into Twilight's nose, and the filly began to stir before Celestia had left the kitchen. Celestia quickly walked to the dining hall.

The filly had already begun to tear up because of the hunger, but Celestia beat her to it. Magically lifting both the bottle of formula and Twilight, she sat herself and the filly next to the table, and she began to bottle feed her.

The filly instantly latched onto the bottle and began to guzzle down every last drop. Celestia would remove the bottle every so often as to not let her choke or drink it too fast.

As she had seen so many parents do when their foal was done eating, she levitated the filly and began to burp her. Twilight let out a modest one, but felt better. Unfortunately for Celestia, since Twilight just had a whole bottle of formula, she crossed her legs but could not stop the yellow substance that trickled down and splattered on the table and Celestia.

Celestia sighed as Twilight giggled at the mess she made. The Princess gave her a stern look, but couldn't keep it up as Twilight grabbed Celestia's flowing mane and began to suck on it.

The dining hall door suddenly burst open, and Luna in her loud voice boomed, "OH TIA I'LL HAVE THEE KNOW THAT I HAVE FOUND NOTHING HELPFUL!" The Moon Princess lowered her volume upon seeing the mess, her sister included in it. She chuckled and fell onto the floor laughing. Twilight imitated the Dark Princess, and rolled on her back giggling.

Celestia sighed but smiled. "Sister, since you can see my obvious predicament, I will go wash up. Maybe you can be useful in cleaning up here, since you couldn't find anything to help cure Twilight." Before Luna could respond, Celestia teleported Twilight and herself to the bathroom, where she started up a lukewarm bath.

Celestia lowered herself into the tub and gently lifted Twilight with her magic. She was about to put her in the tub when the filly began to squirm against the magic. Twilight's horn gave fizzes of sparks, but she was not strong enough to overpower the Sun Princess, and was eventually lowered into the water, with a little help from a stern look from Celestia.

Twilight soon found the water to her liking, and began to lightly splash and play in it while Celestia cleaned herself off. Celestia spent plenty of time on her face, where Twilight's unfortunate accident had occurred.

Twilight began to play with her face to mimic Celestia. The Princess chuckled, and she gently began to scrub the filly who did not resist this time, perhaps hoping it would be just as good as the water. After double checking that both of them were shining, Celestia exited the tub with Twilight in her magic.

When the two were dried off, Celestia carried Twilight on her back to her room, where she set the filly down on her bed. Calling a guard, Celestia asked for some diapers, and for her dinner to be brought to her. "Diapers...I should have thought of that before,” Celestia told herself, sternly. “Fillies don't wear them for nothing."

The guard acknowledged the order and ran to carry it out. Celestia turned around to see no Twilight, but before panic could set in that she lost the little filly, she heard suckling noises as Twilight began nipping and chewing and suckling on anything she could try, but nothing seemed to please her, causing her to tear up.

Celestia quickly put her hoof next to the filly's face, and Twilight began to suckle on her foot. Celestia sighed, glad that she could prevent some wailing when the tiny Alicorn began to doze off.

Somepony knocked on her door, and Celestia opened it, and with a very big thank you, took the supplies. She diapered Twilight, who was too tired to fuss, and Celestia ate her dinner afterwards.

She carefully watched Twilight, who tried to get up and walk. When the filly fell down, she tried to get up and walk again, but every attempt failed. The filly was able to get a step in before falling, but that was the last straw as she stared up at Celestia, and held out her front hooves and began to cry.

Celestia felt something turn in her heart, but she shook it off and levitated Twilight towards her, which instantly cheered up the little filly as she was set next to the Princess.

It wasn't long before the filly curled up into a tiny ball and fell asleep. Celestia smiled, but let out an exhausted sigh as she curled up around Twilight and laid her head on her pillows. She levitated her tray that once held her dinner onto the table, and wrapped her tail around the filly like a blanket. The Princess giggled as Twilight began to subconsciously suckle it.

Celestia smiled slightly, but frowned as she realized that the next day she would have to tell Twilight's friends the unfortunate news. As she stared at the sleeping filly, she wondered if it was unfortunate at all.

Both were too tired to care.

The filly began to stir as she smelled something she couldn't describe, but it only seemed to make the pain in her stomach worse. But just as she began to get ready to cry again, she felt the familiar warmth of magic surround her and set her down.

She saw the white figure from before, who levitated a bottle to her mouth. Wanting to know what it tasted like, and if it would quell the pain in her abdomen, she instantly latched onto the shape and began to suckle. A warm delicious taste began to flow down her throat, and the filly enjoyed it even more.

Occasionally, the white one would take away the bottle, and the filly would make motions to want it back, and the figure would comply. The filly enjoyed this very much, and even better, the aching pain was gone, but only to be replaced with a new one. Before it became unbearable, she was lifted again and she let out a burp.

The pain was gone, but was to be replaced with a different feeling. The filly wondered if she would ever stop feeling all these things at once. This feeling wasn't painful, but she wanted some kind of release, so release she did. The white one's face got splattered with yellow, and there was a puddle beneath her.

The filly giggled at the mess she made, but felt better now that she had released. A sound came from the white figure, and the filly decided she didn't really like the sound, because soon after, a very stern look was given to her, and she didn't like that either. She wanted to cheer up this white figure, but the flowing colors distracted her.

The filly wondered if it tasted good, so she grabbed it and began to suckle and chew on it. The white figure's bad face disappeared to be one of something else she couldn't identify. All the filly knew was that she like this face better than the last one.

A loud banging greeted the filly's ears, and the dark one with the flowing sparkles from earlier began to yell. The white one's face changed back into that bad face again. The filly turned back to the dark one to see her fall back and began to laugh heartily. The dark one had a nice face, and she wanted the white one to have that face, so she copied the dark one.

The white one made the bad sound again, but this time made the nice face. She said something the filly couldn't understand, but the dark one's face quickly turned sour, and the filly decided that she liked all the funny faces the dark one could make, and continued to giggle.

She didn't see the dark one anymore as a pretty gold light flashed, and the filly found herself in a new room. It smelled different but she liked it. The white figure messed with a giant bowl and water began to fill the tub. The filly noticed the white one get in and sigh, but this one was a nice sound. She liked it, but now the white one was trying to put her in the water.

She didn't want to get wet. She was wet from earlier. She struggled against the magic forcing her into the tub and sparks came out of her horn, but she could not stop the white one from putting her in the tub especially, since she made the bad face. The filly quickly changed her mind and let herself be lowered into the wetness.

She decided she liked this wetness. The filly splashed and wanted the nice face on the white one, so she splashed her. No face shown on the white one, but none was bad, so the filly was satisfied for now. The white one began to play with her face, so the filly began playing with hers. A nice sound was heard again, and she felt herself being scrubbed and she liked it a lot.

Soon the white figure stopped and both had exited the wetness, and she began to get patted and dried with this this fluffy substance. Did it taste good? The filly never found out because soon the white one was done.

They entered another room, where the white figure set her down on something soft, and began to make noises and getting replies. As the white one was distracted, the filly wanted to taste some new things, and anything in reach soon became a victim. She didn't go too far because of inability to go anywhere, but there were so many colors and things she wanted to chew.

The white figure was soon done, and another bad face crossed her features, and the filly didn't like this one either. It was different than the other bad faces. It wasn't aimed at her, but she knew it was aimed for her. When the white one's gaze fell upon the filly, a better face became painted on her features.

The filly still wanted something to suck, and she began to cry, but the white one offered a part of her body. Did it taste good? She began to lightly chew and suckle on the hoof of the white figure, and she was content. A noise interrupted the filly's dozing, and she looked up at the white figure to see that a pretty glow covered her horn and opened the doors. She said something and took some object. One had a good smell coming from it but she was not interested.

The other object was a stack of round triangles. The white one lifted one up and began to undo it. Next the filly felt the familiar warmth of the white one's glow and the white triangle was being placed on her, but she was tired and didn't mind. It felt soft and comfy, and she decided she liked it. The filly also liked it when the white one didn't make a bad face.

She was sent down again, and watched as the white figure began to eat things. No bottle? The filly wanted to investigate, and so she tried to get to the white figure, but she fell. She got up again, and failed. She had barely made a step, and the white figure was watching her with interest. The filly was upset she couldn't get next to her.

She began to cry and waved her hooves at the white figure she so desperately wanted to be near. The figure seemed to know what she wanted and levitated her close to her. She had stopped eating, and the filly, content, began to doze off. The figure once more made a bad face, but she knew this time it wasn't at her.

She still didn't like it, but she yawned and fell asleep, but not before feeling warmth and seeing a spur of colors.

Celestia groggily woke up. She snapped up and checked her tail, and sighed in relief as she saw Twilight still hugging it. Gently, Celestia extracted the filly from her tail and placed her on one of her fluffy pillows. Twilight began to to stir and made the face she usually did if she was about to cry.

Beginning to panic, Celestia took the empty bottle and gave it to the still sleepy filly, who took it and began to quietly suckle going back to sleep. Heading towards her balcony, she saw her sister lowering the moon. Luna felt her gaze, and waved cheerily at her, and Celestia just glared at her, unamused. Her look did nothing to dampen her sister's mood, though.

Sighing, Celestia raised the sun and watched it as it took its course. "Nice, peaceful, and most of all, quiet!" Celestia murmured to herself contently. Her mood was quickly washed away as Twilight woke up wailing. Her unamused face quickly washed over her. Calling a nearby guard, she asked for baby formula, and asked for the guard to keep a straight face.

Being a mother was hard work. "I would rather be in court than...oh dear," Celestia gritted her teeth. She still had that meeting with the minotaur delegate. Twilight continued to wail and kick till Celestia offered her tail, which occupied the filly for a while.

Gathering parchment and some ink, she began to write a letter to Twilight's friends to let them know of this predicament.

Dear friends of Twilight,

I regret to inform you that there has been an accident at the castle. Everypony is alright but Twilight has had a little problem with age. She has now been turned into an Alicorn filly, and though we are trying our best to find a cure for her, there is a slight possibility that she will not be cured, and go through her life again. Feel free to visit whenever you can. It will do good for Twilight, I'm sure.

Your Princess,

Celestia

Rolling up the letter, she addressed it to Spike and sent it to him. No doubt that they would reply soon enough. Unfortunately, the little peace was interrupted as Twilight no longer found amusement with her tail and began to wail. Celestia flopped her ears down and teleported to the guard who was currently bringing the formula.

He almost dropped it in surprise at the appearance of the princess. "A little faster next time,” Celestia said, trying to sound as polite as possible. “I'm tired, I have to see a boring meeting with a delegate, and Twilight is wailing at the top of her lungs. I am not in the mood for this." She didn't mean to be harsh on the soldier. That's all he was anyway.

As quickly as she appeared, she disappeared, taking the formula with her. Returning to her room, Twilight continued to wail but was instead trying to make out a word. "Cwest cwest brrppgg," Twilight cried. Celestia's heart tightened, but she quickly gave the bottle to Twilight, and Celestia thought she saw the glow of Twilight's magic grab the bottle.

She greedily began to guzzle the contents while watching Celestia. Turning her head around to make sure no one was looking, Celestia folded her legs under her and laid Twilight against her chest, having her upright to drink properly.

A blinding flash overtook her room, and Celestia looked over to see Luna grinning before teleporting away with a camera. Luna was going to get it later, but how. She had a meeting...oh, but she had the most perfect foal sitter in the world, and she was just a tower away.

Twilight was done with her bottle, and was looking curiously at Celestia, who then teleported them to Luna's room. Luna jumped in surprise. "Oh hello sister, lovely weather isn't it? The pegasi are doing wonders on their weather patrol," Luna said trying to hide the photo she had taken just a while ago.

Celestia smiled sweetly, "Oh yes, by the way, such a cute photo isn't it? You can keep it, but you see, I have a meeting with a delegate, and I don't want to leave Twilight by herself, and then I thought...of...you." The end of the sentence sounded malicious and Luna gulped. Twilight enjoyed the faces everypony was making and began to giggle at Luna's expense.

Looking at the foal Luna replied, "I would... love to take her off your hooves for a while sister!" Inwardly she cursed her fate.

Celestia smiled and quickly teleported to her throne room, eagerly waiting for the meeting to be over with.

Luna awkwardly smiled at Twilight, who unfortunately began to cry now that Celestia was gone. "Ohh~ Shh its okay! Tia will be back soon," Luna said trying to calm the crying filly. She began to tap dance on her back hooves, which produced a confused face from Twilight, who stopped crying only for a moment before she started wailing again.

Luna fell backwards and landed hard. Twilight giggled, but started crying again. Luna groaned, "What in the heavens does it take to make a filly stop crying!"

The minotaur came in as asked and Celestia and the delegate began again their discussion on trade routes, and what should be traded and what tariffs should be placed.

Luna resorted to funny faces at Twilight, who at first mimicked her for the first few minutes but still continued to wail.

The minotaur shook his head, "No, your Majesty I believe this is the best tariff for us to use."

Luna tried rocking Twilight like she saw her sister do yesterday, but unlike that time, Twilight continued to cry and wail.

Celestia sighed, "No, I THINK this tariff is better placed here."

Luna was banging her head on a wall and Twilight still kept crying. Luna finally walked towards the filly, and patted her back. She figured since this sometimes calmed her down, the same might happen with Twilight. She was surprised when a burp came from the small body, and her crying immediately stopped. Luna sighed in relief, till a smell hit her nose.

Celestia's thoughts began to wonder in hoping that Luna remembered to burp Twilight.

Luna wrinkled her nose, but took the diapers that a guard had given her after finding out that Luna was tasked with foal sitting Twilight. She attempted to change the filly, but Twilight had found the use of her wings, and though she wasn't off the floor, she was zipping around with her hooves skimming the ground.

Luna attempted to catch her, but Twilight just giggled and zipped away from her. "Twilight Sparkle get back here right now!" Luna growled, but the face she wore just made Twilight giggle furiously.

Celestia began to doze off, but shook her head as she listened to more reasons from the minotaur.

Luna attempted to teleport in front of Twilight, but the filly did a teleportation of her own, and now the stinky filly was zipping down the hallway straight for the throne room. "Oh dear."

Celestia tried to stifle a yawn when a letter magically poofed in front of her. "Excuse me for a moment, this is probably important."

The minotaur nodded, "I needed a break anyway your majesty."

Luna flew after the zipping filly, "Guards capture that filly!" The guards did all they possibly could to stop Twilight, but she would teleport away from them every time. Luna attempted to hold Twilight with her magic, but the filly was zipping and teleporting, and Luna couldn't focus on the foal long enough to catch her.

Dear Princess Celestia,

That is terrible news! We are all glad that everypony is safe, and we all are planning on hopping on the next train to Canterlot, immediately. We'll see you soon.

Signed,

Your loyal subjects

P.S. Rarity says “This is the Worst. Possible. Thing!”

Celestia sighed in relief. She returned to her throne and continued to have her meeting with the minotaur, until a flash of purple came behind the minotaur, and a zipping Twilight came past, followed quickly by a flash of blue, and her sister was giving chase, with a look of determination on her face.

Celestia's eyes widened, and when Twilight giggled the minotaur turned around, but Twilight and Luna had already teleported away. "Hmmm," he said scratching his head. Celestia managed a smile, but thought darkly about sending her sister back to the moon.

Luna tried to catch the little filly, but she was small and amazingly agile, so the filly managed to outmaneuver her. Twilight continued to giggle, but the smell coming from her diaper was getting worse.

Celestia had served tea, and the minotaur, doing dramatic pacing as was usual for his race, had his back turned to her. Twilight and Luna teleported in between the two in a scuffle, but more of Luna trying to keep her grasp on the slippery filly. Celestia nearly spat out her tea, but she teleported the two somewhere else in the castle before the minotaur turned around.

The minotaur looked confused, but Celestia merely smiled with strain, "Please, go on."

Luna finally caught the filly, simply because Twilight was too tired to buzz her little wings. After some kicking from Twilight, Luna managed to change her and dispose of the filthy diaper. Wiping sweat off her brow, she glared at the filly who smiled cutely back at her. "Thou thinkst that this is funny, don't thee..." Twilight simply kicked Luna in the chest, and giggled when Luna let out an “oomph.”

"Then I think we are in an agreement?" Celestia asked, and the minotaur nodded, taking the signed scroll, bowing, and left to return to his country.

Celestia sighed in relief and walked towards Luna's room. It was barely noon, but no doubt Twilight would be getting hungry again. As she walked down the hall, she caught the fading scent of filth and saw knocked over guards trying to retain some of their dignity.

Celestia couldn't help but laugh. Teleporting the camera to her side, she captured pictures of her staff, and when she reached Luna's room she heard giggling and quietly opened the door. "Who's a cute little filly, tis thou! Yes! Thou! Thou art a cute little filly!" Luna made goo goo sounds to Twilight while nuzzling her in her arms. A flash erupted in the room and Luna's eyes went wide.

"Such a cute photo, don't you think, Luna?" Celestia said smiling. Twilight's eyes got big when she saw Celestia walking into the room.

"T-Tia! Tia!," Twilight cried as she made wanting motions, and teleported out of Luna's arms and began to zip her way to Celestia where the princess began to gently nuzzle her like a mother, with a look of surprise as she heard Twilight say her nickname.

Luna giggled and stole the camera to take another photo, but Celestia didn't care. Yes, being a mother was hard work, but it was sure showing its perks.

The filly felt movement and soon warmth had been removed from her body. She didn't like it and began to try to cry but something made itself known to her mouth and she began to chew and suckle on it. It was enough to send her back to the black.

It was not long before the pain in her abdomen began again, and the filly began to wail to alert all surrounding ponies. She opened her eyes to see the white one making more noises, and the white one came back to the filly. She gave the filly some of the flowing colors, and the filly began to happily chew on it. It was not nasty, but it was something to do.

The filly noticed that the white one began to make bad faces again, and she hoped that she had done nothing bad. The white one had also levitated other things and began doing motions, and in a puff of green smoke the object was gone. The filly briefly wondered if it tasted good, which reminded her of the pain that continued to grow, and the filly needed the white one to understand. The filly rid herself of the colors, and kicked and wailed, trying to get the white one to do something.

The bad face only became worse, till in a golden flash she was gone. The filly cried even louder, the white one wasn't supposed to leave! She was supposed to do something else, though the filly couldn't figure out what. The dark one often made a sound every time the white one was around, so the filly tried to mimic it.

"Cwest Cwest...prrbgg" The filly bubbled. Nothing happened and the white one did not appear so she chanted the sound constantly, hoping the white one would understand. Finally she appeared again with another bottle filled with formula. "Cwest Cwest..prrbgg," the filly repeated, hoping the white one understood.

