So this hidden story of the Multiverse chapter possesses the adventures that Spike had through the Multiverse while trying to find Legendary Spike's Soul Gem. He also has to keep his Equestrian Prince medallion from falling into the wrong hooves or claws of the major enemies of any of the universes.
Note: The name of each chapter will have the name of the bad guy or any other danger in a universe that he visits.
He is apparently going into other universes, so a couple of universes would be Anthro. This took place after Spike saved the universe with the Resistance in it.
(This is basically the first Fanfic, I've wrote without using DeviantART, so I'm going to have to think about.)

Great concept! Is it safe to assume that when you are using the Anthro characters, we should be picturing the ones that are from ss2sonic? That's the way that I saw him.
Edit: I stand corrected. This seems to be the way you have the anthro characters shown up in this chapter while Skylander Spike is trying to help get everything back to normal:

Sweet, an alternative reality where there are seven elements of Harmony!! Better, Alt Spike is that seventh element! And he helped rescue his mom Princess Celestia from wrongful imprisonment!! Serves it right that they were successful in capturing Molestia and imprisoning it in crystal.
Cool that one of his alternative selves, Dark Spike, came out with others to help Skylander Spike set things right here again.
This is starting to sound a little like SLIDERS.....the main difference is unlike SLIDERS, Skylander Spike knows which universe is home and how to get to it; the SLIDERS just randomly went from one universe to the next, not even knowing if they ever made it back to their own universe or even how to re-create how it happened.
