There exists a legend that few speak of outside of hushed whispers. A horror that strikes without warning and few have seen, and among those few even less have lived to tell others. A skilled user of darkness and wielder of the deadliest of weapons. Such was the methods and abilities of The Ninja. But this tale is of two families of Ninja, or rather the tale of their heirs. Of how cunning and seductive Rarity Belle, Heiress of the House of Iga, met the Deadly and Clever Spike Sparkle, Heir of the House of Fuuma, and how their love saved both of their families.

It wasn't too long after the fight. It took everything she had to stop him but in the end nothing short of a miracle truly helped her.... and yet she couldn't help but feel that she could've done.... MORE. Now she seeks to rectify her mistake. But first.... she has to visit a few friends first.

Rainbow Miriam Dash is your average pegasus pony... other than the fact that she's an Element of Harmony AND she's homeless. However one encounter with a stallion known as The Wizard changes this. Now Rainbow is given power and is excited about it... now the hard part is knowing what to use it for besides just helping the innocent. She better figure it out before an ancient Neighgyptian God of Sandstorms decides to use it for a little fun.

It has been 1000 years and finally the curse that was placed on the dark queen Nightmare Moon has been broken. Now she awakens with a group of her former croonies: Trixie Lulamoon her daughter, Zecora the monster maker, and Gilda a loyal yet vicious Griffon soldier. This frightens Equestria's guardian, Princess Celestia, who calls together a team of ponies ready to defend the world from Nightmare Moon's dark forces. A team only known... as The Mighty Morphin' Pony Rangers.

This story, while it will have some camp, is written as an attempt to show a darker nature to The Power Rangers stories since nearly all the other ones that I've seen on here, while good, are every bit as campy as the original versions were which I'm not faulting at all as it is the author's stories and not mine. I hope you enjoy this story, however, and stick around for more because darkness lurks around every corner.

The world of Equestria has lived in peace, never knowing that this world was never their home to begin with. Now when their six protectors go missing they must call upon five misfits. Each of them have a sordid past with each of The Elements but they must put those behind as they enter an new world that at the same time seems so familiar. They must tread carefully, however, for the shadow of The Makuta knows no bounds. Even for those who thought themselves protected.

But now her life is in jeopardy as old psychopaths from Yeyinde's home world now arrive to collect his head and Rainbow's as well. But how far will Rainbow go to protect her new family?

Ever since her parents were killed that night years ago Lightning Dust has been waiting for the moment to get back at the criminal who stole them from her. This all changes when she realizes that vengeance can only get you so far and causes only pain. Now she leaves her home city of Trottham to embark on a journey that begins her long and painful ascension into not only a legendary hero but the symbol of hope she was always destined to be. The first story in the MLPDCverse I have planned were the roles of our main cast is not the same as normal. Some characters are heroes. Others are villains.

Act 1: I Am Vengeance.

The last things The Mane 6 ever expected from the meteor shower was zomponies rising from the grave or undead monsters attacking their home of Ponyville and yet these things have transpired thanks to the arrival of a new and deadly foe but this one foe could actually do what many in the past have failed. This one could very well be the one who brings The Elements Of Harmony to their knees and the world of Equestria may very well be their final resting place.

Humiliation and defeat. These are the emotions that Rainbow Dash has felt ever since the new hero Mare-Do-Well showed up. She's better than her at everything, she's stronger, more agile, and somehow she may even be faster than Rainbow Dash herself. At the lowest point in her life Rainbow then visits a place that she never visited much before but she's also not the only one visiting when she comes across a black substance. The creature has promised her power beyond believe, enough to bring down Mare-Do-Well, and also seems to understand her pain. The moment the deal is made Rainbow Dash is gone. All that is left.... is Venom.

Rated teen for mild language usage and blood. Venom and other characters are property of their respective owners.

Since Rainbow Dash has taken up the mantle of Mare-Do-Well, she has faced some of the most dangerous criminals that Equestria has ever encountered; From the deadly terrorist Razorbeak to notorious crime lord Big Shot and the psychotic Shadowbolt, but now she is in for the toughest fight of her life when Twilight test drives a new and unpredictable spell and accidentally sends Rainbow into a what can only be described as a mirror world where Celestia and Luna are missing, the elements are held captive, the cities run amok with criminals... and she is dead. Now as she deals with these villains and starts to see that even she has limitations there is also the matter of dealing with 'The Nefarious Negamare'; a sinister and mysterious dark reflection of Mare Do Well herself who holds this broken world in a reign of terror!

Set in Shadejak's Mare Do Well universe. This story throws Rainbow into the toughest challenge yet as the appearance of Negamare makes her question what she fights for but all is not as it seems.
