The horrors of the Crystal Empire are behind them, when a tenuous peace maintained by thin bonds unraveled at the mere mention of age-old pains, but the world has fallen silent. Every rumor, every whisper, pulls Silver Spade along the trail of his own mistakes, guided by his guilt, into a trap not even he can prepare for, leaving those around him to ask the most terrifying question: can ghosts die?

The kindling has been set. A flame of vengeance stands at the ready. The blaze will swallow all our heroes have built unless they can stop it. It's the end of Equestria's haunting legend, and the birth of something more.

In just fifteen months, the story of what transpired in Manehatten Bay spread to all corners of Equestria, and whispers of a cloaked crusader from beyond the grave began to rise from the mouths of its citizens. Eyes of thugs linger on the sky for a moment longer, pirates shiver at the sounds of their very ships, and the members of Shield Wall's conspiracy breathe easy knowing their wicked business is long behind them. Over, but not yet forgotten.

Wounds left behind from such business now fester, denied time to heal as tattered shadows linger over the heroes of Manehatten Bay, threatening to shatter the oaths they swore and undo the gentle peace they sacrificed so dearly to preserve.

Finally, the sequel to The Ghost of Coltistrano is complete, expanding upon the world and characters and diving deeper into the themes of heroism and sacrifice explored in the previous installment. Welcome to The Ghost of Coltistrano. As a little context to this story, it's something of a love letter to the age of old pulp heroes like Zorro, Lone Ranger, the Shadow, etc.. I really wanted to try my hand at both writing a novel and setting up a world where these sort of pulp themes intertwine with the MLP show itself. As you read, you may find hints and easter eggs to other properties, all of which are intentional, and are meant to pay homage to the many sources of inspiration this story has. +5 points to anyone who finds them all

Depending on the turnout of this story it may be turned into a full-fledged series, including short stories and larger installments later on down the road. So please, enjoy. Check out the sequel!

When Dr. Jecolt, court alchemist to Princess Celestia, attemts to divide the good and evil within his own heart, he releases something dark and sinister that threatens any and all he meets. Broken and incarcerated, Jecolt must find a way to control the beast within him and save his soul. But the nefarious Hyde enjoys his place in the world a little too much.

This is an ongoing supernatural thriller story. Be warned there are scenes of blood, gore, and other controversial topics scattered throughout.
