Swift Justice and Cap Grass, two average ponies at least by Ponyville standards, open up Equestria's first ever public relations firm. They quickly discover the ponies in greatest need of PR are some of the Equestria's most feared villains.

So how will they go about the impossible task of fixing a super villian's public image? Answer: Rather poorly.

Parkcent is blind and far past his prime. With all his experience and inability to use it in his state he spends the majority of his time striking up conversations with bar-mates and giving them advice. A mare walks into a bar and sits next to him and when he finds out that she's in a rather gloomy mood he begins to do what he does best.

A hero rises from the dust ridden lands of the Equestrian Desert, but in all honesty, there's not much left to save other than her own hide.