She made a face. It was a good face, and soon the bottle was at her lips, and the filly began to greedily drink it, enjoying the pleasure of the pain going away. The white one came up to her and supported her. The filly liked this position. She looked up at the white one, hoping she understood that too.

The white one was smiling pleasantly at her, and she continued to guzzle. The filly knew the white one was special. Caregiver. Yes the white one was a Caregiver. A blinding light dazed the filly for a little bit, for her to see a another blue flash and a bad face on the Caregiver.

A different unfamiliar face passed across the caregiver's face, but the filly wasn't sure what to make of it. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. She was done with the bottle and continued to just stare at the Caregiver. A familiar golden flash happened, and the filly, now on the caregiver's back, was in a different room. The dark one was in here as well. What was she? The white one was the Caregiver.

A Toy. Yes, that's what the dark one was. A toy. The Caregiver seemed to share that idea. The filly listened to their noises. The caregiver always used a sound around the Toy. Was that what the Toy was called? The Toy made many strange faces, and the filly giggled at the array of funny faces the Toy gave.

A dark voice came from the Caregiver, and the filly didn't like it, but the caregiver had a good face and the Toy made a funny face, so she just continued to giggle.

The Caregiver set her down on the ground and the Toy looked at her. In a golden flash the Caregiver was gone. That was wrong! The Caregiver can't leave. No, Caregiver cannot leave! The filly began to wail for the Caregiver to come back. "Cwest! Cwest! Prrrbgg" The Caregiver did not return, and the Toy had a bad face.

The wailing made another pain arise, and the filly wailed louder trying, to get the Toy to understand. The Toy didn't understand like the Caregiver did. The Toy made some noises and got up on her hind legs and made funny movements. No, Toy cannot play, Toy must understand! The filly cried even louder.

The Toy made some more sounds. The same sounds. "Twilight." was the sound that kept coming from the Toy. Was that what she was called? Like how the white one was a Caregiver and the dark one was a Toy. So the filly was a twilight? She could not mimic the sound.

The Toy began to play with her face and make funny sounds with her tongue. Twilight wanted to try it, so she began to play with her face and tongue as well. The pain slightly subsided, but then increased, causing her to wail again. Could the Toy not understand that she was in pain?

Maybe if she tried to make the sound that the Caregiver made to the Toy, then the Toy would understand. "Woo Woona!" Twilight cried. The Toy had a look of surprise, and then a good face appeared. Did the Toy understand now? She made sounds at Twilight, but did nothing to stop the pain. This time, Twilight wailed louder and louder. The Toy didn't understand, and the filly wanted the Caregiver back!

She felt a warm glow envelop her. It was not like the Caregiver's, but the Toy tried to mimic the white one. It did not help the pain. Instead, the pain worsened, so the filly wailed.

The Toy made a loud, bad sound and began to hit her head on the wall. Twilight giggled, but the Toy was not getting it. Finally the Toy came up to her, and touched Twilight's back, patting her. A loud burp was heard and the pain was gone. The Toy was not as good as the Caregiver, but she would have to do.

Twilight felt a different feeling, but she recognized it and all she had to do was release. A bad smell reached her nose, and the toy smelled it too. She had the same triangles the Caregiver had, but it seemed she was going to take this one off. No! Caregiver gave it to her, so the Toy can not remove it!

Noticing the appendages on her back, Twilight tried to move them, which created a buzzing, and lightly lifted her off the ground. She could move! If the Toy wanted her treasure, the Toy would have to take it! Giggling, she took off toward the hallway, but the Toy was in front of her in a blue flash.

A glow enveloped Twilight's horn, and trying to mimic the Toy and the Caregiver, she teleported behind the Toy. A look of utter horror and surprise crossed the Toy's face, and Twilight giggled and zoomed away from her. Twilight zipped into the hallway and was giggling as the Toy was chasing her.

Fun! The Toy was fun! She heard the Toy yell her name, but she was having too much fun, and now that she could move, she needed to find the Caregiver. A word hinged at the tip of her tongue. When the Toy said her name again she tested the word on her lips. "No."

The Toy gave a surprised jerk in the air, but quickly righted herself. More words and orders came from the Toy's mouth. "No no no no no no!" Twilight repeated, zipping through hallways. More toys with shiny covering them tried to catch her, too. She didn't want to play anymore. She wanted the Caregiver.

"No no no no no!" She tried the purple flash again, and every time a shiny toy caught her, she would be out of their grasps yet again. "NO!" she screamed. What was the sound that the Toy used for the Caregiver? It was not as long as one the shiny toys used. "Tia! TIA! TIA!" The Toy gave another jerk, but a face crossed her features. It was funny. Twilight mimicked it, and zipped out of reach by going underneath a table, causing the Toy to hit it.

Twilight giggled, "NO!" The Toy made a funny noise and resumed the pursuit. Twilight saw large bottles on the sides and zipped in between them, eventually causing the Toy to hit one. Twilight stopped zipping. Was the Toy okay? The Toy had slid down to the ground and was rubbing her head. A large crack in the bottle shown where the Toy had hit.

Twilight giggled and resumed her zipping to find the Caregiver. Was this a new game? Yes, she had to find the Caregiver and the Toy cannot catch her. She tried the purple flash again and was in a different room. There was something else in the room, too. It was big, and did not have a pretty voice like the Caregiver and the Toy.

He was something, and Twilight did not know what to call it. She had to get around it though. The Caregiver was behind him. The Caregiver had a look of surprise, and as she tried to zip to her, the Toy had flashed herself behind her, and Twilight teleported back into the hallway, landing on an unfortunate shiny.

A squish could be heard, and brown now covered the shiny. Giggling, Twilight quickly zipped away from him, for the Toy had found her again.

"NO! TIA!" Twilight shouted. The filly was getting tired of this game. She attempted to teleport closer to the caregiver, but as she concentrated, the Toy had her in her arms with a triumphant face.

NO! She must be with the Caregiver! She teleported the both of them between the Caregiver and the rough thing. Yes, he was a thingie! The Toy attempted to hold her, and the Caregiver had a funny face on. A golden flash enveloped them both, and then they were atop the shiny with brown on him.

Did Caregiver not want her? And now her treasure was no longer comfy, and she began to cry. The Toy finally picked her up, and after the shiny who helpfully gave the Toy some wet things and a triangle, she attempted to take her treasure. Twilight kicked and screamed, but eventually the Toy had her way, and Twilight felt better now. Maybe the Toy was okay.

"Woona! Woona!" Twilight bubbled. The Toy seemed to understand that she was forgiven, and a nice face crossed her features. Twilight also gestured that she wanted to be picked up, and so the Toy lifted her, and set the filly on her back. The Toy was not as tall as the caregiver, and so Twilight was not as high but she enjoyed it.

She made bubbles and chanted the Toy's name. They walked through the hallway's together, and the Toy finally came back into the room the Caregiver had left her in. The Toy made more faces at her and Twilight attempted to mimic her, the both of them giggling.

A voice came from the other side of the room, and it was a voice that Twilight loved to hear so much.

"T-Tia! Tia!" Twilight giggled. She was still in the Toy's arms, so she teleported out of them, and buzzed her wings the rest of the way in order to reach the Caregiver. She like the face the Caregiver made as Twilight made sounds and moved towards her.

The Caregiver lowered her head towards Twilight and gave a little hug. Another flash passed, but Twilight didn't care. She was back with the Caregiver.

Twilight had to make sure that the Caregiver understood that she can't ever leave her.

Celestia produced a bottle of formula for Twilight. She had finished her meeting with the delegate and as far as Celestia knew her meetings were done for today, and she came to feed Twilight especially after seeing that her sister would probably be not up to the task, since this morning's incident of Twilight zipping and teleporting.

The sisters had ordered their lunches to Luna's room. "Thou seem to be getting accustomed to being a mother, sister," Luna noted. Celestia looked down towards Twilight who was leaning against her chest and drinking her formula. The filly never seemed to take her eyes off of her.

Celestia smiled, "Yes, I think I am." Luna returned it, and leaned down towards Twilight and made a funny face, which the filly smiled to, but refused to let up her drinking.

"When will her friends be coming?" Luna asked seriously.

Celestia made a slight frown but looked back to her sister, "They said they would be catching the next train to Canterlot, so probably sometime this late afternoon." The Solar Princess picked Twilight up, and burped her when she noticed that she was done with the bottle.

The filly yawned and stretched. "Sister, may We try to rock Twilight?" Luna asked with hopeful eyes. Shrugging Celestia let her sister's magic take hold of Twilight, and she watched as Luna gently began to rock the filly. The change in magic had at first disrupted Twilight, but she decided that it was just 'Woona' and accepted it.

In mere seconds Twilight was asleep, and Luna relinquished the filly back to Celestia, where she tucked Twilight next to her belly, and wrapped her tail around her. As usual Twilight took it and began to chew. "Sister, thou must be careful, the filly will ruin thy tail if you let her keep that up," Luna warned.

Celestia chuckled, "Let it." Her gaze never left the filly. A soft knock on the bedroom door interrupted the thoughts of the sisters, and opening the door they took their respective food with a thank you for the delivery.

Luna chewed slowly. "Sister, We are sorry, you entrusted Us to watch Twilight Sparkle and We almost ruined your meeting with the delegate."

Celestia shook her head, "I'm not that upset, and in fact you livened things up a bit."

Both sisters laughed, but after a quick wine from Twilight they quieted their voices. "I have noticed that thou hast not told Twilight Sparkle's family," Luna brought up reluctantly. Eyes downcast Celestia decided to stare at Twilight instead of answering the question. "Does thou thinkst that her parents would take her from you? If we cannot find a cure-" Celestia held up a hoof to silence her.

"If we cannot find a cure then Twilight will be returned to her parents," Celestia stated.

"Thou told Us that it takes a mother's hoof to cure," Luna replied.

"It does, but do I look like a mother?" Celestia asked. Luna smiled at her and nodded.

Celestia chuckled and looked back towards Twilight when a flash caught her eye; Luna grinned sheepishly. "Despite the predicament we cannot afford to miss making memories," Luna explained. Using her magic she spread out the different photos for Celestia to look at. Most of the ones Luna herself took but some were from Celestia.
"Tell me, sister do thou still think that thou art not a mother?" Luna asked. Staring at the photos Celestia saw pictures she realized Luna had taken without her knowing. There was the picture she recently took with Twilight looking at her while drinking her formula against Celestia's chest. Another one showed Celestia bathing Twilight.

"When did you take that one?" Celestia asked.

Luna shut her lips and smiled. The sisters giggled and Celestia looked at the next one. She took this one; it was when she caught Luna making goo goo faces and noises to Twilight. Another picture showed a guard playing a staring contest with the filly. "When did this happen?" Celestia asked chuckling.

"On our walk back to my room sister," Luna answered.

Many more photos were spread out that shown her taking care of Twilight. She had to admit in these photos she looked like a mother. The last one must have been taken sometime at night because Celestia was sleeping, and Twilight was in the same position she was now.

A nasty smell made itself known to the inhabitants in the room, and Twilight began to lightly cry. Celestia enveloped the filly in her magic, and began to change her. When the diaper was disposed; Twilight had fully awoken.

"Sister, why does Twilight not fuss when thou change her?" Luna asked still rubbing her sore chest from where the filly had previously kicked her. Celestia shrugged her shoulders and chuckled in response.

Twilight looked in between the sisters, and rolled herself into a ball sucking on her own tail. "Sister, we must do something about her chewing habit," Luna said making faces at Twilight again who giggled.

Twilight decided that she couldn't always use her wings, so she attempted to walk towards Luna. Getting up on wobbly legs she took a step forward and fell. The two sisters watched with interest, as eventually even though Twilight fell after every step, she managed to make it to Luna. Unfortunately for her, Twilight just wanted to chew on Luna's mane.

Celestia laughed and after giving a glare towards her; Luna laughed with her. The laughing soon got Twilight giggling with them. Suddenly a knock was heard, and a guard announced that Twilight's friends had arrived. The sisters looked at the clock to see that they had lost track of time. "Sister may We take Twilight?" Luna asked.

Celestia shrugged, "I don't see why not." Luna levitated the filly onto her back where both sisters began to walk towards the throne room where Twilight's friends were eagerly awaiting them. When they opened the doors they noticed that the ponies had brought more stuff than needed.

Pinkie Pie gasped, "SHE IS SO CUTE!!!!!!" She bounced up to Twilight, and began to tickle her. "Hiya Twilight! It’s Pinkie Pie! I am one of your bestest best friends! Even though I doubt you could remember that now! Any way you look extremely adorable, and we are all looking forward to remeeting you even though you've already known us, but like I said you probably don't remember anymore, but don't worry we'll help you!"

Twilight began to start to cry from Pinkie Pie's fawning. Rainbow Dash growled and pushed Pinkie Pie away from the filly, "Stop it can't you see you're scaring her?" Rainbow Dash flew back over to Twilight, "Did that big pink mare bully scare you?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Well, don't worry cause your big sister will keep her away from you!" Twilight clapped at the spectacle of Rainbow Dash punching imaginary objects.

"What is all this?" Luna asked walking towards her sister, and the boxes of supplies. Applejack was going to answer till Rarity jumped in front of her.

"Your Highness-es these are simply things that Applejack and I have gathered. Most of it from our little sisters' filly days."

Applejack cleared her throat, "What Rarity is sayin' sugar cube is that this here is supplies should ya'll be needin' it." Both sisters sighed in relief.

"Thank you very much both of you," Celestia said, "Is there anything for her to safely chew?"

Applejack nodded and with a buck one of her boxes came open, "This here is a pacifier, Applebloom was so much of a chewer herself, no needin' to worry we cleaned everythin' so it’s just as clean as the day we got it." Celestia levitated the pacifier, and held it in front of Twilight, who stopped chewing Luna's mane enough, to try and see if this new object was worth it. Gently putting it in her mouth Twilight began to chew and suckle enthusiastically.

Twilight's friends awed at the sight. Meanwhile Applejack and Rarity took Celestia, and showed her the different objects in the boxes for taking care of young fillies. Celestia was extremely thrilled as they went over each object. "This here is a rattle, fillies love makin' noise with it, or at least little Applebloom did."

Fluttershy quietly flew next to Twilight, "Oh you're so adorable, look what auntie Fluttershy got you!" Fluttershy pulled from her bag a little treat. "It'll help you strengthen your wings," she explained to the little filly. Twilight held out her hooves in a wanting motion.

"No Twilight, after dinner," Luna said taking the treat from Fluttershy, and putting it somewhere with all the other baby stuff they were receiving.

"Um, Princess Luna, I have more of those in the boxes that we packed for you, and it should be given one a day...if it’s alright with you," Fluttershy whispered twiddling her hooves. Capturing Fluttershy within her magic; Luna hugged her tightly with one of her front hooves due to Twilight being on her back.

"OH FAIR FLUTTERSHY! WE ARE MOST GRATEFUL FOR THIS NUTRITIOUS SNACK THOU HAST PROVIDED FOR TWILIGHT!"

At the outburst Twilight began to cry, the pacifier falling onto the ground. The kicking the filly did also caused her to slip off of the mare's back. "I have you Twilight!" Spike exclaimed diving and catching the filly who continued to cry. Celestia glared at her sister who shrunk and smiled nervously.

"Thank you Spike," Celestia said picking up Twilight in her magic, and after cleaning off the pacifier gave it back to her. The Princess began to rock her till the filly began to quiet down.

"AWWWWW," Twilight's friends said looking at the cute spectacle between the princess, and their now turned filly friend.

Applejack pulled out a bag of blocks, "This here princess could be a great toy for her to play with." Pulling out some other toys that looked freshly bought Applejack explained, "These here are for her to chew specifically you can't have her on the pacifier all the time, just during sleep times or when ya'll are somewhere public." Rarity took this opportunity to come up to the filly, and she pulled from her bag a blanket with all the constellations.

"I know how much you loved the stars darling, so I took the opportunity to sew you this lovely blanket," Rarity said gently wrapping it around the filly who took hold of it fondly.

Spike began to play with Twilight, "Where is the filly?" Hiding his face behind his claws, and when he thought that Twilight wasn't looking popped them and said, "There she is!" Twilight giggled and clapped her hooves, and Spike continued to entertain her. "Looks like we switched places huh?" Spike whispered to the filly as he hugged her.

Celestia walked up to the group while Spike was talking to Twilight who looked interested at the dragon. "Shall we head to dinner?" Everyone nodded and began walking to the dining hall where the chefs had already put the finished meal hot and waiting on the table.

Celestia took the formula bottle, and began to feed Twilight. The filly had pretty much already learned how to hold it, so the princess just watched her as she herself ate. Celestia looked up from her meal, "Applejack and Rarity what was it like to raise your younger sisters?"

Rarity took a deep breath but this time Applejack beat her to it this time, "Applebloom was always a chewer, chewed on anythin' the sugar cube could get her hooves on; she was pretty behaved for a filly though despite that habit of hers, but I reckon Twilight has been nothin' but an angel."

Luna silently huffed and rubbed where she had hit her head on the pillar and table, and mumbled about how far from the truth it was.

Rarity spoke up, "Sweetie Belle was anything but sweet, the darling loved to say no, and even chewed anything that moved. The darling was such a trouble maker-"

Rainbow Dash laughed, "What do you mean 'was'?" Rarity puffed her cheeks but continued.

"She constantly ran about once she learned to walk but I doubt Twilight has done anything of those things."

Luna huffed and mumbled again about how far it was from the truth.

"Has anything like that happened?" Pinkie Pie asked. Celestia with a smile on her face told the events of this morning with Luna's poor foal sitting. The entire table burst into laughter. Celestia took a bite of her apple with a small smile on her face, as Luna's turned beet red.

Twilight saw Celestia eating other food, and she tossed her bottle to the side, and lightly buzzed to the princess. She attempted to chew the apple that Celestia had just bitten into. Celestia gave a stern look, but Twilight instead tried to impress her with a word she had learned this morning. "No."

Everyone gasped and Luna gulped. Celestia had a look of surprise but returned her stern look, "No Twilight, you eat formula." Twilight began to cry and wail, "No! No! No!" Applejack came up to Celestia's side.

"If I may, your highness." Celestia turned and nodded. Applejack took one of her own apples, and crushed it underneath her hoof; the mashed apple was then fed to Twilight.

Twilight stopped crying and began eat the crushed apple happily. Celestia levitated the bottle back up, and this time Twilight began to drink it without complaint again. "Thank you, Applejack."

"Not a problem Princess, fillies have a habit of wantin' to eat what their mother's eat so it’s only natural she wanted to be like you, or at least that was how Applebloom was" explained Applejack who returned to her own meal.

"Yes, darling, Sweetie Belle was the same way except much worse, I believe the young darling had a set of lungs on her she did," Rarity sighed.

