Remember in the various chapters that mentioned Whirlwind's family? Well, this is the story of Whirlwind's father, Storm Breaker. Equestria's Rare Feather Winged Dragon and powerful dragon at the time.

After an accident on the Portal of Power, three Water Skylanders are brought to a strange world where they unexpectedly meet a new friend who dreams of life on the land. Their Allies back in Equestria discover their disappearance and head to the portal of power to find out where they are.
This is a three-way crossover between Skylanders, MLP, and Disney.
Note: This story takes place between the Holiday Party and Hearts and Hooves Day.

So this hidden story of the Multiverse chapter possesses the adventures that Spike had through the Multiverse while trying to find Legendary Spike's Soul Gem. He also has to keep his Equestrian Prince medallion from falling into the wrong hooves or claws of the major enemies of any of the universes.

Note: The name of each chapter will have the name of the bad guy or any other danger in a universe that he visits.

He is apparently going into other universes, so a couple of universes would be Anthro. This took place after Spike saved the universe with the Resistance in it.

This story is a sequel to Skylanders X MLP

It is revealed that Equestria made contact with Skylands in Starswirl the Bearded's time. But a Skylands device was sent to Equestria and fell under the possession of Spike the Dragon. But will his notoriety of the device get him into a couple of conflicts?

Equestria will come into contact with the Skylanders and a whole new adventure will take the ponies to an entirely new direction that will intertwine the destiny of the Mane 6 with the Skylanders.

(This is basically a merged universe of all Spyro trilogies. Classic, Legend and Skylanders.)
