The ponies of Equestria couldn't be more wrong, especially when Nightmare returns during the Summer Sun celebration and proclaims eternal night, with no Celestia in sight. All of the ponies of the land shall kneel and praise their Queen as she brings forth her beautiful night and they shall praise her magnif-wait. Where are there wardrobes? Why can she clearly see their cutie marks?

The Apple family and their tried and true traditions have always been the envy of Ponyville as far as families go. Applejack is one of the humblest ponies around, but can always openly pride herself in having a loving and nurturing family that she helps keep civilized.

Just recently, Applebloom and her friends just found out how all her friends got their cutie marks and how they were connected to each other all her lives. Great story, right?

Well, Spike has always been a careful listener. He needs to be when trying to keep a neurotic unicorn able to cause mayhem on a small country stable on a daily basis. So, when Twilight recalls the stories of her friends to the letter (quite literally since she made him write it down), he finds a discrepancy. It really couldn't be what he thinks, right? There's no way...right?

Well, that's why he is going to go check in on Applejack.

Also, no AJ is not Ab's mother. I know that cuts off suspense and intrigue, but I don't want to give people expectations I am not gonna meet.

Love is the most powerful force dormant in all living things. It is loud, yet subtle. Proclaimed, yet felt more passionately. Love is what connects friends, family, and so many others. Like a string that branches and weaves, it becomes immeasurably strong and almost indestructible.

Enter the life of Spike. He, despite all the adversity and doubt, has made a life for himself as a loyal assistant and noble friend. He loves his friends like an adoptive family and has given the dragon name some respect. Yet, what happens when he finds they are not all being forthcoming with him. When one particular Pegasus reveals she harbors something for him, a chain reaction will be set in motion. What happens when the strings of his heart are tested?

Note that the entire story isn't posted in diaries. Just the beginning for certain characters. Once the necessary characters are established, then we move on with the events.

After avoiding a after a terrible accident, I found myself in a strange new world. I have no idea why I ended up here, but I soon discover there are living creatures of many shapes and sizes in this new horizon. Many put up the facade of peacefulness and happiness in this, seemingly, perfect world. Just like back home. And like home, many are not even aware that they have problems until it is too late, even their heroes and leaders, but boy do they have problems. It looks like my career will flourish in this new world. Yet, I wonder....