Everyone laughed and when Twilight was done with her formula she made a wanting motion of Celestia's apple. Taking another one Celestia copied Applejack, and began to spoon feed the young filly. Luna took out Fluttershy's treat and held it in front of the filly that had opened her mouth as Luna played.

"Here come the pegasi for a landing! Zoom zoom!" Twilight giggled and chewed the soft vitamin when Luna put it gently on her tongue.

After dinner Twilight's friends were shown to the rooms in which they would be staying, and Luna per her sister's request began to take all of the filly things to Celestia's room.

After everyone was done packing they began to search for Celestia who was now chasing a zipping Twilight. This time however no stinky smell emitted from the filly, and Celestia had a look of pure joy on her face as she flew following the filly. Twilight was sucking on her pacifier but attempted to dodge all of Celestia's advancements towards her till she zipped into Pinkie's mane.

Celestia composed herself before she landed. "Thank you Pinkie Pie for grabbing her." Pinkie Pie smiled. Twilight's head popped out of her mane and she giggled. Celestia grabbed her with her magic but Twilight did not want to leave, and grabbed onto Pinkie's poor mane pulling the mare with her. "Sorry, dear Pinkie Pie," Celestia apologized attempting to release the filly's hold on the mane.

"S'alright!" Pinkie strained as she felt like her mane was going to rip off.

"Come now Twilight Sparkle, it is bedtime," said Celestia.

"NO!" Twilight yelled.

"Yes."

"NO!"

The argument went back and forth till Rarity went to Celestia. "If I may darling, Sweetie Belle did this constantly too," and turning towards the filly, "You want to be good for Celestia right?"

"No!"

"No? Even if she were to snuggle with you?" Twilight thought about it for a minute before releasing her grip on Pinkie's mane, and letting herself be carried back to Celestia's room.

Twilight waved her hoof to the group of friends and said, "Bai bai."

Pinkie waved back, "Bai bai!" Celestia picked her pacifier back up and with a proud face walked towards her room.

Luna appeared and waved goodbye and went to raise the moon for the night, "I hope all of you have a fair night, and tomorrow surely we will have more fun with Twilight." Everyone nodded and went to their respective rooms.

In Celestia's room, Celestia curled herself next to Twilight who was now sucking on her pacifier peacefully, and rearranging her blanket she tucked the filly next to her belly. Twilight had fallen asleep on the way, and curling her head protectively around Twilight; the princess herself dozed off.

The caregiver pulled out the bottle of food. She was really the best as the filly was about to cry to get rid of this pain that so often came from her. The caregiver folded her legs underneath her, and the filly snuggled against her chest. She began to guzzle the formula. The toy and the caregiver were making words to each other, and the filly was interested. She sensed the mood was tense but knowing it wasn't about her the filly just stared at the caregiver.

As long as the toy didn't hurt the caregiver; Twilight could care less what they were doing. Suddenly the toy leaned up to the filly, and made a funny face. Twilight smiled back, but she refused to give up her bottle. Is that what the toy wanted? She would have to wait till she was done.

After the filly was done, she felt the familiar magic that was the caregiver and burped her. She loved the sound she made after she ate every time; it was funny and amusing. Twilight yawned and stretched. She was satisfied, and the caregiver wasn't going anywhere it seemed. Instead of the rocking the caregiver usually did she felt the shift in magic.

Twilight woke from her dozing; if the caregiver dared try to leave she would use her secret weapon of wailing. The toy began to rock her instead, and the caregiver watched. Good, the caregiver was making the toy understand on what to do. Her eyes slipped closed, and she knew warmth and black.

A brief respite hit Twilight when loud noises erupted from next to her, but a comforting shift helped her ease back into the blackness.

Another interruption of her black; the filly did not like it. It was stinky like earlier, and she knew the toy would try to do something. Instead of the magic from the toy she felt the magic from the caregiver. It was okay if the caregiver did it. If it made caregiver happy; it made Twilight happy. Besides the uncomfortable feeling left when they switched her triangles for new soft comfy ones.

Fully opening her eyes she looked between both the caregiver and the toy. They seemed a little serious. Curling she grabbed her tail that Twilight noticed had pretty colors running through it, and she began to chew it. The toy laughed and made faces, and Twilight giggled with her. The toy was so funny!

She wanted to be near the toy this time. The caregiver looked like she wasn't leaving anytime soon. Her wings were sore, and it was uncomfortable to use them, so she tried to use her legs this time. Twilight attempted to walk towards the toy. She fell after every step, but she wanted the sparkles! The filly would not give up till she got the prize she wanted.

After what seemed like ages the filly managed to get to the toy's side. The toy seemed proud, and the caregiver made a nice face and sound. It did not matter she just about had the sparkles. Without warning Twilight chomped on the mane of the toy. A sound erupted from the dark one and the caregiver, but the filly couldn't care now; she had what she wanted and she had gotten it herself.

She chewed on the mane, it did not taste as good as the caregiver's but it sparkled, and that was good enough. Besides the toy made a funny face that the caregiver did not give when she chewed on the colors. A sound erupted from farther away, and sounds could be heard from the other side. The caregiver stood, and the toy said something. The caregiver made a nice face and moved her head.

Twilight felt the magic of the toy, and she was lifted onto the mare's back. Oh goodie! The filly realized when she was on their backs they went to new places. Where would she go this time? It better be with the caregiver. The filly noticed they were heading towards the room where the caregiver was with the loud thingy. New things were in here now though.

They were funny looking, and all made nice faces when they walked in. Was it at the caregiver and the toy? NO! They cannot have them! The caregiver and the toy are hers! The filly will not share! Twilight was wrong when a pink one bounced to her. Next time she was on the ground she would have to try that.

It was making sounds, but Twilight could not keep up. The sounds were faster than what the caregiver and the toy used, and the filly wondered if the puffy one was broken. Was that what she was puffy? Yes, Puffy; a blue one soon shooed her away. It had pretty colors just like the caregiver.

Did it taste as good as the caregiver did? If she could get close enough; Twilight would have to find out. The blue one made motions with its front hooves. What was this one called? The motions made were foreign to her. She heard a sound come from the blue one. An easy sound; she would remember it later.

The caregiver was talking with another one. It had apples; she would call it Apple. It presented to the caregiver something new. Was it tasty too? A pretty glow covered the object, and it came closer to the filly. The caregiver was giving her a treasure! She immediately began to chew on it. Yes this was better than the sparkles and the colors.

She watched as the toy and caregiver made sounds with Apple and a pure white figure. Its voice was different; pretty but something else. A sound was heard that seemed to associate with this one, and like the blue one she would remember it later.

For another flying one came up to her. Its voice was soft and caring. Not as great as the caregiver's but much better than the color one. This one held a treat; did it taste good? The filly would call this one Soft. The sounds she made were so soft that even the filly could barely hear her. Soft seemed to want her to chew the object in her hoof.

The toy snatched it from her. A familiar 'No' was heard along with her name. The toy would get it later. The Soft one began to talk to the toy. The toy made funny faces again, and in a loud booming voice captured the Soft one. Twilight did not like this one bit at all! Too loud! She began to cry and kick; her new treasure falling from her mouth. Bad toy! Too loud!

The force of her kicking made her fall off the toy, but she soon felt something else. There was no magic glow of warmth. She felt warmth from this new creature. It looked nothing like she had seen before. She had no idea what to call it; it was too strange.

The treasure; where was it? This would not do! Twilight immediately began to cry again till she felt the caregiver's magic. She saw how she cleaned her treasure, and gave it back to her. Much better this was why the caregiver was the best. Tears still leaked from the filly's eyes, but the caregiver began to rock her, so Twilight calmed down. It was much more soothing, and better than the outburst.

Another loud sound echoed through the room though it was not as loud as the toy; it came from all of these newcomers. This time directed at her. Good, they should know. They are all her toys except the caregiver; she was special.

She was set on the floor this time, and the filly watched Apple talk with the caregiver. The white figure came up to her. She held something soft and had many sparkles like the toy. It was wrapped around her, and Twilight enjoyed this feeling. Rather than chew it this time she enjoyed the feel of it. It reminded her of the caregiver's warmth when she slept near her.

The strange creature came up to her again, and began to make funny sounds and faces. He would hide his face behind his claws then pop out at her. Every time he hid his face she anticipated the next face he would do, and when it happened the filly clapped her hooves together. Very good! This toy was good! Not as good as the dark toy, but he would have to do.

He looked spikey; he would be called Spikey then. The caregiver came up to her, and lifted her up. They came to a familiar room; yes this is where she had made things wet. Caregiver did not like that. She was given her bottle, and the delicious and wondrous feeling of being filled made her happy till she saw the caregiver eating different things.

What the caregiver had she wanted too! She tossed away her bottle, and made to chomp the bright round object that the caregiver had previously bit down on. "No," was the sound she heard from the caregiver. No? Why? The bad face was directed at her, but the filly wanted the bright round object. She repeated the caregiver's words. It should impress her.

The caregiver looked unhappy, and a bad feeling swept through the filly. She had to understand that the filly wanted to be like her! Apple walked up with another bright round object and mushed it up. Apple then began to feed it to her. She enjoyed it! She was eating what the caregiver was eating! It tasted good too. It was very different then the contents of the bottle.

The caregiver gave her back her bottle, and the filly satisfied complied with her. Many sounds were made during this time, but the filly didn't care she had succeeded in being closer like the caregiver and was satisfied. She had easily finished the bottle, and stared longingly at the bright round object.

She waved her hooves as if the object would magically come to her. The caregiver understood this time. Good, the caregiver learned fast. She mashed it like Apple did, and began to feed it to her. Twilight was the happiest filly in the world. When the food was eaten the toy made noises, and in her magic was the treat that Soft was going to give her earlier.

The toy made more noises and movements with the treat, and Twilight opened her mouth to catch it. It was placed gently in her mouth, and the filly began to chew the soft treat. An explosion of flavors hit her mouth, and she enjoyed it very much. The toy was forgiven.

The caregiver directed the toy to do something, and showed the other toys different things. Twilight could care less what they were doing. She was riding on the caregiver's back, and that was all that mattered. The filly then remembered the color one. She must taste those colors! Buzzing her wings she gently landed on the ground, and skimming it with her hooves headed back towards the other toys.

The caregiver had made a noise of surprise, and began to give chase. A game! A game with the caregiver! Marvelous! She must reach the color one before the caregiver caught her. Yes, similar to game with the toy. She zipped and heard flapping, and saw that the caregiver had taken off into the air.

A good face was painted on her features as she gently chased after Twilight. The caregiver was upon her, and a purple flash engulfed the filly, and she was ahead of the caregiver again. A beautiful sound was heard from the caregiver. Looking ahead she saw the other toys; Puffy was closest. She could hide there; Twilight zipped into Puffy's mane, and a gasp of surprise came from the pink object.

The caregiver was talking to Puffy, and the filly stuck her head out to spot her. The caregiver made a pretty face, and grabbed the filly with the warm glow. A sound made clear in her mind, 'bed'. No. No bed. Play! She latched onto Puffy, but the other white one came up to her.

She didn't really understand, "No." The white one made a sad face. Not good. Toys must be happy. She said something else, and the filly decided to comply, so Twilight let go of Puffy. The white one made a pretty face, and so did the caregiver. Okay play later. It is a promise. "Bai bai!" the sound bubbled from her. She waved a hoof like she had seen the toy do so often.

Puffy repeated her and waved. Good, Puffy would be good. The caregiver had picked up the treasure that she had forgotten was in her mouth, and had fallen when she made the sounds. Good, treasure was returned to her; the caregiver began to rock the filly to sleep. How she loved this motion. The caregiver was the best.

Twilight could not wait to play with her toys tomorrow as she was rocked to sleep.

Celestia woke early as usual. Luna was gently lowering the moon so she knew she would soon have to get up and raise the sun. Celestia looked down at Twilight who was sleeping soundly next to her. Amazingly, the pacifier had remained in her mouth, and listening closely Celestia could hear light sucking sounds.

Gently removing herself from around Twilight, Celestia moved towards her balcony where her horn glowed, and the sun began to peak from the horizon. A guard had left fresh formula this morning. They seemed to be learning that at certain times it was best to be ahead. It was still warm, and Celestia could already hear Twilight beginning to move around.

"Tia! Tia!" the filly cried dropping her treasure onto her new blanket.

Celestia had levitated the bottle to her lips where Twilight began to guzzle. She looked up cutely at the princess, and she sighed with a smile as she knelt down behind her to support the filly with her chest. Celestia as far as she knew had nothing planned for today, and was looking forward to playing with the little filly. Unfortunately, the Princess of the Sun had thought too early as one of the day guard busted into her room.

The sound and unexpectedness startled Twilight, and she began to wail. Celestia rocked her till she quieted down, and set her back down onto the floor where the filly grabbed the bottle again and suckled.

"Excuse me Princess, but a Griffon delegate has arrived and something else too," the guard said.

"What else has arrived?" Celestia asked motioning for him to continue.

"Discord, your Majesty, he insisted that, since Fluttershy came here, he should to."

Celestia gritted her teeth. Of course that mix match creature would come at a time like this since the element of magic was a filly, but since Discord was much older than her he might know how to fix this. "Alright, I'll go see the delegate meanwhile please get Fluttershy and her friends, and tell them that Discord is here as well." The guard nodded and ran towards the guest rooms.

Celestia turned around she still needed to burp Twilight and most likely change her diaper. Unfortunately, for her the moment she turned around the filly was gone. "You have got to be kidding me," Celestia groaned.

The mane six were walking down the hallways after being told that Discord had arrived, and they needed to get to Celestia and Twilight. "I thought we reformed Discord?" Spike asked riding on Applejack's back.

"Ah reckon we did sugar cube but there is still no tellin’ what he might be up to," replied the orange mare.

A buzzing sound was heard coming from behind them, and Rainbow Dash who was on the ground for once didn't take long to take off. "YOW!" She screamed flapping her wings. Everyone looked up to see the filly Twilight had bit down on Rainbow's tail and was dangling and chewing. "I thought we gave her a pacifier!" screamed the blue mare down to Applejack.

"Ah did sugar cube but that won't completely stop the filly from chewin’ other things; it just helps keep it to a minimum," Applejack replied with a smile on her face.

"Well, some pony, please just grab the poor dear before she falls down!" huffed Rarity, and Fluttershy flew up to Rainbow Dash and gently at eye level began to speak.

"Oh sweetie would you please let go of Rainbow Dash? If that’s okay with you?" the pegasus had grabbed hold of the filly, and was waiting for her to release her hold on the other one. Twilight released her hold on the blue pegasus, and Rainbow Dash proceeded to rub her tail.

"Sweet Celestia, Twilight has a set of chompers," Rainbow Dash complained.

"Oh oh! I want to hold her! Can I hold her! I love fillies they are so CUTE! And Twilight's a filly now so that makes her CUTE too! So can I hold her? I promise I won't drop her because if I dropped her Celestia might banish me, or put me in the dungeon, or put me in the dungeon of the place she banishes me too!" Pinkie began to ramble excitedly. Twilight had made grabbing motions for Pinkie, and when Fluttershy was close enough.

"YOW!" Pinkie screamed as Twilight bit down on her mane. Unlike Rainbow Dash, though Pinkie was calm as she let the filly chew on her mane. Soon enough Twilight began to cry, and Fluttershy immediately grabbed the filly and patted her back for Twilight to burp right into Rarity's face.

"That is disgusting Fluttershy," the white pony sighed disgusted.

"Oh sorry Rarity but fillies need to be burped and unfortunately Twilight must have gotten away from the Princess before she could do it," Fluttershy replied setting the filly on the ground.

"Exactly right my dear Fluttershy!" a voice was heard echoing the hallway. The mane six began to look around for the source of the disembodied voice.

"Discord! Did ya take Twilight from the Princess ya varmint?" Applejack yelled. A chuckle could be heard from the surrounding area.

"Oh heavens no, the filly I believe just decided to play a game with her beloved caregiver," Discord replied appearing in the air above them.

Flapping could be heard and everyone looked up to see Celestia flying about the castle with a worried look on her face. "Twilight! Where are you?" the princess completed the chant many times even flying overhead of the mane six but not even looking down at them. "Twilight!" she yelled turning a corner her face nothing but panic.

"Princess she is down here! Twilight is down here!" Spike called up but none of his attempts to gain her attention worked, and the Princess of the Sun flew down other corridors in search of the filly.

"Did the princess just go blind; she was right here!" Rainbow Dash said stopping her gaping. Her voice snapped the others out of it too. Discord was gone, and he was laughing, but he was not the only one gone.

"Uh guys? Where IS Twilight?" Spike asked looking around.

Discord was outside the castle way up in the sky holding Twilight. "Now my dear it would be such sweet justice to just let you fall right here, but I guess I am your friend now that I'm Fluttershy's friend," Discord said turning the filly over his hands even dangling the filly away from him.

A horrible stench permeated Discord's air space, and he scrunched up his nose. Twilight began to wail and the draconeques began to panic. Matters were made worse when the filly turned herself around and bit on his lion paw. "YOW!" Discord yelled dropping the filly. A blue flash resounded and Luna had safely caught Twilight with her magic. She was glaring at Discord, and he just shrugged teleporting away.

"Thy foul Discord," Luna huffed.

Luna appeared in Celestia's room. She changed Twilight, and when she was finished with the task she teleported to Twilight's friends. She set the filly down on the ground, "Good morning friends of Twilight." The group jumped and turned around to face the Moon Princess.

"Oh you found her! We were so worried!" Applejack said wiping a few tears away.

"I'm sure thou were fair Applejack," Luna replied. The Moon Princess waved her hoof dismissively. Twilight just rocked on her back while staring up at the larger ponies curiously.

"Where did Discord go? If you don't mind me asking?" Fluttershy whispered rubbing her legs.

Luna shrugged and huffed, "Like We-I would like to know thy foul creature dangled Twilight in the air."

Twilight's friends gasped in despair, "Oh that foul beast he wouldn't dare harm her!" Rarity growled pinching Twilight's cheeks. Twilight in turn bit Rarity's leg. "OW! Darling what was that for?" Twilight just looked up innocently at the white unicorn and smiled.

"Rawr-y."

Rarity gasped in surprise as the filly pointed at her and tried to mimic her name. "Why yes, darling that is close to it," she replied to the filly still nursing her bitten hoof.

Twilight pointed to each of the ponies she recited, or attempted to recite, their names. Starting at Luna, "Woona, Apple, Dash-y, Rawr-y, Soft, Puffy, Spikey!" The adult ponies awed at the cuteness of Twilight's filly voice. "Bai-Bai!" and then she waved.

