Ever since she was a filly, the timber wolf's howl had always haunted her nightmares. She could always feel their snapping teeth and foul breath as she ran endlessly through her dreams. But no matter how hard she tried, Applejack was always taken down by the timber wolves at the end.
So why did she save Spike? What filled her with courage to face her biggest fear? Or does an even larger fear engulf her over time and make her realize what she truly fears?

Scorched Shoe is tired of being an earth pony and being seen as nothing but a useless pile of fur. So, he created synthetic pegasi wings and unicorn horns to make all earth ponies equal to others! The earth ponies grow in power and eventually take over Equestria, even over-throwing Princess Celestia from her throne.
The only problem is that Scorched Shoe isn't the leading pony. Somepony else planned everything! Spitfire's death, Rainbow Dash's fall, Super Star's glory, and now the war. The only question is... who?

Do you remember Fluttershy's adopted daughter from my previous novel "How Far Does Loyalty Go?" Her name was Perfect. This is her story.

Ever since Perfect was rejected by her birth mother and cast down to Ponyville, Perfect has never been the 'perfect' pony. In her own mind, that is. She always sees herself as a pony who will never live up to her full potential. Even after Rainbow Dash has taken her final flight, Perfect still feels lost.
Then one day, a strange duo comes into town with a dark secret. A familiar name is repeated in this novel (that name being "Scorched Shoe") Who is this mysterious pony that everypony keeps referring to? Will he/she ever be discovered or will Perfect remain forever in the dark?

Rainbow Dash is about to become a Wonderbolt as many fans of the show MLP: FiM hope she will, however there is a mysterious pony in the audience during her initiation. Somepony who is set on ruining Rainbow's chances of happiness in life. But the strange pony isn't ONLY there to crush Rainbow's dreams, she's also there to crush Rainbow's spirit once and for all!
