When Twilight finds a horribly distraught Gilda in the library, begging for help with Rainbow Dash, what is she to do? Twilight, the number one expert on friendship, has been asked to help with a friendship issue, so why not? It should make an interesting letter to the Princess if nothing else.

Or at least, that's what she believed, until one shy, winged, animal caretaker meets her.

Innocence will be crushed, and friendship will be tested, strengthened, and crushed. Will these fillyhood friends survive the Flight High School days?

What about when high school is all over? Well, when you have good friends like these two do, it can only get better. And maybe interesting.

This is gonna be fun.... I decided on doing a ship-fic but I got this funny idea in my head to do a first person fic from two perspectives switching between the two mane characters. And lemme think...
1. I'm thinking of this as I write so I don't know what happens before I write it in...sorta.

Braeburn visits Ponyville for an Apple family reunion and stays around a bit too long when he and Fluttershy become close. At this her friends all seem happy for her, except for Applejack who seems to be avoiding the subject. After all, avoiding the truth isn't lying, and the truth is something she wishes, beyond belief, to avoid. When her best friends attempt to understand...well read the story if you wanna know.

A.N.: first off, I'm just coming up with this as i type so no guessing at what will happen or i will feel inclined to not let it happen. which won't end well
secondly, criticism is welcome in any form, and i'd prefer if you were as blunt as humanly possible, but i will probably break like a Fluttershy if you are too harsh