"Bai-Bai!" Pinkie copied and waved and before every pony knew it, Twilight had teleported away. "Wasn't that just the cutest thing!" Pinkie sighed happily. The rest of her friends returned Pinkie's happy sigh with a not amused face and weary sighs of their own.

"Uh, Pinkie you do realize that we just lost track of Twilight again right?" Rainbow Dash said popping Pinkie's mood.

Pinkie gasped fearfully as her dream cloud was popped before her. "We have TO find her! Before Princess Celestia banishes us!" Then she bounced away calling for the filly.

Celestia had to give up the search for the filly in order to meet the Griffon Delegate. Throughout the introduction speech the Princess held a frown upon her face. "I know I have come unannounced but a threat has made itself known to Equestria," the griffon stated. Celestia just looked at the mixed animal and nodded for her to continue. "The changelings want you to hand over a pony by the name of Twilight Sparkle, and if you don't then they will foal nap ponies of your kingdom, one by one."

Celestia's eyes widened, "What?"

The delegate nodded, "We griffons were sent the message to deliver to you rather than the changelings lose a warrior." Celestia sat at her throne digesting this information. The griffon had turned around, and a purple flash came above the princess, and Twilight sat atop her head.

"TIA!" the filly exclaimed and began to bite and chew on her crown. There was nothing the princess could do as the griffon had turned around to spot the filly.

"Who is this?" the griffon asked. Celestia tried to find an excuse, but unfortunately Luna teleported into the throne room.

"Bad Twilight Sparkle how many times must We say to...never...oh no," Luna squeaked. The griffon turned back towards Celestia. The delegate had a very non amused face as no doubt she was thinking along the lines of a filly standing between a war and peace of some sort.

"You mean to tell me the changelings are after a filly?"

Celestia shook her head.

"No delegate, a mishap happened to change Twilight, but yes this is the same Twilight Sparkle they ask for."

The griffon sighed, "I've delivered my message so now I take my leave; I suggest you choose what is best for Equestria." The griffon then left the castle. Unfortunately as soon as the griffon was out of range a green light enveloped it, and it changed into a black figure, "My Queen I have some excellent news." The changeling was about to reveal more information but a laugh distracted him and the Queen lost contact.

"I'm afraid, Chrysalis; I cannot let you ruin my little chaos of fun!" Discord said disposing of the changeling, and its method of communication.

In the throne room Celestia was frowning at all present. It was hard for her subjects to take her seriously, as Twilight was still chewing on her now saliva coated crown. "The changelings have demanded for Twilight," Celestia said. A gasp rippled across the throne room as Twilight's friend digested the information.

"You can't give Twilight to that evil Queen!" Rainbow Dash protested.

"I won't, in fact it'll be more dangerous for Equestria if I did just that. An Alicorn holds much power, and Twilight herself was a powerful unicorn when she transformed into an Alicorn her power increased exponentially. If I give her to Chrysalis she will most likely absorb Twilight's power," Celestia said gloomily.

"So what do ya reckon we do Princess?" Applejack asked.

"We prepare for this attack and keep Twilight safe," Celestia replied levitating the filly off of her head and handing her to Luna. "I must prepare myself, Luna and company I ask that you take care of Twilight and feed her some lunch. I will return shortly," and with a golden flash the princess was gone.

"What are we going to do?" Spike asked nervously.

Twilight began to wake up. She had the pains again as she always did at certain times of the day. She began to expect them almost happily, as it meant more time with the caregiver. Where was the caregiver? "Tia! Tia!" Twilight cried. Soon enough the caregiver had given her what she desired and she relished in the pleasure of the pains going away and the closeness of the caregiver.

Twilight loved these mealtimes; she wished they would come around more often. Suddenly a bursting sound brought the filly out of her reverie of the caregiver and upset, she began to cry. Why would that meanie disrupt the caregiver and her time! He must be punished! The caregiver levitated her, and the filly felt the wonderful rocking motion, and she quieted down. Okay, the meanie would get punished later...if she remembered.

The caregiver had set her on the ground, and the filly grabbed the bottle again and resumed eating. She stared back up at the caregiver who was talking to a shiny. It was bad since the caregiver had a bad face. She really did not like this face at all. No, no, no! The caregiver can never wear that kind of face again. The filly would not allow it!

So a game would have to be issued. Twilight left her finished bottle in the middle of the bed, and then she teleported into a hallway. The caregiver would have to find and chase her again. The filly then remembered the color one. "Dash-y!" she exclaimed buzzing her wings trying to locate her prize; if she won the game. Yes, find Dash-y before caregiver found her.

Her wings buzzed as she searched for her prize. She heard a laugh above her and stared up to see if caregiver found her. It wasn't beautiful like the caregiver's though. She saw nothing, but the filly felt uncomfortable, as if something was watching her. She wanted to go back to the caregiver now, but if she did she wouldn't get her prize. "Dash-y!" she cried buzzing faster.

She turned into a different hallway and stopped for a rest. How come the caregiver had not come for her yet? The filly glowed with pride with the thought that she was smarter than the caregiver. She heard sounds and turned her head to see her new toys from yesterday. The color one was with them and it was swishing its tail.

The longer the blue one swished her tail the more the colors blended to look like the caregiver's. Whoever it was Twilight did not care, as she buzzed and zipped right towards the unaware object. For a moment she was briefly aware that she did not have her treasure, but the colorful tail was all she needed. Readying her mouth she opened wide and chomped down on the unsuspecting colors.

"YOW!" screamed the blue one and the filly felt herself rocket into the air. She looked down to see that she was higher than ever. Dash-y was making funny faces, so she continued to chew on the colorful object. The color one yelled at Apple, and Twilight let a small giggle escape her.

Apple had a good face as she replied to Dash-y. This was fun; she was so high up! Twilight enjoyed the newfound height. The pure white one...Rawr-y had a bad face directed at her, as if she was almost scared. Why? Soft flew up to her and took hold of her tiny body. No! She wanted to continue to chew the colors!

Soft began to make nice noises. Okay...maybe she could let go...if just for the soft one. The soft one held her, and Twilight saw a funny face on the color one as she rubbed the colors. It was intriguing to see the ground come closer at a steady rate.

Puffy began to talk rapidly and the filly wanted to be near her. The puffy was very amusing; though not as amusing as the toy. Once the soft one had gotten close enough to the pink one the filly opened her mouth wide, jumped out of the soft one's arms, and bit down on the puffy.

"YOW!" the pink one screamed. Instead of taking off like Dash-y did, this one just let her chew. Much better, she liked chewing this one. It smelled sweet and nice; it tasted just as much as the others but the sweetness of the scent was what drew her to like it.

A familiar pain bubbled in her stomach, and she began to cry. She hoped these toys knew what to do. The soft one seemed to, as she picked up the filly, and Twilight released a burp right into the face of Rawr-y. The pure white one had made a bad funny face, and Twilight couldn't help but giggle.

These toys were so amusing. The soft one then put her on the ground. Perfect, now she could return to the caregiver. The scary voice from earlier appeared, and the toys looked alarmed. That could not be good. As the voice talked to the toys, Twilight buzzed her wings and began to look for the caregiver. She did not like this thing.

She turned hallway after hallway, even teleporting distances, but Twilight could not find the caregiver. Where was she? Was the caregiver lost? Twilight looked around and found unfamiliar sights; yes the caregiver must be lost.

Twilight buzzed around another corner to be met with a strange thing that was stranger than the loud thingy and Spikey combined. The mix, yes that is what she would call it, the mix began to speak to her and Twilight recognized her name being said. The filly also recognized the scary voice coming from this creature.

Flapping could be heard and Twilight saw the caregiver turn the corner and head away from her. "TIA! TIA!" Twilight cried but the caregiver carried on. The mix began to make creepy noises. He must have done something to the caregiver, and he would have to pay.

The mix grabbed Twilight by her white triangle and without a pretty flash like the caregiver's, or the Toy's, they reappeared much higher and out of the building. The filly couldn't help but giggle at the new found sights. The mix turned her around so that she was looking straight at him. He began to talk and rotate her. He even hung her away from him.

The filly began to get scared, the ground was much farther away now, and the mix also still had to pay for doing something to the caregiver. A need for release was felt by the filly and with an evil thought she let it rip, so to speak. The horrible stench made the mix curl his lips, and a very funny face was painted on him. What other faces could the filly make him do?

Chewing seemed to make many faces and she readied herself, and she bit down on the mix's hand. "YOW!" he screamed and Twilight felt the rush of air as she was dropped. Such fun! A blue flash was in the corner of her eye, and she felt the familiar magic of the Toy.

"Woona!" the filly cried. The Toy made a bad face to the mix and with another blue flash they were in a room where the caregiver slept. She let the toy change her peacefully, since she had caught her in the air. The Toy seemed to appreciate it. Good, the Toy needed to accept her gift...of not fighting her while being changed.

It felt good to have a new white triangle and with another blue flash; she was back with the other toys. No! Bad Woona! She needed to be back with the caregiver! The Toy set her back on the ground and words were exchanged between the toys with many good faces rippling between them.

More sounds were made and the toys made a ripple of bad faces this time. Twilight did not appreciate all the bad faces in her presence, so she started to rock back and forth on her back. She was trying to mimic the rocking motion that often put her to sleep. Unfortunately, it wasn't doing that and whatever the toys were talking about was boring.

Rawr-y had come up to her and began to play with Twilight's cheeks to the point that it began to hurt. To make the pure white one understood that; she bit down on the offending appendage. "Rawr-y." the filly said. She tried to say the name like the caregiver did when she was upset with her. Twilight got the impression that it didn't work like planned.

The toys made soft good sounds at the pure white one's pain. Twilight also decided that the toys needed to know their names so that when properly addressed by her they could understand. She pointed at each pony and recited their names, "Woona, Apple, Dash-y, Rawr-y, Soft, Puffy, Spikey!"

They also needed to know that she was about to leave so she may locate the caregiver. "Bai-bai!" she waved her hoof and Puffy imitated her. Good, Puffy was a good learner. In a purple flash Twilight had teleported away from them and was in another hallway.

Buzzing her wings she turned a few hallways and found the door she was looking for. It was big and shiny, and the caregiver seemed to be in that room as often as the sleep room. The caregiver must be there! She buzzed towards the door but two shinies attempted to stop her. Instead of dealing with them, Twilight teleported into the room. Bad shinies! They would have to be punished later for attempting to keep her away from the caregiver!

Twilight had teleported herself atop the caregiver's head. "Tia!" the filly exclaimed happily. Good! She found her! Another mix creature stood in front her but was not nearly as mixed as the mix one. Not caring to give it a name she began to chew on the caregiver's crown. The caregiver had to be punished for not noticing her earlier.

The other thing had turned around and made a weird face. Sounds were exchanged and the setting of the room changed into high tension. Uh oh. Maybe she punished the caregiver to much? The Toy teleported into the room and began to scold her. Unfortunately, it made the tension in the room that much worse.

Toy would be punished later. This gold thing was rather fun to chew on, so the toy would be punished later. No matter how hard she munched the gold object would show no proof of it besides the wetness that began to coat it.

The caregiver told the Toy to do something, and in a blue flash she was gone. The caregiver seemed to be in a bad mood. Who was she to disrupt her? So Twilight simply just continued to chew. She would have to find her chew treasure later. The Toy returned with the other toys who tried to stifle funny faces, but a bad face from the caregiver quieted them down.

Sounds were exchanged but much too complicated for her to keep up with, and Twilight knew it was bad. It seemed to reflect to her. Did she do something wrong? The caregiver wasn't giving her a bad face, so maybe not. She felt the caregiver's magic, as she felt the return of the pains. Oh goodie! Was the caregiver going to feed her?

She felt the Toy's magic embrace her, and in a golden flash the caregiver was gone. Maybe Twilight had done something bad after all. A bad sound came from Spikey, and the filly was just left to float confused.

Was there not going to be lunch?

Celestia had gone back to her room; the threat from the changelings had greatly disturbed her. The last thing she needed was for any enemy to decide to make a move. It was bad enough that Discord had come along. She had even found out that he had made Twilight invisible to her as well as her friends.

Fortunately, the said filly had taught the mix match creature a lesson. The draconeques was sporting a huge bite mark on his paw, and Celestia had to do everything in her power to not glare smugly at the creature.

A purple flash appeared in her room, and Twilight had landed nicely on her bed.

The sounds coming from the filly's stomach proved to Celestia that Luna had not been able to feed Twilight, before the little filly got away. "Bad Twilight," Celestia scolded. The filly seemed to cringe and understand that she had done something bad.

"Sowy," Twilight replied.

Celestia allowed a look of surprise to cross her face. It seemed that Twilight was growing a little faster than normal fillies and Alicorns, being immortal; it seemed she was also growing faster than a normal Alicorn. At least in mind, Celestia had never heard of a filly learning so many words in such a short amount of time.

"Guard!" Celestia called, and when the pegasus entered she pointed towards Twilight. "If you could be kind enough to get me another bottle please."

The guard nodded and flew down the corridors at fast speeds, meanwhile Twilight had gotten her hooves on some pillows. Celestia gently smiled and rolled her eyes. The princess tried to pry the pillow away from Twilight's mouth, but the filly refused to let go. Celestia began to giggle and try a little harder; soon it became a game of tug-o-war.

The pair was giggling like mad with Twilight pulling on the pillow with her mouth, and Celestia enveloping said pillow with her magic, as she tried to pry it from the filly's vice like hold.

"Excuse me Princess," the guard from earlier said. He held a bottle; at the sight of food Twilight immediately let go of the pillow, and she enveloped the bottle in her own purple glow. When the glow overtook the bottle Celestia looked in wonder at the young filly that began to guzzle greedily when the bottle hit her lips.

"I wonder Twilight, if you were able to do this when you were a unicorn filly, or does this have something to do with that age spell?" Celestia asked herself as she circled the filly and allowed her to rest her little head on Celestia's chest. The Princess shrugged her shoulders and curled around the nursing filly letting a well-deserved nap overtake her.

When the Princess woke up the sun had barely moved; she had been asleep for maybe thirty minutes or so. Gasping as she remembered Twilight; Celestia looked next to her to see that the bottle had been moved to a table, and the filly was hugging a pillow. The Princess also noticed a little picture next to a pillow of her napping with a sleeping Twilight. Luna must have been here and decided not to disturb them. Celestia sighed in relief until a putrid scent hit her nose.

Carefully removing herself from the dozing filly she quietly changed Twilight's diaper. Disposing of the ruined one; she stared longingly at Twilight. "I can't do it, tomorrow will be a good time to do it," the princess mumbled to herself.

"Guard!" Celestia called again, as usual the guard outside her chambers answered her call, "I need you to contact Twilight Sparkle's parents, let them know what happened and tell them to be in the throne room tomorrow morning."

At least to give me time to say goodbye.

Celestia sighed sadly and the noise seemed to wake the filly. "Tia!" She cried lifting her hooves up in a wanting motion, "Up! Up!"

Celestia graced her lips with a small smile and levitated the filly onto her back. "Up!" Twilight cried again waving her fore hooves excitedly. Celestia giggled a bit and with a small push of her wings she took lift off.

"I hope the little darling is okay," Rarity said to her friends. The mane six were walking down the corridors. Every pony had eaten lunch, and they were taking a tour around the castle with Princess Luna.

"The gardens are over there, you should really see the flowers in the moonlight!" Luna explained pointing outside the windows with her hooves. Fluttershy squealed in delight.

"How wonderful!" She said in her soft voice as she watched the butterflies and other animals congregate in the gardens.

"WEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

The mane six looked up to see Princess Celestia with a small purple filly on her back screaming in delight as the Sun Princess carefully flew around the castle. She took the turns gently and slowly, as not to lose their precious cargo.

"Good afternoon, Luna, friends of Twilight Sparkle," Celestia said hovering above them and giggling with delight.

"WEEEEEEEEE!" Twilight squealed.

Luna had her mouth agape as did Rarity.

"Sister! Thou told me to be careful with the young aged Twilight yet thou give her rides of flight! What is wrong with thou!" Luna screamed to her sister, "And why did thou not invite me?"

Rarity had to restrain herself from face hoofing at the princesses, "What is wrong with the both of you! What if Twilight fell off!?"

"Of all the things in the world. This is the worst. POSSIBLE! THING!" Rarity screamed mock fainting from a red couch; she pulled mysteriously out of nowhere.

"Oh Rarity you are so random! Twilight is not going to fall off cause I'm sure the Princess would catch her! You silly filly!" Pinkie pie exclaimed bouncing around the white unicorn.

"Awesome!" Shouted Rainbow Dash as she flew up to Princess Celestia, "Now you can chew her mane instead of mine!" The blue pegasus thumped her chest in pride of herself. Happy for once that she would not be the chew toy. Till said pegasus spun to look down on her friends putting her tail right next to the filly.

"YOW!" Rainbow Dash screamed.

"When are ya goin’ to learn sugar cube!" Applejack yelled up to the sore pegasus, "Don't put yourself within bitin’ distance of the filly!"

Celestia gave Twilight a stern look, and the filly looked at her. Twilight seemed to think about it and reluctantly let go of Rainbow Dash's tail, "Sowy."

"D’awwwwwwwww! So cute!" everyone cooed looking at Twilight.

"Yeah, yeah she is not that cute!" mumbled the blue pegasus as she rubbed her abused rainbow colored tail.

"Luna, if you could be in charge of the castle for a bit; I will be playing with Twilight," Celestia said glancing at Luna. Luna simply shrugged.

"I have no problem with it, does thou hast any meetings for the rest of the day?"

Celestia shook her head.

Luna grinned widely, "Excellent, then I HEREBY DECREE DAY COURT ClOSED FOR THE REST OF THE DAY!"

All the ponies gripped the floor with their hooves as best they can, but even then poor Pinkie Pie who was caught bouncing in the air was thrown back into a pillar by the sheer volume of Princess Luna's unexpected Canterlot Voice. Even Celestia had to put a little more force into her wing beats to not get pushed into the glass windows behind her. Twilight Sparkle, however, was not so lucky and was hanging onto Celestia's mane. The little filly couldn't hold on forever, and she was forced to let go till Celestia's magic enveloped her.

After the force of the voice; Luna scrunched up and put her fore hooves to her mouth, "Sorry."

Celestia was glaring so hard it was like the bright glare of the sun on an extremely hot sunny summer day.

Actually, it was getting a little hot in the hallway.

"LUNA! DON'T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN!" Celestia said in her own Canterlot Voice. Since Twilight was behind her and enveloped in her magic the Princess had no need to worry that the filly would be flying off.

Her sister and her subjects were another matter as the Pegasi joined Pinkie Pie on the wall. Rarity squealed as her hooves gave out, and she was about to impale the wall behind them till Applejack grabbed her with one of her fore hooves.

"Ah got ya Rarity!" Applejack exclaimed trying to keep low to the ground to avoid joining the white unicorn and kissing the wall.

Luna stood as tall as ever as her own fore hooves ached from trying not to move; her wings spread wide and flapping frantically. The top of her body was like a tree blowing in the hurricane, and her star filled mane and tail blew furiously.

Finally, it was over and both sisters were glaring. Celestia's like a summer heat wave, and Luna's like an ice capped mountain. In fact it seemed a little colder on Luna's side of the hallway.

The heat being given off of Celestia began to rapidly affect Twilight, and the poor filly began to cry; she was sweating more than a pig.

The outburst seemed to shock the two sisters from their glaring contest, and the temperature of the room returned to normal. Celestia began rocking the filly back and forth to calm her down. The Princess didn't have anything to wipe the filly with and giving a quick apologetic look at Luna, who returned it, the Sun Princess teleported to her bath.

Twilight had seemed to stop crying at least, though there was the occasional tear that slid down the filly's face, but other than that she was calm. Celestia removed Twilight's diaper and disposed of it, while at the same time using her magic to fill the tub with lukewarm water.

With the tub filled Celestia gently lowered herself and the filly into the water. Twilight seemed to recall this feeling and relished in it. The Princess wasn't paying much attention as her thoughts seemed to be elsewhere; a gloomy look on her face.

I'm the worst, I should have expected Luna to react that way, of course my sister would feel excited.

A splash of water hit her face and the flustered Princess looked down at Twilight who began to play with her face.

"Pffftbbbttt bleh bleh brrrrrgggg pfffbfbfbfbfb."

Twilight repeated the funny noises she must have heard from Luna and Pinkie Pie. Celestia couldn't help but chuckle at the filly's exploits. The Princess copied Twilight noises and all; after the bath and being dried Celestia took Twilight to the gardens.

The filly attempted to zip around with her wings, but Celestia gave a stern look and picked Twilight up, so now the filly was on her legs.

Twilight seemed to get the message and attempted to walk. This time she got to three steps without falling, but Celestia had moved herself a little way away from the filly. Three steps were not enough to get to her.

One, two, three, wobble, four, five, and then a fall. Twilight spit out some grass and looked up at Celestia's expectant eyes. A determined look crossed the filly's features, as she wobbly stood up again; she attempted to reach the solar Princess. A few more wobbles and some falls Twilight finally made it to Celestia.

Celestia smiled and nuzzled the filly before walking away the same distance and turning to look expectantly at her. Twilight's face fell but was replaced with the determined look. Her steps became sturdier and her falls became less, as Celestia had her practice; soon Twilight was able to walk to Celestia without falling.

During the practice session time had slipped away from the Princess, who was overjoyed at the fact that she taught Twilight how to walk. The Princess' internal clock started to tell Celestia that it was time to set the sun; a dark shadow loomed across her face, but enveloping her horn in her golden glow; the Solar Princess lowered the giant yellow sphere below the horizon.

Turning to the east Celestia could see Luna's moon steadily rising above the horizon. It seemed brighter tonight even though it was just a half moon, and the stars seemed to twinkle and cast their starlight even more. Was tonight a special night?

Twilight stood next to Celestia and let out a huge yawn; she almost toppled over if Celestia had not enveloped the filly into her magical grasp and set Twilight on her back.

"I guess it is time for bed," Celestia murmured.

The princess decided to walk to her chambers softly humming a lullaby to the already sleeping Twilight. It was Celestia’s own way to say goodbye. She passed guards who nodded to her, and Twilight's friends were already in bed. Luna would be in Night Court by now; even though Celestia knew that Luna rarely got visitors it would be rude if Celestia dropped in on her sister during 'her' time.

Finally, Celestia reached her own chambers; baby toys were scattered everywhere. The princess couldn't recall when the filly actually used any of the toys, but it didn't matter; Celestia began to pack the toys into the boxes they came in. Twilight's parents most likely sold the filly's old toys and would need new ones.

Twilight's pacifier lay on the star blanket. Cleaning the chew toy she gently put it in Twilight's mouth and almost immediately the filly began to chew and suckle on it. Celestia bent her legs underneath her as she began to curl into her bed. She levitated the filly under her wing and began to wrap and tuck the star blanket around Twilight.

With a last sigh Celestia curled around the filly and fell asleep.

The filly watched the caregiver walk away. She knew something bad was going on and it was leaving a bad effect on the caregiver; even her toys were broken in some way.

Woona spoke something to her, and the filly could only catch that she was about to get fed. Good, she still had the pains. The thought however of Woona feeding her made a cold pain flash in her gut. No, the caregiver would feed her today.

"Bai-Bai!" The filly exclaimed, and in a purple flash the foal was gone.

The next sight Twilight saw was the caregiver. She was pacing, and at the filly's entrance looked surprised. Good, the caregiver should be happy to be in her presence. A growl came from the filly's stomach; it had released some tension in the pains, but it was just coiling up again for another growl.

"Bad Twilight," the caregiver said. She had the bad look, and a word formed in the filly's head.

Sorry.

"Sowy," the filly said; trying to mimic the sound that had formed inside her head.

The caregiver showed a good face. Perhaps, if the filly used this magic word more often, it would yield good results. The caregiver yelled something and gotten a gruff reply. She must have talked to one of the shinies that littered this place. Whatever, that was boring. The filly looked around the large bed she was currently sitting on; a pretty fluffy design greeted her eyes.

Was it tasty?

Twilight focused on her horn, and she enveloped the fluffy object in her magic and brought it to her mouth. She began to chew the ends which had stringy materials. It didn't taste all that wonderful, but the object carried the scent of the caregiver; that is all it needed to make it valuable to the little filly.

Suddenly, a golden glow enveloped the fluffy object. The caregiver wanted it, but she had gotten to it first so it belonged to her! The filly refused to let go of the object, and she continued to chew on it. The nice sound erupted from the caregiver. Oh! Was this a game? The filly loved games.

The caregiver would tug harder, and in turn the filly held on more with her mouth. This was fun! The caregiver seemed to want to win, and the filly's mouth was getting sore from attempting to hold onto the fluffy object. Should she give the caregiver her victory?

The filly didn't have to choose as a noise, and a shiny with the bottle, that Twilight had come to know as her food, was brought in. Twilight let go of the pillow, and in her excitement enveloped the bottle in her own glow and brought it down to her lips. The filly began to guzzle greedily and stared up at the caregiver. She had a good face.

The caregiver said something and began to curl up around Twilight. The filly loved it when the caregiver supported her while she fed. The caregiver seemed tired and once she was curled around the filly she was instantly asleep. The little filly giggled and levitated her bottle up to a table and out of the way.

Giggling again the filly grabbed the pillow from earlier with her magic, and she snuggled against it while snuggling her back with the caregiver's side. The filly soon followed into slumber.

A sad noise interrupted the black that the filly loved so much. Opening her tiny lavender eyes; Twilight saw the caregiver with a sad face. Incredibly sad and down it broke the filly's heart. She would have to issue a game of some sorts; make the caregiver have good faces again.

"Tia!" the filly cried lifting her hooves up in a wanting motion to be on her back. "Up! Up!" Twilight cried waving her hooves in delight. The caregiver smiled and complied with her wishes. Good, if the filly kept this up she would have the caregiver wrapped around her hoof.

The filly felt the familiar pull of the magic the caregiver so often wrapped her up in. The ground got farther away, and before the filly could utter another sound; she was put on the caregiver's back. Her white fur soft to the touch and her flowing colors so wonderfully close. Yet, this was not good enough.

"Up!" Twilight cried again trying to make the caregiver understand that she desired to be completely off the ground. The caregiver made a nice sound and with a rustle of feathers; the filly soon found herself higher than she ever felt. Except for the time when the mix rudely dropped her, and she had delivered a fitting punishment.

At first the caregiver went slow in her flight, and Twilight enjoyed the nice view she was getting from upon her back. The filly could see all the shinies on the floor below them gazing up with curious eyes. Too bad, the caregiver was hers and only she was allowed to do this; the shinies would have to find some other way to mimic her genius.

The caregiver would turn hallways very slowly, probably to make sure the filly did not fall off. Good, the caregiver knew to be easy on her but now the slow was getting boring, "Zoom! Zoom!"

Twilight tried to replicate the noise that Luna had made with her tasty treat, it seemed associated with being in the air, why not now? The caregiver made another wonderful, musical sound, and the filly felt the slight pickup in speed. Good, this was as fast as she wanted to go. The larger pony of course still slowed down, and she took turns slowly but the filly could care less.

"WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" the filly squealed, when after a hallway turn the caregiver picked up speed again. Looking down she could see her other toys, and the other pure white one look up at her noise making. Their faces were very amusing.

The caregiver exchanged words with the toys below, and the Toy got angry, and she began to shout at the caregiver. Bad toy! The Toy is not allowed to yell at the caregiver, only she is allowed that honor! The Toy would be punished later, in the meantime she needed to get the caregiver moving again.

"WEEEEEEEEEEE!"

The Toy began to scream at the caregiver again, and suddenly her face turned to one of hurt. The pure white one played with her face, and she screamed at both the Toy and the caregiver. This was highly amusing; Puffy came and talked with Rawr-y, and the conversation seemed to take a turn. For better or for worse the filly couldn't say but now she was interested.

Dash-y came up to her and began to speak to her; not that it mattered, Twilight could barely understand any of the sounds she was making. All she knew or at least thought she knew was that when the blue one turned around and presented her colorful tail, Twilight thought she wanted to chew it. Who was she to disappoint? Opening her mouth and carefully leaning to the side she chomped down on Dash-y's tail.

"YOW!" the blue screamed. Fortunately she didn't drag Twilight off of the caregiver. Good, otherwise she would have to punish the blue one. Apple said something to the colorful flier, and the latter made a funny face. The filly glanced towards the caregiver to be met with a stern look. Twilight thought about letting go of Dash-y's tail, as it seemed that is what the caregiver wanted as well.

The filly slowly let go of the blue one's tail and the flier rubbed it affectionately, while muttering something. Perhaps she should use the new magic word she learned.

"Sowy," the filly said, while looking at the caregiver. The toys below made a sound all at once except for Dash-y who just continued to cradle her tail and mutter something else incomprehensible. The caregiver seemed to get into conversation with the Toy. A joyful face quickly spread upon the dark toy.

A question was made and the caregiver shook her head, and before the filly could even register what was about to happen a loud and very forceful sound echoed in the hallway. Twilight had to grab hold of the caregiver's mane; the filly could even tell that the caregiver was having a hard time, as the sound of her feathers beating the air underneath her got louder and quicker.

The filly noticed that Puffy had been blown into the wall, and the other toys were having problems as well with this booming force. The filly began to panic, as her hooves were forced to let go of the caregiver's mane. Fortunately, the caregiver caught her in the warm glow, and that feeling left the filly feeling calm and protected.

The dark toy scrunched up and said her magic word. Thief! How dare the toy take her magic word and use it on the caregiver! The caregiver seemed to agree with her, and let out her own boom voice upon the toy. Puffy was still lodged in the wall, but now Dash-y and Soft followed her and squished poor puffy. The dark toy seemed to be the only one not struggling as much as the others, as Apple had to catch Rawr-y.

Before the filly could realize it the hallway began to get hotter. Twilight began sweating and the sticky moisture was making her white triangle highly uncomfortable. Gazing at the toys below most of them seemed to be shivering. Was there two temperatures in the room? Whatever it was, the filly was hot and uncomfortable and issued her trademark wailing.

The caregiver instantly recognized the cry and she gave a sad look to the dark toy who returned it, and in a golden flash the filly found herself in the water room where the caregiver and her would play in the water and make funny faces together. Twilight still had a few renegade tears stream down her face, but other than that the filly calmly awaited her playful plunge into the wetness with the caregiver.

She felt the magic tug at her white triangle and dispose of it, and she watched as the same magic started the tub and the water began to fill it. When it was full the caregiver lowered both herself and Twilight into the wetness where the young filly began to play in the water.

Twilight noticed the very sad face that the caregiver wore and began to do what the toy did best, and that was make funny faces and look ridiculous.

"Pffftbbbttt bleh bleh brrrrrgggg pfffbfbfbfbfb."

The caregiver began to mimic her face and sounds with enthusiasm, and Twilight giggled in glee. Good, the caregiver needed to learn how to have fun. The caregiver finished, lifted the filly up in the warm glow, and dried them both off. The pretty gold flash appeared and before Twilight knew it she was in a place filled with beautiful sights.

The place was filled with colors and scents that almost smelled as good as the caregiver. She must explore more of this wondrous place. As Twilight got ready to zip around on her wings the caregiver held her up in her magic and placed the filly on her legs. The caregiver walked a few paces away and looked at Twilight expectantly.

Did the caregiver want her to walk towards her and use the wonderful appendages on her back to do so? The filly took one step forward, and she looked at the caregiver; she saw in her eyes a little bit of hope. Yes, this is what the caregiver wanted. The filly took two more steps only to fall onto her snout.

The filly looked up to see that she was still not very close to the caregiver at all. She held back her frustration and lifted herself back up. Twilight took more steps towards the caregiver with a look of sheer determination on her face. She would reach the caregiver no matter what!

Finally, after a few more falls the filly made it to the caregiver. Twilight gazed into the bright pools of the one she cared for the most. The caregiver smiled sweetly at the filly and walked away from her. The filly felt a desperate tug in her heart and almost felt like crying.

Does she want me to keep walking towards her? Fine! I'll be able to get to her so many times she will be sick of me! The filly began walking again towards the caregiver. Every time she got to her prize the filly noticed that the caregiver would just walk again. Before Twilight knew it, though she had walked towards the caregiver without falling.

Darkness grew in the sky and the filly looked up curiously to see a sad face upon the caregiver and to see her horn aglow with the magic Twilight loved to feel so much. The giant yellow ball in the sky seemed to be lowering, and when it was completely drowned by the land the caregiver's horn ceased its glow.

The filly yawned and felt the caregiver lift her up onto her back; the white fur being a soft cushion as always. The caregiver didn't even have to rock her as she heard a soft musical sound leave the caregiver's body that drifted Twilight into the ever so peaceful black.

A brown pony walked onto the stage; his cutie mark was just a microphone on his flank. The stallion trotted across stage, “Welcome fillies and gentlecolts to Chatterjoy’s Talk Show! You ask the questions and these four contestants; I will reveal shortly, will answer!”

“Under curtain number one, give a warm welcome to, Princess Celestia!” The curtain rose up to reveal the Solar Princess who smiled warmly, and she calmly waved to her subjects in the audience. “Under curtain number two, the sister but not the lesser, Princess Luna!” The curtain rose up and revealed Princess Luna who had her tongue stuck out as she played her game boy; battle music leaked from the device.

Princess Celestia lightly poked her sister in her side to get her attention. The action worked as the Lunar Princess jerked and looked up. She smiled nervously and slowly put away her game.

“Under curtain three we have the master of trickery, not to be confused with Princess Celestia of course, the Goblin King Jareth!” As the curtain raised the ponies in the back ground booed and roared at him. The king sat not amused.

“Give Princess Twilight back!” a mare yelled in the background. Others began to rise with the mare and yell profanities at the king.

His anger building he screamed, “Oh hush! Your precious Princess Luna wished her away in the first place!” It did not calm the ponies in the audience at all and soon the goblins that sat on the opposite side began to get into verbal fights with them. The announcer saw it wise to continue.

“Under curtain number four we have the cutest filly around, Princess Twilight Sparkle!” At the mention of the filly’s name the audience calmed down and began to admire the filly that was sucking her tail as the curtain rose.

“Now we begin!” the announcer exclaimed pulling out note cards that held questions for the ones on stage. “Princess Celestia how do you know Jareth?”

“At the first centennial high ruler’s meeting.”

Jareth scoffed and crossed his arms and everyone looked at him, “If you mean by sneaking up on me and making the sound of a chicken, I believe yes, we did meet.”

Twilight began to giggle at the tension in the room.

“Why did you kidnap Princess Twilight?” A random pony in the audience yelled. The announcer was left baffled; in his hand an index card with the question he was about to ask.

Jareth pouted and replied, “I already explained, it was because your precious Princess wished her gone!”

The crowd of ponies just screamed and booed at the Goblin King some more. Twilight looked to Jareth to see his pouting face. She remembered Sara’s words and she willed a crystal ball to appear. A magic Jareth used, and she threw it into his face.

It enticed a laugh from both sides of the audience, and Sara jumped up and waved her arms.

“Yeah! That’s my filly!”

The crowd looked at her strangely, and straightening her clothes she smiled and sat back down. Jareth was flabbergasted at Sara’s outburst, mostly because he did not realize she was there.

Celestia looked at her student, “Twilight, where did you learn that trick?”

“Spackle!”

The audience made a sound at the adorable filly. Celestia merely smirked and sent a prideful look in Jareth’s direction. Jareth grumbled and crossed his arms.

“How does it feel, Goblin King, to be beaten at your own game?”

The announcer took back control before things got too heated, “Back to the questions on the index card, please.”

“Goblin King, how are we all here if Princess Luna is doing the maze?”

Jareth began to slightly laugh amusedly, “Ah, you simple minded ponies; I am the master of time, don’t you know?”

Celestia face hoofed at the Goblin King’s arrogance, while Luna attempted to beat the level of her game. When she pulled out her device, no pony knew.

“Princess Celestia, you are an avid cake lover, do you burn calories by raising the sun?”

The room began to feel really hot as Celestia’s anger grew. Jareth had ducked under his table, while Princess Luna looked warily at her sister and saved her game.

“One does not simply ask a mare about her weight,” her eyes moved to look at Jareth and her glare intensified. This had not been the first time she had been asked about her weight.

“Still upset about that are we?” Jareth asked from beneath the table. He was no fool; he knew when the room got hot, usually by Celestia’s anger, it was best to duck underneath the nearest object.

From Jareth’s close point of view he could see the Princess grit her teeth. He was not the only one who noticed, as Princess Luna began to slightly back away.

“Tia!” Twilight exclaimed.

Immediately Celestia began to calm down her flare, but her glare never dwindled on Jareth’s form.

The announcer coughed and held out one last index card.

“Princess Celestia, your sister and even student have come up with nicknames for the Goblin King, names like Spackle and Glitter Boy, so the audience is wondering; what is your nickname for the Goblin King?”

Celestia grew an unbelievably large grin. Jareth had glitter poofed away, and Princess Luna looked warily at her sister.

“I am so glad you asked that question.”

“The answer is then?”

“A wonderful answer of course.”

“Get on with it sister!”

A chime began to ring throughout the dome.

“I believe that is all the time we have folks!” The announcer said. He quickly left the stage.

“Sister, tell me!”

“You heard the chime little sister and time is up.”

Celestia teleported away leaving Twilight and Luna alone in the suddenly empty arena.

Chapter 13

The next morning after Celestia raised the sun. The Princess was feeling incredibly depressed; this was the morning that Twilight’s parents were going to learn the truth, and the day that Twilight’s parents were going to learn what happened to their filly.

This was also the day that Twilight’s parents were going to learn that Celestia had failed in keeping their daughter safe.

The filly that was still on the bed began to roll over and yawn. The peaceful quiet was an illusion as Twilight began to wail.

A warm bottle was already prepared; Celestia was beginning to get the hang of Twilight’s feeding patterns. Gently the Princess lifted the bottle with her magic to the filly’s mouth. As usual once the bottle hit Twilight’s lips she would begin to guzzle.

“Well my faithful student, its time for us to part ways,” Celestia murmured to the filly, while she nuzzled her face.

When Celestia pulled back, Twilight looked up at her with curious eyes. The sight made Celestia want to cry, but she held her tears back, and she gave the little filly a watery smile.

“Up! Up!” Twilight cried waving her fore hooves.

Celestia let out a small chuckle and enveloped the filly in her magic. After Twilight was settled on her back, the Princess charged up her horn, and in a golden flash they were in the throne room.

Now all there was to do was to wait for Twilight’s family to appear. Celestia was early, and she knew it to. Twilight happily chewed on the Princess’s crown, while the Princess gloomily thought of the inevitable drama.

Just as she was thinking of the drama, Twilight’s parents bursted through the doors with worried looks. They practically teleported to the Princess’s side, and before Celestia knew what happened; Twilight Velvet had enveloped her daughter in her green magic.

“Oh my little filly!” cried Twilight Velvet. Her husband, Night Light, came up to her and began to comfort his wife.

“Princess what happened?” Night Light asked. His wife busy snuggling their daughter, who did not look to happy to be cuddled by some pony she did not know.

“A mishap with a spell, I wanted to see if I could fix the problem without alerting the both of you. I am sorry I failed.” The Princess hung her head low and in shame. She couldn’t look into the eyes of the parents.

Twilight Velvet began to laugh heartily, “Oh Princess! Such a foal like answer! You sound like a filly that made a mistake and went through great trouble and stress to fix it before her parents found out!”

Celestia looked genuinely surprised by Twilight’s mother’s response. Night Light chuckled at his wife’s outburst.

“You should have come to us first Princess! Perhaps you wanted to try out being a mother yourself. How did it go?”

Night Light elbowed his wife slightly. He was not entirely angry, but his wife was giving the wrong impression.

“Right dear, Princess Celestia I am disappointed you did not contact us! We could have given you diapers and toys and advice!”

Night Light elbowed his wife again.

“Of course dear, Princess Celestia you should have hired us as foal sitters!”

Night Light face hoofed. Celestia began to chuckle and it became a laugh that echoed throughout the throne room.

“Perhaps you would have been better Foal sitters. You most certainly may have made better ones than my sister!”

A muffled yell came from behind the door that led to the back of the throne room. Behind the door were Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Spike, and Princess Luna. They had come searching for Princess Celestia when they heard that she scheduled a meeting with Twilight’s parents.

Currently Rarity had placed a hoof into Princess Luna’s mouth to keep her from yelling and giving away their position. The fore mentioned Princess was also currently glaring at the fashionista.

Rarity finally removed her hoof and grimaced at the saliva that now coated it. She lightly shook her hoof to get some of it off and instead chose to rub it all over Princess Luna’s fur.

“Cease thy antics at once!” Luna whispered harshly.

“It was your saliva to begin with. If you didn’t have such a temper I wouldn’t have had to bother to muffle your screams, or do you want us to be found!” Rarity retorted.

“No! Thou couldst have wiped it somewhere else. Perhaps fair Rainbow Dash or Applejack! They seem to enjoy rubbing the disgusting liquid all over their hooves when they do this ‘brohoof’ thing; I have heard so much about.”

“Hey!” Rainbow and Applejack harshly whispered turning to look at the Princess.

“We speak the truth!”

“We don’t rub we clap, or smack, or I don’t know but we do not rub!” Rainbow Dash replied glaring at both Rarity and the Princess.

“Nonetheless it is still disgusting!” Rarity commented turning her nose up into the air.

“Guys, you better stop.” Pinkie Pie said seriously.

“Why? And keep your voice down!” Rarity hissed back.

“She’s right.” Spike said lifting up a claw.

“Ssh!” Princess Luna exclaimed very loudly.

“What are we whispering about?” Celestia whispered into Luna’s ear.

AAAAHHHHH!” Luna screamed teleporting up onto the chandelier and hanging upside down.

Celestia and the others soon burst out into laughter at the sight of Princess Luna looking like a scared cat. Twilight sensing the merry mood rolled on her back and giggled furiously.

“Well Princess Celestia it has been an honor and thank you for telling about our little Twilight, but we must get her settled back home,” Night Light said elbowing his wife who was making faces at the mentioned filly.

“Absolutely dear!” Twilight Velvet exclaimed levitating the filly onto her back.

As the pair of unicorns began to leave; Twilight realized that Celestia was not following and began to wail.

“TIA!”

Celestia looked as if she was about to cry, but she just closed her eyes and turned her head away from the filly. Twilight was not deterred and in a purple flash teleported in front of the Princess. She began to hug her leg and pleadingly looked up at Celestia.

Celestia mustered up the biggest glare she could and glared down at the filly.

“No, Twilight.”

Celestia wanted to immediately take back what she had said for Twilight began to tear up. A green magic enveloped the filly as Twilight Velvet attempted to pry the filly off.

Twilight tried once more to get Celestia’s attention as the Princess had now turned her back towards the filly. When her attempts failed she began to wail loudly and the crying could be heard all through out the castle as Twilight’s parents left to take her home.

All was silent in the throne room. Princess Luna now off of the ceiling could only stare at her sister’s back. Pinkie Pie’s hair was almost flat. Applejack and Rainbow Dash could only look in other directions.

“Of all the worst possible things! This! Is! The! Worst! Possible! THING!”

The white unicorn pulled out her fainting couch and dramatically fainted. No pony bothered to address Rarity and her problems as all eyes had turned towards Celestia. Her eyes were now open but the emotion in them made the others want to leave. Outside the sun seemed less bright and the weak rays glinted off the river of tears trailing down the side of Celestia’s face.

Princess Luna gradually and silently got the other ponies to leave. Spike attempted to stay and comfort the one who raised him, but a glare from Luna made him hop onto Applejack’s back quickly.

Twilight Velvet and Night Light began to break into a run the moment they left Canterlot. Twilight was on her mother’s back and was asleep. She had cried the entire way out of Canterlot and the trio was getting odd stares from passing ponies.

~A~

Once they were a good way into the mountains, green light enveloped Night Light and Twilight Velvet and revealed them to be changelings.

“Too easy!” The changeling that was previously Twilight Velvet exclaimed.

“Ssh! We must get this little pest back to the Queen as soon as possible!” the other one hissed. After dialogue both changelings began to buzz their wings, and headed towards the out-lands where their Queen was.

Twilight began to open her eyes. Everything that was a blur began to come into focus, and the first thing she saw was the caregiver. She had a bad face, an extremely bad face, the kind of face that made Twilight want to snuggle with the caregiver and make the face go away.

If Twilight could get caregiver to come closer maybe the filly would do just that.

The pain in her stomach flared, so the filly held off the snuggling to get food. The caregiver was extremely fast with the bottle this time. Twilight guzzled happily, and she began to plot her next move to get rid of caregiver’s bad face.

The caregiver walked towards her, and she began to nuzzle the filly’s face. Twilight loved when the caregiver did this, and it made her guzzle a little bit faster. When the caregiver pulled back, Twilight could see something pool in her eyes.

Was the caregiver broken? No, if the caregiver was broken then Twilight would have known. Still, the filly couldn’t help but look up at her with curious eyes. The caregiver gave the filly a smile, but it looked different. Strained.

This would simply not do at all! Twilight quickly finished her bottle and lifted her hooves.

“Up! Up!”

As usual and of course was there ever any doubt; the caregiver lifted Twilight and set her snugly on her back. Instead of flying like she had originally wanted, the caregiver produced a golden flash.

The caregiver had brought them to the big room where other thingies met with the caregiver. Why? Were they trying to steal the caregiver from her? They must be punished! After, she chewed the delicious object atop of the caregiver’s head.

The caregiver had a bad face. Soon, the giant door busted open and two more thingies appeared. One had stars upon her flank. The other had one similar to Woona’s. He stole her mark! He must be punished.

The one with stars seemed to appear directly in front of her. Something was off, but something was also familiar. Who was this mare? She was enveloped in green magic. It didn’t feel right at all! It was all wrong! The one with stars was supposed to be gentle and kind! This magic did not feel gentle and kind!

A conversation was being held by the caregiver and these newcomers. Suddenly the caregiver burst out into laughter. Maybe these strangers were not too bad after all if they could make the caregiver smile.

Still, the filly couldn’t place what felt wrong with them. The caregiver made a comment about Woona, and Twilight heard a muffled sound. She must investigate! The one with stars had set her down, and now was the perfect time to investigate what made that sound.

Picking herself up Twilight walked behind a secret door, or had it always been there? She discovered all her toys. Were they hiding? Oh! Twilight understood now; they were playing a game.

The caregiver had seemed to follow her, or noticed her disappearance. Woona was unprepared, as the caregiver whispered something into the dark one’s ear. Suddenly, Woona had disappeared in a blue flash. Twilight looked up and saw her stuck to the ceiling. Woona was so amusing.

Her toys, the newcomers, and the caregiver began to laugh at Woona. Finally, the tension seemed to be gone from the room, and she curled up and giggled. Twilight loved this kind of mood.

The Woona copycat mentioned something to the caregiver, and the mood seemed to take a dip in the merry mood. The one with stars had been making faces at her, and it was interesting at first, but now she was not so sure today was going to be good.

Copycat touched stars and the mare exclaimed something, and before Twilight knew it she was on the back of the mare and walking away from the caregiver.

Were they all going somewhere? The caregiver wasn’t following, and the filly seemed to instantly understand what was happening.

“TIA!”

The caregiver closed her eyes and turned her head away. NO! The caregiver must understand that she cannot abandon her. She must look at her! She must…love her.

Twilight teleported to the caregiver’s side, and she hugged her leg. Twilight looked up with teary eyes. She was pleading to the caregiver to take her back. Did she do something wrong? Twilight promises to be a good filly!

Twilight felt the magic of the one with stars, but Twilight held fast onto the caregiver. The caregiver looked at her with an intense glare.

“No, Twilight.”

That was that needed to be said for the filly to let go. The caregiver turned her back to her, and Twilight wailed louder.

The caregiver needed to look back! Twilight needed to know if there was still love. The caregiver never turned back, and Twilight wailed louder.

She wailed in the hallways. Shinies looked at them, and these new ponies smiled nervously. She wailed outside. Others looked at them, and some even glared at them. The one with stars tried to calm her down, but it did nothing.

The caregiver was angry at her, so the caregiver didn’t want her anymore.

Soon, the filly knew black as she cried herself to sleep.

Fluttershy was walking in the gardens with Princess Luna.

“Princess, I don’t mean to bother you, but I’ve been walking in the garden these past few days, since, you know…Anyway I’ve found something alarming, and I thought I might need to show you, if you don’t mind.”

Princess Luna stared passively at the timid Pegasus and listened intently as she talked. The past few days had been quite a ride. Immediately after Twilight’s wailing could no longer be heard rumor had begun to spread that her sister had retreated into her room.

For the past few days her sister had not been seen nor heard of. Celestia had cancelled all of her meetings with the nobles, and the chefs had been reporting that their cake stores had been increasing instead of decreasing. In fact, the chefs had also reported to not even glimpsing Celestia’s alabaster coat in the kitchens.

Luna was getting increasingly worried about her sister’s health as well. Their celestial bodies represented them just as much as the Alicorns represented the celestial bodies, and for the past few days the sun was just about as hot as the sun setting on a Hearth’s Warming Eve evening.

That could only mean her sister was incredibly depressed. The Lunar Princess was also aware that her sister was not sleeping. Luna knew when every pony was sleeping hence the line from one of the Hearth’s carols, ‘She knows when you are sleeping.’

By the heavens she hated that carol. It was made for Celestia because at that time Luna was already beginning to be forgotten.

“Um Princess, sorry but we are here, if you don’t mind,” Fluttershy’s soft voice rung through Luna’s thoughts. Lightly shaking her head the Princess smiled.

“Fear not fair Fluttershy, We art most grateful that thou wouldst bringest thou’s concerns to Us.”

Fluttershy managed a small smile. Pointing her hoof in the direction of the concern to be addressed Luna could only gasp in fear. The flowers had begun to wither. By the heavens she should have seen this coming! With the sun not being at its full power the flowers were beginning to die of starvation.

“My sister is due for a long lecture it seems.”

~A~

Celestia lay on her bed unmoving. Her body had gone numb from remaining in the same position for days, but the Princess refused to move. She was simply too depressed to do anything. Celestia had tried to be a little productive during the first few days by doing bills and other paper work, but she couldn’t focus on the words long enough to get anything done.

Now, all that Celestia could do was curl up into a ball. The pain in her heart was immense. She new days had gone by, but she could not tell how many had passed. Her stomach rumbled painfully, but the Princess ignored it. The only thing she could think of was Twilight’s look of betrayal as she wailed for her.

As the scene once again played in her mind Celestia curled into herself even deeper; her eyes were sore from all the silent tears she had wailed. Her throat hurt and rasped with every breath; the strain of having to keep her sobs silent taking their toll. Her glorious alabaster fur had lost its shine, and her mane and tail refused to wave with the solar wind.

A knock sounded on her door, and Celestia’s response was to turn her body away from the noise. Again, a knock sounded but it was more forceful and impatient.

Celestia ignored the insistent knocking, but what came next she had much more difficulty ignoring. The Princess should have known it was her sister because the Royal Canterlot Voice rang proud and true through the entire castle.

“SISTER! THOU MUST AWAKEN! UNLESS THOU ART ALREADY AWAKE. IF THOU ART AWAKE, pardon my modern language, “GET THINE CAKE FILLED BUTT OUT OF THE BED AND ATTEND THY ROYAL DUTIES!”

Celestia’s only response was to take her pillow and cover her ears. Under normal circumstances the Princess would have reprimanded her younger sister for being so rude, but now Celestia could barely find the strength to even think about scolding her.

Princess Luna huffed and pivoted on her front hooves.

“So be it sister, just remember that thou hadst started this battle.”

Princess Luna coiled her back legs. As she was aiming the mane six had come to see what the commotion was about. Their eyes bugged as they saw Luna let out an Alicorn powered buck upon Celestia’s unfortunate bedroom door.

The door collapsed upon impact, and credit to the architects they remained intact if but crooked on their hinges. Celestia had not moved an inch, or even gave a sign of flinching. Luna huffed but lifted her sister in her own magic.

Celestia undignified was held upside down. Her eyes stared blankly into Luna’s own teal blue eyes.

“You broke my door.”

“You need to be lectured sister, and We thought Us appropriate to do so.”

Celestia slowly blinked but dispelled Luna’s own magic causing her to fall to the floor in a heap. The mane six was peering into the room at the spectacle and it was disheartening to see their Princess in such a state.

Without changing her position Celestia picked up Luna and her double doors. Throwing Luna out, Celestia repaired her doorway and put magical enchantments to keep Luna out.

Luna picking herself up painfully hissed.

“Very well Sister. Thou shouldst know this means war!”

A dark aura surrounded the Luna Princess. The mane six feeling the tension could only back away, as Luna charged up her horn and with a mighty yell that shook the entire castle; Luna fired her magic blast onto the door.

Celestia’s enchantments held fast, and the doors held no proof of Luna’s recent attack. Luna panted slightly but she persisted with more focused magical blasts. Even in Celestia’s weakened state her wards proved effective against her sister’s might.

Running low on her magic Luna huffed and began to harshly buck on the door. Her efforts were in vain as not even a dent was found on the double doors.

Luna collapsed onto the floor in an exhausted heap.

“Thou may have won the battle sister, but never the war!”

A unicorn guard ran up to the princess. A look of worry crossed his features.

“Dire news Princess, which would you like to hear first?” The guard looked anywhere but at the Princess.

“The good news.”

“There is no good news Your Highness. Only bad news and worse news.”

“The bad news?”

“A patrol found Night Light and Twilight Velvet in green goo, most commonly used by Changelings. They say they have been trapped since the day they received Princess Celestia’s letter telling them to meet her in court.”

Luna had sat upright, and as she did so Celestia bust down her doors. The hallway heated up extremely quickly. Without a word Celestia raced down the corridor with speed that only an Alicorn could possess.

“She didn’t even listen to the worse news,” The guard sighed.

“We are still listening.”

“Very well Princess Luna, the front wall has fallen apart due to your power bucking and Canterlot Voice.”

“How is that even possible?”

“I am not sure Your Highness.”

“Pardon me ya’ll but shouldn’t we chase after Princess Celestia?” Applejack asked worriedly. She had taken off her hat and held it close to her chest.

Before Luna could reply, however a large boom echoed across the castle. A splash of color washed over the sky; the tell tale sign of a sonic rainboom being performed.

“The Princess could do that!” screamed Rainbow Dash. Her jaw almost seemed to hit the floor in shock, perhaps also because her pride may have been damaged.

“Oh yes fair Rainbow Dash. Our sister invented them. She hasn’t performed one in over a millennium though.”

“WHAT?” yelled the ponies.

“We are afraid that to catch Our sister, every pony must ‘hoof it’ as some put it.”

“How do we catch up to her?” Rarity asked. Clearly she was not going to run after the furious Princess.

“Our sister’s regalia have a tracker in case it ever was stolen. We can magically pin point it, and when Our sister finds her destination we teleport to her.”

“Then why do we have to hoof it then?” Rainbow Dash pointed out.

“Because with the speed Our sister is flying at, We art afraid that the garments will disintegrate.”

“What…”

“Enough talk! Talk is time!” Pinkie yelled.

With powers that only Pinkie could possess she grabbed all the ponies present except the unfortunate guard and began to do what Pinkie did best.

Show up at random places with no tell tale sign of magic.

~A~

Many booms could be heard as Celestia performed more and more rainbooms to increase her speed. A trail of rainbows could be followed as Celestia headed for the badlands. The only place the Changelings could take refuge at.

Her wings ached for not being in use for many years, but the Solar Princess refused to yield to such weakness and only flapped harder, creating another rainboom.

Her regalia began to chip and fall apart. The heavy metal slowing her down somewhat Celestia ripped off all her ornaments angrily and didn’t even stay to watch them fall to the ground.

“Tail’s a’ twitchen’!” Pinkie exclaimed. The pink pony who was currently in the lead of the running ponies stopped to duck under a rock clove.

“We do not…” Luna never finished as Applejack lassoed the Princess and pulled her under the rock clove where the rest of the ponies took shelter. It wasn’t a moment to soon when Celestia’s regalia left craters from their landing right where Luna had been standing moments before.

“We understand.”

~A~

Normally a trip to the changeling hive should have taken at least three days; the hive had moved to make it look like they actually were planning another invasion. In the new nest Chrysalis disguised as Celestia glared down at the filly.

Somehow even as a filly, Twilight knew who was the real one and who was not. It irritated the queen to no end. She had planned to feast on the power of the Alicorn filly disguised as her mother, or in this case adoptive mother.

The queen wouldn’t give up though.

One of her drones, a guard as he was bulkier than the rest of her changelings entered her chambers. The filly lay trembling near her hooves.

“My queen we…” his sentence was never finished as a loud boom followed by a huge amount of color exploded into the sky. Chrysalis still disguised as Celestia looked up in fear.

“How did she find out already? Did you not dispose of the two ponies like I said too?”

“We hid them your majesty.”

“I told you to DISPOSE OF THEM!” Chrysalis roared and with a powered up magical green charge threw out her guard.

“Go and so some real work and DISPOSE of at least HER!”

“By your orders!” The changeling saluted and buzzed out of the chamber. Soon more buzzing could be heard as the changeling army began to advance onto the lone Princess.

“Ha-ha Celestia! Challenging my army by yourself would do no good!”

Celestia could see the swarm of Changeling advance as she approached.

“OUT OF MY WAY YOU CURS!”

The force of Celestia’s own Canterlot Voice was able to put the swarm on a different path. She had no time for minor bugs. Some of the braver changelings attempted to get into Celestia’s path and stop her.

Clenching her teeth, the Solar Princess rushed through them, the heat from her speed burning some of the changelings and caused them to plummet to the ground in pain. Celestia’s rainboom trail soon turned to fire as the Princess finally reached a speed few could achieve.

The Princess dive bombed into the hive where she sensed the powerful magic of Twilight Sparkle. Celestia had made a crater bigger than any had ever seen since the changeling invasion. Her eyes grew even angrier when she saw the form Chrysalis had taken.

“RETURN TWILIGHT SPARKLE TO ME NOW!”

Chrysalis had to strain to withstand the powerful voice.

“No. Wasn’t it you who gave her away anyway?”

Celestia’s look held pure rage at the accusation Chrysalis threw her way.

The Princess noticed Twilight behind the queen. She was trembling and looked frightened. It only made Celestia’s rage skyrocket. With a mighty yell Celestia charged the queen and they locked horns.

“I beat you once Sun Goddess. I can do it again!”

~A~

“My hooves hurt! Can’t we stop for a rest?” Rarity whined. Her hooves were sore and red from the constant walking they were doing.

“We need to save the Princesses!” Rainbow Dash huffed annoyed at Rarity. Celestia’s rainboom trail had faded a while ago. Luna insisted, however, that they were going the right way and persisted that the group keep moving.

“We see no harm in resting,” Luna spoke up. The mane six plopped down where they stood. Luna had been incredibly hard to keep up with. Just like her sister, Luna held the speed of an Alicorn. She had also not stopped for a break for about an hour. Rarity had actually spoken about all of them. In Luna’s defense it was a bit of uncalled for whining.

While the others rubbed their sore hooves and trying to get feeling back into them; Luna kept looking in the same direction with a worried look.

“Um Princess, I’m sure Princess Celestia is safe.” Fluttershy said lightly putting her hoof on Luna’s leg to comfort her.

“It is the Changelings We fear for.” Luna replied smiling gently back at Fluttershy.

A boom resounded through the clearing where the mane six and Luna were resting.

“Break time is over!” Rainbow Dash exclaimed and sprung to her hooves. She immediately took off towards the sound.

“Princess, go on without us. I know you can fly faster than the rest of us can run,” Applejack said encouraging the Princess who had glanced worriedly back at the remaining five.

“Thank you fair Applejack. We are sure that this will not be the last boom. If thou follow the sound…”

“We know already!” Pinkie exclaimed picking up Luna and throwing her into the air. How the party pony was able to pick up Princess Luna, no pony knows not even the Lunar Princess.

Righting herself in the air, Luna quickly took off towards the loud boom. She had easily passed Rainbow Dash, though Luna could not perform rainbooms as easily as her sister, Luna still was an Alicorn and was faster than most ponies.

As Luna approached the crumbling nest of the Changelings her fear only grew. There was two of her sister. Luna was well aware that the one with the regalia was her enemy, as Celestia had thrown away her regalia, while in flight.

Celestia was weak from the days of not eating. Chrysalis was having a serious advantage against her sister. That same advantage made Luna charge even faster to her sister’s side.

Just as she was about to reach Celestia and Chrysalis, her sister let loose a powerful solar blast that forced her copy to slam into a wall. The heat around her sister left steam in the rocks. Her footsteps melted the ground she passed.

Twilight was in the corner cowering. A shimmering gold shield had been placed around her. The decision that the filly was more important that her sister’s battle; Luna rushed over to the petrified filly.

“W-Woona…” Twilight sniffled.

“Be calm little one, Luna is here,” the Princess smiled sweetly at the filly. Meanwhile her sister had managed to transform Chrysalis back into her normal form. Chrysalis was now sporting injuries that even Luna winced at. Her sister was being relentless.

Her sister was no better. Cuts and scrapes littered her sister’s normally perfect coat. Her mane and tail was as messy as one of Twilight’s nests for the birds. Her sister was also sporting a massive bruise above one of her eyes.

As the queen peeled herself from the wall, she glared up at the Solar Princess who held the same intensity in her own stare.

“Finish it,” drawled the queen as she hung her head low.

Celestia didn’t need another invitation, as her horn flared. Luna’s eyes widened as she saw her sister prepare to do what she thought had been banned centuries ago.

“Sister, stop this madness!” Luna exclaimed. The mane six had caught up. They had little resistance from the changelings who all seemed to be lying scattered among the rubble moaning in pain.

“She stole Twilight away from me!” growled Celestia; she did not even look at her sister.

“That may be so, but you told me that death is not a punishment!”

“For this cur it is the ONLY PUNISHMENT!” Celestia began to speak in the Canterlot voice again.

“Then if not for thine morals then for Twilight?” Luna asked.

Celestia’s eyes widened at the mention of the little filly. The Solar Princess gritted her teeth and her glare intensified at the changeling before her. She seemed to be hesitating, as her conscious fought with her mind.

Closing her eyes Celestia let out a mighty yell that gave Luna’s voice a run for her money. The Solar Princess released the blast.

An unfortunate rock melted at her magic, and the changeling queen shivered in fear at what fate she narrowly missed.

“I, Princess Celestia, decree that the Changeling Queen Chrysalis if seen by any guard or step foot in Equestria again shall be killed at once. Leave and don’t return Chrysalis!”

The queen could only sputter, but she was able to gather the rest of her changelings and fled the scene.

Sighing Celestia turned to look at Twilight.

“Twilight I’m sorry, it won’t happen again.”

As the Princess took a step towards the filly on Luna’s back, Twilight hid her face in Luna’s mane. Taken aback Celestia could only lower her head and accept defeat. She had broken Twilight’s trust, and she deserved it.

The mane six looked distraught at the broken relationship, but none could utter a word to the Princess.

“Look on the bright side sister; compared to the Everfree forest a millennium ago this destruction is nothing.”

When Twilight awoke she was surrounded by a number of buzzing thingies. They smirked at her and licked their lips. Immediately the filly did not like them at all. Their piercing blue eyes stared at her hungrily and it struck fear into the filly.

“T-TIA!”

Twilight wailed for the caregiver but no answer was given and it only caused louder wailing. The buzzers, Twilight would call them, began to panic and run around crazily. They yelled at each other, when finally a buzzer flew to her and showed her a bright red apple.

Twilight stared at it for a while, but resumed her wailing. The buzzers just didn’t understand! She needed the caregiver! Twilight refused to believe that the caregiver had abandoned her to such creatures.

The buzzer that had offered her the red apple looked at the others in defeat. He clearly did not know what she wanted. The other buzzers just looked at him and shrugged their shoulders.

How could they not understand one simple word?

“TIA, TIA, TIA, TIA!” Twilight screamed. She bucked and flailed her legs in her tantrum. Her magic began to flare up and cast magical shots across the room. It destroyed the rocks in the chamber, and the buzzers began to panic.

One of the buzzers yelled something, and soon the entire chamber filled with the black creatures began to scream and panic. None of it helped Twilight’s magic tantrum as she continued to fire shots.

A voice that Twilight adored had soon rung out through the chamber. The buzzers immediately stopped and parted. It revealed the caregiver in all her glory.

“TIA!”

Twilight got up on her feet and with the strength she could muster and with the grace of a filly was able to run towards her. The caregiver smiled at her widely as Twilight approached.

Too widely.

Twilight’s grin faded as she stared intently at the caregiver. It looked like the caregiver, but the filly got a bad feeling about this caregiver.

She said something and her horn flashed green, as she picked Twilight up.

Now Twilight knew something was definitely wrong with this copycat. The caregiver’s magic was calm, soothing, and warm. This magic was chaotic, cold, and caused fear in Twilight’s heart. This was not the caregiver.

Her suspicions proved true when the caregiver looked down on her and her usual magenta eyes flashed a draconic green.

“NO, TIA!”

Teleporting out of the grasp of the fake, Twilight made her escape. The filly could hear the fake caregiver growl and yell after her. She would not be fooled by this fake thing! She was the filly, and the world revolved around her and the caregiver.

The fake Tia called out to the buzzers, and they began to chase after her as well. The fake wanted to play a game? Very well, as Rawr-y would say, it is on!

Using her teleportation magic, Twilight would seem to be in multiple places at once. She confused the buzzers, and when one would think they caught her, she would break free and stick her tongue out at them.

One buzzer grabbed her with his magic, and Twilight made the biggest, cutest, and most irresistible face she could muster onto the unsuspecting buzzer. He didn’t stand a chance as he cooed at her and began to tickle her.

The buzzer swore the filly grew horns, as she grinned evilly and bit down on his leg, causing him to release the loudest howl she had ever heard.

The buzzers had stopped chasing Twilight for now but night was approaching. She was beginning to tire, and the filly could already hear the buzzing from the buzzers approaching her.

She would rest here. They wouldn’t be able to find her. Twilight made sure of it by crawling into a crevice and curling up. Her coat and mane were dark enough to pull it off. The buzzing got louder and became similar to a lullaby and the filly fell asleep.

When Twilight woke up she realized she wasn’t in the crevice anymore. Instead she woke up next to a giant white figure. The only giant white figure she knew was the caregiver.

The filly sprang up, but remembered that the caregiver had given her away. Twilight also remembered the copycat caregiver. This white figure was awake and staring at her. Twilight stared into the magenta eyes of this stranger. When they flashed draconic green again Twilight began to panic.

She was so confused! This caregiver was like the caregiver but not like the caregiver because she was not the caregiver! In her confusion the filly began to get a headache. Twilight began to cry at the pain. The copycat frowned and attempted to silence her by offering food.

No! She needed the pain gone and food would not help it! What was the word that Dash-y used all the time after she would bite her? It was a simple word.

“YOW!” Twilight screamed. She pointed to her head and wailed even louder. Yelling made it even worse.

The copycat grimaced and glared at the filly. She muttered something and stood up.

Twilight was getting irritated. Copycat or not this thing must learn to obey and help her at all times. That was the job of all those bigger than her.

“YOW!” Twilight screamed again. No pony answered and Twilight wailed even louder ignoring the growing headache. She was getting scared now. The filly was all by herself without any pony.

The copycat returned with the white triangles and other objects the filly had seen the real caregiver using all the time. How were those objects going to make the pain in her head stop? Twilight was so confused.

She was picked up in the copycat’s cold magic and the filly was being changed. How dare this copycat try to take up the job of Woona and the real caregiver! Twilight would not allow this! When the copycat had taken off her diaper, Twilight had failed to notice it needed to be changed, the filly broke the magic hold and zipped away.

The air felt awkward to her bare flanks, as she zipped farther and farther away from the copycat. Buzzers began to chase after her again. Twilight was not in the mood for a game. She wanted to go to the caregiver. She wanted to go home.

It was not long when she was caught again. The copycat gave her a bad face and put on a clean triangle after she had cleaned Twilight. The filly had managed to fall into mud and of course have her accidents without a triangle on.

The filly had no regrets. This was how she spent her days. Twilight would be a struggle to feed. She only wanted the real caregiver or Woona to feed her. She would be a battle to change. The filly had lost a little weight in her fights of being fed.

The filly was curled up away from the copycat, when she heard a giant boom. Color spread throughout the sky. It filled Twilight up with happiness at the sight of the all the colors. The copycat was furious. Did she not like colors?

Twilight continued to look up into the sky. Buzzers began to fall by groups. In the distance the filly could see the one she loved so much. The real caregiver was swooping down to her location. Twilight knew the caregiver would never abandon her!

The caregiver crashed through the ceiling of rock. She looked furious and Twilight was frightened by the anger radiating off of the caregiver. She was not wearing the shiny things and her wings flared. The caregiver’s eyes were broken because they were glowing fiercely. Was this another copycat?

The other copycat smirked and before the filly knew it the two copycats were in a fight. They locked horns and the new copycat had reared up and swung her head at the old copycat. It knocked her a few feet away.

The old copycat got up and shook herself free of dust. Charging up her horn a green blast went to strike the new copycat. She retaliated with her own golden blast. Its magic was familiar, but it was not kind, it was angry.

A golden bubble formed around her. Twilight was scared. She wanted Woona! The rest of the battle seemed to go by quickly. Dust flew and blocked her vision. Through the dust she could hear the voice she really wanted to hear at that moment.

It was Woona. Her calm voice pierced the battle, and the dust was clearing giving the filly a clear view of what the new copycat was about to do. The old copycat was revealed to be a giant buzzer. Twilight couldn’t quite place what the new copycat was going to do, but it terrified her.

Woona talked calmly to the new copycat. If Woona was talking to her then it must have been the real caregiver! Twilight was truly scared. The caregiver could be this cruel? The caregiver seemed to be struggling with a decision.

Finally, she said something to the giant buzzer in a commanding voice. Woona and the other toys, she had just noticed the others, their faces showed relief. The caregiver attempted to walk towards the filly.

No! The caregiver was scary. Woona! Twilight teleported to the darker toy. She hid her face in her sparkling mane. She trembled at the voice of the caregiver. She heard a sad sigh, and Twilight wanted to comfort the caregiver. The only thing stopping Twilight from doing that was the memory of the caregiver coming through the rock like an angry color comet with broken eyes.

Chapter 17

A few days ago Twilight had been rescued from the clutches of the Changelings. Celestia slowly went back to her royal duties, at the insistence of her sister. By insistence Celestia meant that Luna pushed her out of her room, after finding out how to break her wards, and forced her to go back to work. Her sister had said that it might make her feel better, and to get her mind off of Twilight.

The little filly had rejected Celestia when she had been rescued. The Solar Princess couldn’t blame Twilight. She imagined she must have looked quite scary when she was about to kill Chrysalis. Celestia had just felt so angry. Fortunately, Twilight had loved Luna from nearly the beginning. It made bonding to Luna much easier.

Celestia couldn’t get rid of the jealousy in her heart. She longed to stay locked up in her room and just wither away. The Solar Princess could never have imagined that this jealousy in her heart could be so painful. Is this how Luna felt all those years ago?

A filly’s giggle rang through her ears. Celestia lifted her head to spy her sister and Twilight walking together, though Twilight had to trot to keep up with her sister’s longer strides. The filly was getting much better at walking for her age. Was Luna training her? She was always the more physical of the two, preferring brute force to Celestia’s cunning.

Luna spotted her first and waved a hoof excitedly. What were Luna’s thoughts on all this?

“Good evening sister! We see that thou hadst kept the sun nice and warm for the months of the summer!”

“Ah, yes.”

Twilight had hid behind Luna’s back leg at the sight of Celestia. The little filly was still petrified when she saw her. Luna gave off a frown when she saw her sister’s frown go down even deeper.

“Sister, thou shouldst see Pinkie Pie and partake in the fun she brings.”

Celestia’s frown turned up a little bit. Luna always got a little awkward with the word fun. She wanted to let out a giggle. Celestia turned her gaze back to Twilight who was peeking at her behind her sister’s leg.

“Ah, good evening little one.”

Heavens! Why did she sound so distant? Was this the extent of her relationship with Twilight?

Luna was giving her a neutral gaze as she watched the exchange. She turned towards Twilight and gave her a little nudge towards Celestia. Twilight let out a squeal and just teleported behind Luna again.

Luna gave Celestia an apologetic gaze. The Lunar Princess had been trying to get Twilight’s and her sister’s relationship repaired. Unfortunately, Celestia was not helping with being so distant. She had a horrible habit of doing that when things went wrong.

“Ah, I will see you at dinner little sister.”

Celestia inwardly cringed. She was even being distant with her sister. Was she taking her jealousy out on them? She didn’t want to. Celestia loved Luna and she loved Twilight.

Celestia did a head bow and continued down the hall. She was making her daily round around the castle. Normally, she would do this when things were bothering her. The guards knew to keep their distance and voices to themselves. Celestia thought back to last few days.

After they, the mane six, her sister, and herself, had rescued Twilight from the Changelings, they took her to the castle. The doctors reported nothing wrong with her besides the minimal weight loss. Fortunately, her weight loss was not dangerous.

In the few days that she had been back she had easily regained that weight.

~A~

Twilight’s real parents had arrived the day after the rescue. The Changelings had done a great job impersonating the filly’s parents as the conversation was almost exactly the same one with the imposters.

The only lack of the previous conversation was Twilight being energetic. She kept to Luna, and when her parents had approached her she cringed away. Twilight Velvet had acknowledged that she raised her once, but she would not get the chance to do so again.

Without trust Twilight would remain that way forever and now it seemed Luna was the only hope for the filly.

Velvet had also confirmed Celestia’s suspicions. Twilight was a fast learner, but according to her parents she was progressing faster than she had before. It was also confirmed that Twilight was in fact a chewer.

Twilight’s parents left with a farewell and good luck. Mostly they looked at Celestia. Was her broken heart that obvious? Cadence had also sent a letter asking if she could foal sit Twilight again.

Shining had later sent one himself saying that she wouldn’t be able to make it. Some crisis was happening in the Empire at the moment and they couldn’t make it. Celestia had heard of growing excitement in the Empire, but she didn’t hear of any crisis. Whatever the case Celestia trusted their judgment and let it be. It was probably for the better. Celestia didn’t want anymore competition.

~A~

Celestia finally arrived at the dining hall. The others were already seated and waiting for her. Except Twilight she was drinking her formula, while looking at her cautiously.

The Solar Princess sighed sadly. She walked over to the head of the table. Once she sat the others wasted no time into digging into their food. Except for Luna, she was staring at her. Celestia scrunched up her nose in defiance.

Luna’s stare only turned her stare into a glare. The others at the table stopped eating to see the scene unfolding before them.

“Thou needst to eat thine dinner.”

“Not Hungry.”

“And We have webbed hooves. Or art thou admitting thine guilt of stealing into the cake stores of the chefs?”

“I do not steal. They cook it, I eat it.”

“So thou admits?”

“No!”

“Then eat.”

“I hate broccoli.”

“Tis a lie. We know that thou enjoys broccoli particularly with cheese.”

Celestia huffed and looked away. The chefs had made this meal particularly for her. Celestia couldn’t stay away from broccoli and cheese. It was one of her favorite dishes. She hadn’t thought that lie through.

Suddenly, her mouth exploded with the delicious flavor of broccoli and cheese. She looked to see the fork enveloped in a purple glow. Looking over she saw Twilight with her horn ignited.

Celestia slowly chewed her food and swallowed. Twilight had removed the fork from her mouth and had already scooped some more food.

Luna and the others laughed out loud.

“It seems fair sister that Twilight wishes for thou too stuff it, as they say.”

The mane six’s laughing became booming at the pun Luna had made. Twilight giggled but resumed the task of stuffing food into Celestia’s mouth. The Solar Princess had tried in vain to stop the filly.

Twilight continued to stuff the face of the Princess. Unfortunately, she was not giving Celestia enough time to chew and swallow, soon cheese was leaking from Celestia’s mouth.

~A~

Later that night Celestia walked to her chambers. Her heart felt lighter. It seemed that Twilight was beginning to like her again. When she entered her bedroom it was a mess. Things were littered all over the floor. Holes were bitten into paper and books. Saliva coated every object. Worst of all there was a giant brown stain on her bed.

It reeked and the Princess heard a snore. Twilight without her diaper lay on her pillow. It had somehow ended up into the corner of her room. It was stained yellow and covered in the drool that continued to puddle around the filly’s head.

Celestia couldn’t help the giant booming voice that left her mouth.

“LUNA!”

Luna had finally managed to calm the filly. Celestia’s outburst had woken up Twilight, and she had begun to wail. Celestia was now awaiting the explanation of Luna.

“Well, We had left her in the care of the pink mare Pinkie Pie. As thou know We have night court. We assume Pinkie has fallen asleep on the job. Then We art here. With you screaming at Us.”

Celestia face hoofed. Her room was a mess and there was no way she was going to sleep in her bed now. Twilight just stared at the Solar Princess who was trying to keep a straight face.

‘I will clean Twilight. The maids can clean this mess up tomorrow. I don’t want to disturb them this late at night. You continue with court. Pinkie Pie will be dealt with tomorrow as well.”

Luna nodded and headed back to her court.

Twilight began to cry for Luna. It broke Celestia’s heart to think that not long ago Twilight would cry for her.

“Ssh Twilight everything will be all right.”

~A~

Twilight continued to sniffle all the way to the bathroom. Celestia had already taken a bath, but she figured that another one couldn’t hurt. Twilight especially needed one. She was covered in grime and other things Celestia didn’t care to think about.

When the tub was filled Celestia had lowered both herself and Twilight. Unlike the first time Twilight had a bath, the filly went into the tub without so much of a fight. The Solar Princess tried to imagine what was going through Twilight’s head at the moment.

When both were clean Celestia headed for the guest rooms to sleep in. She would watch Twilight tonight. The filly could get in lots of trouble but running away was her worst habit. Fortunately, the filly enjoyed sleep and Celestia prayed she would stay asleep.

Celestia swaddled the filly into her star blanket. She had summoned it from Luna’s room. The thought of stealing Luna’s bed sounded appealing, but it would probably be a bad idea. Luna was grumpiest when tired.

Twilight snuggled close to her barrel. Celestia’s heart lifted; perhaps Twilight was learning to love her again?

Twilight yawned and looked expectantly at her. What did she want? Luna had mentioned that Twilight enjoyed listening to her sing when she rose the moon on some nights. So the filly loved lullabies did she?

That was probably what she was expecting right now.

Clearing her throat she got ready to sing a lullaby. She tried the most common lullaby in this time that she could think of.

“Hush now quiet now.”

Twilight glared at her. Okay maybe not that lullaby. Perhaps it was too generic, and she heard it a lot? She would sing her a legend. One that if she was an adult she would feel embarrassed about. Celestia let a giggle escape her lips.

“Sparkling like stars in the night.

A mare is born in the twilight.

Her eyes like beds of lavender

Her heart a flutter

She saved ponies from many a villain

Her heart dead set on learnin’

With every care in the world-“

Celestia looked at the tiny mare next to her. She was sleeping soundly, and Celestia let out a sigh of relief. Curling around her charge, Celestia followed Twilight’s example and went to sleep.

Celestia felt a nudging on her face. Tiny breaths puffed in her ear. Small hooves ran and jumped across her body. Celestia cracked open one eye to see who dare disturb her sleep. There was still time before the sun would need to be raised.

It was Twilight scampering on top of her. She had her legs crossed and was whimpering.

“What is it Twilight?” Celestia asked, as if the filly could answer her. To her surprise she did.

“Ma..Mama, pee-pee!”

Celestia just blinked in dumb confusion. Did Twilight just call her mama? Did Twilight just say she had to go to the bathroom?

“Mama pee pee!”

Celestia immediately got her hooves and escorted the filly to the restroom. She attempted to help the filly use the toilet considering that Celestia or Luna for that matter never taught the filly how to use one.

Twilight had other ideas, however as she shut the door in Celestia’s face and locked it. Celestia perked her ears and heard shuffling in the bathroom. Trickles could be heard in the echoing bowl of the toilet.

A guard walking past doing his nightly rounds spotted Celestia listening at the bathroom door. He blushed and quickly pushed on.

“Are you okay in there Twilight?” Celestia called.

“Yes, Princess! I’m just trying to figure out how in Tartarus I got in the bathroom with a diaper!”

Celestia’s eyes widened when she heard the older Twilight.

“Uh, would you believe me if Luna pranked you?”

“No.”

“That you got drunk?”

“No.”

“Okay you got me you were abducted by strange aliens that drive cars and watch moving pictures on a flat screen.”

“Let me think about this. NO!”

Twilight had opened the door and was glaring at the Princess.

“All right follow me and we will all explain what happened.”

The filly was being nudged gently. Twilight opened her eyes to see Woona looking at her. The filly had been having a nightmare again.

She remembered the flashing images perfectly. The caregiver looked so scary. It was so confusing. Woona had been there to help her, and now Twilight didn’t want to sleep with the caregiver anymore.

She was too scary. Woona was not as scary, and it made the filly feel better. Woona had also been helping her walking skills. The caregiver had helped some, but Woona was not as good. The caregiver was much more patient with her.

Woona was stricter, while the caregiver would help her if she started crying, Woona would just stare at her. The dark one’s words were inspiring though. It made her want to try harder. Would she end up like the caregiver if she didn’t learn how to walk properly?

The past few days Twilight would walk with Woona. She followed her everywhere. She could not let the dark one out of her sight! What if a copycat took her place! Twilight would not let it happen. She would protect Woona.

Twilight was bouncing around Woona’s hooves. Normally Woona would be awake at night but today was different.

Woona saw something and began to wave. Words were spoken and Twilight saw the caregiver approach them. Was this a copycat or the real caregiver? Both scared her. The caregiver looked at her and said something.

The filly could only hide behind Woona’s leg. If the caregiver was trying to apologize she would have to wait till she could figure out if she was fixed. Something flashed in the caregiver’s eyes. Was it sadness?

Woona attempted to push her towards the caregiver. No! She would talk with the caregiver when she felt like it! The filly teleported behind Woona’s leg again. A different emotion flashed into the caregiver’s eyes. It made the filly feel really sad.

The caregiver parted some words to Woona and continued down the hall. Woona looked sad too. Why is every pony getting sad? Did she do something wrong? At the thought of breaking every pony Twilight began to tear up.

Woona panicked and picked her up. Its magic was not the same as the caregiver’s, but it was definitely better than that giant buzzer’s. After Woona had managed to calm the filly down, she set her on the floor.

Woona said something and turned down the hall. Twilight remembered this hall! The caregiver had taken her down this hall a few times so she could eat the food that was not mushed.

Why did they not eat mushy food? Was it bad for them? Twilight didn’t dwell on the matter as she trotted to keep up with Woona.

Woona did not like Twilight riding on her back as often as the caregiver did. She would remove the filly from her back every time Twilight tried to get on. Did Woona want her to walk every where like she did? She would try it.

Twilight soon found enjoyment in walking around with Woona. She felt a new sense of freedom. The filly looked up at Woona. Woona had noticed her staring and flashed a smile at the filly.

The filly got lost in the smile for a moment and before Twilight knew it they had arrived at the place where the toys, Woona, and caregiver at the unmushed food.

~A~

Woona opened the doors, and the toys were already there waiting for her, or were they waiting for Woona? Either way Twilight felt special. She eyed on the table her bottle filled with her delicious food.

The filly teleported immediately to the table, and began to attack the bottle mercilessly. The food inside it tasted extra delicious today. Woona sat down more gracefully. Still the others did not eat. Who were they waiting for then?

The caregiver or the copycat, Twilight had not yet decided who it was had arrived. She looked broken. Her head was held a little low and her white body did not have that imposing warm presence.

The caregiver spotted her and released a small smile. The caregiver would have to wait to have the bottle. It was hers. She claimed it and so she would eat from it.

The caregiver sat down but didn’t touch her food. The others besides Woona had immediately dug in. So they were waiting for the caregiver? What if she was the copycat? Would they know? Twilight would have to find out.

An argument was happening before her. Woona and the caregiver had bad faces and the caregiver seemed to be throwing a fit. Twilight was the only one allowed to do this. Besides Woona was hers to and only Twilight was allowed to throw a fit.

Twilight remembered how the caregiver had fed her the mushed apple. Using her magic Twilight shakily grabbed the pointy digger tool. It was not round like the others she had seen toys using.

She scooped some up, and stuffed it into the caregiver’s mouth. If this was a copy then…Twilight had no idea. All the filly knew was that if she ate it that was the caregiver. If she didn’t it was a copycat.

Twilight had no idea the logic behind this, but it didn’t matter. She was the filly, therefore she was always right, and the others had to do her bidding.

The caregiver had chewed it and swallowed. So it was the real caregiver after all! This made Twilight extremely happy. That meant she wouldn’t have to train Woona to be the caregiver!

In her happiness she wanted to show her approval by stuffing more food into the caregiver’s mouth. She had tried in vain to stop the filly, but Twilight was determined to show that she accepted her again.

The yellow liquid leaked from the caregiver’s mouth. Did she accidentally break her? The moment of hesitation had given the caregiver enough time to swallow what was in her mouth.

Oh yes. How could the filly have forgotten? Caregiver was slow when it came to eating. Twilight should have expected that not every toy was as proficient as her when it came to eating. Except Puffy. Puffy was really fast.

~A~

She had fallen asleep at some point. All she remembered was that Woona had put her in the care of Puffy. Puffy had fallen asleep shortly leaving the filly to her own devices.

Twilight let out a giggle. Puffy must have been really tired! It wasn’t like the filly had run around every where after the pink toy removed her white triangle. Only the caregiver or Woona was allowed to touch it.

Besides Puffy did it wrong. Only remove it when stinky. She hadn’t left one yet!

Twilight buzzed to the caregiver’s room. Tonight she would sleep with her. After all she wasn’t a copycat, so it was Twilight’s job to be with the caregiver. Apparently the caregiver couldn’t be trusted to do things herself.

The caregiver wasn’t in her room. Everything seemed changed. Twilight would have to make things better. She used her lifting magic and brought all the flimsy squares and blocks to her mouth. They looked like this didn’t they?

She bit into every single one she could find. She left nothing unbitten. Twilight thought the room looked better this way.

The comfy sleeping thing was next that needed to be fixed. The fluffy object she had fought the caregiver with needed to be moved over here. It would provide color. As Twilight struggled to lift the fluffy object to where she wanted a stinky smell emitted from her rear end.

Brown stained the comfy sleeping thing. Oh well. The caregiver wouldn’t be that mad would she? After all it provided some darker color to the bright coloring.

Twilight finally got the object she wanted to the corner. She climbed upon it and attempted to move other objects with her lifting magic. The strain caused her to release when she didn’t want to.

Yellow stained the pillow. The caregiver wouldn’t mind that either would she? After all Twilight was doing her a favor, making this room look better.

Finally the strain of using magic exhausted the filly. She lay near the yellow stain and fell asleep.

~A~

A loud booming noise echoed in the room. It startled Twilight and she began to wail. The caregiver had made a giant noise just like Woona did sometimes. The only thing was that the caregiver’s was stronger and more powerful.

She had yelled Woona’s name. It wasn’t long before the dark toy answered the caregiver. Did this concern her? Maybe the caregiver was so happy that Twilight had made her room look better.

As the filly watched the two big ponies argue over something irrelevant, she couldn’t help but remember the other big ponies. They looked familiar just like when they had been copycats. She was wary of them as well. After all they may try to take her away from the caregiver.

She remembered that the blue one had a copycat of Woona’s cutie mark and the other one kinda looked like her. Was she a copycat of her? Were copycats everywhere? Twilight didn’t want anything to do with them so she stayed near Woona.

The two non copycat ponies wouldn’t go near her dark toy. Good, Woona was an excellent…whatever it was.

The caregiver had finished her argument with Woona, and she had picked Twilight up. They headed towards the clean room. The filly remembered enjoying the water with the caregiver. Were they going to do it again?

The cleaning was quick. The caregiver took her to a different room. Did the caregiver not like her design of her old room? Twilight thought she had done a great job reordering everything!

The caregiver began to tuck her in. Was she going to sing her a lullaby? Woona did it all the time, therefore the caregiver must provide one.

She began to sing. It was beautiful, but Woona sang this song all the time. The filly gave the biggest glare she could muster. Twilight did not want to hear that one!

The caregiver seemed to catch her meaning. A funny look crossed her features. Finally, the caregiver came up with a song. Her voice was beautiful. The filly wish she could sing like the caregiver. Woona was good, but something about the caregiver made her want to be like her!

There was a word Apple had said a while ago. When was it? The filly couldn’t remember. It sounded like the word would be useful here. She was getting sleepy. The caregiver’s voice was so pretty, and soon Twilight fell asleep.

Twilight woke up with a cramped feeling. She felt like she had to release again. She felt like she had to tell the caregiver.

Twilight ran and scampered up and down the body of the caregiver. The caregiver was stubborn and refused to heed her call. If she didn’t get up soon Twilight had a feeling that the caregiver might regret not listening earlier.

That word if she could say that word then surely the caregiver would awaken!

“Ma…Mama!” Twilight cried. It didn’t sound right but it would have to do. She looked like a Mama anyway. Caring, wonderful voice, and fat well the good fat. Twilight was too confused to think properly. She tried again with more urgency.

“Mama…Pee pee!”

The caregiver stirred this time. Once more should do the trick.

“Mama pee pee!”

The caregiver seemed to get the message. Quickly she guided the filly to the clean room. Twilight was so excited she shut the door and locked it on the caregiver. Privacy good! The filly required it. Taking care of the caregiver could be such a pain.

Some instinct guided her and without problems the filly was able to use the restroom. As Twilight calmed down, images flashed through her head. Images of her that looked older. Her transformation back to her original age was quick and painless and held no flare.

“Uh…”

Twilight and Celestia walked down the hallway. Celestia had explained everything to Twilight after she had exited the bathroom.

The newer Princess’s face was bright as a tomato. She couldn’t believe she could be so foolish as to try to read a spell before finding out its effects. Twilight would have thought she would have learned that lesson when she did Starswirl’s spell that messed up her friends’ destinies.

“Relax Twilight. It was not that much of a problem,” Celestia said as she draped one of her wings over her student.

“But it sounds like I caused every pony so much trouble!” Twilight protested. Her wings shuddered and the purple pony looked away in shame. She felt like she had ruined Celestia’s reputation as much as her own with her plunder.

“Follow me Twilight and we will see if you did cause that much trouble.”

Twilight followed Celestia back to the white Alicorn’s chambers. The room had been cleaned up a long time ago, and Twilight was positive this is where most of her shame came from. Celestia showed Twilight a binder and when she opened it the pages were filled with nothing but pictures of her as a filly.

Twilight recognized some of them as when she was Celestia’s protégé but most of the pictures were recent ones; the days after her not so brilliant transformation.

“Twilight, I admit I thought it was going to be disastrous after I found out about your transformation, but it wasn’t. Do you know why?”

Twilight shook her head in a negative response.

“Dear Princess Twilight, these past few days I learned a valuable lesson.”

Twilight blushed and hid her face behind one of her wings. Was Princess Celestia really doing this?

“I learned that mistakes happen but they can happen for the good of others. This mistake taught me that I am more than just a Princess, and that I can search out for my own happiness. But the most important happiness this mistake taught me was something I should have learned long ago.”

Twilight’s interests perked.

“It is not something I am entirely wanting to share, but know Princess that this lesson was invaluable in every aspect of what has happened. Your loving mentor, Princess Celestia.”

Twilight couldn’t help but let out a giggle. Celestia giggled with her, but brought the younger Princess in for a hug.

“Twilight no matter what would happen I will always be with you. Your family, friends, Luna, and me. Always.”

Twilight slowly pulled away from the Princess.

“I have one question Princess. How did the curse break?”

“Right before you transformed you called me ‘Mama’ when you had accepted me as your mother a bond was forged so great that it broke the curse. That is why the spell said a mother’s hoof. You needed to acknowledge some pony as your mother for it to break the spell.”

Twilight nodded still a little unsure.

“I’ll leave it be for now. I sort of understand it.”

“Then that is good enough for now. At the moment I have a very funny picture you should see it was so cute!”

That next moment the entire castle shook as Twilight’s untrained Canterlot voice rang through.

“P-PRINCESS! THAT IS COMPETELY UNAPPROPRIATE AT THIS TIME!”
